Abstract

一种组合式护理床,在固定床体上设有活动靠背(2),从活动靠背外向床尾的一侧起设置轮椅(21),轮椅(21)包括与固定床体分离的三个矩形平面、轮椅支架(10)和第二驱动机构(16),其中第二驱动机构包括可伸缩件(13)、主动转轴(11)、从动转轴(31),主动转轴(11)由固定床体(1)支承,从动转轴(31)由轮椅支架(10)支承,主动转轴(11)上设有第二转臂(12),从动转轴(31)上设有挑臂(24),主动转轴(11)与从动转轴(31)活动连接,轮椅(21)与固定床体(1)组合在一起时,可伸缩件(13)通过第二转臂(12)、主动转轴(11)、从动转轴(31)、挑臂(24)驱动轮椅(21)的三个矩形平面运动形成轮椅,轮椅(21)可与固定床体(1)脱离。通过轮椅与床体的分离与组合可将被护理者进行转移,该转移过程不需要护理者付出艰苦的劳动,被护理者也不因被牵动而遭受痛苦。

技术领域
本发明涉及方便病人和老人的设备, 是关于组合式护理床的发明。
背景技术
目'前护理床和轮椅是分开的, 不具有自由行动能力的病人和老人从护理床 到轮椅上是一件很困难的事情, 不但护理者需要付出艰苦的劳动, 被护理者也 因挾牵动而遭受痛苦。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供 -种可以将床的-一部分分离, 分离的部分成为可独立 使用的轮椅。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种组合式护理床, 包括固定床体、 活动靠背、 轮椅。 固定床体上设有活动 靠背, 所述的活动靠背通过转轴与固定床体铰接, 由固定床体支承的驱动机构 驱动。 在活动靠背外向床尾的一侧开始设置轮椅, 所述轮椅包括与固定床体分 离的三个矩形平面、 轮椅支架和第二驱动机构。 所述三个矩形平面比人体平卧 时宽度略宽, 位于人体平卧时臀部下的为固定平面, 所述固定平面受轮椅支架 支 并固定在轮椅支架上, 固定平面和第二平面通过第二转轴铰接, 第二平面 与第三平面通过第三转轴铰接。 所述的轮椅支架后部下和轮椅支架前部下设车 轮: 所述的第二驱动机构的可伸縮件前端与由固定床体支承的主动转轴的第二 转臂作活动连接, 与第二驱动机构的可伸缩件后部连接的固定件与固定床体作 活动固定, 固定件上可设驱动件。 所述的主动转轴与轮椅支架支承的从动转轴 作活动连接, 所述的从动转轴上设挑臂, 挑臂伸至第三平面下, 并与第三平面 下面作可转动固定。 所述的轮椅支架后部设活动轮椅靠背, 所述的轮椅固定平 面两侧设活动扶手。
所述的主动转轴由固定床体支承, 在固定床体上设主动转轴支承架, 在主 动转轴支承架上设轴孔, 主动转轴两端位于轴孔内,所述的主动转轴支承架上所 设的轴孔为圆形轴孔或竖直方向的平椭圆轴孔, 主动转轴可在圆形轴孔内转动 或在 Ϋ椭圆轴孔内转动并在竖直方向上自由滑动。 所述的主动转轴与从动转轴以插接式的活动连接较为方便, 在所述的主动 转轴孔内设插销, 插销和从动转轴内孔配合, 断面为非圆形, 插销手柄从主动 转轴的管壁上的开口中伸出。
所述的轮椅支架后部设活动轮椅靠背, 轮椅靠背可抽插, 在床面的上下升 降。 所述的轮椅靠背为抽拉式结构时, 轮椅靠背的拉杆套叠于外管内, 在拉杆 端头设防脱位凸台, 凸台上方圆周的一部分设直角槽, 另一部分设与拉杆外表 面平滑过度的斜面, 在外管上设弹性销, 靠背把手旋转在工作位置时, 弹性销 进入直角槽, 靠背把手旋转到可隐藏的位置时, 弹性销进入过度的斜面。
