Description

Cushion pad and vehicle seat
The present invention relates to a cushion pad used for a vehicle seat including an airbag module and a vehicle seat, and in particular, a discontinuous portion between skin pads is formed in the vicinity of a tear line for ensuring deployment of an airbag. The present invention relates to a cushion pad and a vehicle seat.
Conventionally, as an airbag module equipped seat, a seat in which an airbag module is attached to a side frame of a seat back frame has been proposed.
For example, as an example of such a sheet, a trim cover rupture portion is formed by sewing together each end of the trim cover and two ends of two baffles, and the two portions pulled into the trim cover from the rupture portion. The airbag module is wrapped with a single blanket, and the entire seat back including the airbag module is covered with a trim cover.
By the way, the break part of the trim cover forms a so-called “tear line” of the airbag, but a slit (discontinuous part) that runs in the vehicle vertical direction is formed in order to smoothly deploy the airbag from the tear line. A cushion pad has been proposed.
For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a vehicle seat on which an airbag module is mounted.
In the vehicle seat according to Patent Literature 1, when an expansion signal indicating that the airbag is to be deployed is detected, the ignition portion of the inflator is ignited and the airbag is inflated and deployed.
The airbag is inflated and deployed to the outside through a through hole (slit) formed in the cushion pad while pushing away the lid of the stored resin case, and further covers the surface layer portion of the through hole. The seam seam (tear line) of the outer skin cover is broken by the spreading pressure and bulges outward.

As described above, in the invention of Patent Document 1, since the airbag is deployed and inflated along the through hole (slit) provided so as to communicate with the seam portion (tear line) of the seam of the skin cover, the airbag is smoothly expanded. Can be bulged.
However, in the invention of Patent Document 1, since the slit is formed in the cushion pad, the outer skin cover and the cushion pad facing the side surface of the airbag move due to the load of the occupant and the shape of the skin material cannot be maintained. The above problem occurred.
In addition, there is a problem that it is difficult to maintain the appearance of the seat at a position corresponding to the space for installing the airbag module. This is a significant problem in so-called “caseless” airbag modules.
Furthermore, when a case or other parts are used to maintain the shape of the skin material, the assembling work becomes complicated and workability is poor.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a cushion having a discontinuous portion communicating with a tear line of an outer skin cover, and an airbag being deployed and inflated toward the discontinuous portion. An object of the present invention is to provide a cushion pad that can effectively prevent an appearance shape from being affected by the load of an occupant, and a vehicle seat including the cushion pad.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a cushion pad with good workability and a vehicle seat provided with the cushion pad in manufacturing.
According to the cushion pad of claim 1, the subject is a cushion pad of a vehicle seat that is covered with a skin material, and the cushion pad is located at a position facing a fracture portion of the skin material. A space surrounded by an inner wall of the divided cushion pad forms a space for arranging the airbag module, and the space for arranging the airbag module includes the space. The skin shape maintaining member that covers the side of the sheet is disposed, and the skin shape maintaining member is provided with a step portion for positioning to another member constituting the sheet.
Thus, since the skin shape maintaining member that covers the side of the seat in the space is disposed in the space for disposing the airbag module, a discontinuous portion and a space for disposing the airbag module are formed. However, the shape of the skin material can be maintained, and the occurrence of undulations or the like in the appearance at this position can be effectively prevented.
In addition, since the skin shape maintaining member has a step portion for positioning to other members constituting the seat, the skin shape maintaining member can be positioned to other members constituting the seat such as a side frame. The workability of assembling the skin shape maintaining member is improved.
In this specification, “non-continuous portion” refers to notches formed between a plurality of pads (slits, etc.). Although it is not fixed or fixed, such as bonding or connection. In other words, it is not physically continuous correctly, that is, it is in a separated state, but also includes a close state, so-called “contacting or touching” state and “engraving” state Are also widely included.
At this time, the skin shape maintaining member includes a side covering portion that covers at least a part of the side of the seat in the space for arranging the airbag module, and the airbag module is bent from the side covering portion. A rear covering portion extending inward in the seat width direction behind the installation space, and a position where the rear covering portion and the side covering portion are continuous, and an upper end and a lower end are the rear covering portion and A hinge portion that protrudes from the upper end and the lower end of the side covering portion, and has a vertical length that is longer than the vertical length of the rear covering portion and the side covering portion. Also good.
In this way, at the position where the rear covering portion and the side covering portion are continuous, the upper end and the lower end protrude from the upper end and the lower end of the rear covering portion and the side covering portion, respectively, and the length in the vertical direction is the rear covering portion. And the hinge part formed longer than the length of the side cover part in the vertical direction, even when the side cover part is pushed toward the seat side by the inflating force of the airbag when the airbag is deployed. The hinge portion having a long vertical direction can improve the support rigidity when the pressing force is received. As a result, the hinge portion functions as a hinge, and the airbag deployment force is suppressed from being transmitted to the rear covering portion, and the airbag deployment direction can be smoothly guided.
Moreover, the said side coating | coated part may be coat | covered with the laminated body of the said skin shape maintenance member, the said cushion pad, and the said skin material.
