本发明涉及美发器, 具体涉及电磁加热的美发器。
背景技术
由于美发器具有圈发功能, 可塑造更好的发型, 因此备受女性青 睐。 目前,市面上通用的美发器分为圈筒式和手持式。圈筒式美发器, 由于没有采用任何的加热装置, 导致圈发过程中需花费大量的时间; 手持式美发器, 虽提高了圈发的效率, 但其温升速度较慢, 远不能满 足专业的美发行业日益严格的需求。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的旨在于提供一种电磁加热的 美发器, 通过采用电磁线圈的设计, 可使圈发器在电磁波的作用下实 现持续快速加热,便于使用者不间断地进行圈发,显著提高圈发效率。
为实现上述目的, 本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种电磁加热的美发器, 包括外壳、 设置在外壳上的电磁线圈、 安装在外壳内并相对电磁线圈转动的转盘;电磁线圈和转盘沿水平方 向上的投影至少部分重合; 所述转盘上放置有圈发器, 该圈发器内设 有导磁导电发热片; 该电磁线圈上设有供圈发器穿过的空腔。
转盘的横截面与电磁线圈的径向截面垂直; 电磁线圈呈圆环状, 转盘上设置有通孔, 转盘与电磁线圈套接。
外壳内设置有朝上延伸的定位柱,转盘插装在定位柱上并绕定位 柱的轴线自转。
外壳内还设置有电路板,定位柱的顶端设置有与电路板连接的加 热开关和调节开关。
该美发器还包括呈圆环状的线架、固定在外壳上的线圈上盖和线 圈下盖; 线圈上盖和线圈下盖形成安装腔, 线架固定在安装腔内; 所 述电磁线圈绕设在线架上。

3、 由于圈发器采用扣装的结构, 可提高其组装效率, 便于广泛 使用。

转盘 5呈圆环状,且沿其轴线圆周阵列有有多个与圈发器 6相匹 配的圈发器承放槽 51, 该圈发器承放槽 51的截面呈圆弧形。 圈发器 承放槽 51的两端分别设置有朝外延伸的挡板 53。
