Abstract

LTE-advance时分双工TDD通信系统中动态分配上下行子帧的技术,具体涉及一种TDD自适应帧结构的重传方法、网络及终端侧设备。该方法包括:TDD自适应帧传输过程中,针对上行子帧,如果从7种已经定义的帧结构中,查找到对应该上行子帧的物理混合重传指示信道PHICH以及物理上行共享信道PUSCH的往返时延RTT周期为10ms的帧结构,则在所查找到的帧结构中对应的下行子帧上发送PHICH数据,在所查找到的帧结构中对应的上行子帧上接收重传数据。本申请技术方案保证了R10UE的上行数据信道的混合自动重传请求HARQ兼容性。另外,还根据上行A/N解析度配置物理下行共享信道PDSCH的A/N反馈,提高了重传性能。

时分双工自适应帧结构的重传方法、 网络及终端侧设备
技术领域
本发明涉及 LTE-advance (3GPP Release 11)TDD通信系统中动态分配上 下行子帧的技术, 具体涉及一种 TDD ( Time Division Duplexing, 时分双工 ) 自适应帧结构时序配置方案。 背景技术
LTE及 LTE-A标准中, TDD的系统帧是由十个子帧组成。 3GPP—共支 持 7种帧结构, 如表 1所示。

目前 3GPP标准中是通过系统信息 SIB-I来通知 UE当前服务小区所配置 的帧结构。跟据现有标准, SIB信息最小变动周期是 640ms。在 3GPP于 RAN54 ( 2011年 12月)次全会正式批准的 "动态 TDD帧结构" 的预研项目中, 更 加动态的分配 TDD系统的帧结构成为可能。 缩短 TDD系统帧结构的变动周 期可以充分利用 TDD的特性以更好地支持非对称业务的传输。
但是如何设置下行数据帧的重传还没有具体方案。 另外, 在上行同步 HARQ过程中, 如何重传 PUSCH以避免和 RIO UE的冲突也需要进一步的 解决方案。 发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是, 如何根据上行 A/N解析度配置 PDSCH ( Physical Downlink Shared Channel, 物理下行共享信道 )的 A/N反馈, 以及 如何保持和 R10UE 的上行数据信道的 HARQ ( Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request, 混合自动重传请求)兼容性, 故本发明提供一种时分双工自适应帧 结构的重传方法、 网络及终端侧设备。
为了解决上述技术问题, 本发明公开了一种时分双工(TDD ) 自适应帧 结构的重传方法, 包括:
TDD自适应帧传输过程中, 针对上行子帧, 如果从 7种已经定义的帧结 构中, 查找到对应该上行子帧的物理混合重传指示信道( PHICH ) 以及物理 上行共享信道(PUSCH ) 的往返时延(RTT )周期为 10ms的帧结构, 则在 所查找到的帧结构中对应的下行子帧上发送 PHICH数据 ,在所查找到的帧结 构中对应的上行子帧上接收重传数据。
较佳地, 上述方法还包括: 如果从 7种已经定义的帧结构中, 查找不到 对应该上行子帧的 PHICH以及 PUSCH的 RTT周期为 10ms的帧结构时: 新定义 RTT周期为 10ms或者 10ms的整数倍的帧结构, 在新定义的帧 结构中对应的下行子帧上发送 PHICH数据,在新定义的帧结构中对应的上行 子帧上接收重传数据, 所述新定义的帧结构为与 7种已定义的帧结构中各子 帧不冲突的帧结构。
较佳地, 上述方法还包括: 如果从 7种已经定义的帧结构中, 查找不到 对应该上行子帧的 PHICH以及 PUSCH的 RTT周期为 10ms的帧结构时: 在该上行子帧上仅传输新的上行数据; 或者
将该上行子帧配置为下行子帧。 较佳地, 上述方法还包括:

第五模块, 设置为: 在所述第四模块查找到的上行子帧关联的物理下行 共享信道( PDSCH )的数目小于等于 4时,在该上行子帧上发送确认 /错误( A/N ) 应答;
第六模块, 设置为: 在所述第四模块查找到的上行子帧关联的 PDSCH 的数目大于 4时, 查找所述第四模块查找到的上行子帧之后满足 7种已定义 的帧结构时序关系中距离所查找到的上行子帧最近, 且关联的 PDSCH的数 目小于等于 4个的上行子帧, 并在该上行子帧上发送 A/N。
较佳地, 上述设备中: 所述第六模块, 设置为: 当所述第四模块查找到 的上行子帧之后满足 7种已定义的帧结构时序关系中距离所查找到的上行子 帧最近, 且关联的 PDSCH的数目小于等于 4个的上行子帧不存在时, 在所 述第四模块查找到的上行子帧上发送 A/N。
本申请技术方案保证了 R10UE的上行数据信道的 HARQ兼容性。另外, 还根据上行 A/N解析度配置 PDSCH的 A/N反馈, 提高了重传性能。 附图概述

下文将结合附图对本发明技术方案作进一步详细说明。 需要说明的是, 在不冲突的情况下, 本申请的实施例和实施例中的特征可以任意相互组合。
实施例 1
申请人提出基于子帧为最小分配单位的帧结构配置中, 帧结构分配可以 优先考虑上行确认 /错误 ( A/N )应答解析度。 这就需要根据 A/N解析度来设 置下行数据帧的重传。 申请人还考虑到现有标准中支持 A/N复用和捆绑两种 方式, 当一个 PUCCH ( Physical Uplink Control CHannel, 物理上行链路控制 信道)对应的 PDSCH数量少于等于 4 个时, 复用和捆绑都支持。 当一个 PUCCH对应的 PDSCH数量大于 4个时, 只支持捆绑。 其中, 复用方式占用 资源较多, 但其解析度更高, 更能提高重传效率。 基于此, 申请人提出一种 TDD自适应帧结构的重传方法, 该方法包括:
TDD动态帧传输过程中, 针对当前帧的下行子帧, 从 7种定义的帧结构 时序关系中查找距离该下行子帧最近的上行子帧, 若查找到的上行子帧关联 的 PDSCH的数目小于等于 4, 则在该上行子帧上反馈 A/N;
若查找到的上行子帧关联的 PDSCH的数目大于 4,则在所查找到的上行 子帧之后且满足 7种已定义的帧结构时序关系中距离所查找到的上行子帧最 近, 且关联的 PDSCH的数目小于等于 4个的上行子帧上反馈 A/N。
另外,所查找到的上行子帧关联的 PDSCH的数目大于 4,且其后的上行 子帧中满足 7种定义的帧结构时序关系中距离所查找到的上行子帧最近, 且 关联的 PDSCH的数目小于等于 4个的上行子帧不存在, 则在所查找到的上 行子帧上反馈 A/N。
从上述方案即可总结出, 本申请中 TDD 自适应帧结构的重传过程中, 针对 PDSCH的上行 A/N, HARQ定时关系需要遵守如下准则:
A:选择 7种已经定义的帧结构的时序关系中距离 PDSCH子帧最近且关 联的 PDSCH的数目少于等于 4个的上行子帧。
B: 7种已经定义的帧结构的时序关系中距离 PDSCH子帧最近的上行子 帧关联的 PDSCH的数目大于 4个时, 按照如下两种准则:
B1 , 选择距离 PDSCH子帧最近的上行子帧 (即 7种已经定义的帧结构 的时序关系中距离 PDSCH子帧最近的上行子帧,后文简称为距离 PDSCH子 帧最近的上行子帧 )之后满足 7种已定义的时序关系中与距离 PDSCH子帧 最近的上行子帧最近的且关联的 PDSCH的数目少于等于 4个的上行子帧。