Since it is configured in this way, by providing the cushion pad, the shape of the airbag module stored inside affects the surface of the vehicle seat while maintaining the soft texture of the vehicle seat, The surface can be prevented from undulating and rising, and the shape maintaining power of the skin can be improved.
In the laminate, a layer closest to the space for arranging the airbag module may be formed of the hardest material.
Since it comprises in this way, the layer formed from the hardest material becomes a guide at the time of airbag deployment, and it becomes possible to guide the airbag deployment direction smoothly.
The skin shape maintaining member may have a substantially L-shaped cross section bent at the hinge portion, and the rear covering portion may be formed thicker than other portions of the skin shape maintaining member.
As described above, since the rear covering portion is formed thick, when the side covering portion is pushed toward the seat side by the inflating force of the airbag when the airbag is deployed, the thick rear covering portion is formed. It is possible to prevent the rear covering portion from moving toward the seat side by the movement of the side covering portion opening toward the seat side at the hinge portion. As a result, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of a gap in which the inflated airbag enters in the portion from the hinge portion to the rear covering portion, so that the airbag deployment direction can be smoothly guided.
The skin shape maintaining member may be insert-molded on the cushion pad.
Since it is comprised in this way, components are integrated and a number of components reduces, and workability | operativity improves when performing assembly | attachment operation | work.
Moreover, manufacture is easy, for example, when the resin-made skin shape maintenance member is insert-molded, it can maintain a fixed rigidity and can maintain the external appearance shape of a skin material effectively.
Also, a vehicle seat equipped with an airbag module for storing an airbag, the seat frame forming a skeleton of the seat, the airbag module attached to the seat frame, and attached to a skin material of the seat And a cushioning pad according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the cushioning pad is disposed between the seat frame and the skin material. Good.
At this time, one end side of the guide member is fixed to the broken portion of the skin material, and the guide member is drawn into the seat inside the space through the front of the space for arranging the airbag module. The other end side may be attached to the front edge side of the side frame.
Since it is configured in this manner, a guide member is arranged in front of the space for installing the air bag module where the skin shape maintaining member is not arranged, so that the airbag deployment direction can be guided more smoothly. It becomes possible.
In addition, the guide member passes through the front of the space for air bag module placement and is drawn into the seat inside the space, and the other end is attached to the front edge side of the side frame. It is not necessary to extend the skin shape maintaining member to the front of the space, and the structure of the skin shape maintaining member can be simplified.
According to the cushion pad of the present invention, since the skin shape maintaining member that covers the side of the seat in the space is disposed in the space for disposing the air bag module, the discontinuous portion and the air bag module are disposed. Even if this space is formed, the shape of the skin material can be maintained, and the occurrence of undulation or the like in the appearance at this position can be effectively prevented.
In addition, since the skin shape maintaining member has a step portion for positioning to other members constituting the seat, the skin shape maintaining member can be positioned to other members constituting the seat such as a side frame. The workability of assembling the skin shape maintaining member is improved.

The side frame 10 is formed by pressing a sheet metal, and as shown in FIG. 4, as shown in FIG. 4, a substantially flat side plate 11, and a front edge portion 12 formed by folding the front end portion of the side plate 11 inward in a U shape. The rear edge portion 13 is bent inward in an L-shape.
An airbag module 6 is fixed to the side frame 10.
The airbag module 6 has a known configuration, and is schematically illustrated in FIG.
The airbag module 6 is configured to be stored in a space 7 formed by the cushion pad 5.
As the airbag module 6 according to the present embodiment, a known airbag module may be used, but an example is briefly shown below.
The airbag module 6 includes an inflator 61, a mounting bracket 62, an airbag 63, and the like.
The inflator 61 is attached to the mounting bracket 62 while being held by the inflator bracket 64, and the upper end portion of the inflator 61 is inserted into the airbag 63.
The base of the airbag 63 is attached to the inflator bracket 64.
The inflator bracket 64 is a cylindrical member, and the inflator 61 is inserted and held therein.
The mounting bracket 62 to which these members are directly and indirectly attached is attached to the outer surface of the side plate 11 constituting the side frame 10 (the surface facing the side opposite to the side on which the seat surface is disposed). .
In addition, harnesses and connectors necessary for circuit configuration with related devices such as impact sensors are arranged around this, but the explanation of the arrangement method and position is omitted because known techniques are used. To do.
The airbag module 6 configured in this manner receives a large load from the outside of the vehicle body door into the vehicle body (so-called “side collision” occurs), and when the signal is transmitted from various sensors, the inflator 61 The gas is released and the airbag 63 is inflated and deployed outside the side of the seat (side of the occupant).
In the present embodiment, a configuration example of a so-called “caseless airbag module” in which the mounting bracket 62 provided with the inflator 61 and the like is attached to the side frame 10 is shown.
However, the present invention is not limited to this, and a configuration may be adopted in which the fastening bolt of the mounting bracket 62 protrudes to the outside and the whole is accommodated in the module case.
In this case, the module case may be, for example, an air bag that has an openable / closable lid hinged to the case body, or a housing composed of a case body and a lower plate provided with a fragile portion due to a V groove or the like on the front surface. What can be opened by the inflation pressure of the bag may be provided.
