步骤 S104: 响应用户在第一预设区域内的触摸操作, 对当前浏览的窗口进行与触摸操 作对应的处理。 相关技术中, 通过在移动终端的浏览器上设置按钮对浏览器的窗口进行操作容易出错。 采用如图 1所示的方法, 采用将移动终端的触摸屏划分为两个区域, 其中一个区域用于显示 当前浏览的窗口 (如图 2中所示的 B区域), 另外一个区域用于执行触摸操作 (如图 2中所 示的 A区域), 通过用户的单手手势输入对当前浏览的窗口进行处理, 解决了相关技术中通 过在移动终端的浏览器上设置按钮对浏览器的窗口进行操作容易出错的问题,进而达到了操 作简单方便, 不易出错的效果。 需要说明的是, 图 2中所示的 A区域和 B区域的大小可以根据不同品牌的移动终端的 触摸屏的大小以及个人意愿进行设置, 图 2中所示的划分结果只是一种优选的划分方式, 不 构成对本发明技术方案的限制。 当然 A区域不能设置的太小, 至少大于 2个按钮的空间。 在优选实施过程中, 在步骤 S104中, 对当前浏览的窗口进行与触摸操作对应的处理可 以包括以下处理: 采用与当前浏览的窗口相邻的窗口替换当前浏览的窗口。 在优选实施例中,采用与当前浏览的窗口相邻的窗口替换当前浏览的窗口主要包括以下 方式: 方式一、 窗口之间的切换; 方式二、 开启新窗口; 方式三、 关闭当前窗口。 优选地, 上述采用与当前浏览的窗口相邻的窗口替换当前浏览的窗口可以包括以下操 作: 步骤 S1 : 确定用户在第一预设区域内的滑动操作的起始位置和终止位置; 步骤 S2: 根据起始位置和终止位置确定滑动操作的滑动方向; 步骤 S3: 根据滑动方向采用与当前浏览的窗口相邻的窗口替换当前浏览的窗口。 在优选实施例中, 图 3是根据本发明优选实施例的窗口之间进行切换的示意图。 如图 3 所示, A区为"手势触控区", 是一个显示在界面中的触控面板; B区为"浏览器主显示区"。 用户在 A区域内可以进行各种手势操作, 从而实现对 B区当前浏览的窗口的控制。 如果用 户在 A区滑动手指一次, B区进入窗口切换状态,那么根据手指滑动的起始位置和终止位置 可以确定当前手指滑动的方向 (如: 从左向右)。 B 区中当前浏览的窗口縮略图 (Tab2) 向 右移出 B区域, 左侧的窗口縮略图 (Tabl )移入并放大成当前窗口。 当然, 用户也可以根据 个人意愿将窗口的切换方向设置成与滑动操作相反的方向。 优选地, 上述采用与当前浏览的窗口相邻的窗口替换当前浏览的窗口可以包括以下操 作: 步骤 S1 : 记录在预定时长内用户在第一预设区域内的点击操作的次数; 步骤 S2: 执行与记录的次数对应的替换操作。 在优选实施例中, 可以通过在预设时长内 (例如: 5s)记录用户点击触摸区的次数来区 分不同的操作, 例如: 单击表示开启新窗口, 双击表示关闭当前浏览的窗口, 三次点击表示 关闭整个浏览器。 优选地, 当记录的次数为第一预设值(如: 单次点击) 时, 执行与记录的次数对应的替 换操作可以包括以下步骤: 步骤 S1 : 开启待操作的窗口; 步骤 S2: 采用待操作的窗口替换当前浏览的窗口。 在优选实施例中, 图 4是根据本发明优选实施例的开启新窗口的示意图。 如图 4所示, 在 A区任意位置执行单击操作, B区进入新建窗口状态, 当前浏览的窗口縮略图 (Tab2) 向 左移出 B区域, 从当前窗口縮略图右侧出现新窗口縮略图(Tab3)并放大成当前窗口。 当然 Tab2也可以向右移出 B区域, Tab3可以在 Tab2的左侧出现。 优选地, 当记录的次数为第二预设值(如: 双次点击) 时, 执行与记录的次数对应的替 换操作可以包括以下步骤: 步骤 S1 : 关闭当前浏览的窗口; 步骤 S2: 采用与当前浏览的窗口相邻的窗口替换当前浏览的窗口。 在优选实施例中, 图 5是根据本发明优选实施例的关闭当前浏览窗口的示意图。 如图 5 所示, 在 A区任意位置执行双击操作, B区进入关闭窗口状态, 当前窗口縮略图 (Tab2)縮 小并消失, 左侧窗口縮略图(Tabl )进入屏幕并放大成当前窗口。 当然不局限于左侧, Tabl 也可以从右侧进入。 图 6是根据本发明实施例的浏览器窗口的处理装置的结构框图。如图 6所示, 该浏览器 窗口的处理装置包括: 形成模块 10, 在移动终端的触摸屏上形成第一预设区域和第二预设 区域, 其中, 第一预设区域用于响应用户的触摸操作, 第二预设区域用于显示当前浏览的窗 口; 处理模块 20, 用于响应用户在第一预设区域内的触摸操作, 对当前浏览的窗口进行与 触摸操作对应的处理。 采用如图 6所示的装置,解决了相关技术中通过在移动终端的浏览器上设置按钮对浏览 器的窗口进行操作容易出错的问题, 进而达到了操作简单方便, 不易出错的效果。 