中国已经进入老龄化社会, 老人、病人的护理已成为社会和家庭的一个很重的负担, 对于老人、 病人的护理体现在大小便难、 洗澡难、 更换被褥难。 由于护理的困难, 使老 人病人得不到合理到位的护理, 使之康复困难或病情加重, 被护理人痛苦。 产生上述困 难的焦点在于以上的护理依赖于护理人的体力实现, 而大多数护理人的体力不足以支承 被护理人的体重, 加之被护理人躺在床上, 老人、 病人也不能承受强行的牵拉, 使护理 人难以用力。
发明内容
本发明采用机械辅助驱动, 缓慢托起被护理人身体, 让护理人能方便的完成更换床 单被褥和为被护理人洗澡的护理工作; 也方便于插盆的取放, 对被护理人局部清洗; 并 让卧床的被护理人身体下面空气通透, 避免褥疮的产生。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种床上人体托升器, 包括设于床面上的升托件、 设置在床体至少一侧的导向管以 及一升降驱动装置, 在所述导向管内设置有一顶杆, 所述升托件的下端与所述的顶杆上 端连接, 所述顶杆的下端穿过所述的导向管并与所述的升降驱动装置的输出端连接。
所述的升托件至少为两个且沿所述床体的长度方向布置, 所述升托件包括托板以及 托柄, 在位于肩背部的一块托板下留插接口, 一头托插于插接口中; 所述托柄的下端与 所述的顶杆上端配合连接。
所述的升托件沿所述床体的长度方向布置, 所述升托件包括托柄及弧形托, 弧形托 上置入的长轴和长轴外侧床面上设若干个拉勾, 所述托柄的下端与所述的顶杆上端配合 连接, 所述升托件还包括沿所述床体另一侧的长度方向的床面下设若干个直插孔以及直 插孔中插入的刚性杆; 所述刚性杆上端所设的防滑脱台阶起置入的一片至若干片织物横 向穿过被护理人身体下, 越过长轴与拉勾张紧; 所述托柄的下端与所述的顶杆上端配合 连接。
在顶杆的下端连接所述的升降驱动装置的输出端。
所述升托件托柄的下端与顶杆上端配合连接, 驱动机构驱动推顶顶杆。
所述的升降驱动装置包括蜗轮、 蜗杆以及驱动件, 所述蜗轮与蜗杆啮合, 蜗轮中孔 内螺纹与设外螺纹的顶杆配合, 所述蜗杆间断设置于一转轴上, 轴的末端连接所述的驱 动件。
所述的驱动件为驱动电机, 转轴末端连接所述驱动电机的输出轴。
所述的驱动件为驱动手柄, 转轴末端连接所述驱动手柄。
所述的升降驱动装置包括气弹簧以及设置在气弹簧套筒内的活塞杆, 所述活塞与顶 杆连接, 床框与气弹簧套筒之间设刚性拉杆, 气弹簧的活塞杆和顶杆可合为一体。
所述的升降驱动装置包括缸体以及设置在缸体内的活塞, 所述活塞与顶杆连接。 所述的升降驱动装置为电动推杆, 所述床框与所述电动推杆后部非伸縮件之间设刚 性拉杆, 所述电动推杆前部伸縮件与顶杆连接,
所述的升降驱动装置为电动推杆推动杠杆, 包括在床体向下设支撑杠杆的刚性撑 杆, 所述杠杆两头设滑槽, 杠杆一端滑槽与电动推杆前端头连接, 另一端滑槽与顶杆末 端连接。
在床框下的一侧或两侧托举被护理人所需作力的区域对应的位置设至少两个以上的 升托件如肩背部、 臀部、 膝盖下对应的位置, 设由床体支承的导向管, 位于肩背部、 膝 盖下对应位置的导向管的轴向位置可以调整, 以适用于身高不同的被护理人。 导向管内 孔配顶杆, 顶杆受产生推顶力的驱动机构作用, 可以在导向管内孔中升降。 顶杆上端可 与升托件的托柄固定, 升托件由托板、 托柄构成, 顶杆升降可推顶升托件升降。 工作时 将升托件的托板插入被护理人的身体下, 在位于肩背部的一块托板下留插接口, 从插接 口中插入头托; 将托柄和顶杆上端固定, 顶杆受驱动机构驱动推顶, 推顶升托件把被护 理人托起。 顶杆上端配合连接托柄可釆用多种方式, 在顶杆末端和托柄内孔设两者相差 较小的锥度, 当顶杆推顶升托件上升时, 顶杆和托柄迅速插接锁定, 当顶杆带动升托件 下降时, 由于床面的孔径小于托柄末端的外径, 自然阻止托柄随顶杆下降, 两者自然脱 离。
