Definitions

  • the invention relates to a device for drilling mountain anchor holes or blasting holes and for setting rock anchors, especially for mining and tunneling, with a rock drilling machine which is movable on a front provided with a rod guide carriage in the direction of the mountains and for boring a boring bar is used in the mountains and then introducing a rock bolt in the produced well, the tool holder of the rock drilling machine has a suitable both for boring bars and for rock anchors receptacle and the carriage is provided with the boring bars or the rock bolts in the drilling axis positioning grippers, which from the drilling axis out laterally swinging are mounted on the carriage.

  • At least one of the grippers remains pivoted in the drilling axis during the drilling operation or the anchoring process and serves as an additional guide for the boring bar or rock anchor rod.
  • Such devices have the advantage that they can perform both the drilling process and the Ankersetzvorgang without complex additional mechanical devices.
  • a disadvantage, however, is that the Bohrist (operator of the device) or its helper after completion of the drilling process must remove the drill rod from the gripper to subsequently insert the anchor rod in the gripper can, so that then the rock anchor in the drilling axis can position.

  • This function takes in the device according to the invention during the drilling process or during the anchor setting process exclusively the tool holder of the rock drilling machine in cooperation with the rod guide at the front end of the mount. It is particularly advantageous that this mechanization is achieved with virtually no additional mechanical effort. Particular advantages arise when rock anchors are used with an integrated adhesive depot, which is activated by the rock drilling machine at the end of the Anchaneshell process. Such rock anchors are known in the art. For this purpose, for example, reference is made to DE 100 17 763 B4.