The trim cover 4 as a skin material is made of a known material, and a front gusset portion 41 covering the left and right bank surfaces from the center of the seat surface and a side gusset portion 42 extending from the peripheral side surface to the back surface are sewn together, and further not shown. The back gusset portion is sewed into a bag shape by connecting the back gusset portion to the side gusset portion 42 with a slide fastener (not shown).
The trim cover 4 is formed with a rupture portion 40 at the apex bulging at the bank portion of the front gusset portion 41 and the side gusset portion 42.
The breaking portion 40 is sewn to each other so that the ends of the front gusset portion 41 and the side gusset portion 42 can be broken by the tensile force due to the inflation of the airbag 63 while maintaining the strength that can withstand normal usability. ing.
The cushion pad 5 according to this embodiment includes at least a seat back side pad 51 and a side pad 52.
That is, in the present embodiment, at least the seat back side pad 51 and the side pad 52 are divided and formed, and a gap is formed between the seat back side pad 51 and the side pad 52. The
This gap is referred to as “slit P”. This slit P corresponds to a discontinuous portion.
The slit P indicates a notch (slit or the like) formed between the seat back side pad 51 and the side pad 52. This is because “the notch exists between both of them and is formed to be movable. Indicates a state in which it is not fixed or fixed, such as adhesion or connection. That is, it is not physically continuous correctly, that is, it is in a separated state, but also includes a close state, and also includes a so-called “contact or contact” state.
The slit P has a shape in which a gap that is cut in the front-rear direction of the sheet extends in the vertical direction.
Then, as shown in FIG. 4, the front end of the side pad 52 is cut obliquely so that the seat back side pad 51 side is rearward, and a groove having a V-shaped cross section is formed at the outer end of the slit P. ing. In this groove, a stitched portion of the front gusset portion 41, the end portion of the side gusset portion 42, and the end portion of the webbing 32 is embedded.
In the present embodiment, since the skin shape maintaining member 8 is provided, a so-called outer force cloth that is drawn from the breaking portion 40 toward the rear of the seat from the outside in the seat width direction of the airbag module 6 is not necessarily required. Since it is not a thing, the example which is not used was shown. Of course, the structure provided with an outer force cloth may be sufficient.
That is, the fracture portion 40 is arranged at the outer end portion of the slit P, whereby the slit P and the fracture portion 40 (so-called “tear line”) are continuous.
The airbag module 6 is stored in a space 7 surrounded by the inner wall of the seat back side pad 51 and the inner wall of the side pad 52.
The configuration of the side pad 52 is the main configuration of the present invention, and will be described in detail later, including the relationship between the seat back side pad 51 and the airbag module 6.
The force cloth 32 is disposed as a guide member that transmits the force applied to the breaking portion 40 when the airbag 63 is deployed and bulged.
The force cloth 32 is made of a cloth-like material with small stretchability, and plays a role of transmitting the stress caused by the expansion of the airbag 63 to the breaking portion 40 as described above.
The baffle 32 is a sheet-like member that is less stretchable than the trim cover 4, and one end thereof is stitched to a break portion 40 formed near the storage location of the airbag module 6, and is applied when the airbag is expanded and inflated. The force is transmitted to the breaking portion 40.
The airbag module 6 and other members are not damaged by the force that promotes the deployment of the airbag 63 and the force accompanying the expansion force when the airbag 63 is deployed. It is arranged between.
The force cloth 32 is made of a substantially trapezoidal cloth in which the side on the broken part 40 side and the side on the opposite side of the broken part 40 are substantially parallel and the side on the broken part 40 side is formed long. A plurality of trim plate attachment portions 36 protruding in a rectangular shape are formed on the side opposite to the fracture portion 40, and trim plates 37 are sewn to the trim plate attachment portions 36.
The side of the force cloth 32 on the side of the breaking portion 40 is the breaking portion 40, and is sewn together with the front gusset portion 41 of the trim cover 4 and the end portion of the side gusset portion 42.
The trim plate 37 is a rectangular plate made of hard resin.
As shown in FIG. 4, the force cloth 32 is drawn into the space 7 from the breaking portion 40.
The trim plate 37 at the other end of the force cloth 32 is locked to the front edge portion 12 of the side frame 10 via the clip member 50.
(About the structure and effect of the side pad 52)
3 and 4, the configuration of the side pad 52 according to the present embodiment and the relationship between the seat back side pad 51 and the airbag module 6 will be described.
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the airbag module 6 is disposed in the space 7.
The space 7 is a space surrounded by the inner wall of the seat back side pad 51 and the inner wall of the side pad 52.
And this space 7 is opened to the outer side direction of a sheet | seat.
Further, a resin-made skin shape maintaining member 8 is insert-molded on the inner wall portion of the side pad 52 so as to cover the opening portion of the space 7 that opens in the sheet outer direction.
The side pad 52 (and the seat back side pad 51) has a cushion part formed of a foam, and the cushion part is covered with the trim cover 4.
