Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de gazéification en lit fixe sous pression de combustibles solides présentant un rendement accru et une gamme d'applications élargie des combustibles solides. Le procédé met en oeuvre un gazéificateur à lit fixe sous pression comprenant une alimentation en combustibles solides à grande granulométrie et un évent à gaz, tous deux étant disposés en tête du gazéificateur à lit fixe sous pression, une grille tournante et une évacuation des cendres située au fond du gazéificateur à lit fixe sous pression, une alimentation réglable destinée à des premiers agents gazéificateurs pour une gazéification non scorifiante et effectuée à l'aide de la grille tournante du gazéificateur à lit fixe sous pression, des valeurs minimales critiques du rapport vapeur-oxygène pouvant être réglées, ledit gazéificateur comprenant également un versement du lit fixe situé au-dessous de la grille tournante. Le procédé permet d'injecter, en plus des premiers agents gazéificateurs, des deuxièmes agents gazéificateurs à l'aide de la grille tournante pour une gazéification scorifiante par au moins une buse atteignant la zone supérieure du versement de lit fixe,