托柄可以为直柄, 也可以为曲柄, 曲柄不影响把被护理人托起时在床上放置浴盆。 产生推顶力的驱动机构可以为蜗轮蜗杆驱动机构、 气弹簧驱动机构、 液压传动驱动 机构或气压传动驱动机构、 电动推杆驱动机构。
蜗轮蜗杆驱动机构是在床边框长边的一侧导向管和顶杆所在位置设由床体支承的蜗 轮箱, 蜗轮箱内设蜗轮、 蜗杆, 蜗杆间断设置于一转轴上, 蜗轮与蜗杆啮合, 蜗轮中孔 设内螺纹, 蜗轮中孔内螺纹与设外螺纹的顶杆配合。 在蜗轮上下设导向管, 在蜗轮中孔 内螺纹与设外螺纹的顶杆之间设打滑机构, 防止顶杆外螺纹与蜗轮中孔内螺纹咬死。 为 了保证顶杆在蜗轮中只升降不转动, 可在顶杆外设一条轴向延伸的凹槽, 在蜗轮箱上设 置限位块, 限位块部分位于顶杆的凹槽内阻止顶杆旋转。 在转轴端设驱动件, 驱动件为 驱动手柄或驱动电机, 用以驱动转轴转动。
气弹簧驱动机构是在床边框长边的一侧顶杆下设气弹簧, 在床框与气弹簧套筒之间 设刚性拉杆, 也可以在套筒下设基座, 气弹簧的活塞杆与顶杆固定, 可以推顶或回拉顶 杆, 气弹簧的活塞杆和顶杆可合为一体。
液压或气压机构驱动是在床边框长边的一侧顶杆下设油缸或气缸, 在床框与缸体之 间设刚性拉杆, 也可以在缸体下设基座, 通过外力把液压油或气体压入缸体, 推动活塞 杆推顶顶杆上升或下降, 活塞杆与顶杆固定, 活塞杆和顶杆可合为一体。
电动推杆机构驱动是在床边框长边的一侧导向管和顶杆下设电动推杆, 在床框与电 动推杆后部非伸縮件之间设刚性拉杆, 也可以在电动推杆下设基座, 电动推杆前部伸縮 件与顶杆连接, 通过电动推杆推顶实现顶杆上升或下降。 可以在每个顶杆下设一个电动 推杆, 也可共用一个电动推杆。
电动推杆机构驱动的另一结构为或通过电动推杆推动杠杆, 实现驱动顶杆上升或下 降。 该驱动机构在床体向下设刚性撑杆, 杠杆两头设滑槽, 杠杆一端滑槽与电动推杆前 端头连接, 另一端滑槽与顶杆末端连接。 也可以将各顶杆末端与一横杆相连, 杠杆另一 端滑槽与橫衧相连。
床上人体托升器的另一功能是用织物将被护理人托起。
在床边框长边的一侧导向管和顶杆所在位置设可与顶杆上端固定的托柄, 托柄上设 弧形托, 在开口方向一致的各弧形托上置入长轴; 在长轴外侧床面上设若干个拉勾; 在 床的长边框的另一侧的床面下设若干个由床体支承的直插孔, 直插孔中插入刚性杆, 刚 性杆上端设防滑脱台阶; 从刚性杆上端所设的防滑脱台阶起置入一片至若干片依序排列 或间隔排列的织物横向穿过被护理人身体下, 越过长轴并通过拉勾适度张紧。 工作时推 顶顶杆上升, 织物被上升的长轴进一步张紧, 人体则被织物托起, 身体体下透空, 则完 全没有了长期卧床的褥疮之忧。 在放置大小便插盆位置的织物上留孔或让空, 则方便于 插盆的取放, 也便于对被护理人局部清洗。
本发明的床上人体托升器, 采用机械辅助驱动, 缓慢托起被护理人身体, 让护理人 能方便的完成更换床单被褥和为被护理人洗澡的护理工作; 也方便于插盆的取放, 对被 护理人局部清洗; 并让卧床的被护理人身体下面空气通透, 避免褥疮的产生。 本发明的 床上人体托升器, 有效的解决了老人、 病人护理工作中一系列难题, 减轻护理强度, 让 被护理人获得全面的护理。

具体实施方式
参照附图 1、 2、 3、 4、 5、 6、 7、 8、 9、 10、 11、 12, 是本发明的实施例之一, 实施 例之一是一种设升托件 4的床上人体托升器。
该设升托件 4的床上人体托升器, 在床边框 7的长边框 8的一侧靠长边框 8处、 在 托举平躺的被护理人所需作力的区域对应的位置, 如肩背部、 臀部、 膝盖下对应的位置, 设由床体 9支承的导向管 13, 位于肩背部、膝盖下对应位置的导向管 13的轴向位置可以 调整, 以适用于身高不同的被护理人。 导向管 13内孔配顶杆 6, 顶杆 6受产生推顶力的 驱动机构作用, 可以在导向管 13内孔中升降。 顶杆 6上端可与升托件 4的托柄 2固定, 升托件 4由托板 3、 托柄 2构成, 顶杆 6升降可推顶升托件 4升降。 工作时将升托件 4 的托板 3插入被护理人的身体下, 在位于肩背部的一块托板 3下留插接口 10, 从插接口 10中插入头托 1; 将托柄 2和顶杆 6上端固定, 顶杆 6受驱动机构驱动推顶, 推顶升托 件 4把被护理人托起。