As this foam, a polypropylene bead foam, a polyethylene bead foam, a polypropylene foam, a polyethylene foam, an acrylonitrile / styrene foam, an ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer resin, a urethane foam material, or a combination thereof is used. The
In the skin shape maintaining member 8 according to this embodiment, a surface layer 83, a shape holding member 84, and a cushion pad 85 are sequentially laminated from the side of the airbag module 6 and insert molded.
The surface layer 83 is made of a polyester long-fiber non-woven fabric, and is fixed to the surface of the shape holding member 84 on the side of the airbag module 6 to prevent noise when using the sheet and release from the mold after the skin shape maintaining member 8 is molded. Play a role of improvement.
The shape holding member 84 is made of a resin molded product or a press felt, and is a member that achieves the original purpose of the skin shape maintaining member 8 that prevents the shape of the airbag module 6 from affecting the seat surface. As long as the shape holding member 84 has a certain degree of rigidity and does not hinder the operation of the airbag module 6, the shape holding member 84 may be composed of a resin molded product or a press felt.
The cushion pad 85 fills the gap between the side pad 52 and the shape holding member 84 in accordance with the shape of the side frame 10 and the shape holding member 84, and at the same time, the elasticity of the side portion of the airbag module 6 of the seat. It plays a role to keep sex.
Note that the surface layer 83 and the shape holding member 84 may be arranged in reverse, and the shape holding member 84 may be arranged on the airbag module 6 side.
The skin shape maintaining member 8 according to this embodiment includes an opening covering portion 81 as a side covering portion and a rear bent portion 82 as a rear covering portion.
The opening covering portion 81 has a substantially rectangular flat plate-like covering portion 81a disposed so as to cover the opening in the sheet outer side direction of the space 7, and one side of two sides extending in the vertical direction of the covering portion 81a. It is comprised by the substantially rectangular extension parts 81b and 81b each extended in the up-down direction from the upper-lower end part of the edge | side 81c (side by the side arrange | positioned back).
That is, the extending part 81b extending upward from the upper end of the one side 81c and the extending part 81b extending downward from the lower end of the one side 81c are formed.
The portion of the virtual rod-like body formed by connecting the pair of upper and lower extending portions 81b serves as a hinge portion for opening the opening covering portion 81 to the side of the seat when the airbag 63 is deployed.
That is, when the airbag 63 is deployed, the opening covering portion 81 as a whole tends to spread to the seat side due to the deploying force of the airbag 63, but the seat rear side of the opening covering portion 81 is thick and bent backward. It is integrally continuous with the portion 82, and movement to the side of the seat is suppressed. As a result, the free end of the opening covering portion 81 on the front side of the sheet is pushed and spread toward the seat side with the side 81c that is the rear end of the opening covering portion 81 as a hinge axis.
Then, a substantially rectangular rear bent portion 82 that is bent substantially perpendicularly from the side 81c on one side and extends in the seat inner direction is formed.
As shown in FIG. 4, the rear bent portion 82 has a thick cushion pad 85 and is formed thicker than the opening covering portion 81.
The opening covering portion 81 is insert-molded at a position that covers the opening in the seat outer side direction of the space 7 of the side pad 52, and the rear bent portion 82 extends from the vehicle rear side of the opening covering portion 81 to the inside of the seat rear portion. The side pad 52 is insert-molded so as to bend and wrap around substantially perpendicularly in the direction.
In the present embodiment, the rear bent portion 82 is formed in a stepped cross section so as to match the internal shape of the space 7 and to avoid interference with the airbag module 6.
The rear bent portion 82 is continuous from the outer bent portion 82a and the outer bent portion 82a that are bent rearward of the seat inward in the seat width direction, and is inclined so that the inner side in the seat width direction is located rearward of the outer side in the seat width direction. 82b, an end portion of the inclined surface 82b on the inner side in the seat width direction is continuous from the inner side bent portion 82c and the inner side bent portion 82c that bend inward in the seat width direction, and extends to the inner side in the seat width direction. And are formed.
A step is formed at a position where the rear bent portion 82 contacts the rear edge portion 13 of the side frame 10 by the outer bent portion 82a, the slope 82b, the inner bent portion 82c, and the side frame rear edge contact portion 82d. Positioning of the skin shape maintaining member 8 to 13 is possible.
Further, the seat front surface of the side frame rear edge abutting portion 82d extending inward in the seat width direction can abut on the seat rear surface of the rear edge portion 13, and the skin shape maintaining member 8 Positioning in the longitudinal direction of the seat is possible.
The shape of the step is not limited to this, and may be designed in a different shape according to the shape of the space 7 (the shape of the cushion pad 5) and the like.
At least a part of the space 7 on the outer side in the sheet width direction is covered with a laminate in which the trim cover 4, the side pads 52, and the skin shape maintaining member 8 are stacked in order from the outer side of the sheet. ing.
The skin shape maintaining member 8 is insert-molded into the side pad 52, and the side pad 52 and the side gusset portion 42 of the trim cover 4 are bonded to each other with an adhesive to form a laminated body. The cover 4, the side pads 52, and the skin shape maintaining member 8 can be handled as one body, and the workability is high.
