假设用户 Y原来位于 A地, 并发送了查找请求, 那么, 服务器中所 保存的查找请求信息中关于用户 Y的地理位置信息即为用户 Y在 A地 时的地理位置信息, 之后, 用户 Y由于某种原因到了 B地, 未发送查找 请求; 这样, 如果用户 X发送了查找请求, 服务器即会按照之前保存的 用户 Y在 A地时的地理位置信息来确定用户 Y是否为用户 X附近的用 户, 如果是, 则将用户 Y的相关信息返回给用户 X, 但实际上用户 Y已 经到了 B地, 可能与用户 X之间的距离非常远, 而用户 X关心的是自 己附近的用户,那么,服务器所返回的用户 Y的相关信息对于用户 X来 说: 是无效的。 发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明提供了一种在社交网络中查找用户的方法、 一种 在社交网络中查找用户的系统、 一种客户端以及一种服务器, 能够提高 查找结果的有效性。
为达到上述目的, 本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种在社交网络中查找用户的方法, 包括:
当客户端监测到其用户发出查找指令后, 获取所述用户的地理位置 信息, 并发送查找请求给服务器, 所述查找请求中至少包括所获取到的 所述用户的地理位置信息以及所述用户的用户标识;
所述服务器接收所述查找请求, 保存查找请求信息, 所述查找请求 信息至少包括接收到的查找请求所包括的所述地理位置信息和所述用 户标识以及所述查找请求的接收时间, 并确定之前所保存的各条查找请 求信息中是否存在符合要求的查找请求信息, 如果是, 则将符合要求的 查找请求信息对应的用户的相关信息返回给所述客户端;
其中, 所述符合要求的查找请求信息满足如下条件: 该查找请求信 息中的接收时间与所述客户端发送的查找请求的接收时间之间间隔的 时长小于预定的第一阈值。
一种在社交网络中查找用户的系统, 包括:

可见, 采用本发明的技术方案, 在查找用户时, 如果一用户发送自 身的地理位置信息的时间距离当前时间较远, 则考虑到其有可能改变了 地理位置, 因此, 即不会再将其作为查找结果, 从而提高了查找结果的 有效性。 附图简要说明

针对现有技术中存在的问题, 本发明中提出一种改进后的在社交网 络中查找用户的方案, 能够提高查找结果的有效性。
为使本发明的技术方案更加清楚、明白,以下参照附图并举实施例, 对本发明所述方案作进一步地详细说明。
图 1为本发明在社交网络中查找用户的方法实施例的流程图。 如图 1所示, 包括以下步骤:
步骤 11: 对于任一客户端, 当监测到其使用者, 即该用户 (本文命 名为 "用户 X" )发出查找指令后, 获取该用户的地理位置信息, 并将 获取到的地理位置信息以及用户 X 的用户标识携带在查找请求中发送 给服务器。
客户端可以是智能手机、 平板电脑等, 本发明对此不做限定。
在实际应用中, 根据客户端的硬件配置, 可采用不同的方式监测用 户 X是否发出查找指令。 例如: 对于内置有感应传感器, 如具有重力感 应功、 内置陀螺仪、 内置加速度计的客户端,用户 X可通过摇晃客户端, 发出该查找指令。 这样, 客户端通过感测到用户 X摇晃客户端, 监测到 用户发出了查找指令。 对于不具有上述感应传感器的客户端, 可通过在 交互界面设置图标、 设置特定的触发按键或者语音控制输入命令等, 来 接收用户 X发出的查找指令。 比如,用户 X通过点击交互界面设置的图 标, 发出查找指令, 客户端接收用户 X输入的点击, 即接收到用户 X发 出的查找指令。
