Abstract

本发明公开一种滤光片切换器,其底座包括有一个切换器放置腔和一个滤光片放置腔,滤光片放置腔包括底板和侧板,底板上有通光孔,滤光片放置腔和滤光片之间有导轨装置,滤光片上有可见光通片和不可见光通片,滤光片有伸出的推杆,切换器包括一个固定座、两个线圈和一个磁性转子,两个线圈分别固定在固定座两侧,磁性转子转动套接在固定座上,磁性转子上端固定有一个摆动臂,摆动臂和推杆配合推动推杆,推杆带动滤光片在导轨装置中移动,盖板与底座配合。采用这种结构后,可以通过改变线圈的电流方向来使磁力转子转动,磁力转子的转动带动摆动臂摆动,摆动臂再推出或拉回推杆,推杆再带动滤光片沿导轨方向左右移动,达到切换通光片的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及影像成像领域,尤其是涉及一种滤光片切换器。 背景技术
在现有的拍摄设备中 ,为满足在黑暗的环境中拍摄的需求,拍摄设备中 都会设置有一滤光片切换器。 该滤光片切换器可以使拍摄设备进行白天拍摄 模式以及夜间拍摄模式之间的切换。 所述滤光片切换器一般包括一用于白天 拍摄模式的可见光通片以及一用于夜间拍摄模式的红外光通片。 所述滤光片 切换器一般置于拍摄设备的镜头与影像感测器之间 ,在光线充足时,该滤光 片切换器将所述可见光通片设置于所述镜头及影像感测器的光路之间 ,此时 拍摄设备可以拍摄正常的彩色图像;在光线较为昏暗时,所述滤光片切换器 切换所述红外光通片至镜头与影像感测器之间 ,此时拍摄设备可以拍摄黑白 图像。
现有滤光片切换器大多采用马达带动齿轮传动机构进行驱动,其驱动机 构复杂,组装困难,不适于各种便携式的拍摄设备。
还有少数滤光片切换器采用电磁感应的原理,在滤光片四周装上线圈, 并在相应位置固定上磁铁,利用线圈的电流通过情况来改变切换器的磁力方 向 ,来与磁铁作用。 使滤光片左右运动来改变拍摄模式,但这种滤光片切换 器,需将线圈固定在滤光片固定架四周,使产品做得很厚,增加了产品的体 积。 并且其安装麻烦,对线圈及磁铁要求高。 发明内容
本发明考虑到要使滤光片切换器做到尽可能的薄,使其能符合各种使用 场合的要求,提出了一种滤光片切换器,解决目前滤光片切换器厚度大、 安 装麻烦、 成本高的问题。
本发明采用如下技术方案实现:
一种超声成像延时控制方法,一种滤光片切换器,其包括底座、 盖板、 滤光片和切换器,所述底座包括有一个切换器放置腔和一个滤光片放置腔, 所述滤光片放置腔包括底板和侧板,所述底板上有通光孔,所述滤光片放置 腔和所述滤光片之间有导轨装置,所述滤光片上有沿所述导轨装置导轨方向 并列固定的可见光通片和不可见光通片,所述滤光片在靠近所述切换器一侧 有伸出的推杆,所述切换器包括一个固定座、 两个线圈和一个磁性转子,所 述的两个线圈分别固定在所述固定座两侧 ,所述磁性转子转动套接在所述固 定座上,所述磁性转子上端固定有一个摆动臂,所述摆动臂和所述推杆配合 推动所述推杆,所述推杆带动所述滤光片在所述导轨装置中移动,所述盖板 与所述底座配合。 采用这种结构后,可以通过改变线圈的电流方向来使磁力 转子转动 ,磁力转子的转动带动摆动臂摆动,摆动臂再推出或拉回推杆,推 杆再带动滤光片沿导轨方向左右移动,达到切换通光片的目的。 并且这种结 构在滤光片部分部件很少,能尽可能的做得很薄。
所述不可见光通片为红外光通片。
所述固定座为一根定位柱,所述磁性转子中心位置有与所述定位柱配合 的圆孔。
所述磁性转子为柱状磁铁。
所述摆动臂上有一凸柱,所述推杆上开有一横向长槽,所述凸柱套在所 述长槽内。 横向长槽的设置,使凸柱能在长槽内有一定的活动空间 ,不至于 使滤光片卡死。
所述导轨装置为位于所述底板上的凸起和位于所述滤光片侧边的导轨 槽,所述凸起套接于所述导轨槽内。 这种导轨装置的设置不会加厚滤光片, 并且结构简单。
所述滤光片放置腔的侧板上端伸出有挡板。 挡板对滤光片起到一定的固 定作用。
所述盖板内侧有凸起。 凸起能防止滤光片的跳动。 附图说明

