飞机防坠自救装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种交通运输安全装置,尤其涉及一种飞机防坠自救装置。
背景技术
随着科技的发展,飞机已经逐渐成为人们出行的重要交通工具。乘飞机出行具有方便、快捷的特点。民用飞机乘坐的人比较多,一旦飞机遇到危险,很难用跳伞的方式施救。由于气候等因素的影响,飞机出现空难的事故时有发生。当飞机遇到不能排除的事故时,就会导致机毁、人亡,据统计,每年平均有 1500 人由于飞机事故而遇难。这给人们生命及财产带来巨大损失。如何解决飞机遇到事故时能安全降落地面,是本领域技术人员急需解决的技术问题。为了解决上述技术问题,本专利申请人于 2010 年 2 月 4 日申请了专利号为 ZL201020108039.2 的中国实用新型专利,此专利中公开了一种飞机防坠自救装置,解决了上述技术问题,但此专利技术还存在如下技术问题:飞机在坠落时由于巨大冲击力的作用,气囊容易爆炸,对机体产生破坏作用;同时发伞台和飞机机体连接的稳定性还有待提高。
发明内容
本发明就是为了解决上述技术问题,而提供一种飞机防坠自救装置,其结构简单,飞机在坠落时保护结构不破坏飞机机体,发伞台和飞机机体连接的稳定性较高。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型是通过如下技术方案实现的。
飞机防坠自救装置,飞机机体上端外壁连接有上连接板;上连接板与热气伞柱连接,热气伞柱与发伞台连接;发伞台设置在热气伞柱的上端;下连接板安装在飞机机体下端外壁上;连接带将上连接板和下连接板与飞机机体连接在一起,下连接板的下端连接有可伸缩弹簧;发伞台内设有热气降落伞和为热气降落伞提供热气能源的多个热气台,每个热气台通过各自的分支热气输送管路与热气输送总管连接,热气输送总管与飞机机体内设置的热气源连接。
上述的热气源为电启动热气源。
上述的下连接板为两块,上连接板为 1 块。
上述的发伞台上安装有控制发伞台和弹簧开启的控制器。
上述的热气台为 3-10 个。
上述的热气伞柱的高度为 1-5 米。
上述的弹簧下端高于飞机底轮 15-30 厘米。
本发明的优点和效果如下:
由于采用上述结构,使得本发明具有如下优点和效果:
本发明结构简单,采用热气球原理,当飞机发生事故时,开启控制器,启动发伞台,发伞台内的热气降落伞经热源启动,向上升起,给飞机一个向上的力,使飞机缓慢下降,并平安着陆,有效防止飞机遇到空难坠毁。在飞机机体的上下安装了连接板,并通过连接带连接,发伞台连接在上连接板上,使得发伞台和飞机机体连接的稳定性有了较大的提高,采用弹簧进行减震使得飞机在坠落时保护结构不破坏飞机机体。

如图 1 所示,本发明飞机防坠自救装置,其结构如下:飞机机体 1 上端外壁连接有上连接板 8 ;上连接板 8 与热气伞柱 2 连接,热气伞柱 2 与发伞台 3 连接;发伞台 3 设置在热气伞柱 2 的上端;两块下连接板 9 安装在飞机机体 1 下端外壁上;连接带 7 与上连接板 8 、飞机机体 1 及下连接板 9 连接;连接带 7 将上连接板 8 和下连接板 9 与飞机机体 1 连接在一起;下连接板 9 的下端连接有可伸缩弹簧 10 ;发伞台 3 内设有热气降落伞 4 和为热气降落伞 4 提供热气能源的多个热气台 5 ,每个热气台 5 通过各自的分支热气输送管路与热气输送总管 11 连接,热气输送总管 11 与飞机机体 1 内设置的热气源连接,热气源为电启动热气源。
发伞台 3 上安装有控制发伞台 3 和弹簧 10 开启的控制器 6 。
上述的热气台 5 为 3-10 个。热气伞柱 2 的高度为 1-5 米。
上述弹簧下端高于飞机底轮 15-30 厘米。
本发明的工作原理如下:
当飞机发生事故时,开启控制器,启动发伞台,发伞台内的热气降落伞经热源启动,向上升起,给飞机一个向上的力,使飞机缓慢下降,并平安着陆,有效防止飞机遇到空难坠毁。

  1. 飞机防坠自救装置,其特征在于结构如下:飞机机体上端外壁连接有上连接板;上连接板与热气伞柱连接,热气伞柱与发伞台连接;发伞台设置在热气伞柱的上端;下连接板安装在飞机机体下端外壁上;连接带将上连接板和下连接板与飞机机体连接在一起,下连接板的下端连接有可伸缩弹簧;发伞台内设有热气降落伞和为热气降落伞提供热气能源的多个热气台,每个热气台通过各自的分支热气输送管路与热气输送总管连接,热气输送总管与飞机机体内设置的热气源连接 。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的飞机防坠自救装置,其特征在于所述的热气源为电启动热气源。
  3. 根据权利要求 1 所述的飞机防坠自救装置,其特征在于所述的下连接板为两块,上连接板为 1 块。
  4. 根据权利要求 1 所述的飞机防坠自救装置,其特征在于所述的发伞台上安装有控制发伞台和弹簧开启的控制器。
