Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及显示技术领域,特别是涉及一种液晶显示模组及液晶显示器。
【背景技术】
传统的液晶显示器如图1所示,将液晶玻璃组装于液晶显示模组12上之后再组装前框11,卡合或者锁附螺丝进行固定后就成为液晶显示器。
一般使用镀锌钢板来加工成前框,但是为降低材料成本,液晶显示器厂商也经常使用塑胶材质的前框,成品厂商也经常使用塑胶的前框作为成品和液晶模组的共用前框,而塑胶材料无法屏蔽电磁场。由于液晶模组中存在很多的电子元件,特别是驱动芯片的电磁防护极为重要,因此,需要进行防止电磁干扰的设计。
【发明内容】
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种中框及液晶显示器,能够对外界的电磁进行屏蔽以防止驱动芯片遭受电磁干扰。
本发明为解决技术问题而采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种液晶显示模组,包括塑胶中框、驱动芯片、金属薄片以及背框。塑胶中框包括位于显示面的中框前壁以及位于显示面的侧面的中框侧壁,中框侧壁的外侧面上设置有卡槽。驱动芯片设置于中框侧壁的外侧面上,并固定于塑胶中框上。金属薄片设置于驱动芯片远离塑胶中框的外侧面,并卡置于卡槽内以固定于塑胶中框上,用以对外界的电磁进行屏蔽以防止对驱动芯片的电磁干扰。背框和塑胶中框相对固定设置。
其中,金属薄片的两端具有折弯部,折弯部卡置固定于卡槽内。
其中,液晶显示模组进一步包括电路板,电路板固定于背框上,且电路板通过导线与驱动芯片电连接。
其中,液晶显示模组进一步包括塑胶盖板,塑胶盖板覆盖电路板。
其中,液晶显示模组进一步包括覆晶薄膜,驱动芯片固定于覆晶薄膜上,覆晶薄膜固定于中框侧壁的外侧面上。

本发明为解决技术问题而采用的另一个技术方案是:提供一种液晶显示模组,包括:塑胶中框,包括位于显示面的中框前壁以及位于显示面的侧面的中框侧壁;驱动芯片,设置于中框侧壁的外侧面上,并固定于塑胶中框上;以及金属薄片,金属薄片设置于驱动芯片远离塑胶中框的侧面,并固定于中框侧壁上,用以对外界的电磁进行屏蔽以防止对驱动芯片的电磁干扰。
其中,中框侧壁的外侧面上设置有卡槽,金属薄片卡置于卡槽内。
其中,金属薄片的两端具有折弯部,折弯部卡置固定于卡槽内。
其中,液晶显示模组进一步包括背框和电路板,背框和塑胶中框相对固定设置,电路板固定于背框上,且电路板通过导线与驱动芯片电连接。
其中,液晶显示模组进一步包括塑胶盖板,塑胶盖板覆盖电路板。
本发明为解决技术问题而采用的另一个技术方案是:提供一种液晶显示器,包括液晶显示模组与塑胶前框。其中塑胶前框包括位于显示面的前框前壁以及位于显示面的侧面的前框侧壁;液晶显示模组包括液晶显示模组,液晶显示模组包括:塑胶中框,包括位于显示面的中框前壁以及位于显示面的侧面的中框侧壁;驱动芯片,设置于中框侧壁的外侧面上,并固定于塑胶中框上;以及金属薄片,金属薄片设置于驱动芯片远离塑胶中框的侧面,并固定于中框侧壁上,用以对外界的电磁进行屏蔽以防止对驱动芯片的电磁干扰。
其中,中框侧壁的外侧面上设置有卡槽,金属薄片卡置于卡槽内。
其中,金属薄片的两端具有折弯部,金属薄片利用折弯弹片结构卡置固定于卡槽内。
其中,液晶显示模组进一步包括背框和电路板,背框和塑胶中框相对固定设置,电路板固定于背框上,且电路板通过导线与驱动芯片电连接。
其中,液晶显示器进一步包括:液晶显示面板,承载于塑胶中框上;塑胶盖板,塑胶盖板覆盖电路板;以及塑胶前框,塑胶前框与塑胶盖板卡合,以固持液晶显示面板。
本发明的有益效果是:区别于现有技术的情况,本发明将金属薄片设置于塑胶中框上靠近驱动芯片的位置,能够对外界的电磁进行屏蔽以防止驱动芯片遭受电磁干扰。