之后,客户端获取改客户端的用户的地理位置信息, 即经纬度信息, 如何获取为现有技术。 比如, 可通过全球定位系统 ( GPS , Global Positioning System )功能来获取该客户端的用户的地理位置信息, 或者, 可通过所在基站的小区标识(Cell ID ) 来获取该客户端的用户的地理位 置信息, 再或者, 可通过所连接的无线保真(WiFi, Wireless Fidelity ) 接入点的媒体接入控制 (MAC, Media Access Control )地址来获取自身 的地理位置信息。
当获取到该客户端的用户的地理位置信息之后, 客户端可将其连同 用户 X的用户标识等信息一起, 携带在查找请求中发送给服务器, 如何 获取用户 X的用户标识同样为现有技术。
步骤 12: 服务器保存查找请求信息。
保存的查找请求信息至少包括接收到的查找请求所包含的所述地 理位置信息和所述用户标识等信息, 以及该查找请求的接收时间。
步骤 13:服务器确定之前所保存的查找请求信息中是否存在符合要 求的查找请求信息, 如果是, 则将符合要求的查找请求信息对应的用户 的相关信息返回给客户端; 其中, 符合要求的查找请求信息满足如下条 件的请求: 该查找请求信息中的接收时间与该客户端发送的查找请求的 接收时间之间间隔的时长小于预定第一阈值。
此外, 考虑到用户可能更愿意和与自身地理位置相近的用户进行交 友, 因此, 上述符合要求的查找请求信息可以满足如下条件的请求: 该 查找请求信息接收时间与该客户端发送的查找请求的接收时间之间间 隔的时长小于预定第一阈值, 且根据该查找请求信息中的地理位置信息 确定出该查找请求信息对应的用户与用户 X之间的距离小于预定第二 阈值。
步骤 12 ~ 13 中, 当服务器接收到客户端发送来的查找请求后, 保 存查找请求信息。 所述保存的查找请求信息至少包括接收到的查找请求 所包括的所述地理位置信息和所述用户标识等信息, 以及该查找请求的 接收时间 (即当前接收到该查找请求的时间)。
之后, 服务器确定之前所保存的各条查找请求信息(除包括该客户 端发送的查找请求所包括信息的查找请求信息之外的其它各条查找请 求信息) 中是否存在符合要求的查找请求信息, 如果是, 则将符合要求 的查找请求信息对应的用户的相关信息返回给客户端。 用户的相关信息 可包括: 用户标识、 个人基本信息以及与用户 X之间的距离等。
比如, 服务器可遍历之前所保存的各条查找请求信息, 针对任一查 找请求信息, 如果其接收时间与该客户端发送的查找请求的接收时间之 间间隔的时长小于第一阈值, 并且, 根据该查找请求信息中的地理位置 信息确定出该查找请求信息对应的用户与用户 X之间的距离小于第二 阈值, 则可认为该查找请求信息符合要求。
第一阈值以及第二阈值的具体取值均可根据实际需要而定, 比如, 第一阈值可为 1分钟, 第二阈值可为 1000米。
如果符合要求的查找请求信息数大于 M, 即要返回给客户端的与符 合要求的查找请求信息对应的用户的数目大于 M, 可从中筛选出 M个 查找请求信息,将筛选出的 M个查找请求信息对应的用户的相关信息返 回给客户端, M为大于 1的正整数,具体取值同样可根据实际需要而定, 比如为 20。 筛选时可遵循以下原则之一或全部: 所述符合要求的查找请 求信息中的个人基本信息与用户 X 的个人基本信息中相同项越多越优 先被筛选出; 所述符合要求的查找请求信息中的个人基本信息与用户 X 的历史成功交友特点越相符越优先被筛选出。
其中, 个人基本信息通常是指用户进行网络注册时所登记的信息, 如年龄、 性别、 职业、 所在城市等, 保存在服务器中, 服务器可通过用 户标识找到对应的个人基本信息。
举例说明:
殳设用户 A的职业和所在城市均与用户 X的职业和所在城市相同, 而用户 B只有职业和用户 X的职业相同, 则优先筛选出用户 A;
另外, 可通过分析用户 X的历史成功交友(如互相添加到 信通讯 录)特点, 确定出其喜欢和哪个年龄段的用户成为好友、 和哪个职业的 用户成为好友、 和哪个城市的用户成为好友等, 假设用户 C的年龄、 职 业和所在城市均符合用户 X的历史成功交友特点,而用户 D只有年龄符 合用户 X的历史成功交友特点, 则优先筛选出用户 C。
