Abstract
Description
冷却管、窒素導入管、温度計、撹拌装置を備えた反応容器に、アクリル酸ブチル190質量部、アクリル酸10質量部、酢酸エチル300質量部、2,2’-アゾビスイソブチロニトリル0.4質量部を仕込み、窒素置換下において重合した。重合中は、内浴温度を56±1℃に保持した。重合開始後、5時間、内浴温度を56±1℃に保ちながら反応を持続し、その後、3時間、熟成させた。これによって、アクリル系重合体を含有するアクリル系重合体溶液を調製した。
ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル硫酸ナトリウムの添加部数を、有効成分量として、5質量部から3質量部に変更した以外は、実施例1と同様にして、粘着剤組成物を調製し、続いて、粘着剤層を形成して、その後、エージングして、粘着シートを得た。
アクリル酸ブチル190質量部およびアクリル酸10質量部に代えて、アクリル酸2-エチルヘキシル192.4質量部およびアクリル酸2-ヒドロキシエチル7.6質量部を仕込んだ以外は、実施例1と同様にして、粘着剤組成物を調製し、続いて、粘着剤層を形成して、その後、エージングして、粘着シートを得た。
ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル硫酸ナトリウムに代えて、ポリオキシエチレンラウリルエーテル硫酸ナトリウム(商品名「アデカホープYES25」、置換基を有する硫酸金属塩、有効成分25.2質量%の水溶液、ADEKA社製)を有効成分量として5質量部添加した以外、実施例1と同様にして、粘着剤組成物を調製し、続いて、粘着剤層を形成して、その後、エージングして、粘着シートを得た。
冷却管、窒素導入管、温度計、撹拌装置、紫外線照射装置を備えた反応容器に、アクリル酸2-エチルヘキシル450質量部、アクリル酸50質量部、2,2-ジメトキシ-1,2-ジフェニルエタン-1-オン(商品名「イルガキュア651」、有効成分100質量%、BASFジャパン社製)0.25質量部、1-ヒドロキシ-シクロヘキシル-フェニルケトン(商品名「イルガキュア184」、有効成分100質量%、BASFジャパン社製)0.25質量部を仕込み、窒素置換下においてブラックライト(紫外線)を30分間照射し、モノマー成分の一部が重合したアクリルプレポリマー溶液(シロップ)を得た。
粘着剤層の保形時における紫外線の照射時間を1分間から6分間に変更した以外は、実施例5と同様にして、粘着剤層を形成して、その後、エージングして、粘着シートを得た。
ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル硫酸ナトリウムに代えて、ラウリル硫酸アンモニウム(花王社製、商品名「エマールAD-25R」、有効成分24質量%の水溶液)を有効成分量として5質量部添加した以外、実施例1と同様にして、粘着剤組成物を調製し、続いて、粘着剤層を形成して、その後、エージングして粘着シートを得た。
ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル硫酸ナトリウムに代えて、オクチルジメチルエチルアンモニウムエチルサルフェート(商品名「カチオーゲンES-O」、有効成分50質量%の水および有機溶媒混合溶液、第一工業製薬社製)を有効成分量として5質量部添加した以外は、実施例1と同様にして、粘着剤組成物を調製し、続いて、粘着剤層を形成して、その後、エージングして粘着シートを得た。
ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル硫酸ナトリウムに代えて、ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル(商品名「エマルゲン1135S-70」、ノニオン系、有効成分70質量%の水溶液、花王社製)を有効成分量として5質量部添加した以外は、実施例1と同様にして、粘着剤組成物を調製し、続いて、粘着剤層を形成して、その後、エージングして、粘着シートを得た。
アクリル酸ブチル190質量部およびアクリル酸10質量部に代えて、アクリル酸2-エチルヘキシル140質量部、N-ビニルカプロラクタム40質量部およびアクリル酸イソボニル20質量部を仕込んだ以外は、実施例1と同様にして、粘着剤組成物を調製し、続いて、粘着剤層を形成して、その後、エージングして、粘着シートを得た。
ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル硫酸ナトリウムに代えて、ポリオキシエチレンラウリルエーテル硫酸アンモニウム(商品名「ハイテノールLA-12」、有効成分94質量%の有機溶媒溶液、第一工業製薬社製)を有効成分量として5質量部添加した以外は、実施例1と同様にして、粘着剤組成物を調製し、続いて、粘着剤層を形成して、その後、エージングして粘着シートを得た。
ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル硫酸ナトリウムに代えて、アルキルジフェニルエーテルジスルホン酸ナトリウム(商品名「ペレックスSS-H」、有効成分50質量%の水溶液、花王社製)を有効成分量として5質量部添加した以外は、実施例1と同様にして、粘着剤組成物を調製し、続いて、粘着剤層を形成して、その後、エージングして、粘着シートを得た。
ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル硫酸ナトリウムに代えて、ジアルキルスルホコハク酸ナトリウム(商品名「ペレックスCS」、有効成分45質量%の白色固体状、花王社製)を有効成分量として5質量部添加した以外は、実施例1と同様にして、粘着剤組成物を調製し、続いて、粘着剤層を形成して、その後、エージングして、粘着シートを得た。
ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル硫酸ナトリウムに代えて、ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテルリン酸カリウム(商品名「エレクトロストリッパーF」、有効成分70質量%の水性ペースト、花王社製)を有効成分量として5質量部添加した以外は、実施例1と同様にして、粘着剤組成物を調製し、続いて、粘着剤層を形成して、その後、エージングして、粘着シートを得た。
ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル硫酸ナトリウムに代えて、酢酸エチルで10質量%に希釈したイソシアネート系架橋剤(商品名「バーノックDNW5010」、有効成分78質量%の有機溶媒溶液、DIC社製)を有効成分量として5質量部添加した以外は、実施例1と同様にして、粘着剤組成物を調製し、続いて、粘着剤層を形成して、その後、エージングして、粘着シートを得た。
ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル硫酸ナトリウムに代えて、酢酸エチルで10質量%に希釈したエポキシ系架橋剤(商品名「TETRAD-C」、1,3-ビス(N,N-グリシジルアミノメチル)シクロヘキサン、有効成分100質量%、三菱ガス化学社製)を5質量部添加した以外は、実施例1と同様にして、粘着剤組成物を調製し、続いて、粘着剤層を形成して、その後、エージングして、粘着シートを得た。
冷却管、窒素導入管、温度計、撹拌装置を備えた反応容器に、水22.8質量部、2,2’-アゾビス[N-(2-カルボキシエチル)-2-メチルプロピオンアミジン]n水和物(商品名「VA-057」、水溶性アゾ系重合開始剤、和光純薬工業社製)0.051質量部を仕込み、次いで、アクリル酸ブチル48.7質量部、アクリル酸2質量部、ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル硫酸ナトリウム(商品名「ラテムルE118-B」、置換基を有する硫酸金属塩、有効成分26質量%の水溶液、花王社製)を有効成分量として1質量部、tert-ラウリルメルカプタン0.025質量部、水12.6質量部を、乳化して得られたモノマー成分のエマルションを窒素置換下において4時間かけて滴下して、モノマー成分を乳化重合した。重合中は、内浴温度を60±1℃に保持した。重合開始後、4時間、内浴温度を60±1℃に保ちながら反応を持続し、その後、3時間、熟成させた。その後、濃度10質量%のアンモニア水でpH7に調整して、アクリル系重合体のエマルションを調製した。
1. ゲル分率
1-1.保形後のゲル分率(1)
各実施例および各比較例の粘着剤組成物に関し、下記の保形後のゲル分率(1)を測定した。その結果を、表1~3に示す。
1-2.エージング後のゲル分率(2)
各実施例および各比較例の粘着剤組成物に関し、下記のエージング後のゲル分率(2)を測定した。その結果を、表1~3に示す。
2.粘着力
上記した「1-2.エージング後のゲル分率(2)」において、エージング後の粘着剤層を備える粘着シートを幅20mmに加工し、次いで、粘着剤層(実施例5、6については、剥離ライナーを引き剥がした粘着剤層)をステンレス板に貼着し、続いて、2kgのゴムローラを1往復させることにより、粘着シートをステンレス板に圧着させ、その後、30分間放置した。その後、剥離角度180度、剥離速度300mm/minで粘着シートをステンレス板から剥離して、粘着シートのステンレス板に対する粘着力(N/20mm)を測定した。その結果を、表1~3に示す。
3.糊残り性
上記「2.粘着力」の測定の際の糊残り性を粘着剤層の凝集力として下記の基準で評価した。その結果を、表1~3に示す。
○:界面破壊(ステンレス板と粘着剤層の間で剥離)を生じ、ステンレス板の上に糊残り(粘着剤層残り)がないことを確認した。
×:凝集破壊(粘着剤層内部で破壊)または投錨破壊(粘着剤層とPETフィルム(基材)との間で剥離)を生じ、ステンレス板の上に糊残り(粘着剤層残り)があることを確認した。
4.ポットライフ
調製した粘着剤組成物(実施例5および6については前駆体溶液に紫外線を1分間照射したもの)について、調製直後と、調製から25℃で6日間放置後とのそれぞれにおける25℃の粘度を測定し、下記の基準でポットライフを評価した。なお、粘度は、B型粘度計(ロータNo.4、回転数20rpm)で測定した。
○:6日間放置後の粘度が、調製直後の粘度に対して、150%未満であった。
×:6日間放置後の粘度が、調製直後の粘度に対して、150%以上であった。
5.500%モジュラス
上記した「1-2.エージング後のゲル分率(2)」において、エージング後の粘着剤層について、25℃における500%モジュラスを測定した。

Claims (6)
- 活性水素含有基を有するアクリル系重合体と、
置換基を有する硫酸金属塩と
から非水系で調製されることを特徴とする、粘着剤組成物。 - 下記のゲル分率(1)が30質量%以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。
ゲル分率(1):基材の上に塗布し保形することにより得られ、前記基材に積層される厚み10μmの粘着剤層を、酢酸エチルに23℃で7日間浸漬したときの、浸漬前の前記粘着剤層の質量に対する、酢酸エチル不溶分の乾燥質量の百分率。 - 下記のゲル分率(2)が50質量%以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。
ゲル分率(2):基材の上に塗布して厚み10μmに保形した後、80℃で7日間加熱することにより得られ、前記基材に積層される粘着剤層を、酢酸エチルに23℃で7日間浸漬したときの、浸漬前の前記粘着剤層の質量に対する、酢酸エチル不溶分の乾燥質量の百分率。 - 前記置換基が、ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル基であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 前記硫酸金属塩が、ナトリウム塩であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 粘着物組成物から形成される粘着剤層を備え、
前記粘着物組成物は、活性水素含有基を有するアクリル系重合体と、
置換基を有する硫酸金属塩と
から非水系で調製されることを特徴とする、粘着シート。