Of the trim cover 4, the side pads 52, and the skin shape maintaining member 8, the skin shape maintaining member is formed of the hardest material and has the highest rigidity.
Due to such a configuration, the shape of the trim cover 4 disposed in the opening in the seat outer direction of the space 7 can be maintained.
The portion is a space 7 for disposing the airbag module 6. For this reason, the opening portion is located in the seat outer direction.
Therefore, there is a concern that appearance abnormality such as undulation may occur in the trim cover 4 at this position.
In addition, it cannot be denied that the trim cover 4 and the side pads 52 in this position may be displaced due to the load of the occupant.
Thus, in order to maintain the design of the appearance, it is required to maintain the shape of the trim cover 4 disposed at this position.
Such a problem is remarkable when the so-called “caseless” airbag module 6 according to the present embodiment is disposed.
For this reason, in view of such a problem, there has been a need to maintain the shape of the trim cover 4 disposed in the opening in the seat outer direction of the space 7. For example, the opening covering portion 81 constituting the skin shape maintaining member 8 insert-molded in the side pad 52 can cover the sheet outer direction opening in the space 7, and the skin shape maintaining member 8 is present. The shape of the trim cover 4 disposed at this position can be maintained.
Furthermore, since a substantially rectangular rear bent portion 82 that is bent substantially vertically from the one side 81c side (from the extended portions 81b and 81b) and extends in the seat inner direction is formed, the rigidity of the fracture portion is increased. Go up.
Further, since the skin shape maintaining member 8 is insert-molded, the side pads 52 can be prevented from being broken and scattered when the airbag 63 is deployed.
As described above, since the side pad 52 and the airbag module 6 according to the present embodiment are configured, when the airbag 63 is deployed and inflated, the airbag 63 faces the side pad 52 in the outward direction. Expand and bulge while applying the power of.
At this time, the break portion 40 formed at the outer end portion of the slit P is a tear line and is a fragile portion. Therefore, the portion breaks and the airbag 63 expands and bulges while expanding the slit P. .
That is, the side pad 52 from which the breaking portion 40 has been broken is outside by the pressing force of the airbag 63 with the rear end side of the skin material shape maintaining member 8 (portion extending from the bent portion to the rear bent portion 82) as a hinge (see FIG. 4 (OUT arrow direction).
Therefore, the airbag 63 is smoothly expanded and inflated.
Next, the positional relationship between the skin shape maintaining member 8 and the inflator 61 will be described with reference to FIG.
In the present embodiment, the inflator 61 is spaced apart from the opening covering portion 81 with a distance t1 and spaced apart from the rear bent portion 82 with a distance t2.
This is to protect the inflator 61.
Further, the rear bent portion 82 is configured to extend inward of the seat by a distance t3 from the position where the inflator 61 is disposed.
This is also to prevent the inflator 61 from being exposed (that is, in a state where there is nothing to be protected) at the portion, and to protect the inflator 61.

The second opening covering portion 181 according to this example includes a second covering portion 181a disposed so as to cover the opening in the seat outer direction of the space 7, and upper and lower end portions on the rear side of the second covering portion 181a. It is comprised by the substantially rectangular-shaped 2nd extension part 181b, 181b each extended in an up-down direction.
That is, a second extending portion 181b extending upward from the upper end on the rear side of the second covering portion 181a, and a second extending portion 181b extending downward from the lower end on the rear side of the second covering portion 181a, Are formed respectively.
A substantially rectangular second rear bent portion 182 is formed that is bent substantially perpendicularly from the second side 181c extending in the vertical direction on the rear end side and extends in the seat inner direction.

Insert molding is performed so as to bend and wrap around substantially vertically from the rear side toward the inner side of the seat rear part.
In the present embodiment, the second rear bent portion 182 is formed in a stepped cross section so as to match the internal shape of the space 7 and avoid interference with the airbag module 6.
This shape is not limited to this, and may be designed in a different shape according to the shape of the space 7 (the shape of the cushion pad 5) and the like.
Since it is configured in this way, the second skin shape maintaining member 108 becomes a skeleton, and the shape of the trim cover 4 at a position covering the opening in the seat outer direction of the space 7 is maintained with a certain tension.
For this reason, the shape of the trim cover 4 arrange | positioned at the sheet | seat outer side direction opening part of the space 7 is maintainable similarly to the said embodiment.
Further, a substantially rectangular second rear bent portion 182 that is bent substantially perpendicularly (from the second extending portions 181b and 181b) from the second side 181c on the rear side and extending in the seat inner direction is formed. Therefore, the rigidity of the broken portion is also increased as in the above embodiment, and since the second skin shape maintaining member 108 is insert-molded, the side pads 52 are broken and scattered when the airbag 63 is deployed. The effect that it is possible to prevent this is the same as in the above embodiment.
Next, FIG. 8 shows an enlarged view of part C of FIG.

This shape is not limited to this, and may be designed in a different shape according to the shape of the space 7 (the shape of the cushion pad 5) and the like.
Because of this configuration, the third skin shape maintaining member 208 serves as a skeleton, and the shape of the trim cover 4 at a position covering the opening in the seat outer direction of the space 7 is maintained with a certain tension.
