本发明公开的一种触摸屏终端操作的方法和装置, 用户可以快速简捷 的在不改变使用习惯和操作方式的情况下, 精准的实现用户操作, 大大改 善用户在终端上的使用体验。 且可应用于各种类型终端, 运营商仅需要对 用户终端软件进行适当的修改即可满足要求。 附图说明

应当理解, 此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明, 并不用于 限定本发明。
参照图 1 , 提出本发明触摸屏终端操作的方法一实施例, 包括步驟:
510、 预先将终端触摸屏设置为易误按区域和非易误按区域。
由于用户在使用带触摸屏的终端时, 手与触摸屏可能存在多点接触而 产生错误操作, 因此预先在终端触摸屏上设置易误按区域和非易误按区域。 如当双手手持终端时, 当用户欲使用左手操作终端时, 右手可能会误碰到 终端触摸屏, 则将用户左手接触触摸屏的区域设置为非易误按区域, 而将 右手可能触碰到的触摸屏的区域设置为易误按区域。 实际应用中的场景不 仅限于上述场景, 典型的应用场景是单手手持终端的情况, 单手手持手机 等终端时手掌容易按下的区域, 可以设置多处易误按区域。 需要考虑左右 手手持时不同的易误按区域, 易误按按区域每次只有一处生效, 即用户左 手手持时, 则将左手手持的某一易误按按区域设置为生效, 右手手持对应 的易误按按区域则设置为无效。 本实施例即以单手手持终端的应用场景进 行说明, 实际应用中其它应用场景也同样适用。
511、 当满足一预设条件时, 如当用户按下易误按区域, 或者用户长按 易误按区域达一预设的第二时间时, 则开启预先设置的定时器。 其中, 定 时器的时长(本实施例称之为第一时间)可以由用户根据使用习惯设置。
512、 在定时器时间范围内, 用户的其他在非易误按区域的操作均为有 效操作, 终端执行这些操作对应的功能, 并停止定时器; 其中, 用户在非 易误按区域的操作, 可以是单点触(长按、 短按、 双击)、 多点触、 滑动操 作(直接滑动、 按住一段时间后滑动)等可以触发相应功能的操作。
S13、 定时器时间到达后, 如果用户仍未在非易误按区域进行操作, 终 端将执行用户在易误按区域的操作对应的功能。
为使本发明更加清楚明了, 现通过如下具体实例进行详细说明: 参照图 2,图 2是针对列表界面误操作的解决方法的流程图,包括步驟:
5201、 用户设定好单手手持终端时, 将手掌容易接触触摸屏列表界面 的区域设置为易误按区域, 该易误按区域应包含左手手掌接触的列表界面 的触摸屏的区域和右手手掌接触的列表界面的触摸屏的区域, 而触摸屏的 其它区域则设置为非易误按区域。
5202、 当用户按下列表界面上的易误按区域, 或者用户长按下列表界 面上的易误按区域达预设的第二时间, 如 2S, 则开启定时器进行计时, 时 长可以根据需要设置, 如 5S。 此时, 终端自动记录设定好的列表界面的易 误按区域的原有的操作, 对于本例子而言, 列表界面中在易误按区域的可 能操作对应的功能包括但不局限于点触打开动画、 菜单、 播放音乐或滑动 更改显示状态等。 当用户在易误按区域存在同时或先后存在多个操作时, 终端对多个操作进行分析, 选择其中一个如优先级高的操作自动记录。
用户执行步驟 S202的操作后, 终端暂不执行用户这些操作所对应的功 能, 但是应允许在触摸屏界面上发生一定的变化以标识用户的操作, 例如, 将用户按下的列表界面的易误按区域和没有按下的其他区域用不同的背景 颜色表示, 或者用户按下的列表界面的易误按区域变成抖动状态等。
S203: 在定时器时间范围内, 即 5S内, 用户的其他在列表界面的非易 误按区域的操作如上下滑动时, 应执行列表更新的功能, 并停止定时器。
进一步的, 当用户在列表界面的非易误按区域进行操作后, 终端应取 消步驟 S202中用户按下列表界面的易误按区域而产生的对易误按区域的标 识变化, 并执行列表更新功能。 S204: 定时器计时时间到达后, 如果用户仍未在列表界面的非易误按 区域进行列表的操作, 终端将执行用户在列表界面的易误按区域的操作对 应的功能, 即执行终端在步驟 S202中记录的易误按区域的操作如打开某一 个列表或者弹出新的菜单等。
参照图 3 , 图 3是针对文档误操作的解决方法的流程图, 包括步驟:
S301 : 用户设定好单手手持终端时, 将手掌容易接触文档显示页面的 触摸屏的区域设置为易误按区域, 该易误按区域应包含左手手掌接触的文 档显示界面的触摸屏的区域和右手手掌接触的文档显示界面的触摸屏的区 域, 而触摸屏的其它区域则设置为非易误按区域。
S302: 当用户按下文档显示页面的易误按区域, 或者用户长按下文档 显示页面的易误按区域达预设的第二时间,如 2S, 则开启定时器进行计时, 时长可以根据需要设置, 如 5S。 此时, 终端自动记录设定好的文档显示页 面的易误按区域的原有的操作, 对于本例子而言, 文档界面中在易误按区 域的可能操作对应的功能包括但不局限于点触打开文档相关操作菜单、 增 加批注、 书签、 切换页码和字体大小等。 当用户在易误按区域存在同时或 先后存在多个操作时, 终端对多个操作进行分析, 选择其中一个如优先级 高的操作自动记录。
用户执行步驟 S202的操作后, 终端暂不执行用户这些操作所对应的功 能, 但是应允许在文档显示页面上发生一定的变化以标识用户的操作, 例 如, 将用户按下的文档显示页面的易误按区域和没有按下的其他区域用不 同的背景颜色表示, 或者用户按下的文档显示页面的易误按区域变成抖动 状态等。
S303: 在定时器时间范围内, 即 5S内, 用户的其他在文档显示页面的 非易误按区域的操作如文档页面的上下或者左右滑动时, 应执行文档的页 面更新的功能, 并停止定时器。 进一步的, 当用户在文档显示页面的非易误按区域进行文档显示页面 的操作后, 终端应取消步驟 S302中用户按下文档显示页面的易误按区域而 产生的对文档显示页面的易误按区域的标识变化, 并执行文档更新功能。
S304: 定时器计时时间到达后, 如果用户仍未在文档显示界面的非易 误按区域进行列文档页面的操作, 如上下或者左右滑动操作, 终端将执行 用户在文档显示页面的易误按区域的操作对应的功能, 即执行终端在步驟 S302中记录的易误按区域的操作如打开文档的相关操作选项菜单或者执行 文档其他操作功能等。
参照图 4, 图 4是针对多页应用切换误操作的解决方法的流程图, 包括 步驟:
S401 : 用户设定好单手手持终端时, 将手掌容易接触的多页应用界面 的触摸屏位置的区域设置为易误按区域, 该易误按区域应包含左手手掌接 触的多页应用界面的触摸屏的区域和右手手掌接触的多页应用界面的触摸 屏的区域, 而触摸屏的其它区域则设置为非易误按区域。
S402: 当用户按下多页应用界面的易误按区域, 或者用户长按下多页 应用界面的易误按区域, 则开启定时器进行计时, 时长可以根据需要设置, 如 5S。 此时, 终端自动记录设定好的多页应用界面的易误按区域的原有的 操作, 对于本例子而言, 多页应用界面的易误按区域的可能操作对应的功 能包括但不局限于点触多页应用管理操作菜单、 应用排序、 删除、 增加和 隐藏等。 当用户在易误按区域存在同时或先后存在多个操作时, 终端对多 个操作进行分析, 选择其中一个如优先级高的操作自动记录。
用户按照步驟 S402的操作后, 终端暂不执行用户这些操作所对应的功 能, 但是应允许在多页应用界面上发生一定的变化以标识用户的操作, 例 如, 将用户按下的多页应用界面的易误按区域和没有按下的其他区域用不 同的背景颜色表示, 或者用户按下的多页应用界面的易误按区域变成抖动 状态等。
S403: 在定时器时间范围内, 即 5S内, 用户的其他在多页应用界面的 非易误按区域的操作如上下或者左右滑动时, 应执行多页应用更新的功能, 并停止定时器。
进一步的, 当用户在多页应用界面的非易误按区域进行操作后, 终端 应取消步驟 S402用户按下多页应用界面的易误按区域而产生的对多页应用 界面的易误按区域的标识变化, 并执行多页应用更新功能。
S404: 定时器计时时间到达后, 如果用户仍未在多页应用界面的非易 误按按域进行多页应用界面的操作, 终端将执行用户在多页应用界面的易 误按区域的操作对应的功能, 即执行终端在步驟 S402中记录的易误按区域 的操作如打开应用管理菜单、 对应用的排序、 删除、 增加和隐藏等。
参照图 5 , 图 5是针对网页误操作的解决方法的流程图, 包括步驟:
S501 : 用户设定好单手手持终端时, 将手掌容易接触的网页浏览界面 的触摸屏位置的区域设置为易误按按区域, 该易误按区域应包含左手手掌 接触的网页浏览界面的触摸屏的区域和右手手掌接触的网页浏览界面的触 摸屏的区域, 而触摸屏的其它区域则设置为非易误按区域。
S502: 当用户按下网页浏览界面的易误按区域, 或者用户长按下网页 浏览界面的易误按区域, 则开启定时器进行计时, 时长可以根据需要设置, 如 5S。 此时, 终端自动记录设定好的网页浏览界面的易误按区域的原有的 操作, 对于本例子而言, 网页浏览界面的易误按区域的可能操作对应的功 能包括但不局限于点触某一超文本链接、 图片、 音频播放、 视频播放等常 见的网页操作。 当用户在易误按区域存在同时或先后存在多个操作时, 终 端对多个操作进行分析, 选择其中一个如优先级高的操作自动记录。
用户执行步驟 S502的操作后, 终端暂不执行用户这些操作所对应的功 能, 但是应允许在网页浏览界面上发生一定的变化以标识用户的操作, 例 如, 将用户按下的网页浏览界面的易误按区域和没有按下的其他区域用不 同的背景颜色表示, 或者用户按下的网页浏览界面的易误按区域变成抖动 状态等。
步驟 503: 在定时器时间范围内, 即 5S内, 用户的其他在网页浏览界 面的非易误按区域的操作如点触某一超文本链接、 图片、 音频播放和视频 播放等常见的网页操作时, 应执行相应的功能, 并停止定时器。
进一步的, 当用户在网页浏览界面的非易误按区域进行网页操作时, 终端应取消步驟 S502中用户按下网页浏览界面的易误按区域而产生的易误 按按区域的标识变化, 并执行对应的在易误按区域的网页页面操作功能。
S504: 定时器计时时间到达后, 如果用户仍未在网页浏览界面的非易 误按区域进行网页浏览界面的网页操作, 终端将执行用户在网页浏览界面 的易误按区域的操作对应的功能, 即执行终端在步驟 S502中记录的易误按 区域的操作如点触某一超文本链接、 图片、 音频播放、 视频播放等常见的 网页操作。
本实施例的一种触摸屏终端操作的方法, 用户可以快速简捷的在不改 变使用习惯和操作方式的情况下, 精准的实现用户操作, 大大改善用户在 终端上的使用体验。 且可应用于各种类型终端, 运营商仅需要对用户终端 软件进行适当的修改即可满足要求。
参照图 6,图 6是本发明触摸屏终端操作的装置一实施例的结构示意图, 包括:
设置模块 10, 用于设置触摸屏的易误按区域和非易误按区域。
计时模块 20, 用于满足一预设条件时, 开始计时一预设的第一时间; 操作模块 30, 用于在所述第一时间范围内, 用户在触摸屏上预设的非 易误按区域操作时, 执行所述操作, 否则执行用户在所述易误按区域的操 作。 参照图 7, 操作模块 30包括:
监测单元 31 , 用于监测用户在触摸屏的操作, 并判断所述操作位于易 误按区域或非易误按区域;
执行单元 32, 用于当所述操作位于非易误区域时, 执行所述操作。 本实施例的装置可以是手机等终端本身, 也可以是外置于终端的一装 置。 由于用户在使用带触摸屏的终端时, 手与触摸屏可能存在多点接触而 产生错误操作, 因此设置模块 10预先在终端触摸屏上设置易误按区域和非 易误按区域。 如当双手手持终端时, 当用户欲使用左手操作终端时, 右手 可能会误碰到终端触摸屏, 则将用户左手接触触摸屏的区域设置为非易误 按区域, 而将右手可能触碰到的触摸屏的区域设置为易误按区域。 实际应 用中的场景不仅限于上述场景, 典型的应用场景是单手手持终端的情况, 其中, 易误按按区域是用户单手手持手机等终端时手掌容易按下的区域, 可以设置多处易误按区域。 需要考虑左右手手持时不同的易误按区域, 易 误按按区域每次只有一处生效, 即用户左手手持时, 则将左手手持的某一 易误按按区域设置为生效, 右手手持对应的易误按按区域则设置为无效。 本实施例即以单手手持终端的应用场景进行说明, 实际应用中其它应用场 景也同样适用。
当满足一预设条件时, 如当用户按下易误按区域, 或者用户长按易误 按区域达一预设的第二时间时, 则计时模块 20开始计时, 该计时模块 20 可以是设置于终端的一定时器。 其中, 计时时长(本实施例称之为第一时 间)可以由用户根据使用习惯设置。
