图5,图6,制冰盒支架2是把独立式制冰装置中的各零件组装起来,制冰盒6、制冰进水口盖1和安装座5与制冰盒支架2均有装配关系,相当于整个装置的骨架。制冰盒支架2与制冰进水口盖1装配时,通过制冰盒支架2左右两侧的导向条固定装配方向,然后通过前后的三个卡扣位置装配固定;使用制冰盒支架2前端和后端的旋转轴孔21与制冰盒6的旋转轴61固定,使制冰盒6能在制冰盒支架2的两个限位内转动;在制冰盒支架2的前后端设有卡扣孔22,安装座通过其卡扣52与制冰盒支架2的卡扣孔22固定连接。制冰盒支架2还设有出冰位置25。
图13,图14,旋钮3为辅助制冰盒6出冰的零件,旋钮3装设在制冰盒支架2前端所设的旋钮安装孔23上;制冰盒6制冰完成后,为使制好的冰块从制冰盒6中脱出,转动旋钮3使制冰盒6变形,使冰块从制冰盒6顺利的脱出并掉落到储冰盒4。旋钮3上设有与制冰盒6的旋钮轴61配合的通孔31以及防错凸块32,出冰指示33就是旋钮3表面上的一个指示孔,当转动旋钮3时,指示孔孔也跟随转动,当该指示孔指向出冰位置25时,制冰盒6内的冰块就能从制冰盒内脱出。
图7,图8,储冰盒4为储冰零件,该零件与安装座5配和,冰块从制冰盒6脱出后就掉落在储冰盒4中,需要使用冰块时,可把储冰盒4从装置中取出。储冰盒4前端做成把手位43,方便取出。储冰盒4与安装座5存在配合关系,储冰盒4左右两侧的翻边形成导轨41,在安装座5内部左右两侧的导槽内滑动,导轨41两侧均有飞机翼型的凸边42,储冰盒4与安装座5装配到位后,凸边42可消除储冰盒4与安装座5左右两侧的间隙,储冰盒4前端翻边与安装座5的限位柱54也存在装配关系,使储冰盒4不会从制冰装置中滑出,储冰盒4处于制冰装置的内部,盒内存放的冰块不会受到冰箱内部环境的污染。
图11,图12,安装座5的底部与冰箱接触。安装座5前侧和左右两侧均有方便制冰装置拿取的凹位51,在安装座5制件内部其左右两侧侧的凹位形成与储冰盒装配的导槽。安装导向块53与制冰盒支架2的内表面配合。
图9,图10,制冰盒6是制冰装置中盛水制冰的零件,由多个冰格62组成,相邻冰格62之间有过水槽,当水加满至冰格顶面平齐后,可使每个冰格水量一致。制冰盒6上设有旋转轴61,制冰盒支架2内的前端和后端均设有与旋转轴61装配的旋转轴孔21;旋转轴61的前端通过卡扣与旋钮3的通孔31固定连接,旋转轴61的后端设有与旋钮3的防错凸块32配合的防错槽63。
旋转轴61的前端设有弹簧7,人手松脱旋钮3后,弹簧7能使制冰盒6与旋钮3自动复位至水平状态,这样制冰盒6出冰后在不借助外力的情况下能够自动复位。
综上,本实用新型制冰装置是独立的,与冰箱不存在装配关系,使用时,先把该装置水平放置于一平台,把需制冰的饮用水从制冰进水口盖1的进水槽11底部的进水口12处注入制冰盒6,制冰盒6的各制冰格62之间使用过水槽连接,使同一制冰盒6内各制冰格水量基本一致,接着把制冰装置放至冰箱冷冻箱内的抽屉或层架上,在保证水平的前提下,制冰装置可根据箱内空间摆放随意角度,关闭箱门开始制冰。制冰完成后,从箱内取出制冰装置,制冰装置的四面都设有方便人手抓把的凹位,可以方便把制冰装置从箱内取出。旋钮3与制冰盒6通过卡扣装配固定,人手转动旋钮3,当制冰盒6旋转角度到达出冰限位继续转动时,制冰盒6制件内部发生形变,小的形变就可以使冰块从制冰盒6中脱出并掉入至下方的储冰盒4内,手松开旋钮3后,制冰盒6及旋钮3能在内部弹簧7的作用下自动复位至水平状态,把储冰盒4从制冰装置的安装座导轨上抽出,就可以使用已制好的冰块。在使用或闲置状态,整个制冰装置只有底部的安装座5与外部物品接触,降低了制冰装置内其他零件被污染的可能性。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种独立式的制冰装置,其特征在于: 该制冰装置包括制冰进水口盖(1)、制冰盒支架(2)、储冰盒(4)和安装座(5);所述储冰盒(4)放置在制冰盒(6)的下方,所述制冰盒支架(2)将制冰盒(6)、制冰进水口盖(1)和旋钮(3)连接起来,制冰进水口盖(1)上部设有使水流入装配在其下方的制冰盒(6)的进水槽,制冰盒支架(2)前端装配有旋钮(3),制冰完毕后转动旋钮(3),扭力使制冰盒(6)翻转并变形,冰块顺利脱出并掉落到储冰盒(4)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的制冰装置,其特征在于:还包括安装在制冰盒支架(2)下方的、将制冰装置放置于冰箱内是安装座(5),所述安装座(5)前侧和左右两外侧均有方便制冰装置拿取的凹位(51)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的制冰装置,其特征在于:所述安装座(5)的左右两外侧的凹位在内部形成与所述储冰盒(4)装配的导槽,储冰盒(4)左右两侧的翻边形成导轨(41),该导轨(41)在安装座(5)左右两侧的导槽内滑动。
  4. 4根据权利要求3所述的制冰装置,其特征在于:所述储冰盒(4)两侧导轨均有可消除与安装座(5)装配到位后与安装座(5)左右两侧的间隙的凸边(42)。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的制冰装置,其特征在于:所述制冰盒(6)设有旋转轴(61),制冰盒支架(2)内的前端和后端均设有与旋转轴(61)装配的旋转轴孔(21);旋转轴(61)的前端通过卡扣与旋钮(3)固定连接,旋钮(3)装设在制冰盒支架(2)前端所设的旋钮安装孔(23)上。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的制冰装置,其特征在于:所述制冰盒支架(2)内的前端和后端还设有与安装座(5)顶部所设的卡扣(52)装配的卡扣孔(22)。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的制冰装置,其特征在于:所述制冰进水口盖(1)与制冰盒支架(2)通过活动卡扣固定连接。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的制冰装置,其特征在于:所述旋转轴(61)的前端设有弹簧(7),人手松脱旋钮(3)后,设置的弹簧(7)能使制冰盒(6)与旋钮(3)自动复位至水平状态。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8任一项所述的制冰装置,其特征在于:所述制冰盒(6)有多个冰格(62),相邻冰格之间有过水槽。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的制冰装置,其特征在于:所述进水槽(11)为由制冰进水口盖(1)表面形成的'V'型槽。