另外, 当移动终端屏幕较大的时候, 用户无法仅使用单手对整个屏幕进行完全操作, 特 别是当用户仅使用右手握持较大移动终端时很难操作到移动终端屏幕的左上角,而通过本发 明, 将触摸屏划分为两个区域, 其中一个区域用于显示当前浏览的窗口, 另外一个区域用于 执行触摸操作, 能够解决对较大屏幕操作不方便的问题, 实现操作简单方便的效果。 在优选实施过程中, 上述处理模块 20, 用于采用与当前浏览的窗口相邻的窗口替换当 前浏览的窗口。 优选地, 如图 7所示, 上述处理模块 20可以包括: 第一确定单元 200, 用于确定用户 在第一预设区域内的滑动操作的起始位置和终止位置; 第二确定单元 202, 根据起始位置和 终止位置确定滑动操作的滑动方向; 第一替换单元 204, 用于根据滑动方向采用与当前浏览 的窗口相邻的窗口替换当前浏览的窗口。 优选地, 如图 8所示, 上述处理模块 20还可以包括: 记录单元 206, 用于记录在预定 时长内用户在第一预设区域内的点击操作的次数; 执行单元 208, 用于执行与记录的次数对 应的替换操作。 优选地, 如图 8所示, 上述执行单元 208可以包括: 开启单元 2080, 用于当记录的次 数为第一预设值时, 开启待操作的窗口; 第二替换单元 2082, 用于采用待操作的窗口替换 当前浏览的窗口。 优选地, 如图 8所示, 上述执行单元 208还可以包括: 关闭单元 2084, 用于当记录的 次数为第二预设值时, 关闭当前浏览的窗口; 第三替换单元 2086, 用于采用与当前浏览的 窗口相邻的窗口替换当前浏览的窗口。 需要说明的是,图 6至图 8中所示的各个模块以及各个单元相互之间的优选工作方式可 以参见图 1至图 5所示的实施例, 此处不再赘述。 从以上的描述中, 可以看出, 上述实施例实现了如下技术效果(需要说明的是这些效果 是某些优选实施例可以达到的效果): 用户可以通过在一个固定区域的手势操作来实现对浏 览器多窗口的控制, 包括: 打开, 关闭窗口以及窗口之间的导航, 从而可以更高效的利用界 面空间; 在用户界面设计触控区域相对于固定按钮更简洁、 用户操作更轻松、 更随意, 进而 提升用户体验。 需要进一步说明的是,本发明的上述方法可以移动终端可执行的计算机程序的方式再现 于可读存储介质上。 该 "计算机可读存储介质"就本说明书而言, 可以是任何包含、 存储、 通信、 传播或传输程序以供指令执行系统、 装置或设备或结合这些指令执行系统、 装置或设 备而使用的装置。计算机可读介质的更具体的非穷尽性示例包括以下: 具有一个或多个布线 的电连接部 (电子装置), 便携式计算机盘盒 (磁装置), 随机存取存储器 (RAM), 只读存 储器(ROM), 可擦除可编辑只读存储器(EPROM或闪速存储器), 光纤装置, 以及便携式 光盘只读存储器(CDROM)。另外, 计算机可读介质甚至可以是可在其上打印所述程序的纸 或其他合适的介质, 因为可以例如通过对纸或其他介质进行光学扫描, 接着进行编辑、 解译 或必要时以其他合适方式进行处理来以电子方式获得所述程序,然后将其存储在计算机存储 器中。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用的计算 装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,或者分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现, 从而, 可以将它们存储在存储装置 中由计算装置来执行, 并且在某些情况下, 可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步 骤, 或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个 集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技术人员 来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等 同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

权利要求书
1. 一种浏览器窗口的处理方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 在移动终端的触摸屏上形成第一预设区域和第二预设区域, 其中, 所述第一预设区 域用于响应用户的触摸操作, 所述第二预设区域用于显示当前浏览的窗口; 响应所述用户在所述第一预设区域内的触摸操作,对所述当前浏览的窗口进行与所 述触摸操作对应的处理。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 对所述当前浏览的窗口进行与所述触摸操作 对应的处理包括: 采用与所述当前浏览的窗口相邻的窗口替换所述当前浏览的窗口。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 采用与所述当前浏览的窗口相邻的窗口替换 所述当前浏览的窗口包括: 确定所述用户在所述第一预设区域内的滑动操作的起始位置和终止位置; 根据所述起始位置和所述终止位置确定所述滑动操作的滑动方向; 根据所述滑动方向采用与所述当前浏览的窗口相邻的窗口替换所述当前浏览的窗