在计时时间范围内, 用户的其他在非易误按区域的操作均为有效操作, 操作模块 30执行这些操作对应的功能, 并停止计时; 其中, 用户在非易误 按区域的操作, 可以是单点触(长按、短按、 双击)、 多点触、 滑动操作(直 接滑动、 按住一段时间后滑动)等可以触发相应功能的操作。 计时时间到 达后, 如果用户仍未在非易误按区域进行操作, 操作模块 30将执行用户在 易误按区域的操作对应的功能, 操作模块 30的具体工作原理为:
监测单元 31监测用户对触摸屏的操作, 并区分此操作是位于易误按区 域或者非易误按区域, 当监测单元 31检测到用户在易误按区域按下(或者 说长按一预设的第二时间)时, 则通知计时模块 20开始计时, 然后在计时 时间到达前, 检测用户是否在非易误按区域进行操作, 如果有操作, 则通 知执行单元 32执行该操作对应的功能; 如果计时时间已到, 监测单元 31 仍未检测到用户在非易误按区域的操作, 则执行用户在易误按区域操作对 应的功能, 同时本实施例的装置还可显示执行单元 32的相关操作结果。
本实施例的装置, 使用户可以快速简捷的在不改变使用习惯和操作方 式的情况下, 精准的实现用户操作, 大大改善用户在终端上的使用体验。 且该装置可以广泛的应用于各种终端设备如手机、 桌面电话等。 同时, 也 不仅用于文档阅读过程中, 还可以应用在各种页面显示的控制中。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例, 并非因此限制本发明的专利范围 , 凡是利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构或等效流程变换, 或直 接或间接运用在其他相关的技术领域, 均同理包括在本发明的专利保护范 围内。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种触摸屏终端操作的方法, 包括步驟:
满足一预设条件时, 开始计时一预设的第一时间;
在所述第一时间范围内, 用户在触摸屏上预设的非易误按区域操作 时, 执行所述操作, 否则执行用户在易误按区域的操作。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 在执行所述开始计时一预设时 间之前, 还包括:
设置触摸屏的易误按区域和非易误按区域。
3、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述预设条件包括: 按下易误按区域、 按下易误按区域达到一预设的第二时间或多点触 摸易误按区域。
4、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述用户在易误按区域或 非易误按区域的操作为:
列表界面操作、 文档操作、 多页应用切换操作或网页操作。
5、 如权利要求 1或 所述的方法, 其中, 所述执行用户在非易误按 区域的操作包括:
监测用户在触摸屏的操作 , 并判断所述操作位于易误按区域或非易 误按区域;
当所述操作位于非易误区域时, 执行所述操作。
6、 一种触摸屏终端操作的装置, 包括:
计时模块, 用于满足一预设条件时, 开始计时一预设的第一时间; 操作模块, 用于在所述第一时间范围内, 用户在触摸屏上预设的非 易误按区域操作时,执行所述操作, 否则执行用户在易误按区域的操作。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的装置, 其中, 还包括:
设置模块, 用于设置触摸屏的易误按区域和非易误按区域。
8、 如权利要求 6或 7所述的装置, 其中, 所述预设条件包括: 按下易误按区域、 按下易误按区域达到一预设的第二时间或多点触 摸易误按区域。
9、 如权利要求 6或 7所述的装置, 其中, 所述用户在易误按区域或 非易误按区域的操作为:
列表界面操作、 文档操作、 多页应用切换操作或网页操作。
10、 如权利要求 6或 7所述的装置, 其中, 所述操作模块包括: 监测单元, 用于监测用户在触摸屏的操作, 并判断所述操作位于易 误按区域或非易误按区域;
执行单元, 用于当所述操作位于非易误区域时, 执行所述操作。