B2 , 距离 PDSCH子帧最近的上行子帧之后没有满足 7种已经定义的时 序关系中与距离 PDSCH子帧最近的上行子帧最近且关联的 PDSCH的数目少 于等于 4个的上行子帧时, 选择距离 PDSCH子帧的最近的上行子帧 (即 7 种已经定义的帧结构的时序关系中距离 PDSCH子帧最近的上行子帧) , 此 时, 所选择的上行子帧关联的 PDSCH的数目大于 4个。 但要说明的是, 虽 然此时, 所选择的上行子帧关联的 PDSCH的数目大于 4个, 需要釆用捆绑 方式反馈 A/N, 但本实施例中所捆绑的 PDSCH信道对应的 A/N的数目还是 小于现有技术中捆绑 A/N的数目,即本实施例较好地解决了反馈 A/N的问题, 提高了系统性能。
另外,在上述 TDD动态帧传输过程中,网络侧通过 RRC( Radio Resource Control, 无线资源控制协议)信令半静态通知 UE进入自适应帧结构切换状 态, 这样 UE收到通知后即可按照预定义的时序关系进行数据操作; 或者网 络侧通过设定的动态信令将动态配置的每一子帧的时序关系通知给 UE, UE 根据动态信令中各子帧的时序关系进行数据操作即可。
下面结合附图进一步说明本实施例的重传过程。
如图 1所示,当帧结构 #5切换到帧结构 #0时,帧结构 #5中的子帧 0/1/3/4 遵循帧结构 #5的 HARQ时序关系。对于子帧 5 , 因为没有其他合适的已经定 义的 HARQ 时序, 所以该子帧也需要遵守帧结构 #5 的 HARQ 时序。 子帧 6/7/8/9则遵守帧结构 #4的 HARQ时序。和传统的 HARQ时序相比,子帧 6/7/8 可以被关联到下一子帧 3 ,从而避免了只能釆用 A/N捆绑而导致的性能损失。 子帧 9也是被关联到下一子帧 3 ,避免了被关联到 12子帧以后的上行子帧所 带来的延时。 此外对于帧结构 #5中的子帧 0/1/3/4/5而言, 虽然只能釆用 A/N 捆绑,然而和帧结构 #5相比,捆绑的子帧数量减少了 3个,因而提高了性能。
实施例 2
申请人还发现目前标准里釆用同步非自适应 HARQ,即 PUSCH( Physical Uplink Shared Channel, 物理上行共享信道)传输发生错误时, 其重传需要在 预先定义好的子帧中。 在自适应帧结构配置中, 这种预先定义好的帧结构会 带来时序上的冲突。 图 2所示即为一种冲突场景, 为了避免这种冲突, 子帧 7 不能被分配给 R10UE传输。 类似的, 几乎所有上行子帧都不能被分配给 R10UE。 一个潜在的解决办法是当冲突发生的时候, 将该冲突子帧配置由下 行子帧配置为上行子帧。 然而该方法有如下风险:
降低了自适应帧结构的增益。 上行重传的概率通常是要大于下行重传的 概率, 过多的重传会导致很多下行子帧无法传输下行数据, 从而无法满足系 统对数据突发的需求。
PHICH ( Physical Hybrid Indicator Channel, 物理混合重传指示信道) 资 源冲突。 假定 R11的 UE可以知道下一帧的自适应帧结构, 则其 PUSCH对 应的 PHICH的位置是固定的, 如果该 PHICH所属的子帧由于冲突被配置为 上行帧, 则会导致 PHICH没有资源传输。
eNB 侧调度复杂度增加。 eNB 只有在解调出 PUSCH 以后 (即对应的 PHICH子帧 )才能确认其重传子帧为上行还是下行。 即 eNB要完成两种(或 者多种)候选帧结构的调度。
因此, 基于上述分析, 申请人在本实施例中提供一种 TDD 自适应帧结 构的重传方法,提出该方法提供了一种相对固定的基于子帧特定的时序关系, 具体地, 该方法包括如下操作:
TDD动态帧传输过程中, 针对上行子帧, 如果从 7种已经定义的帧结构 中, 对应该上行子帧的 PHICH 以及随后的 PUSCH 重传查找到 RTT ( Round-Trip Time, 往返时延)周期为 10ms的帧结构, 则在所查找到帧结 构中对应的下行子帧上发送 PHICH数据 ,在所查找到的帧结构对应的上行子 帧上发送重传数据。