For this reason, the shape of the trim cover 4 arrange | positioned at the sheet | seat outer side direction opening part of the space 7 is maintainable similarly to the said embodiment.
Further, a substantially rectangular third rear bent portion 282 is formed that is bent substantially vertically from the rear third side 281c side (from the third extending portions 281b and 281b) and extends in the seat inner direction.
(Other examples)
Hereinafter, another example of the airbag module equipped seat will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 11 to 19.
The present invention relates to an airbag module equipped seat in which an end portion side of a guide member that guides a deployment direction of an airbag module is attached to a side frame.
As an example of the seat frame, it is suitably used for a resin side frame, but it can also be applied to a side frame made of other materials such as metal.
In the present specification, “integrated and formed” includes a case where the resin is poured into an integral mold and the member is integrally molded, or a case where the resin is integrally formed by processing such as bending a metal member. .
As shown in FIGS. 1, 11, and 12, the seat back S <b> 1 includes a seat back frame 1, a cushion pad 5 placed on the seat back frame 1, and a cover that covers the seat back frame 1 and the cushion pad 5. The trim cover 4 which is a skin as a member, and the first force cloth 31 and the second force cloth 32 whose one ends are sewn to the fractured portion 40 of the trim cover 4 are main components.
The side frame 10 is formed of a resin molded body, and is formed of a substantially D-shaped substantially plate body in which a front end side is curved and a lower portion of the front end projects forward. As shown in FIGS. 12 and 13, a substantially flat side plate 11 as a plate portion, a front edge portion 12 formed by folding the front end portion of the side plate 11 in a U shape inside, and a rear end portion being L-shaped. The mold has a rear edge 13 bent inward. On the inner surface of the portion where the side plate 11 and the rear edge portion 13 are continuous, as shown in FIG. 13, a fillet portion 13 a is formed so that the inner surface has a curved shape.
As shown in FIGS. 11, 13, and 14, the front edge portion 12 includes the ends of the second webbing 32 at two locations in the extending direction of the front edge portion 12 extending substantially in the vertical direction of the sheet. A holding portion 14 is formed to be held.
The holding portion 14 includes a U-shaped portion 14a in which a front end of the side plate 11 is bent in a U-shape toward the inside of the sheet S, and an end portion on the inside of the sheet S of the U-shaped portion 14a extending toward the rear of the sheet S. The side plate 11 is bent toward the outer side of the sheet S substantially perpendicularly from the end of the side plate facing portion 14b at the rear side of the sheet S, as a plate portion facing portion composed of a surface facing the side plate 11. A first return portion 14c having a surface having a near-perpendicular angle with respect to the sheet S, and the first return portion 14c is bent substantially perpendicularly from the outer end portion of the sheet S toward the front side of the sheet S. A second return portion 14d as a restricting portion having a surface substantially parallel to the facing portion 14b. The second return portion 14d extends between the side plate facing portion 14b and the side plate 11 with the end portion directed toward the U-shaped portion 14a.
As shown in FIG. 14, the tip of the second return portion 14 d and the trim plate 37 are chamfered at the corners and formed so as to suppress damage to the second webbing 32.
Further, as shown in FIG. 14, the trim plate 37 is an outer periphery of a surface perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the trim plate 37 by a portion on the end side of the second webbing 32, and is in the holding portion 14. Almost all of the contained part is covered. Since it comprises in this way, it is suppressed that the inner surface of the holding | maintenance part 14 and the trim plate 37 contact directly, and abnormal noise generation | occurrence | production is suppressed.
The side plate facing portion 14b and the second return portion 14d extend in parallel with each other at a distance slightly larger than the thickness of the trim plate 37, and the side plate facing portion 14b and the second return portion 14d are disposed between the side plate facing portion 14b and the second return portion 14d. The trim plate 37 to which the second force cloth 32 is sewn is configured to be held in parallel with the side plate facing portion 14b and the second return portion 14d.
As shown in FIG. 14, the surface of the side plate 11 on the inner surface of the sheet S and facing the second return portion 14d rises toward the inner side of the sheet S and the second return portion 14d, and the thickness is increased. The thick portion 19 that is thick is provided so as to face the second webbing 32. By comprising in this way, the support rigidity of the holding | maintenance part 14 improves. Further, since the thick portion 19 is provided along the second webbing 32, it also functions as a guide when the second webbing 32 and the trim plate 37 are assembled.
Since the front edge portion 12 is in a position on the front side of the seat S that supports the back surface of the occupant, it is desirable that the front edge portion 12 does not protrude toward the inside of the seat S. Therefore, the holding portion 14 is arranged with the side plate facing portion 14b and the second return portion 14d serving as the holding surface of the trim plate 37 along the front-rear direction of the seat S, and becomes the front end portion of the side frame 10. The front edge portion 12 is prevented from projecting inside the sheet S.
As shown in FIGS. 13 and 15, the upper end 14 u and the lower end 14 l of the holding portion 14 are end surfaces that are shaped in the horizontal direction of the sheet S. Further, the U-shaped portion 14 a is formed over the entire area of the side frame 10 in the extending direction, and the upper end 14 u and the lower end 141 of the holding portion 14 are not provided with end portions.
