Abstract
一种保压液压油箱,包括箱体(2),箱体(2)内设有滤芯总成,在箱体(2)顶部设有呼吸阀(1),呼吸阀(1)包括阀体(11),阀体(11)具有中空腔体(15),底部设有阀座(12),阀杆(13)从中空腔体(15)中穿过,在阀体(11)上还设有滤芯(14),滤芯(14)通过设于中空腔体(15)内壁上的孔道与中空腔体(15)连通;在中空腔体(15)内、阀杆(13)上套有排气弹簧(17),在阀座(12)上设有进气弹簧(18),其中,呼吸阀(1)为不排气呼吸阀,选取的排气弹簧满足使得排气弹簧(17)的开启压力高于液压油箱最大内压的要求。该油箱与外界大气隔绝,不发生空气交换,避免了油气向外喷出及空气进入油箱污染液压油,使用方便。
Description
一种保压液压油箱 本申请要求于 2012 年 2 月 23 曰提交中国专利局、 申请号为 201220059951.2、 发明名称为"一种保压液压油箱"的中国专利申请的优先 权, 其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。 技术领域
本实用新型涉及液压油箱排气吸气技术领域, 尤其是一种应用于液压 挖掘机的保压液压油箱。 背景技术
目前挖掘机所使用的液压油箱均设置了向外排气及向里吸气的呼吸 阀, 当工作装置上的油缸收回的时^ ί矣, 液压油回到液压油箱, 液压油箱内 的气体通过呼吸阀向外排出, 当工作装置上的油缸伸出的时候, 液压油从 液压油箱进入油缸, 此时呼吸阀从外界向液压油箱内吸气, 另外, 呼吸阀 内设置了辅助排气及吸气的弹簧。 如图 1 所示, 在液压油箱 0上方设置有 排气呼吸阀 1 , 当油缸伸出、 液压油进入油缸时, 油箱 0内液压油减少, 油 箱 0内形成负压, 呼吸阀 1进气弹簧开启, 空气进入油箱 0; 当油缸收回、 液压油回到油箱 0时, 呼吸阀 1排气弹簧开启, 油气向外喷出, 读技术方 案所存在的问题是: 由于挖掘机工作时油温升高, 当气体通过呼吸阀 1 排 出油箱 0时, 一般会将油气一起排出, 喷洒在油箱 0表面, 造成污染, 并 给用户造成呼吸阀 1损坏漏油的假象; 而当呼吸阀 1 向内吸气时, 一般会 将空气中的杂质带入油箱 0, 造成液压油的污染。 实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型保压液压油箱, 可以有效避免油气

本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种保压液压油箱, 包括箱体, 箱体内设有滤芯总成, 在所述箱体顶 部设有呼吸阀, 所述呼吸阀包括阀体, 所述阀体具有中空腔体, 所述阀体 的底部设有阀座, 阀杆从所述中空腔体中穿过, 在所述阀体上还设有滤芯, 所述滤芯通过设于所述中空腔体内壁上的孔道与所述中空腔体连通; 在所 述中空腔体内、 所述阀杆上套设有排气弹簧, 在所述阀座上设有进气弹簧, 其中, 所述呼吸阀为不排气呼吸阀, 所述排气弹簧的开启压力大于所述液 压油箱最大内压的要求。
进一步地, 所述滤芯总成包括吸油滤芯总成和回油滤芯总成。
进一步地, 所述滤芯为圓环体形, 套设在所述阀体上。
进一步地, 所述排气弹簧的开启压力为 0.05MPa。
本实用新型使得油箱与外界大气隔绝, 不发生空气交换, 避免了油气 向外喷出及空气进入油箱污染液压油, 使用方便, 具有实用性。 附图说明

请参看图 2和图 3所示,本实用新型实施例的保压液压油箱包括箱体 2, 箱体 2内设有常见的滤芯总成(未在图中标出), 滤芯总成包括吸油滤芯总 成和回油滤芯总成。 在箱体 2顶部设有呼吸阀 1。 见图 3所示, 呼吸阀 1包
括阀体 11 , 阀体 11具有中空腔体 15, 阀体 11的底部设有阀座 12, 阀杆 13 从中空腔体 15中穿过, 在阀体 11上还设有滤芯 14, 滤芯 14通过设于中空 腔体 15内壁上的孔道 16与中空腔体 15连通; 具体地, 滤芯 14为圓环体 形, 套设在阀体 11上。 在中空腔体 15内、 阀杆 13上套设有排气弹簧 17, 在阀座 12上设有进气弹簧 18, 其中, 呼吸阀 1为不排气呼吸阀, 选取的排 气弹簧 17的开启压力大于保压液压油箱的最大内压, 即大于系统最大回油 量时的油箱内压, 具体实施例时, 可通过改变弹簧的刚度实现该开启压力 的调整。 此处, 具体实施时, 排气弹簧 17的开启压力采用较大值(大于现 有技术的开启压力), 例如为 0.05Mpa (现有技术中开启压力为 0.01MPa )。 工作原理是, 当油缸收回、 液压油回到油箱时, 由于呼吸阀 1 的排气开启 压力高于油箱内压, 油箱无法向外排气, 气体体积被压缩, 压力升高, 避 免油气向外喷出; 当油缸伸出、 液压油进入油缸时, 油箱内气体体积增大, 压力减小, 回油时储存的油箱内压被释放, 无需通过外界大气补充, 进而 避免液压油受到污染。
综上, 本实用新型实施例的保压液压油箱能够与外界大气隔绝, 不发 生空气交换, 避免了油气向外喷出污染油箱表面以及空气进入油箱污染液 压油, 使用方便, 具有实用性。
以上所述仅为本实用新型较佳的实施例, 并非因此限制本实用新型的 申请专利范围, 所以凡运用本实用新型说明书及图示内容所作出的等效结 构变化, 均包含在本实用新型的保护范围内。
工业实用性
本实用新型提供的一种保压液压油箱, 能够避免油气向外喷出污染油 箱表面以及空气进入油箱污染液压油。 因此, 本实用新型具有工业实用性。
Claims
1、 一种保压液压油箱, 其特征在于, 包括箱体, 箱体内设有滤芯总成, 在所述箱体顶部设有呼吸阀, 所述呼吸阀包括阀体, 所述阀体具有中空腔 体, 所述阀体的底部设有阀座, 阀杆从所述中空腔体中穿过, 在所述阀体 上还设有滤芯, 所述滤芯通过设于所述中空腔体内壁上的孔道与所述中空 腔体连通; 在所述中空腔体内、 所述阀杆上套设有排气弹簧, 在所述阀座 上设有进气弹簧, 所述呼吸阀为不排气呼吸阀, 所述排气弹簧的开启压力 大于所述液压油箱最大内压。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的保压液压油箱, 其特征在于, 所述滤芯总成包 括吸油滤芯总成和回油滤芯总成。
3、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的保压液压油箱, 其特征在于, 所述滤芯为 圓环体形, 套设在所述阀体上。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的保压液压油箱, 其特征在于, 所述排气弹簧的 开启压力为 0.05MPa。