如果从 7种已经定义的帧结构中,对应该上行子帧的 PHICH以及随后的 PUSCH重传均查找不到 RTT周期为 10ms的帧结构, 则可以釆取如下任一 种操作:
第一种操作: 新定义 RTT周期为 10ms的或者是 10ms的整数倍的现有 标准不支持但和别的子帧不冲突的帧结构,在新定义的 RTT周期的帧结构中 对应的下行子帧上发送 PHICH数据, 在新定义的 RTT周期的帧结构中对应 的上行子帧上发送重传数据。 例如: 对于图 2中帧结构 #0的子帧 9, 可以定 义 10ms的 RTT -即 PUSCH->PHICH间隔 6ms, PHICH->PUSCH间隔 4ms。 第二种操作: 配置该上行子帧不能进行上行数据同步非自适应重传, 在 该上行子帧中仅进行新的上行数据的传输。
第三种操作: 将该上行子帧配置为下行子帧。
具体地, 现有帧结构中的上行子帧有如下几种情况:
针对上行子帧 2/7, 可以遵守帧结构 #1的 PHICH和上行重传配置; 针对上行子帧 4 , 可以遵守帧结构 #3的 PHICH和上行重传配置; 针对上行子帧 3 , 如果当前帧不为帧结构 #0, 则可以遵守帧结构 #1 的 PHICH和上行重传配置。 如果当前帧为帧结构 #0, 则该子帧不支持同步非自 适应重传。
针对上行子帧 8, 如果下一帧不为帧结构 #0和 #6, 则可以遵守帧结构 #1 的 PHICH和上行重传配置。 如果下一帧为帧结构 #0或 #6, 则该子帧不支持 同步非自适应重传, 或者新定义 10ms或 10ms整数倍的 RTT的帧结构。
针对上行子帧 9 (帧结构 0 ) , 该子帧不支持同步非自适应重传, 或者是 新定义 10ms或 10ms整数倍的 RTT的帧结构, 例如, PUSCH->PHICH间隔 6ms, PHICH->PUSCH间隔 4ms。
由上述分类可以看出, 这种基于子帧特定的时序关系可以支持大部分的 上行子帧进行数据重传, 仅有较少情况不支持数据重传, 也可以通过定义新 的现有标准不支持但是也完全不冲突的 RTT周期。
下面结合附图进一步说明本实施例的重传过程。
如图 3所示, 当帧结构从 #0跳变到 #6的时候, 子帧 2/3/7遵从帧结构 #1 的时序关系,子帧 4遵从帧结构 #3的时序关系,子帧 8不支持上行数据重传。 除了发送新的 PUSCH数据之外, 子帧 8也可以被配置成下行子帧。 此时系 统的 SIB消息可以指示为帧结构 #1 ( R10终端在子帧 8不被调度),而和 R11 终端不会产生冲突。
实施例 3
本实施例提供一种 TDD 自适应帧结构重传方法, 该方法包括上述实施 例 1和实施例 2的操作, 即本实施例 TDD动态帧传输过程中, 针对上行子 帧,如果从 7种已经定义的帧结构中,对应该上行子帧的 PHICH以及随后的 PUSCH重传查找到 RTT周期为 10ms的帧结构, 则在所查找到帧结构中对 应的下行子帧上发送 PHICH数据 ,在所查找到的帧结构中对应的上行子帧上 发送重传数据。 而针对下行子帧, 从 7种定义的帧结构时序关系中查找距离 该下行子帧最近的上行子帧, 若查找到的上行子帧关联的 PDSCH的数目小 于等于 4, 则在该上行子帧上反馈 A/N。
其中, 针对上行子帧, 如果从 7种已经定义的帧结构中, 对应该上行子 帧的 PHICH以及随后的 PUSCH重传均查找不到 RTT周期为 10ms的帧结构, 时, 可釆用如下任一种操作方式:
第一种操作, 新定义 RTT周期为 10ms或者 10ms的整数倍的现有标准 不支持但和别的子帧不冲突的帧结构,然后在新定义的 RTT的帧结构中对应 的下行子帧上发送 PHICH数据, 在新定义的 RTT的帧结构中对应的上行子 帧上发送重传数据;
第二种操作, 在该上行子帧不能进行上行数据同步非自适应重传, 仅进 行新的上行数据的传输;
