DESCRIPCIÓN
Objetivo de la invención
La presente invención se refiere a una composición para el tratamiento y prevención de la dermatosis, recientes o antiguas, y en particular de la psoriasis.
Antecedentes de la invención
Las formaciones escamosas y/o queratósicas anormales de la dermis son unas manifestaciones del estado de la piel que se encuentran en numerosas dermatosis, ya sean de aparición reciente o sean muy antiguas, en particular las diferentes formas de psoriasis.
La psoriasis es una dermatosis eritemo - escamosa de evolución crónica que comprende una pluralidad de placas rojas recubiertas de escamas blancas gruesas y que afecta al 2% de la población. Con más de 60.000 nuevas personas cada año, se trata de una de las afecciones dermatológicas más frecuentes. Aproximadamente 1 ,5% de las psoriasis empiezan en la niñez antes de la edad de 10 años y 35% antes de los 20 años. Esta anomalía de la renovación de la epidermis es por lo tanto una afección seria que representa un problema de salud pública importante.
La causa de la psoriasis es de momento desconocida, pero se considera que los factores implicados son múltiples. Se ha podido demostrar un factor genético, con 30% de psoriasis familiares, así como unos factores medioambientales. Los factores sicológicos pueden iniciar frecuentemente unos brotes. Los traumatismos cutáneos alcohol y el tabaco son unos factores de gravedad y de resistencia terapéutica. i La evolución de la enfermedad es crónica y se realiza por brotes generalmente imprevisibles, entrecortados por remisiones durante las cuales las lesiones son mínimas. Incluso fuera de las formas graves, y a pesar de que el estado general del enfermo no esté alterado en las formas habituales, la psoriasis es una enfermedad que puede perturbar profundamente la calidad de vida cuando las lesiones son visibles o molestas para un trabajo manual, consecuencias que son frecuentemente subestimadas por el médico.
En la actualidad, los médicos disponen de tratamientos sintomáticos con resultados transitorios, pero todavía no de medicamentos eficaces.
Descripción de la invención
La presente invención tiene como objetivo proponer una composición para el tratamiento de los estados provocados o que se manifiestan por unas formaciones queratósicas y/o escamosas anormales de la dermis, tales como las que se encuentran en las dermatosis recientes o crónicas y, en particular, en las diferentes formas de la psoriasis.
En un primer aspecto, la presente invención se refiere a una composición para el tratamiento de la dermatosis (de ahora en adelante composición de la presente invención) caracterizado porque comprende manzanilla, tomillo, laurel, Lúpulo, mijo, malta de cebada, levadura de cerveza, sauce, alhova { Trígonella foenum-graecum), salicaria (Lythrum salicaria); hibisco (Hibiscus), aceite de oliva, miel de abeja, aloe vera, salvado de avena, achicoria, coparchy {Coutarea latifolia), Stevia, harina de trigo, ciprés, malta de cerveza, lanolina, saúco, vara de oro {Solidago), Hamamelis; consuelda {Prunella vulgaris), y hierba de San Juan (Hypericum perforatum).
En un segundo aspecto, la presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para la obtención de la composición de la presente invención, caracterizado porque comprende moler todos los elementos, excepto el aloe vera; posteriormente, todos los elementos previamente molidos se diluyen en agua, dejándolo hervir y licuándose tras su cocción; y en donde el aloe vera, por otro lado, es licuado directamente para, posteriormente, ser mezclado con los productos anteriores hervidos y licuados, volviéndose a su vez a licuar la nueva mezcla, dejándose fermentar en un recipiente abierto de forma previa a su envasado. Finalmente, cabe indicar que la composición es especialmente útil para el tratamiento tópico de la psoriasis, aunque es aplicable también para: manchas en la piel, granos, regeneración celular, sudores y olores de piel, tensificador de piel, rozaduras de calzado u otro tipo de rozaduras, antiarrugas, acné, cicatrización de heridas, eczemas, espinillas, hemorroides, quemaduras, ulceras de piel, sabañones, hematomas, picaduras de insectos, cuidado de piel, heridas y herpes de afeitado.