The upper end 14u of the holding part 14 is opened upward, but the lower end 14l of the holding part 14 is closed with a wall made of a resin material as a lid.
Accordingly, at the upper end 14u of the holding portion 14, only the side plate facing portion 14b, the first return portion 14c, and the second return portion 14d have end portions. With this configuration, the holding portion 14 has the first return portion 14 c protruding on the front edge portion 12 in the extending direction of the front edge portion 12, and the end portion of the second force cloth 32. And since it becomes easy to confirm the holding | maintenance part 14 used as the attachment position of the trim plate 37, attachment workability | operativity improves.
Further, the U-shaped portion 14a is formed so as to rise toward the outside of the curved surface at a position slightly above the upper end 14u of the front edge portion 12 and a position slightly below the lower end 14l, and the thickness is increased. A thick portion 17 is provided. By comprising in this way, the rigidity of the holding | maintenance part 14 improves.
As shown in FIG. 13, the rear edge portion 13 holds the end portion of the first webbing 31 at one place in the center in the extending direction of the rear edge portion 13 extending substantially in the vertical direction of the sheet. The holding part 15 is formed.
As shown in FIG. 16, the holding portion 15 includes an L-shaped portion 15a in which the rear end of the side plate 11 is bent in an L-shape toward the inside of the sheet S, and an end portion inside the sheet S of the L-shaped portion 15a. The side plate facing portion 15b as a plate portion facing portion extending from the front side of the sheet S and facing the side plate 11 and the end of the side plate facing portion 15b at the front side of the sheet S are substantially perpendicular to the outside of the sheet S. A restriction portion that is bent toward the side plate 11 and is substantially perpendicular to the side plate 11 and a return portion 15c as a first return portion are provided.
The L-shaped portion 15a is formed by laminating a known sheet-like CFRP (carbon fiber reinforced plastic) material in which fibers are substantially aligned and hardened in one direction at the time of molding. The fiber direction of the CFRP material is a direction in which a force is applied to the L-shaped portion 15a when the airbag module 6 is deployed, and is parallel to the surface of the trim plate 33 housed in the holding portion 15 as shown in FIG. It is the width direction.
As shown in FIG. 16, the tip of the return portion 15 c and the trim plate 33 are chamfered at the corners, so that damage to the first webbing 31 can be suppressed.
Further, as shown in FIG. 16, the trim plate 33 has the outer periphery of the surface perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the trim plate 33 covered almost entirely by the end portion side of the first webbing 31. Since it comprises in this way, it is suppressed that the inner surface of the holding | maintenance part 15 and the trim plate 33 contact directly, and abnormal noise generation | occurrence | production is suppressed.
The L-shaped portion 15a and the return portion 15c extend in parallel with each other at a distance slightly larger than the thickness of the trim plate 33, and the first baffle is provided between the L-shaped portion 15a and the return portion 15c. The trim plate 33 sewn 31 is configured to be held parallel to the L-shaped portion 15a and the return portion 15c.
Since there is a relatively large space around the rear edge portion 13, the holding portion 15 arranges the L-shaped portion 15 a and the return portion 15 c serving as the holding surface of the trim plate 33 along the width direction of the sheet S. ing.
The end of the first baffle 31 is arranged behind the sheet S from the bolt 18. By comprising in this way, the deterioration of the workability | operativity of the terminal of the 1st bedding 31 and the trim plate 33 is suppressed. Further, depending on the setting of the positional relationship between the bolt 18 and the end of the first webbing 31 and the trim plate 33, the end of the first webbing 31 and the trim plate 33 may rotate when the airbag module 6 is deployed. It is also possible to suppress by the bolt 18.
The upper end 15u and the lower end 15l of the holding portion 15 are end surfaces shaped as if they were cut in the horizontal direction of the sheet S, as shown in FIGS. Further, the L-shaped portion 15 a is formed over the entire region of the side frame 10 in the extending direction, and no end portion is provided at the upper end 15 u and the lower end 15 l of the holding portion 15.
The upper end 15u of the holding part 15 is opened upward, but the lower end 15l of the holding part 15 is closed with a wall made of a resin material as a lid.
Therefore, at the upper end 15u of the holding portion 15, only the side plate facing portion 15b and the return portion 15c have end portions. By configuring in this way, the holding portion 15 has the side plate facing portion 15b protruding on the rear edge portion 13 in the extending direction of the rear edge portion 13, and the end portion and trim of the first force cloth 31. Since it becomes easy to confirm the holding part 15 used as the attachment position of the plate 33, attachment workability | operativity improves.
Moreover, the part adjacent to the holding | maintenance part 15 among the fillet parts 13a becomes the thick part 13b formed thicker than the part of the other fillet parts 13a. As shown in FIG. 12, the thick portion 13 b is disposed so that the cushion pad 5 on the rear side of the seat S faces the recessed portion 5 a that is recessed so that the inner side of the seat S moves backward toward the rear of the seat S. By comprising in this way, it can suppress that the surrounding structure of the thick part 13b becomes large.