第三种操作,将该上行子帧配置为下行子帧进行处理。而对于下行子帧, 若查找到的距离下行子帧最近的上行子帧关联的 PDSCH的数目大于 4,则距 离下行子帧最近的上行子帧之后满足 7种定义的帧结构时序关系中与距离下 行子帧最近的上行子帧最近, 且关联的 PDSCH的数目小于等于 4个的上行 子帧上反馈 A/N。 但是, 距离下行子帧最近的上行子帧之后满足 7种定义的 帧结构时序关系中与距离下行子帧最近的上行子帧最近, 且关联的 PDSCH 的数目小于等于 4个的上行子帧不存在时, 还是在距离下行子帧最近的上行 子帧上反馈 A/N即可。
上述针对上行子帧和下行子帧的具体操作可参见实施例 1和 2的相应描 述, 在此不再赘述。 实施例 3
本实施例提供一种网络侧设备, 其至少包括第一模块和第二模块。 第一模块, 主要在 TDD 自适应帧传输过程中, 针对上行子帧, 从 7种 已经定义的帧结构中, 查找对应该上行子帧的 PHICH以及 PUSCH的 RTT 周期为 10ms的帧结构;
第二模块, 则在第一模块所查找到的帧结构中对应的下行子帧上发送 PHICH数据, 以及在所查找到的帧结构中对应的上行子帧上接收重传数据。
其中, 第一模块, 在查找不到对应该上行子帧的 PHICH以及 PUSCH的 RTT周期为 10ms的帧结构时, 可以新定义 RTT周期为 10ms或者 10ms的 整数倍的帧结构。 需要说明的是, 新定义的帧结构为与 7种已经定义的帧结 构中各子帧不冲突的帧结构。 此时, 第二模块, 在第一模块新定义的帧结构 中对应的下行子帧上发送 PHICH数据,在新定义的帧结构中对应的上行子帧 上接收重传数据。
针对查找不到对应该上行子帧的 PHICH 以及 PUSCH 的 RTT周期为 10ms的帧结构的情况, 第一模块除了新定义 RTT周期为 10ms或者 10ms的 整数倍的帧结构以外, 还将该上行子帧配置为下行子帧, 或者配置该上行子 帧上仅用于传输新的上行数据。
另外, 上述网络侧设备还可以包括一第三模块, 该模块主要通过 RRC 信令半静态通知 UE进入自适应帧结构切换状态以使 UE按照预定义的时序 关系进行数据操作; 或者通过设定的动态信令将动态配置的每一子帧的时序 关系通知给 UE。
除了述模块外, 该网络侧设备还可以包括第四、 第五和第六模块, 这些 模块主要是针对下行子帧的处理。 具体的, 第四、 第五和第六模块和介绍如 下:
第四模块, 针对下行子帧, 从 7种已定义的帧结构时序关系中查找距离 该下行子帧最近的上行子帧;
第五模块, 在第四模块查找到的上行子帧关联的 PDSCH的数目小于等 于 4时, 在该上行子帧上接收 A/N应答;
第六模块, 在第四模块查找到的上行子帧关联的 PDSCH的数目大于 4 时, 查找所述第四模块查找到的上行子帧之后满足 7种已定义的帧结构时序 关系中距离所查找到的上行子帧最近, 且关联的 PDSCH的数目小于等于 4 个的上行子帧, 并在该上行子帧上接收 A/N。
其中, 第六模块, 当第四模块查找到的上行子帧之后满足 7种已定义的 帧结构时序关系中距离所查找到的上行子帧最近, 且关联的 PDSCH的数目 小于等于 4个的上行子帧不存在时, 还可以在第四模块查找到的上行子帧上 接收 A/N。
实施例 4
本实施例提供一种终端侧设备, 其至少包括第一模块和第二模块。
第一模块, 在时分双工 (TDD ) 自适应帧传输过程中, 针对上行子帧, 从 7种已经定义的帧结构中, 查找对应该上行子帧的物理混合重传指示信道 ( PHICH )以及物理上行共享信道( PUSCH )的往返时延( RTT )周期为 10ms 的帧结构;