Realización preferente de la invención y ejemplos de empleo En una realización preferida de la invención, la composición para la prevención y/o tratamiento de la dermatosis comprende la dilución en 40 litros de agua de los siguientes productos: 150 gr de manzanilla; 150 gr de tomillo; 150 gr de laurel; 150 gr de lúpulo; 150 gr de mijo; 200 gr de malta de cebada; 150 gr de levadura de cerveza; 150 gr de sauce; 150 gr de alhova { Trígonella foenum-graecum); 150 gr de salicaria (Lythrum salicaria); 200 gr de hibisco {Hibiscus); 1 litro y medio de aceite de oliva; 1 kg de miel de abeja; 5 kilos de aloe vera; 300 gr de salvado de avena; 150 gr de achicoria; 150 gr de coparchy (Coutarea latifoliá); 200 gr de Stevia; 1 kg de harina de trigo; 150 gr de ciprés; 200 gr de malta de cerveza; 150 cm3 de lanolina; 150 gr de saúco; 150 gr de vara de oro {Solidago); 150 gr de Hamamelis; 150 gr de consuelda {Prunella vulgaris); y 150 gr de hierba de San Juan ( Hypericum perforatum) .
El modo de preparación es el siguiente:
En un primer paso, se muelen todos los elementos, excepto el aloe vera. Posteriormente, todos los elementos previamente molidos se diluyen en agua hirviendo (40 litros), durante un periodo de tiempo comprendido entre los 10 y los 12 minutos. Una vez hervidos los productos, éstos se licúan.
El aloe vera, por otro lado, es licuado directamente para, posteriormente, ser mezclado con los productos anteriores hervidos y licuados, volviéndose a su vez a licuar la nueva mezcla.
La mezcla se fermenta durante 3-4 días en un recipiente abierto, de forma previa a su envasado.
La aplicación o uso del producto parte de la aplicación tópica del mismo sobre la zona afectada, de forma diaria y durante un periodo comprendido entre los 2 y los 3 meses, notándose la mejoría de la zona afectada desde los diez o doce días de la aplicación hasta la desaparición completa de las costras y escamas propias de la psoriasis durante la finalización del periodo de aplicación referido, observándose la desaparición completa de dichas costras y escamas y la persistencia de dicha desaparición, no refiriéndose en los ensayos nuevas apariciones de costras y/o escamas durante el año siguiente a la finalización del tratamiento.

Claims

REIVINDICACIONES
Composición para la prevención y/o tratamiento de la dermatosis que comprende manzanilla, tomillo, laurel, Lúpulo, mijo, malta de cebada, levadura de cerveza, sauce, alhova { Trígonella foenum-graecum), salicaria (Lythrum salicaria); hibisco (Hibiscus), aceite de oliva, miel de abeja, aloe vera, salvado de avena, achicoria, coparchy (Coutarea latifoliá), Stevia, harina de trigo, ciprés, malta de cerveza, lanolina, saúco, vara de oro {Solidago), Hamamelis; consuelda {Prunella vulgarís), y hierba de San Juan (Hypericum perforatum).
Composición según la reivindicación 1 para la prevención y/o tratamiento de la psoriasis.
Procedimiento para la obtención de una composición según la reivindicación 1 para la prevención y/o tratamiento de la dermatosis que se caracteriza porque comprende moler todos los elementos, excepto el aloe vera; posteriormente, todos los elementos previamente molidos se diluyen en agua, dejándolo hervir y licuándose tras su cocción; y en donde el aloe vera, por otro lado, es licuado directamente para, posteriormente, ser mezclado con los productos anteriores hervidos y licuados, volviéndose a su vez a licuar la nueva mezcla, dejándose fermentar en un recipiente abierto de forma previa a su envasado.
Uso de la composición según la reivindicaciones 1 y 2 para la fabricación de un medicamento para el tratamiento de la psoriasis mediante aplicación tópica.
Uso de la composición según la reivindicaciones 1 y 2 para la prevención de la psoriasis mediante aplicación tópica.