4. 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 采用与所述当前浏览的窗口相邻的窗口替换 所述当前浏览的窗口包括: 记录在预定时长内所述用户在所述第一预设区域内的点击操作的次数; 执行与所述次数对应的替换操作。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 当所述次数为第一预设值时, 执行与所述次 数对应的替换操作包括: 开启待操作的窗口; 采用所述待操作的窗口替换所述当前浏览的窗口。
6. 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 当所述次数为第二预设值时, 执行与所述次 数对应的替换操作包括: 关闭所述当前浏览的窗口; 采用与所述当前浏览的窗口相邻的窗口替换所述当前浏览的窗口。
7. 一种浏览器窗口的处理装置, 其特征在于, 包括: 形成模块, 在移动终端的触摸屏上形成第一预设区域和第二预设区域, 其中, 所述 第一预设区域用于响应用户的触摸操作, 所述第二预设区域用于显示当前浏览的窗口; 处理模块, 用于响应所述用户在所述第一预设区域内的触摸操作, 对所述当前浏览 的窗口进行与所述触摸操作对应的处理。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述处理模块, 用于采用与所述当前浏览的 窗口相邻的窗口替换所述当前浏览的窗口。
9. 根据权利要求 8所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述处理模块包括: 第一确定单元,用于确定所述用户在所述第一预设区域内的所述滑动操作的起始位 置和终止位置; 第二确定单元, 根据所述起始位置和所述终止位置确定所述滑动操作的滑动方向; 第一替换单元,用于根据所述滑动方向采用与所述当前浏览的窗口相邻的窗口替换 所述当前浏览的窗口。
10. 根据权利要求 8所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述处理模块包括: 记录单元,用于记录在预定时长内所述用户在所述第一预设区域内的点击操作的次 数; 执行单元, 用于执行与所述次数对应的替换操作。
11. 根据权利要求 10所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述执行单元包括: 开启单元, 用于当所述次数为第一预设值时, 开启待操作的窗口; 第二替换单元, 用于采用所述待操作的窗口替换所述当前浏览的窗口。
12. 根据权利要求 10所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述执行单元包括: 关闭单元, 用于当所述次数为第二预设值时, 关闭所述当前浏览的窗口; 第三替换单元,用于采用与所述当前浏览的窗口相邻的窗口替换所述当前浏览的窗

13. 一种计算机可读存储介质, 所述计算机可读存储介质用于存储计算机程序, 当所述计算 机程序被执行时进行如下步骤: 在移动终端的触摸屏上形成第一预设区域和第二预设区域, 其中, 所述第一预设区 域用于响应用户的触摸操作, 所述第二预设区域用于显示当前浏览的窗口; 响应所述用户在所述第一预设区域内的触摸操作,对所述当前浏览的窗口进行与所 述触摸操作对应的处理。
14. 根据权利要求 13所述的计算机可读介质, 其特征在于, 对所述当前浏览的窗口进行与 所述触摸操作对应的处理包括: 采用与所述当前浏览的窗口相邻的窗口替换所述当前浏览的窗口。

18. 根据权利要求 16所述的计算机可读介质, 其特征在于, 当所述次数为第二预设值时, 执行与所述次数对应的替换操作包括: 关闭所述当前浏览的窗口; 采用与所述当前浏览的窗口相邻的窗口替换所述当前浏览的窗口。
19. 一种计算机程序, 所述计算机程序在被执行时进行如下步骤: 在移动终端的触摸屏上形成第一预设区域和第二预设区域, 其中, 所述第一预设区 域用于响应用户的触摸操作, 所述第二预设区域用于显示当前浏览的窗口; 响应所述用户在所述第一预设区域内的触摸操作,对所述当前浏览的窗口进行与所 述触摸操作对应的处理。