所述的轮椅固定平面两侧设活动扶手。
所述的轮椅支架后设定位管, 轮椅支架与定位管之间设第四转轴和定位 件, ·在定位管与轮椅从动转轴的第三转臂之间设活动连杆, 轮椅靠背立杆插于 定位管中。
所述的轮椅的第三平面上设有一翻板。
所述的第二驱动机构的可伸缩件与固定件相连构成能产生直线往复运动的 机械装置, 如电动推杆、 手动推杆、 气缸、 油缸或气弹簧。
所述的手动推杆是由螺杆和内螺纹管配合构成, 前部为可伸缩件, 后部固 定件与固定床体活动固定, 固定件的末端所设驱动件为摇把; 电动推杆是由螺 杆和内螺紋管配合构成前部为可伸缩件, 后部固定件与固定床体活动固定 固 定件上所设驱动件为电动机。
所述轮椅的固定平面下设大小便器和大小便器托板, 在固定平面上设盖板 或固定平面上设盖板和第二平面上设门板, 固定平面和第二平面上大小便器的 活动盖板位置相邻的边框作相应让空。
组合式护理床分为固定床体、 活动靠背和轮椅。
在固定床体上设有活动靠背, 活动靠背通过转轴与固定床体铰接, 由固定 床体支承的驱动机构驱动, 从活动靠背外向床尾的一侧 (平卧人体的臀部位置) 开始设置轮椅, 轮椅包括与固定床体分离的三个矩形平面、 轮椅支架和第二驱 动机构。 所述三个矩形平面比人体平卧时宽度略宽 (约 500 --- 600mm) , 位于人 体平卧时臀部下的为固定平面, 固定平面受轮椅支架支承并固定在轮椅支架 上, 或与轮椅支架上面为一体, 固定平面和第二平面通过第二转轴铰接, 第二 平面和第三平面通过第三转轴铰接; 轮椅支架后部下和轮椅支架前部下设车 轮; 轮椅的第二平面和第三平面的升降由第二驱动机构驱动, 第二驱动机构的 可 缩件与由固定床体支承的主动转轴的第二转臂作活动连接, 与第二驱动机 构的可伸缩件连接的固定件与固定床体作活动固定, 固定件上可设驱动件。 主 动转轴与轮椅支架支承的从动转轴作活动连接, 该活动连接使主动转轴驱动从 动转轴同步转动也可使两轴方便的拆分脱离; 在从动转轴上设有挑臂, 挑臂伸 至第三平面下, 并与第三平面下面作可转动固定; 工作步骤之一: 第二驱动机 构的可伸缩件向前伸出, 推动主动转轴的第二转臂运动, 驱动主动转轴转动, 带动从动转轴和挑臂转动, 挑臂则拉动第三平面下降, 通过第三转轴传动, 驱 动原来与床面相平的第二平面绕第二转轴向下转动, 第三平面相对于第二平面 绕第三转轴向上转动, 最终第三平面搁于轮椅支架上, 主动转轴与从动转轴的 活动连接分离, 轮椅的三个矩形平面、 轮椅支架、 从动转轴和挑臂则与固定床 体脱离, 被护理人被同时移动到轮椅上; 工作步骤之二: 将主动转轴与从动转 轴连接, 第二驱动机构工作, 可伸缩件回缩, 拉动主动转轴的第二转臂, 驱动 主动转轴带动从动转轴和挑臂转动, 挑臂则推动第三平面上升转变为床面, 被 护理人被移动到床上; 随着主动转轴与从动转轴装配高度的不同, 工作步骤应 有所调整。
