Description
自行车把手快速升降机构 技术领域
本发明涉及一种自行车把手的调整高度装置, 更详而言之, 乃特指一种可快速 调整自行车把手高度, 并具有可改变把手与前轮的相对角度、便于收藏携行自行车 功能的自行车把手快速升降机构。 背景技术
习知自行车把手以一竖管连接于一设于车架前管内的前叉管及前轮,使用者手 部可藉由把手操控前轮的转向角度, 以操控自行车前进。但由于习知自行车把手的 设置高度固定, 无法配合使用者的身材或骑乘姿势调整, 实有不便之处。
再者, 近年来骑乘自行车运动或休闲的风气盛行, 不少人开车出游时, 会一同 携带数台自行车, 以便于随时可改换骑乘自行车运动。 然而, 自行车携行时 (尤其 以携车架固定于交通工具时), 把手的长度会造成相邻车体间需具有一定的间距, 造成交通工具空间有限时, 所能运送的自行车数量受到相当大的限制及不便。
综合上开先前技术的缺点,大致上包括习知自行车把手无法配合使用者的身材 或骑乘姿势调整高度, 以及运送携行自行车时空间受限等问题。而鉴于解决上述缺 点, 本案提出一种自行车把手快速升降机构的方案。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种自行车把手快速升降机构, 该方案具有可快速组 装、调整自行车把手高度以及可改变把手与前轮的相对角度、便于折叠收藏携行自 行车的优点。
为实现上述目的, 本发明公开了一种自行车把手快速升降机构, 其特征在于包 含有:
一快拆座, 其包含一中空座体, 该座体侧边设有一开槽, 开槽侧边设有至少一 能活动调整该座体的内径尺寸的迫紧元件;
一轴管,该轴管一端供一自行车的把手接设于其上,另一端穿伸过该快拆座并 装设于一前叉管内;
一调整杆, 其穿伸于该轴管内, 且两端分别凸露于该轴管外, 其中, 近把手的 一端为第一端咅, 另一端为第二端咅
一转盘, 其设于该调整杆第一端部处并能带动调整杆于轴管内转动; 以及 一膨胀装置,其包含有一螺设于调整杆第二端部的锥度块, 以及两扣合于锥度
块外周缘的膨胀件, 各膨胀件相邻于轴管端部处凸伸设有一滑块, 且该轴管端部各 对应凹设有一供滑块容置的滑槽;该锥度块表面设有一凸伸于两膨胀件间的挡止件 以限制锥度块与两膨胀件间产生旋向转动。
其中, 该轴管包含有一滑移段及一径向较小的缩入段, 且该缩入段设于轴管近 膨胀装置的一端。
其中, 该座体具有一穿孔, 且该开槽连通于该穿孔, 以使得该穿孔能受迫紧元 件的压迫来改变其内径尺寸。
其中, 该穿孔包含有一能迫紧于轴管的第一段及一能迫紧于前叉管的第二段。 其中, 该迫紧元件包含一设于第一段外侧的快拆迫紧件, 以及一设于第二段外 侧的螺锁件

通过本发明的自行车把手快速升降机构, 能实现以下技术效果:
1、 由快拆座与膨胀装置的设置, 可控制轴管凸露于前叉管外的长度, 藉以达 到自行车把手快速升降调整的目的。并可快速切换快拆座与轴管、膨胀装置与前叉 管的迫紧 /松放状态, 更可便于操作本发明。
2、 轴管进一步具有一径向较小的缩入段, 当轴管滑移至缩入段与快拆座相对 时, 可使把手、 轴管与前叉管分离, 以改变把手与前轮的相对角度。 可有效减少车 体宽度、 便于收藏携行自行车。 附图说明

为便于说明本案于上述发明内容一栏中所表示的中心思想,兹以具体实施例表 达。实施例中各种不同物件系按适于例举说明的比例, 而非按实际元件的比例予以 绘制, 合先叙明。
如图 1-图 3所示, 本发明为一种自行车把手快速升降机构, 其包含有: 一快拆座 10, 其包含一座体 11, 该座体 11轴向穿设有一穿孔 12, 该座体 11侧边 设有一连通于该穿孔 12的开槽 13, 开槽 13侧边设有至少一迫紧元件 14, 该迫紧元件 14可活动调整该穿孔 12的内径尺寸。其中, 该快拆座 10于座体 11底部螺设有至少一 迫紧片 15。