第二模块, 在第一模块所查找到的帧结构中对应的下行子帧上接收 PHICH数据, 以及在所查找到的帧结构中对应的上行子帧上发送重传数据。 需要说明的是, 当上述第一模块, 查找不到对应该上行子帧的 PHICH 以及 PUSCH的 RTT周期为 10ms的帧结构时, 还新定义 RTT周期为 10ms 或者 10ms的整数倍的帧结构, 其中, 新定义的帧结构为与 7种已经定义的 帧结构中各子帧不冲突的帧结构; 此时, 第二模块, 在第一模块新定义的帧 结构中对应的下行子帧上接收 PHICH数据,在新定义的帧结构中对应的上行 子帧上发送重传数据。
另外, 第一模块, 查找不到对应该上行子帧的 PHICH 以及 PUSCH的 RTT周期为 10ms的帧结构时, 还可以在该子帧上接收下行数据; 或者在该 子帧上接收新的上行数据。
还有一些优选方案提出的终端侧设备, 在上述第一模块和第二模块的基 础上, 还包括有一第三模块。 第三模块, 接收无线资源控制协议(RRC )信 令半静态通知, 进入自适应帧结构切换状态, 以按照预定义的时序关系进行 数据操作; 或者通过接收动态信令获取每一子帧的时序关系。 除了第三模块外,还可以增加一第四模块、第五模块和第六模块。其中: 第四模块, 针对下行子帧, 从 7种已定义的帧结构时序关系中查找距离 该下行子帧最近的上行子帧。
第五模块, 在第四模块查找到的上行子帧关联的物理下行共享信道 ( PDSCH )的数目小于等于 4时, 在该上行子帧上发送确认 /错误( A/N )应 答。
第六模块, 在第四模块查找到的上行子帧关联的 PDSCH的数目大于 4 时, 查找所述第四模块查找到的上行子帧之后满足 7种已定义的帧结构时序 关系中距离所查找到的上行子帧最近, 且关联的 PDSCH的数目小于等于 4 个的上行子帧, 并在该上行子帧上发送 A/N。
而第六模块, 在第四模块查找到的上行子帧之后满足 7种已定义的帧结 构时序关系中距离所查找到的上行子帧最近, 且关联的 PDSCH的数目小于 等于 4个的上行子帧不存在时,可在第四模块查找到的上行子帧上发送 A/N。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通过程序 来指令相关硬件完成, 所述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中, 如只读 存储器、 磁盘或光盘等。 可选地, 上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用 一个或多个集成电路来实现。 相应地, 上述实施例中的各模块 /单元可以釆用 硬件的形式实现, 也可以釆用软件功能模块的形式实现。 本申请不限制于任 何特定形式的硬件和软件的结合。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的较佳实例而已, 并非用于限定本发明的保护范 围。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所做的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
工业实用性
本申请技术方案保证了 R10UE的上行数据信道的 HARQ兼容性。另外, 还根据上行 A/N解析度配置 PDSCH的 A/N反馈, 提高了重传性能。

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种时分双工 (TDD ) 自适应帧结构的重传方法, 该方法包括:
TDD自适应帧传输过程中, 针对上行子帧, 如果从 7种已经定义的帧结 构中, 查找到对应该上行子帧的物理混合重传指示信道( PHICH ) 以及物理 上行共享信道(PUSCH ) 的往返时延(RTT )周期为 10ms的帧结构, 则在 所查找到的帧结构中对应的下行子帧上发送 PHICH数据 ,在所查找到的帧结 构中对应的上行子帧上接收重传数据。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 该方法还包括:
如果从 7 种已经定义的帧结构中, 查找不到对应该上行子帧的 PHICH 以及 PUSCH的 RTT周期为 10ms的帧结构时:
新定义 RTT周期为 10ms或者 10ms的整数倍的帧结构, 在新定义的帧 结构中对应的下行子帧上发送 PHICH数据,在新定义的帧结构中对应的上行 子帧上接收重传数据, 所述新定义的帧结构为与 7种已定义的帧结构中各子 帧不冲突的帧结构。

如果从 7 种已经定义的帧结构中, 查找不到对应该上行子帧的 PHICH 以及 PUSCH的 RTT周期为 10ms的帧结构时:
在该上行子帧上仅传输新的上行数据; 或者
将该上行子帧配置为下行子帧。
4、 一种时分双工 (TDD ) 自适应帧结构的重传方法, 该方法包括:
TDD自适应帧传输过程中, 针对下行子帧, 从 7种已定义的帧结构时序 关系中查找距离该下行子帧最近的上行子帧, 若查找到的上行子帧关联的物 理下行共享信道(PDSCH )的数目小于等于 4, 则在该上行子帧上反馈确认 / 错误(A/N )应答;
若查找到的上行子帧关联的 PDSCH的数目大于 4,则在所查找到的上行 子帧之后满足 7种已定义的帧结构时序关系中距离所查找到的上行子帧最近, 且关联的 PDSCH的数目小于等于 4个的上行子帧上反馈 A/N。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的方法, 其中,
若所查找到的上行子帧之后满足 7种已定义的帧结构时序关系中距离所 查找到的上行子帧最近, 且关联的 PDSCH的数目小于等于 4个的上行子帧 不存在, 则在所查找到的上行子帧上反馈 A/N。
6、 如权利要求 4或 5所述的方法, 其中, 该方法还包括:
在上述 TDD 自适应帧结构传输过程中, 网络侧通过无线资源控制协议 ( RRC )信令半静态通知用户设备 ( UE )进入自适应帧结构切换状态, 所述 UE接收所述 RRC后, 按照预定义的时序关系进行数据操作; 或者
网络侧通过设定的动态信令将动态配置的每一子帧的时序关系通知给
UE, 所述 UE根据所收到的设定的动态信令中各子帧的时序关系进行数据操 作。
7、 一种网络侧设备, 该设备包括:
第一模块, 设置为: 在时分双工 (TDD ) 自适应帧传输过程中, 针对上 行子帧, 从 7种已经定义的帧结构中, 查找对应该上行子帧的物理混合重传 指示信道(PHICH ) 以及物理上行共享信道(PUSCH ) 的往返时延(RTT ) 周期为 10ms的帧结构;
第二模块, 设置为: 在所述第一模块所查找到的帧结构中对应的下行子 帧上发送 PHICH数据 ,以及在所查找到的帧结构中对应的上行子帧上接收重 传数据。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的设备, 其中,
所述第一模块还设置为: 查找不到对应该上行子帧的 PHICH 以及 PUSCH的 RTT周期为 10ms的帧结构时,新定义 RTT周期为 10ms或者 10ms 的整数倍的帧结构, 其中, 所述新定义的帧结构为与 7种已经定义的帧结构 中各子帧不冲突的帧结构;
第二模块, 设置为: 在所述第一模块新定义的帧结构中对应的下行子帧 上发送 PHICH数据, 在新定义的帧结构中对应的上行子帧上接收重传数据。
9、 如权利要求 7所述的设备, 其中,
所述第一模块,设置为:查找不到对应该上行子帧的 PHICH以及 PUSCH 的 RTT周期为 10ms的帧结构时, 还将该上行子帧配置为下行子帧; 或者
配置该上行子帧上仅用于传输新的上行数据。
10、 如权利要求 7、 8或 9所述的设备, 其中, 该设备还包括:
第三模块, 设置为: 通过无线资源控制协议(RRC )信令半静态通知用 户设备 ( UE )进入自适应帧结构切换状态以使 UE按照预定义的时序关系进 行数据操作; 或者
通过设定的动态信令将动态配置的每一子帧的时序关系通知给 UE。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的设备, 其中, 该设备还包括:
第四模块, 设置为: 针对下行子帧, 从 7种已定义的帧结构时序关系中 查找巨离该下行子帧最近的上行子帧;
第五模块, 设置为: 在所述第四模块查找到的上行子帧关联的物理下行 共享信道( PDSCH )的数目小于等于 4时,在该上行子帧上接收确认 /错误( A/N ) 应答;
第六模块, 设置为: 在所述第四模块查找到的上行子帧关联的 PDSCH 的数目大于 4时, 查找所述第四模块查找到的上行子帧之后满足 7种已定义 的帧结构时序关系中距离所查找到的上行子帧最近, 且关联的 PDSCH的数 目小于等于 4个的上行子帧, 并在该上行子帧上接收 A/N。
12、 如权利要求 11所述的设备, 其中,
所述第六模块, 设置为: 当所述第四模块查找到的上行子帧之后满足 7 种已定义的帧结构时序关系中距离所查找到的上行子帧最近, 且关联的 PDSCH的数目小于等于 4个的上行子帧不存在时,在所述第四模块查找到的 上行子帧上接收 A/N。
13、 一种终端侧设备, 该设备包括: 第一模块, 设置为: 在时分双工 (TDD ) 自适应帧传输过程中, 针对上 行子帧, 从 7种已经定义的帧结构中, 查找对应该上行子帧的物理混合重传 指示信道(PHICH ) 以及物理上行共享信道(PUSCH ) 的往返时延(RTT ) 周期为 10ms的帧结构;
第二模块, 设置为: 在所述第一模块所查找到的帧结构中对应的下行子 帧上接收 PHICH数据 ,以及在所查找到的帧结构中对应的上行子帧上发送重 传数据。
14、 如权利要求 13所述的设备, 其中,
所述第一模块,设置为:查找不到对应该上行子帧的 PHICH以及 PUSCH 的 RTT周期为 10ms的帧结构时, 还新定义 RTT周期为 10ms或者 10ms的 整数倍的帧结构, 其中, 所述新定义的帧结构为与 7种已经定义的帧结构中 各子帧不冲突的帧结构;
第二模块, 设置为: 在所述第一模块新定义的帧结构中对应的下行子帧 上接收 PHICH数据, 在新定义的帧结构中对应的上行子帧上发送重传数据。
15、 如权利要求 14所述的设备, 其中,
所述第一模块,设置为:查找不到对应该上行子帧的 PHICH以及 PUSCH 的 RTT周期为 10ms的帧结构时, 在该子帧上接收下行数据; 或者
在该子帧上接收新的上行数据。
16、 如权利要求 13、 14或 15所述的设备, 其中, 该设备还包括: 第三模块, 设置为: 接收无线资源控制协议(RRC )信令半静态通知, 进入自适应帧结构切换状态, 以按照预定义的时序关系进行数据操作; 或者 通过接收动态信令获取每一子帧的时序关系。
17、 如权利要求 16所述的设备, 其中, 该设备还包括:
第四模块, 设置为: 针对下行子帧, 从 7种已定义的帧结构时序关系中 查找距离该下行子帧最近的上行子帧;
第五模块, 设置为: 在所述第四模块查找到的上行子帧关联的物理下行 共享信道( PDSCH )的数目小于等于 4时,在该上行子帧上发送确认 /错误( A/N ) 应答;
第六模块, 设置为: 在所述第四模块查找到的上行子帧关联的 PDSCH 的数目大于 4时, 查找所述第四模块查找到的上行子帧之后满足 7种已定义 的帧结构时序关系中距离所查找到的上行子帧最近, 且关联的 PDSCH的数 目小于等于 4个的上行子帧, 并在该上行子帧上发送 A/N。
18、 如权利要求 17所述的设备, 其中,