主动转轴由固定床体支承, 在固定床体上设主动转轴支承架, 在主动转轴 支承架上设轴孔, 主动转轴两端位于轴孔内, 在主动转轴支承架上所设轴孔为 圆形轴孔或竖直方向的平椭圆轴孔, 在主动转轴支承架上设竖直方向的平椭圆 轴孔时, 主动转轴可在平椭圆轴孔内转动并具有在竖直方向上滑动的自由度; 从动转轴是由轮椅支架支承的, 可以在与竖直方向垂直的水平方向上滑动的自 由度, 此两个自由度的结合, 使得主动转轴与从动转轴的活动连接和拆分方便, 不因轮椅支架、 橡胶车轮的形变而连接困难。 主动转轴与从动转轴以插接式的 活动连接较为方便, 主动转轴内设插销, 插销和从动转轴内孔配合, 断面为非 圆形, 如断面为矩形, 椭圆形, 插销手柄从主动转轴的开口中伸出, 插接时对 准主动转轴与从动转轴的的位置, 推动手柄就可使主动转轴与从动转轴活动连 接,' 拉动手柄就可使主动转轴与从动转轴的连接脱离; 插销也可设于从动转轴 内与主动转轴内孔配合。
在轮椅支架后部设轮椅靠背, 轮椅靠背可抽插, 在床面上下升降; 轮椅靠 背为抽拉式时, 轮椅靠背的拉杆套叠于外管内; 在拉杆端头设立抽插防脱位结 构, 在轮椅靠背的拉杆端头设防脱位凸台, 凸台上方圆周的一部分设直角槽, 另一部分设与拉杆外表面平滑过度的斜面, 当拉杆抽出时弹性销卡阻防脱位凸 台使拉杆不向上滑脱, 将靠背把手旋转到工作位置, 弹性销进入直角槽, 拉杆 被弹性销卡阻而不可向上和向下滑, 将靠背把手旋转到可隐藏位置, 弹性销对 着过度的斜面位置, 拉杆可滑入外管内, 隐藏于床面下, 抽插式轮椅靠背固定 拉杆的方法很多, 拉杆箱中拉杆的固定方法就不失为一个极好的技术示例。
在轮椅固定平面两侧设活动扶手。
在轮椅的固定平面下设大小便器托板, 在固定平面上设盖板或固定平面设 盖板和第二平面上设门板, 固定平面和第二平面上大小便器的活动盖板位置相 邻的边框作相应让空。
第二驱动机构的可伸缩件与固定件相连构成能产生直线往复运动的机械装 置, 如电动推杆、 手动推杆、 气缸、 油缸或气弹簧。
手动推杆是由螺杆和内螺纹管配合构成, 前部为可伸缩件, 后部固定件与 固定床体活动固定, 固定件的末端的驱动件为摇把; 电动推杆是由螺杆和内螺 紋管配合构成, 前部为可伸縮件, 后部与固定床体活动固定, 固定件上的驱动 件为电动机。
能产生直线往复运动的机械装置为气缸、 油缸或气弹簧时, 固定件的末端 则不设驱动件。
在轮椅支架后设定位管, 轮椅支架与定位管之间设第四转轴和定位件, 在 定位管与轮椅从动转轴的第三转臂之间设活动连杆, 该活动连杆可以与定位管 及轮椅从动转轴的第三转臂脱离, 轮椅靠背立杆插于定位管中, 转动轮椅靠背, 通过连杆驱动轮椅从动转轴转动, 让挑臂托起第三平面, 轮椅即成为一个可运 动的平床。
轮椅的第三平面上设有一翻板。
本发明的组合式护理床, 可以分离出轮椅, 分离轮椅时让不具有自由行动 的人方便的从病床转移到轮椅上, 这一过程可逆, 该转移过程不但不需要护理 者付出艰苦的劳动, 被护理者也不因被牵动而遭受痛苦, 这样就可方便的将被 护理者移动到室外活动, 到餐厅吃饭, 到浴室洗浴, 也可坐着大小便, 更方便 医疗, 提高生活质量和护理质量。

参照附图 1、 2、 3、 4、 5、 6、 7、 8、 9、 10, 是本发明的实施例之一。 组合式护理床分为固定床体 1、 活动靠背 2和轮椅 21。
在固定床体 1上设有活动靠背 %活动靠背 2通过转轴 3与固定床体 1铰接 受由固定床体 1支承的驱动机构 17驱动。