【具体实施方式】
首先请一并参见图2和图3,图2是根据本发明优选实施例的液晶显示模组的立体结构示意图,图3是图2所示的液晶显示模组沿剖面线S的剖面图。如图2和图3所示,本发明的液晶显示模组包括塑胶中框101、驱动芯片102以及金属薄片103。驱动芯片102固定设置于塑胶中框101上,金属薄片103设置于塑胶中框101上靠近驱动芯片102的位置,用以对外界的电磁进行屏蔽以防止对驱动芯片102的电磁干扰。
如图2所示,塑胶中框101包括位于液晶显示模组的显示面的中框前壁1011以及位于显示面的侧面的中框侧壁1012。进一步参阅图3,驱动芯片102固定于覆晶薄膜106上,而覆晶薄膜106固定于中框侧壁1012的外侧面上,从而将驱动芯片102固定设置于中框侧壁1012的外侧面上。其中,覆晶薄膜106可通过粘贴等方式与中框侧壁1012进行固定。金属薄片103设置于驱动芯片102远离塑胶中框101的中框侧壁1012的外侧面。在本实施例中,中框侧壁1012的外侧面上设置有卡槽1013、1014,金属薄片103卡置于卡槽1013、1014内。金属薄片103的两端具有折弯部,折弯部卡置固定于卡槽1013、1014内,其中,所述折弯部可弯折为S型,在将折弯部卡置固定于卡槽1013、1014内后,其产生的弹力可使得金属薄片103相对固定于卡槽。
而在本发明的备选实施例中,也可以利用其他方式固定金属薄片103,如利用粘贴固定或螺钉固定方式将金属薄片103设置于塑胶中框101上靠近驱动芯片102的位置,本发明对此不作具体限定。
请参见图3,液晶显示模组进一步包括背框104和电路板105,背框104和塑胶中框101相对固定设置,电路板105固定于背框104上,且电路板105通过导线与驱动芯片102电连接,液晶显示模组进一步设置有塑胶盖板107,塑胶盖板107覆盖电路板105,以保护电路板105。
其中,导线是设置在覆晶薄膜106(COF,Chip On Film)中。
请参见图4,图4是根据本发明采用图2和图3所示的液晶显示模组的液晶显示器的剖面图,如图4所示,本发明的液晶显示器进一步包括液晶显示面板108和塑胶前框109,液晶显示面板108承载于塑胶中框101上,塑胶前框109与塑胶盖板107卡合,以固持液晶显示面板108。驱动芯片102更通过覆晶薄膜106中的导线与液晶显示面板108电连接。
塑胶前框109包括位于液晶显示模组的显示面的前框前壁1091以及位于显示面的侧面的前框侧壁1092。塑胶中框101设置于塑胶前框109内,并且。上述外侧面为塑胶中框101的中框侧壁1012朝向前框侧壁1092的一面。在优选实施例中,中框前壁1011与前框前壁1091平行,中框侧壁1012与前框侧壁1092平行。由图可见,驱动芯片102设置于中框前壁1011与前框前壁1091之间,金属薄片设置于驱动芯片102与前框前壁1091之间。
因此,本发明提供了一种液晶显示模组及液晶显示器,通过将金属薄片103设置于塑胶中框101上靠近驱动芯片102的位置,通过金属薄片103的屏蔽作用,能够对外界的电磁进行屏蔽以防止驱动芯片102遭受电磁干扰。

- 一种液晶显示模组,其中,包括:塑胶中框,包括位于显示面的中框前壁以及位于显示面的侧面的中框侧壁,所述中框侧壁的外侧面上设置有卡槽;驱动芯片,设置于所述中框侧壁的外侧面上,并固定于所述塑胶中框上;金属薄片,所述金属薄片设置于所述驱动芯片远离所述塑胶中框的外侧面,并卡置于所述卡槽内以固定于所述塑胶中框上,用以对外界的电磁进行屏蔽以防止对所述驱动芯片的电磁干扰;以及背框,所述背框和所述塑胶中框相对固定设置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的液晶显示模组,其中,所述金属薄片的两端具有折弯部,所述折弯部卡置固定于所述卡槽内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的液晶显示模组,其中,所述液晶显示模组进一步包括电路板,所述电路板固定于所述背框上,且所述电路板通过导线与所述驱动芯片电连接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的液晶显示模组,其中,所述液晶显示模组进一步包括塑胶盖板,所述塑胶盖板覆盖所述电路板。
- 根据权利要求3所述的液晶显示模组,其中,所述液晶显示模组进一步包括覆晶薄膜,所述驱动芯片固定于所述覆晶薄膜上,所述覆晶薄膜固定于所述中框侧壁的外侧面上。

- 根据权利要求7所述的液晶显示模组,其中,所述液晶显示模组进一步包括背框和电路板,所述背框和所述塑胶中框相对固定设置,所述电路板固定于所述背框上,且所述电路板通过导线与所述驱动芯片电连接。
- 根据权利要求10所述的液晶显示模组,其中,所述液晶显示模组进一步包括塑胶盖板,所述塑胶盖板覆盖所述电路板。
- 一种液晶显示器,其中,包括液晶显示模组与塑胶前框,其中:塑胶前框包括位于显示面的前框前壁以及位于显示面的侧面的前框侧壁;所述液晶显示模组包括:塑胶中框,设置于所述塑胶前框内,包括位于显示面的中框前壁以及位于显示面的侧面的中框侧壁;驱动芯片,设置于所述前框侧壁与所述中框侧壁之间,并固定于所述塑胶中框上;以及金属薄片,所述金属薄片设置于所述驱动芯片与所述前框侧壁之间,并固定于所述中框侧壁的外侧面上,用以对外界的电磁进行屏蔽以防止对所述驱动芯片的电磁干扰。
- 根据权利要求12所述的液晶显示器,其中,所述中框侧壁的外侧面上设置有卡槽,所述金属薄片卡置于所述卡槽内。
- 根据权利要求13所述的液晶显示器,其中,所述金属薄片的两端具有折弯部,所述折弯部卡置固定于所述卡槽内。
- 根据权利要求12所述的液晶显示器,其中,所述液晶显示模组进一步包括背框和电路板,所述背框和所述塑胶中框相对固定设置,所述电路板固定于所述背框上,且所述电路板通过导线与所述驱动芯片电连接。
- 根据权利要求15所述的液晶显示器,其中,所述液晶显示器进一步包括:液晶显示面板,承载于所述塑胶中框上;塑胶盖板,所述塑胶盖板覆盖所述电路板;以及塑胶前框,所述塑胶前框与所述塑胶盖板卡合,以固持所述液晶显示面板。
