Abstract

Verfahren zur Verwertung von phosphorhaltigen Abfällen in Anlagen für ihre ausschließlich energetische Verwertung, wie Monoverbrennungsanlagen für Klärschlamm und/oder Tiermehl, bei der Mitverbrennung in Kraftwerken oder bei Zusatzfeuerungen in Brennöfen der Zementindustrie oder vergleichbaren Öfen anderer Industriezweige, bei dem in bestehende oder neu zu errichtende Anlagen dieser Art eine Anlage zur Schmelzvergasung von P-haltigen Stoffen integriert wird, die abhängig von der Zusammensetzung der P-haltigen Stoffe eine Metallschmelze, eine schwermetallarme Kalk-Silico-Phosphat-haltige Schlacke und ein Brenngas erzeugt und das Brenngas in die Anlagen für die ausschließlich energetische Verwertung als Brennstoff zugeführt wird.