顶杆 6和托柄 2固定可釆用多种方式, 在顶杆 6末端 19和托柄 2内孔 11设两者相 差较小的锥度, 当顶杆 6推顶升托件 4上升时, 顶杆 6和托柄 2迅速插接锁定, 当顶杆 6 带动升托件 4下降时, 由于床面 40的孔小于托柄 2末端的外径, 自然阻止托柄 2随顶杆 6下降, 两者自然脱离。
产生推顶力的驱动机构可以为蜗轮蜗杆驱动机构、 气弹簧驱动机构、 液压传动驱动 机构或气压传动驱动机构、 电动推杆驱动机构。
蜗轮 14蜗杆 17驱动机构是在床边框 7的长边框 8的一侧导向管 13和顶杆 6所在位 置设由床体 9支承的蜗轮箱 18, 蜗轮箱 18内设蜗轮 14、 蜗杆 17, 蜗杆 17设置于转轴 5 上, 蜗轮 14与蜗杆 17啮合, 蜗轮 14中孔设内螺纹, 蜗轮 14中孔内螺纹与设外螺纹的 顶杆 6配合。 在蜗轮 14上下设导向管 13, 为了保证顶杆 6在蜗轮 14中只升降不转动, 可在顶杆 6外设一条轴向延伸的凹槽 16, 在蜗轮箱 18上设置限位块 15, 限位块 15部分 位于顶杆 6的凹槽 16内阻止顶杆 6旋转。 在转轴 5端设驱动件 20, 驱动件 20为驱动手 柄或驱动电机, 用以驱动转轴 5转动。
气弹簧驱动机构是在床边框 Ί的长边框 8的一侧顶杆 6下设气弹簧 24, 在床边框 7 与气弹簧 24套筒 21之间设刚性拉杆 22, 也可以在套筒 21下设基座 25, 气弹簧 24的活 塞杆 23与顶杆 6固定, 可以推顶或回拉顶杆 6, 气弹簧 24的活塞杆 23和顶杆 6可合为 一体。
液压或气压机构驱动是在床边框 7的长边框 8的一侧顶杆 6下设油缸或气缸, 在床 体 9与缸体 26之间设刚性拉杆 22, 也可以在缸体 26下设基座 25, 通过外力把液压油或 气体压入缸体 26, 推动活塞杆 23推顶顶杆 6上升或下降, 活塞杆 23与顶杆 6固定, 活 塞杆 23和顶杆 6可合为一体。
电动推杆机构驱动是在床边框 7的长边框 8的一侧导向管 13和顶杆 6下设电动推杆 27, 在床体 9与电动推杆 27后部非伸縮件之间设刚性拉杆 22, 也可以在电动推杆 27下 设基座 25, 电动推杆 27与顶杆 6固定, 通过电动推杆 27推顶实现顶杆 6上升或下降。 可以在每个顶杆 6下设一个电动推杆 27, 也可共用一个电动推杆 27。
电动推杆机构驱动的还可以通过电动推杆 27推动杠杆 28实现驱动顶杆 6上升或下 降。 该驱动机构在床体 9向下设刚性撑杆 29, 杠杆 28两头设滑槽 31, 杠杆 28—端滑槽 31与电动推杆 27前端头连接, 另一端滑槽 31与顶杆 6末端连接。 也可以将各顶杆 6末 端与一横杆 30相连, 杠杆 28—端滑槽 31与横杆 30相连。
参照附图 5、 6、 7、 8、 9、 10、 11、 12、 13、 14, 是本发明的实施例之二, 实施例之 二是一种用织物将被护理人托起的床上人体托升器。 该床上人体托升器, 在实施例一的 顶杆 6上去除升托件 4, 产生推顶力的驱动机构和其它结构和实施例之一相同, 驱动机构 可以为蜗轮蜗杆驱动机构、 气弹簧驱动机构、 液压传动驱动机构或气压传动驱动机构、 电动推杆驱动机构。 其实现用织物将被护理人托起是在顶杆 6上端固定托柄 2, 托柄 2 上设弧形托 39, 在开口方向一致的各弧形托 39上置入长轴 34; 在长轴 34外侧床面 40 上设若干个拉勾 36在床体 9的长边框 8的另一侧的床面 40下设若干个由床体 9支承的 直插孔 37, 直插孔 37中插入刚性杆 32, 刚性杆 32上端设防滑脱台阶 33; 从刚性杆 32 上端所设的防滑脱台阶 33起置入一片至若干片依序排列或间隔排列的织物 38横向穿过 被护理人身体下, 越过长轴 34并通过拉勾 36适度张紧。 