从活动靠背 2外向床尾的一侧 (平卧人体的臀部位置) 开始设置轮椅 21, 轮椅 21包括与固定床体 1分离的三个矩形平面、 轮椅支架 10和第二驱动机构 16。 所述三个矩形平面比人体平卧时宽度略宽 (约 500 --- 600mm) , 与固定床体 1分离, 位于人体平卧时臀部下的为固定平面 4, 固定平面 4受轮椅支架 10支 承并固定在轮椅支架 10上, 或与轮椅支架 10上面为一体, 固定平面 4和第二 平面 5通过第二转轴 7铰接, 第二平面 5和第三平面 6通过第三转轴 8铰接, 轮椅支架 10后部下和轮椅支架 10前部下设车轮 9; 轮椅 21的第二平面 5和第 三平面 6的升降由第二驱动机构 16驱动, 在固定床体 1上设由固定床体 1支承 的主动转轴支承架 36, 在主动转轴支承架 36上设圆形轴孔 35或竖直方向的平 椭圆形的轴孔 35, 主动转轴 11两端位于轴孔 35内, 主动转轴 11可在圆形轴孔 35内转动或在平椭圆形的轴孔 35内转动并在竖直方向上自由滑动。第二驱动机 构 16中的可伸縮件 13和由固定床体 1支承的主动转轴 11的第二转臂 12作活 动连接, 与第二驱动机构 16的可伸缩件 13连接的固定件 14与固定床体 1作活 动固定, 固定件 14上设驱动件 18。 主动转轴 11与轮椅支架 10支承的从动转 轴 31作活动连接, 该活动连接使主动转轴 11驱动从动转轴 31同步转动和也可 使两轴方便的拆分脱离, 在从动转轴 31上设有挑臂 24, 挑臂 24伸至第三平面 6下, 并与第三平面 6下面作可转动固定; 工作步骤之一: 第二驱动机构 16的 可伸缩件 13伸出, 推动主动转轴 11的第二转臂 12顺时针运动, 驱动主动转轴 11转动, 带动从动转轴 31和挑臂 24转动, 挑臂 24则拉动第三平面 6下降, 通 过第三转轴 8传动, 驱动原来与床面 15相平的第二平面 5绕第二转轴 7向下转 动, 第三平面 6相对于第二平面 5绕第三转轴 8向上转动, 最终第三平面 6搁 于轮椅支架 10上, 将主动转轴 11与从动转轴 31的活动连接分离, 轮椅 21则 与固定床体 1分离, 可独立使用; 工作步骤之二: 将主动转轴 11与从动转轴 31 连接, 第二驱动机构 16工作, 可伸缩件 13回缩, 拉动主动转轴 11的第二转臂 12,· 驱动主动转轴 11带动从动转轴 31和挑臂 24转动, 挑臂 24则推动第三平 面 6上升, 轮椅状态转变为平床面 15。 随着主动转轴 11与从动转轴 31装配高 度的不同, 工作步骤应有所调整。
在主动转轴支承架 36上设竖直方向的平椭圆轴孔 35, 主动转轴 11可在平 椭圆轴孔 35内转动并具有在竖直方向上滑动的自由度; 从动转轴 31是由轮椅 支架 10支承的, 可以在与竖直方向垂直的水平方向上滑动的自由度, 此两个自 由度的结合, 使得主动转轴 11与从动转轴 31的活动连接和拆分方便, 不因轮 椅支架 10、 橡胶车轮 9的形变而困难。
主动转轴 11与从动转轴 31 以插接式的活动连接较为方便, 可以在主动转 轴 11内设断面为矩形与从动转轴 31内孔配合的插销 37,插销手柄 32从主动转 轴 11的开口中伸出, 对准主动转轴 11与从动转轴 31的位置, 推动手柄 32就 可使主动转轴 11与从动转轴 31活动连接, 拉动手柄 32就可使主动转轴 11与 从动转轴 31的连接脱离。