一膨胀装置 50, 其包含有一螺设于调整杆 30第二端部 32的锥度块 51, 以及两扣 合于锥度块 51外周缘的膨胀件 52, 使得该膨胀装置 50相邻接于轴管 20缩入段 22处。 其中, 两膨胀件 52外周缘处设有一弹性环 53, 以使两膨胀件 52常态以一圆弧斜面 521扣合于锥度块 51表面。各膨胀件 52相邻于轴管 20端部处凸伸设有一滑块 522, 且 该轴管 20缩入段 22端部各对应凹设有一滑槽 23, 以供滑块 522容置, 且滑槽 23与滑 块 522沿平行于轴管 20轴向方向设置; 再者, 该锥度块 51表面设有一凸伸于两膨胀 件 52间的挡止件 511, 以限制锥度块 51与两膨胀件 52间产生旋向转动。该挡止件 511 可为一插销。
其中, 更进一步地, 该穿孔 12包含有一可迫紧于轴管 20的第一段 121及一可迫 紧于该前叉管 91的第二段 122。该等迫紧元件 14包含一设于第一段 121外侧的快拆迫 紧件 141, 以及一设于第二段 122外侧的螺锁件 142。且该第一段 121内壁凸设有至少 一嵌块 123, 并于该滑移段 21表面沿平行于轴管 20轴向方向凹设有至少一嵌槽 24。
明了上述本案详细结构后, 以下针对本案的动作原理逐一详细说明: 如图 1、 图 3及图 4所示, 该前叉管 91穿设于自行车架体的前管 92内, 而该快拆 座 10以螺锁件 142将第二段 122迫紧于该前叉管 91的端部处,以使得快拆座 10与前叉 管 91相互连结固定。且该轴管 20、调整杆 30及膨胀装置 50自快拆座 10的穿孔 12穿入 至前叉管 91内。 而该快拆迫紧件 141可供控制第一段 121与轴管 20相互迫紧或松放, 以达到控制轴管 20可于快拆座 10内自由滑移或固定的目的。
而该快拆座 10于座体 11底部螺设的迫紧片 15可用以调整消除安装于前管 92时 的间隙, 以避免快拆座 10晃动。 较佳地实施例中, 迫紧片 15的数量为两片, 藉以相 互迫紧防止迫紧片 15因振动或外力而松转。
再请参考图 3及图 4所示, 该调整杆 30可被转盘 40带动而于轴管 20内空转。而由 于该挡止件 511的作用限制了锥度块 51与两膨胀件 52间无法产生旋向转动, 且由于 该滑槽 23与滑块 522的配合, 使锥度块 51仅能沿平行于轴管 20轴向方向位移。 当调 整杆 30转动时, 螺合于第二端部 32的锥度块 51会被带动往轴管 20轴向方向位移。 同 时, 两膨胀件 52与锥度块 51则藉由圆弧斜面 521的设置往侧边迫紧或缩入。 如图 5 所示, 当两膨胀件 52往侧边迫紧前叉管 91内壁时, 可使轴管 20与前叉管 91相互连结 固定。
如图 6所示, 当使用者欲调整把手 90的高度时, 只需将快拆迫紧件 141松放, 使 快拆座 10的第一段 121与轴管 20处于可滑移状态, 并转动该转盘 40使膨胀件 52与前 叉管 91内壁分离。 藉此, 该轴管 20即可调整凸露于快拆座 10外的长度, 以达到调整 把手 90高度的目的。 而如图 7所示, 当把手 90高度调整完毕后, 只需反向操作, 扣 紧该快拆迫紧件 141并转动转盘 40使膨胀件 52与前叉管 91内壁迫紧, 即可确实地将 把手 90固定于所欲高度处。 且由于嵌块 123与嵌槽 24的作用, 当轴管 20的滑移段 21 于快拆座 10的第一段 121内滑移时, 把手 90与前叉管 91、 前轮的相对角度为固定范 围。
再者, 如图 8所示, 当使用者欲携行自行车时, 可将快拆迫紧件 141与膨胀件 52 松放后, 拉动把手 90与轴管 20, 使轴管 20的缩入段 22滑移至与快拆座 10的第一段 121相对, 而由于缩入段 22的直径小于第一段 121的最小内径, 使得轴管 20可于快拆 座 10与前叉管 91内自由转动, 以便于调整把手 90与前叉管 91、 车体的相对角度, 以 减少携行所需的空间。
