技术领域
本发明实施例涉及网络视频监控业务领域, 并且更具体地, 涉及一种实 现录像检索的方法、 设备和系统。
背景技术
网络视频监控 ( NVS , Network Video Surve i l lance Sys tem ) 业务是基 于宽带网的远程视频监控业务, 该业务利用宽带网络将分散、 独立的图像釆 集点进行联网, 实现跨地域的统一监控、 统一存储、 统一管理、 资源共享。
在视频监控领域中, 视频监控系统每天都会产生大量的录像, 当有需要 时, 监控人员必须在海量的监控录像文件中检索出有价值的监控录像, 这将 占用监控人员大量的工作时间。 并且, 由于大多数监控录像的画面变化率并 不大, 长时间浏览这样的画面, 容易让监控人员产生疲劳感。
在现有技术中, 用户可以通过客户端手动生成事件, 系统根据事件的时 间和摄像机标识获取并剪切拼接事件对应的录像, 并将拼接的录像与事件一 同存储起来, 以供事后检索。
该现有技术至少存在以下技术缺陷:
1)录像的事件是用户通过客户端手动生成的, 如果用户没有操作, 或者 客户端没有开启, 则无法生成这样的事件, 后续检索时也就无法通过事件来 检索录像。
2)系统需要根据事件中的数据从录像设备中下载并剪切拼接录像, 以便 将符合事件条件的录像单独保持在系统中, 下载、 以及剪切拼接过程需要处 理时间, 从而导致无法及时满足用户的检索要求。
3)釆用下载、 剪切拼接的处理方式, 在剪切和拼接过程中消耗了系统性 能, 增加了系统计算资源的开销。
4)下载后的录像与原录像保存了双份, 增加了系统存储资源的开销。 发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种实现录像检索的方法、 设备和系统, 可以解决现 有技术存在的检索效率低下、 系统计算资源开销和系统存储资源开销较大的 问题。
一方面, 提供了一种实现录像检索的方法, 所述方法包括:
接收告警事件, 所述告警事件包括告警设备的设备标识和告警发生时间; 根据所述设备标识确定摄像头标识, 所述摄像头标识为拍摄所述告警事 件对应的录像的摄像头的标识, 根据所述告警发生时间确定所述录像的录像 时间信息, 生成所述录像的录像书签和录像索引, 所述录像书签包括所述摄 像头标识和所述告警发生时间, 所述录像索引包括所述录像时间信息和所述 录像的获取信息;
将所述录像书签和所述录像索引关联存储, 以便于后续根据录像书签包 括的摄像头标识和 /或告警发生时间检索录像书签并获取检索出的录像书签 关联的录像索引。
另一方面, 提供了一种实现录像检索的设备, 所述设备包括:
告警接收单元, 用于接收告警事件, 所述告警事件包括告警设备的设备 标识和告警发生时间;

录像索引生成单元, 用于根据所述告警事件生成所述录像的录像索引,所 述录像索引包括,录像时间信息和录像获取信息, 所述录像时间信息是根据所 述告警发生时间确定的;
存储单元, 用于将所述录像书签和所述录像索引关联存储。

具体可以为, 通过接收携带所述告警事件的告警消息接收所述告警事件。 告警可以是有状态告警, 也可以是无状态告警。 对于有状态告警, 具有 对应的两种有状态告警事件, 一种是告警开始事件, 另一种是告警结束事件, 如, 入侵检测是一种有状态告警, 检测到物体进入特定的区域为告警开始事 件, 检测到该物体离开该特定的区域则为告警结束事件。 对于无状态告警, 只有对应的告警发生事件, 又称无状态告警事件, 如, 门禁告警是一种无状 态告警, 检测到门磁被强行打开为无状态告警事件。

优选地, 如果所述告警事件为无状态告警事件,根据所述告警发生时间确 定所述录像开始时间和所述录像结束时间, 所述录像开始时间可以为早于所 述告警发生时间的一个时间点, 如早于告警发生时间 5 分钟的时间点, 所述 录像结束时间可以为晚于所述告警发生时间的一个时间点, 如晚于告警发生 时间 5分钟的时间点。

如果在建立所述录像索引之前并没有拍摄所述告警事件对应的视频, 或 者并没有将正在拍摄的所述告警事件对应的视频保存为录像, 则拍摄并保存 所述告警事件对应的视频为录像。 如果在所述告警发生时间之前已经录制并 緩存了部分视频媒体, 则可以将这部分视频媒体也保存到所述录像中。 所述 录像索引包括的录像开始时间和所述录像开始拍摄的时间可以是一样的, 所 述录像索引包括的录像结束时间和所述录像结束拍摄的时间可以是一样的。