在轮椅支架 10后部设活动的轮椅靠背 23, 轮椅靠背 23可抽插, 在床面 15 上下升降; 轮椅靠背 23为抽拉式时, 轮椅靠背 23的拉杆 25套叠于外管 42内; 在轮椅靠背 23的拉杆 25端头设抽插防脱位结构, 在轮椅靠背 23拉杆 25端头 设防脱位凸台 41, 凸台 41上方圆周的一部分设直角槽 39, 另一部分设与拉杆 25外表面平滑过度的斜面 40, 当拉杆 25抽出时弹性销 38卡阻防脱位凸台 41, 使拉杆 25不向上滑脱, 将靠背把手 19旋转到工作位置, 弹性销 38进入直角槽 39, 拉杆 25被弹性销 38卡阻而不可向上和向下滑脱, 将靠背把手 19旋转到可 隐藏位置, 弹性销 38对着过度的斜面 40位置, 拉杆 25可滑入外管 42内, 隐 藏 f床面 15下。
在轮椅 21固定平面 4两侧设活动扶手 20。
在轮椅 21的固定平面 4下设大小便器 26的托板 28, 在固定平面 4或固定 平面 4设盖板 29和第二平面 5上设门板 30, 固定平面 4和第二平面 5上大小便 器的活动盖板 29位置相邻的边框 27作相应让空。
第二驱动机构的可伸缩件 13和与固定件 14相连构成产生直线往复运动的 机械装置, 如电动推杆、 手动推杆。
手动推杆是由螺杆和内螺纹管配合构成, 前部为可伸缩件 13, 后部固定件 14与固定床体 1活动固定, 固定件 14的末端的驱动件 18为摇把; 电动推杆是 由螺杆和内螺纹管配合构成, 前部为可伸缩件 13, 后部固定件 14与固定床 1体 活动固定, 固定件 14上的驱动件 18为电动机。
轮椅 21的第三平面 6上设有一翻板 22。
参照附图 11、 12、 13, 是本发明的实施例之二。 在实施例之一的轮椅支架 10后设定位管 43, 轮椅支架 10与定位管 43之间设第四转轴 45和定位件 44, 在定位管 43与轮椅 21从动转轴 31的第三转臂 33之间设活动连杆 46, 该活动 连杆 46可以与定位管 43及轮椅 21的从动转轴 31的第三转臂 33脱离, 轮椅靠 背 23的拉杆 25插于定位管 43中, 转动轮椅靠背 23, 通过活动连杆 46驱动轮 椅 21从动转轴 31转动, 让挑臂 24托起第三平面 6, 轮椅 21即成为一个可运动 的平床。

1、 一种组合式护理床, 固定床体上设有活动靠背, 所述的活动靠背通过转 轴与固定床体铰接, 由固定床体支承的驱动机构驱动, 其特征在于在活动靠背 外向床尾的一侧开始设置轮椅, 所述轮椅包括与固定床体分离的三个矩形平 面、 轮椅支架和第二驱动机构, 所述三个矩形平面比人体平卧时宽度略宽, 位 于人体平卧时臀部下的为固定平面, 所述固定平面受轮椅支架支承并固定在轮 椅支架上, 固定平面和第二平面通过第二转轴铰接, 第二平面与第三平面通过 第三转轴铰接, 所述的轮椅支架后部下和轮椅支架前部下设车轮, 所述的第二 驱动机构的可伸缩件前端与由固定床体支承的主动转轴的第二转臂作活动连 接, 与第二驱动机构的可伸缩件后部连接的固定件与固定床体作活动固定; 所 述的主动转轴与轮椅支架支承的从动转轴作活动连接, 所述的从动转轴上设挑 臂, 挑臂 伸至第三平面下, 并与第三平面下面作可转动固定, 所述的轮支架后 部设活动轮椅靠背, 所述的轮椅固定平面两侧设活动扶手。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种组合式护理床, 其特征在于所述的轮椅支架 后设定位管, 轮椅支架与定位管之间设第四转轴和定位件, 在定位管与轮椅从 动转轴的第三转臂之间设活动连杆, 轮椅靠背立杆插于定位管中。