本发明考虑到要使滤光片切换器做到尽可能的薄,使其能符合各种使用 场合的要求,提出了一种滤光片切换器,解决目前滤光片切换器厚度大、 安 装麻烦、 成本高的问题。
如图所示,一种滤光片切换器,其包括底座 1、盖板、滤光片 2和切换器, 所述底座 1 包括有一个切换器放置腔和一个滤光片放置腔,所述滤光片放置 腔包括底板和侧板,所述底板上有通光孔,所述滤光片放置腔和所述滤光片 2 之间有导轨装置,所述滤光片 2 上有沿所述导轨装置导轨方向并列固定的可 见光通片 21和不可见光通片 22,所述滤光片 2在靠近所述切换器一侧有伸出 的推杆 23 ,所述切换器包括一个固定座、 两个线圈和一个磁性转子 3 ,所述 的两个线圈分别固定在所述固定座两侧,所述磁性转子 3 转动套接在所述固 定座上,所述磁性转子 3上端固定有一个摆动臂 31 ,所述摆动臂 31和所述推 杆 23配合推动所述推杆 23 ,所述推杆 23带动所述滤光片 2在所述导轨装置 中移动,所述盖板与所述底座 1 配合。 采用这种结构后,可以通过改变线圈 的电流方向来使磁力转子 3转动,磁力转子 3的转动带动摆动臂 31摆动,摆 动臂 31再推出或拉回推杆 23,推杆 23再带动滤光片 2沿导轨方向左右移动, 达到切换通光片的目的。 并且这种结构在滤光片部分部件很少,能尽可能的 做得很薄。 所述不可见光通片 22为红外光通片。
所述固定座为一根定位柱,所述磁性转子 3 中心位置有与所述定位柱配 合的圆孔。
所述磁性转子 3为柱状磁铁。
所述摆动臂 31上有一凸柱,所述推杆 23上开有一横向长槽 231 ,所述凸 柱套在所述长槽 231 内。 横向长槽 231 的设置,使凸柱能在长槽内有一定的 活动空间 ,不至于使滤光片 2卡死。
所述导轨装置为位于所述底板上的凸起 11和位于所述滤光片侧边的导轨 槽 24 ,所述凸起 11套接于所述导轨槽 24内。 这种导轨装置的设置不会加厚 滤光片,并且结构简单。
所述滤光片放置腔的侧板上端伸出有挡板 12。挡板 12对滤光片起到一定 的固定作用。
所述盖板内侧有凸起。 凸起能防止滤光片的跳动。

~~ 1、 一种滤光片切换器,其包括底座、 盖板、 滤光片和切换器,其特 于:所述底座包括有一个切换器放置腔和一个滤光片放置腔,所述滤光片放 置腔包括底板和侧板,所述底板上有通光孔,所述滤光片放置腔和所述滤光 片之间有导轨装置,所述滤光片上有沿所述导轨装置导轨方向并列固定的可 见光通片和不可见光通片,所述滤光片在靠近所述切换器一侧有伸出的推杆, 所述切换器包括一个固定座、 两个线圈和一个磁性转子,所述的两个线圈分 别固定在所述固定座两侧,所述磁性转子转动套接在所述固定座上,所述磁 性转子上端固定有一个摆动臂,所述摆动臂和所述推杆配合推动所述推杆, 所述推杆带动所述滤光片在所述导轨装置中移动,所述盖板与所述底座配合。
2、 裉据权利要求 1所述的一种滤光片切换器,其特征在于:所述不可见 光通片为红外光通片。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种滤光片切换器,其特征在于:所述固定座 为一根定位柱,所述磁性转子中心位置有与所述定位柱配合的圆孔。
4、 根据权利要求 1或 3所述的一种滤光片切换器,其特征在于:所述磁 性转子为柱状磁铁。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种滤光片切换器,其特征在于:所述摆动臂 上有一凸柱,所述推杆上开有一模向长槽,所述凸柱套在所述长槽内。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种滤光片切换器,其特征在于:所述导轨装 置为位于所述底板上的凸起和位于所述滤光片侧边的导轨槽,所述凸起套接 于所述导轨槽内。
7、 裉据权利要求 6所述的一种滤光片切换器,其特征在于:所述滤光片 放置腔的侧板上端伸出有挡板。
8、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种滤光片切换器,其特征在于:所述盖板内 侧有凸起。