工作时推顶顶杆 6上升, 织物 38被上升的长轴 34进一步张紧, 人体则被织物 38托起, 身体体下透空, 则完全没有了 长期卧床的褥疮之忧。 在放置大小便插盆位置的织物 38上留孔或让空, 则方便于插盆的 取放, 也便于对被护理人局部清洗。除了本发明的织物 38夕卜, 还可以采用皮制品、绳子、 无纺布等具有柔性承载能力的物品替代。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种床上人体托升器, 其特征在于: 包括设于床面上的升托件、 设置在床体至少 一侧的导向管以及一升降驱动装置, 在所述导向管内设置有一顶杆, 所述升托件的下端 与所述的顶杆上端连接, 所述的顶杆的下端穿过所述的导向管并与所述的升降驱动装置 的输出端连接。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种床上人体托升器, 其特征在于: 所述的升托件至少为 两个且沿所述床体的长度方向布置, 所述升托件包括托板以及托柄, 在位于肩背部的一 块托板下设有插接口, 一头托插于插接口中; 所述托柄的下端与所述的顶杆上端连接。
3、 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种床上人体托升器, 其特征在于: 所述的升托件沿所述 床体的长度方向布置, 所述升托件包括托柄及弧形托, 弧形托上置入的长轴和长轴外侧 床面上设有的若干个拉勾; 所述升托件还包括沿所述床体的长度方向另一侧的床面下设 有的若干个直插孔, 直插孔中插入刚性杆, 刚性杆上端设防滑脱台阶; 所述从刚性杆上 端所设的防滑脱台阶起置入的一片至若干片依序排列或间隔排列的织物横向穿过被护理 人身体下, 越过长轴并通过拉勾张紧; 所述托柄的下端与所述的顶杆上端连接。
4、 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种床上人体托升器, 其特征在于: 所述的升降驱动装置 包括蜗轮、 蜗杆以及驱动件, 所述蜗轮与蜗杆啮合, 蜗轮中孔内螺纹与设外螺纹的顶杆 配合, 蜗杆末端连接所述的驱动件; 顶杆外设一条轴向延伸的凹槽, 在蜗轮箱上设置防 旋转限位块, 所述蜗杆间断设置于一转轴上, 转轴末端连接驱动件。
5、 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种床上人体托升器, 其特征在于: 所述的升降驱动装置 包括气弹簧以及设置在气弹簧套筒内的活塞杆, 床框与气弹簧套筒之间设刚性拉杆, 所 述活塞杆与顶杆连接。
6、 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种床上人体托升器, 其特征在于: 所述的升降驱动装置 包括缸体以及设置在缸体内的活塞, 所述活塞与顶杆连接。
7、 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种床上人体托升器, 其特征在于: 所述的升降驱动装置 为电动推杆, 所述床框与所述电动推杆后部非伸縮件之间设刚性拉杆, 所述电动推杆前 部伸縮件与顶杆连接。
8、 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种床上人体托升器, 其特征在于: 所述的升降驱动装置 为通过电动推杆推动杠杆, 包括在床体向下设支撑杠杆的刚性撑杆, 所述杠杆两头设滑 槽, 杠杆一端滑槽与电动推杆前端头连接, 另一端滑槽与顶杆末端连接。
9、 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种床上人体托升器, 其特征在于: 所述托柄为曲柄或直 柄。
10、 根据权利要求 4 所述的一种床上人体托升器, 其特征在于: 在所述顶杆末端和 托柄内孔配合连接, 两者均设锥度。