Further, on the inner surface of the sheet S of the side plate 11, from the position adjacent to the upper holding portion 14 to the position adjacent to the holding portion 15, the position adjacent to the holding portion 15 from the position adjacent to the lower holding portion 14. The bead 16 is formed in a straight line and the holding portions 14 and 15 are reinforced to the extent that there is no hindrance to the attachment of the first webbing 31 and the second webbing 32. The means for reinforcing the holding portions 14 and 15 is not limited to beads, and other means for improving rigidity may be used.

Since the raised portion 14 a ′ is not provided, the trim plate 37 ′ is brought into contact with the inner side surface on the rear side of the sheet S of the restricting portion 14 c ′ above the holding portion 14 ′ and is then slid to thereby hold the holding portion. 14 'can be easily attached.
As shown in FIG. 18, the trim plate 37 ′ attached to the second webbing 32 is made of a hard resin plate, and the cross section cut by a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal direction is a long and narrow elliptical direction. The end portion is provided with a concave portion 37a ′ having an L-shaped cross section that is recessed in the thickness direction of the trim plate 37 ′, and a portion adjacent to the L-shaped concave portion 37a ′ is formed at the end. The thin portion 37b 'is formed thinner than the other portions.
The thin-walled portion 37b ′ is attached with the attachment portion 36 of the second webbing 32, and the recessed portion 37a ′ is engaged with the protrusion 14d ′ at the time of assembly so that the holding portion 14 ′ of the trim plate 37 ′ can be engaged. It is possible to suppress the dropout of the.
Since the other configuration of the holding unit 14 ′ is the same as that of the holding unit 14, description thereof is omitted.
The rear edge portion 13 is provided with a holding portion 15 shown in FIGS. 12, 13, and 16, but a holding portion 15 ′ shown in FIG. 19 may be provided instead of the holding portion 15.
The holding portion 15 ′ has a sheet S from a first wall portion 15 a ′ in which the rear end of the side plate 11 ′ is bent in an L shape and vertically bent toward the inside of the sheet S, and a root 15 b ′ of the first wall portion 15 a ′. The second wall portion 15c ′ branched backward and erected in parallel along the first wall portion 15a ′ toward the inside of the sheet S, and the tip of the second wall portion 15c ′ inside the sheet S are the sheet S is provided with a protrusion 15d ′ protruding toward the front.

Since the other configuration of the holding unit 15 ′ is the same as that of the holding unit 15, description thereof is omitted.
Other examples shown in FIGS. 11 to 19 include, for example, an airbag module-equipped seat, an airbag module attached to a side frame of a seat back frame, each terminal of a trim cover, and two ends of two blanches. The trim cover rupture part is formed by sewing together, and the airbag module is wrapped with two blanches pulled from the rupture part to the inside of the trim cover, and the entire seat back including the airbag module is covered with the trim cover. It solves the problem of Japanese Patent No. 4560659.
In other words, in Japanese Patent No. 4560659, it is only necessary to draw the baffle from the opening edge of the back pad into the inside of the cavity and to hang the hook of the trim cord on the latch pin of the module cover inside the cavity. The power cloth can be assembled compactly and easily.
However, the structure in which the guide member for guiding the deployment direction of the airbag module is attached to the attached portion such as the seat frame via the attachment member such as the hook of Japanese Patent No. 4560659 has a large number of parts and is assembled. Reduction of man-hours was desired.
According to another example shown in FIGS. 11 to 19, the assembly man-hour can be reduced by reducing the number of parts, and the connecting portion between the airbag module side and the guide member is deformed by the deployment force of the airbag. Is suppressed, and an airbag module-equipped seat having high attachment rigidity between the airbag module side and the guide member can be provided.

The restricting portion includes the first return portion,
The holding portion includes a region surrounded by the flange portion, the plate portion facing portion, and the first return portion.
Therefore, it is possible to realize an attachment portion for directly attaching the guide member to the seat frame side with a simple configuration.
(5) The seat frame includes a plate portion and the flange portion where the end portion of the plate portion is bent,

A first return portion that is bent and a second return portion that is further opposed to the plate portion facing portion from the first return portion, and is provided between the plate portion facing portion and the plate portion. Provided,
The restricting portion includes the second return portion,
The holding portion includes a region surrounded by the plate portion facing portion, the first return portion, and the second return portion.
Therefore, it is possible to realize an attachment portion for directly attaching the guide member to the seat frame side with a simple configuration.
(6) The flange portion is provided so as to extend in the vertical direction along the horizontal end portion of the seat frame.
The holding portion is provided in a part of the flange portion in the vertical direction,
The upper end of the holding part opens upward,
The restricting portion is not formed at a position adjacent to the upper end portion above the upper end portion of the holding portion.
The guide member can be attached to the holding portion by sliding from above the holding portion. Accordingly, since the direction of the force applied to the guide member when the airbag module is deployed and the direction of attaching the guide member have an angle, even if force is applied to the guide member when the airbag module is deployed, guidance is provided from the attachment port of the guide member. It can suppress that a member remove | deviates and can improve support rigidity.
(7) The wall portion constituting the holding portion is made of a material containing a fiber reinforced material,
