Description

一种快速安装的电容器 技术领域
本实用新型涉及电容器, 特别是一种快速安装的电容器。
背景技术
现有电容器固定安装结构一种是: 如图 1所示, 它采用垫片 7及螺母 8 固定安装的结构。 其缺点是: 1 )需要一套垫片 7及螺母 8, 垫片 7及螺母 8 需要控制其耐盐雾腐蚀质量, 控制难度大; 2) 固定安装难度大, 在安装空间 小时更难易安装; 3)在电容器出现异常漏电时, 易通过固定安装螺杆 21、垫 片 7及螺母 8将漏电传导至电器箱体, 引起事故。
现有电容器固定安装结构另一种是: 如图 2所示, 采用一种快速插接形 式的电容器固定安装结构。 其优点是安装操作简单, 不受安装空间限制。 但 缺点是: 1 )需要一个锚状弹性卡 5, 锚状弹性卡 5由弹簧钢片制做, 需要控 制其耐盐雾腐蚀质量, 控制难度大; 2)需要事先将锚状弹性卡 5固定在外壳 上, 增加一个生产工序; 3) 电容器出现异常漏电时, 易通过锚状弹性卡 5将 漏电传导至电器箱体, 引起事故。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种快速安装的电容器,主要解决上述现有技 术所存在的缺陷, 它不但插接方便, 而且可有效起到绝缘作用, 防止电容器 出现异常漏电时, 将漏电传导至电器箱体引起事故。
为实现上述目的, 本实用新型是这样实现的。 一种快速安装的电容器, 它由电容器和插接片组成; 其特征在于: 所述 的电容器的外壳下端延伸一固定安装杆或螺杆; 所述的插接片包括一设置于 上方的绝缘片, 该绝缘片下方连接一连接部的上端, 该连接部的下端连接塑 料弹性卡形成塑料锚状弹性卡; 该插接片上方具有电容器安装孔。
所述的快速安装的电容器, 其特征在于: 所述的电容器的固定安装杆或 螺杆插入固定到插接片的电容器安装孔内。
所述的快速安装的电容器, 其特征在于: 所述的塑料弹性卡上端具有安 装板卡槽。
所述的快速安装的电容器, 其特征在于: 所述的绝缘片下方具有加强条。 所述的快速安装的电容器, 其特征在于: 所述的绝缘片上方周缘具有一 环形壁, 环形壁与绝缘片形成碗状。
藉由上述结构, 本实用新型具有如下优越的技术效果。
1、 本实用新型产品采用了塑料锚状弹性卡的插接结构, 使电容器的固定 插接操作显得十分方便。
2、 本实用新型产品的插接结构均采用绝缘材质, 因此可有效起到绝缘作 用, 防止电容器出现异常漏电时, 将漏电传导至电器箱体。

本实施例中, 藉由连接在电容器 1 下端的塑料锚状弹性卡可方便插入固 定安装板 6上, 即使固定安装板 6位于塑料弹性卡 12上端和绝缘片 11之间, 并由塑料弹性卡 12牢牢卡固,如图 9所示。它实现了电容器的快速插接操作。 由于电容器的插接结构均采用绝缘材质, 因此可有效起到绝缘作用, 防止电 容器出现异常漏电时, 将漏电传导至电器箱体。
再请参阅图 10-11, 它们是本实用新型实施例 2中插接片的结构示意图。 如图所示: 它不但具有与实施例 1 中插接片具有基本相同的结构和功能。 其 还有与实施例 1的区别之处, 主要是: 所述的绝缘片 11下方具有加强条 16, 这样有助于提高电容器 1与固定安装板 6之间的卡固强度, 另外还可以起到 有效安装作用, 防止固定安装板滑入弹性卡与绝缘片间隙。
再请参阅图 12-13,它是本实用新型实施例 3的结构示意图。该实施例中, 具有与实施例 1基本相同的结构, 其特点还在于: 所述的绝缘片 11上方周缘 具有一环形壁, 环形壁与绝缘片 11形成碗状, 其作用是提高绝缘电气间隙及 爬电距离。
综上所述仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例而已, 并非用来限定本实用新型 的实施范围。 即凡依本实用新型申请专利范围的内容所作的等效变化与修饰, 都应为本实用新型的技术范畴。

1、 一种快速安装的电容器, 它由电容器 (1 ) 和插接片 (10) 组成; 其 特征在于:所述的电容器( 1 )的外壳下端延伸一固定安装杆(22)或螺杆(21 ); 所述的插接片(10)包括一设置于上方的绝缘片(11 ), 该绝缘片(11 )下方 连接一连接部 (13) 的上端, 该连接部 (13) 的下端连接塑料弹性卡 (12) 形成塑料锚状弹性卡; 该插接片上方具有电容器安装孔 (15)。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的快速安装的电容器, 其特征在于: 所述的电容 器(1 ) 的固定安装杆 (22)或螺杆 (21 )插入固定到插接片 (10) 的电容器 安装孔 ( 15) 内。