步骤 13 中, 如果之前所保存的查找请求信息都为不符合要求的查 找请求信息, 服务器确定不存在符合要求的查找请求信息, 所述不符合 要求的请求可包括: 接收时间不符合要求但距离符合要求的查找请求信 息、 接收时间符合要求的请求但距离不符合要求的查找请求信息, 以及 接收时间和距离均不符合要求的查找请求信息等。 所述接收时间不符合 要求的查找请求信息可以是指该查找请求信息中的接收时间与该客户 端发送的查找请求的的接收时间之间间隔的时长大于等于第一阈值。 所 述距离不符合要求的查找请求信息是指根据该查找请求信息中的地理 位置信息确定出的该查找请求信息对应的用户与用户 X之间的距离大 于等于预定第二阈值。
若服务器确定不存在符合要求的查找请求信息, 即之前所保存的查 找请求信息都为不符合要求的查找请求信息, 服务器向客户端返回的内 容可为空。 或者, 如果存在接收时间符合要求但距离不符合要求的查找 请求信息, 可将这些查找请求信息对应的用户的相关信息返回给客户 端; 并且, 如果要返回给客户端的用户数大于 M, 可从中筛选出 M个 用户,将筛选出的 M个用户的相关信息返回给客户端, 筛选原则可为以 下之一或全部:该查找请求信息中的个人基本信息与用户 X的个人基本 信息中相同项越多越优先被筛选出; 该查找请求信息中的个人基本信息 与用户 X的历史成功交友特点越相符越优先被筛选出。 客户端接收到服务器所返回的各用户的相关信息后, 可将其显示给 用户 X, 之后, 用户 X可从中选出自己感兴趣的用户, 并通过客户端向 其发送消息进行交友等。
在实际应用中,用户 X可能通过客户端在不同时刻不止一次地发送 查找请求, 当每次发送查找请求时, 其中均会携带有地理位置信息以及 用户标识等信息; 针对用户 X, 服务器可只保存其最近一次发送的查找 请求。
另外, 当包括所述客户端发送的查找请求中包含信息的查找请求信 息在服务器中的保存时间超过第一阈值后, 服务器即可删除该查找请求 信息,以便更有效地保护用户 X的地理位置等隐私以及节省服务器的存 储空间。
至此, 即完成了关于本发明方法实施例的介绍。
基于上述介绍, 图 2为本发明在社交网络中查找用户的系统实施例 的组成结构示意图。 如图 2所示, 包括:
客户端 21 , 用于当监测到其使用者用户 X发出查找指令后, 获取 所述客户端的用户的地理位置信息, 将获取到的地理位置信息以及用户 X的用户标识等信息携带在查找请求中发送给服务器 22,并接收服务器 22返回的查找到的用户的相关信息;

所述符合要求的请求可进一步还满足如下条件的请求: 且根据该查 找请求信息的地理位置信息确定出该查找请求信息的对应的用户与所 述客户端的用户之间的距离小于预定第二阈值。 其中, 处理模块 222可进一步用于, 如果符合要求的查找请求信息 数大于 M, 即要返回给客户端 21的与符合要求的查找请求信息对应的 用户数大于 M, 则从中筛选出 M个查找请求信息, 将筛选出的 M个查 找请求信息对应的用户的相关信息返回给客户端 21 , M为大于 1的正整 数;
所述筛选遵循以下原则之一或全部: 所述符合要求的查找请求信息 对应的用户的个人基本信息与用户 X 的个人基本信息中相同项越多越 优先被筛选出; 符合要求的查找请求信息对应的用户的个人基本信息与 用户 X的历史成功交友特点越相符越优先被筛选出。
处理模块 222还可进一步用于, 当任一查找请求信息在服务器 22 中的保存时间超过第一阈值时, 删除该查找请求信息。
图 2所示系统实施例的具体工作流程请参照图 1所示方法实施例中 的相应说明, 此处不再赘述。
通过以上的实例的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到可 借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现上述实例, 当然也可以 通过硬件, 但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。 基于这样的理解, 本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以 软件产品的形式体现出来, 该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质 中, 包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机, 服 务器, 或者网络设备等)执行上述各个实例所述的方法。
本领域技术人员可以理解上述实例中的装置中的模块可以按照 实例描述进行分布于实例的装置中,也可以进行相应变化位于不同于 本实例的一个或多个装置中。 上述实例的模块可以合并为一个模块, 也可以进一步拆分成多个子模块。
基于上述各个实例所提供的技术方案, 这里还提出了一种机器可读 的存储介质, 存储用于使一机器执行如本文所述的在社交网络中查找用 户的方法的指令。 具体地, 可以提供配有存储介质的系统或者装置, 在 该存储介质上存储着实现上述实施例中任一实施例的功能的软件程序 代码, 且使该系统或者装置的计算机(或 CPU或 MPU )读出并执行存 储在存储介质中的程序代码。 任何一项实例的功能, 因此程序代码和存储程序代码的存储介质构成了 实现上述对在社交网络中查找用户的技术方案的一部分。
用于提供程序代码的存储介质实施例包括软盘、 硬盘、 磁光盘、 光 盘(如 CD-ROM、 CD-R, CD-RW、 DVD-ROM、 DVD-RAM、 DVD-RW, DVD+RW ), 磁带、 非易失性存储卡和 ROM。 可选择地, 可以由通信网 络从服务器计算机上下载程序代码。
此外,应该清楚的是,不仅可以通过执行计算机所读出的程序代码, 而且可以通过基于程序代码的指令使计算机上操作的操作系统等来完 成部分或者全部的实际操作, 从而实现上述实例中任意一项实施例的功 能。
此外, 可以理解的是, 将由存储介质读出的程序代码写到插入计算 机内的扩展板中所设置的存储器中或者写到与计算机相连接的扩展单 元中设置的存储器中, 随后基于程序代码的指令使安装在扩展板或者扩 展单元上的 CPU等来执行部分和全部实际操作, 从而实现上述实例中任 一实例的功能。
总之, 采用本发明所述方案, 在查找用户时, 如果一用户发送自身 的地理位置信息的时间距离当前时间较远, 则考虑到其有可能改变了地 理位置, 因此, 即不会再将其作为查找结果, 从而提高了查找结果的有 效性; 而且, 可及时删除所保存的请求, 从而更有效地保护用户的地理 位置等隐私以及节省服务器的存储空间; 再有, 本发明所述方案实现起 来筒单方便, 便于普及和推广。

当任一条查找请求信息在所述服务器中的保存时间超过所述第一 阈值时, 所述服务器删除该条查找请求信息。
8、 一种在社交网络中查找用户的系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 客户端, 用于当监测到其用户发出查找指令后, 获取所述用户的地 理位置信息, 将获取到的地理位置信息以及所述用户的用户标识携带在 查找请求中发送给服务器, 并接收所述服务器返回的查找到的用户的相 关信息;

15、 根据权利要求 12或 13所述的服务器, 其特征在于, 所述处理 模块进一步用于, 当任一条查找请求信息在所述服务器中的保存时间超 过所述第一阈值时, 删除该查找请求信息。
16、 一种计算机存储介质, 其特征在于, 存储有用于使一机器执行 如权利要求 1至 7中任意一项所述方法的指令。