140: 将所述录像书签和所述录像索引关联存储, 以便于后续根据录像书 签包括的摄像头标识和 /或告警发生时间检索录像书签并获取检索出的录像书 签关联的录像索引。
将所述录像书签和所述录像索引关联存储, 具体可以为, 为所述录像索 引分配标识, 在所述录像书签中包括所述录像索引的标识; 具体还可以为, 直接将录像索弓 )数据中除了摄像头标识以外的其它数据作为录像书签的一部 分; 具体还可以为, 为所述录像书签和所述录像索引分别分配标识, 并记录 所述录像书签的标识和所述录像索引的标识的关联关系。
需要说明的是, 如果拍摄所述告警事件关联的录像的摄像头不止一个, 则可以针对每个摄像头拍摄的录像分别生成一个录像索引和一个录像书签, 并将所述录像书签和所述录像索引关联存储。 图 2是本发明实施例 2提供的实现录像检索的方法流程示意图。

于检索在所述告警时间段内发生的告警事件对应的录像; 检索条件为告警类 型, 用于检索告警类型为所述告警类型的告警事件对应的录像; 检索条件为 告警设备标识, 用于检索所述告警设备标识所标识的设备所生成的告警事件 对应的录像; 所述录像书签标识, 用于获取所述录像书签标识所标识的录像 书签对应的录像。
220: 在存储的录像书签中查找满足所述检索条件的录像书签, 利用所述 满足检索条件的录像书签获取所述录像书签关联的录像索引;
230: 返回所述录像索引
优选地, 返回所述录像书签和所述录像索引。
需要说明的是, 如果没有满足所述检索条件的录像书签, 则在返回消息 中指明没有满足所述检索条件的录像; 所述录像书签及所述录像书签关联的 录像索引可以不止一个。
发起检索请求的终端收到所述录像索引后, 将所述录像索引信息展示到 终端屏幕上, 后续终端可以根据所述录像索引包括的录像获取信息获取所述 录像, 所述终端可以自动从所述录像索引包括的录像开始时间开始播放所述 录像, 并在所述录像索引包括的录像结束时间停止播放所述录像, 还可以在 录像的播放进度条上标示出所述录像开始时间和所述录像结束时间。
需要说明的是, 本发明实施例 2可以和本发明实施例 1结合。 根据本发明实施例 1 ,本发明实施例 3提出了用来实现上述一种实现录像 检索的方法的一种实现录像检索的设备。
如图 3所示, 所述实现录像检索的设备 1000包括以下单元:
告警接收单元 1010, 用于接收告警事件, 所述告警事件包括告警设备的 设备标识和告警发生时间;
录像索引生成单元 1020 , 用于根据所述告警事件生成所述告警事件对应 的录像的录像索引,所述录像索引包括,录像时间信息和录像获取信息, 还用于
根据所述告警发生时间确定所述录像时间信息。 所述录像索引生成单元的具 体功能实现参见本发明实施例 1的步骤 120;
录像书签生成单元 1030 , 用于根据所述告警事件生成所述告警事件对应 的录像的录像书签, 所述录像书签包括摄像头标识和所述告警发生时间, 所 述摄像头标识为根据所述设备标识确定的拍摄所述录像的摄像头的标识, 所 述录像书签生成单元的具体功能实现参见本发明实施例 1的步骤 130;
存储单元 1040, 用于将所述录像书签和所述录像索引关联存储, 所述存 储单元的具体功能实现参见本发明实施例 1的步骤 140。
优选地, 所述告警事件还包括用于表示所述告警事件为告警开始事件或 告警结束事件的指示信息;
所述录像索引生成单元还用于, 根据所述指示信息确定所述告警事件为 告警结束事件, 并确定与所述告警结束事件匹配的告警开始事件, 还用于根 据所述告警事件中的告警发生时间确定所述告警结束事件对应的录像的录像 结束时间, 并在根据所述告警开始事件生成的录像索引中记录所述录像结束 时间。
所述录像书签生成单元还用于, 根据所述指示信息确定所述告警事件为 告警结束事件, 并确定与所述告警结束事件匹配的告警开始事件, 还用于将 所述告警结束事件的告警发生时间记录在根据所述告警开始事件生成的录像 书签中。
优选地, 所述告警接收单元将接收到的告警事件发送给录像索引生成单 元, 并从录像索引生成单元获取所述录像索引生成单元根据所述告警事件生 成的录像索引, 并将所述告警事件和所述录像索引发送给录像书签生成单元, 所述录像书签生成单元根据所述告警事件生成录像书签并将所述录像索引和 所述录像书签发送给所述存储单元, 所述存储单元将所述录像索引和所述录 像书签关联存储。
根据本发明实施例 2 ,本发明实施例 4提出了用来实现上述一种实现录像 检索的方法的一种实现录像检索的设备。
如图 4所示, 所述实现录像检索的设备 1100包括以下单元:
检索接口单元 1110, 用于接收录像检索请求, 所述录像检索请求中包括 检索条件,所述检索条件具体包括摄像头标识,和 /或时间段,和 /或告警类型, 和 /或告警设备标识, 和 /或录像书签标识;
检索单元 1120, 用于在存储的录像书签中查找满足所述检索条件的录像 书签, 利用所述满足检索条件的录像书签获取所述录像书签关联的录像索引; 所述检索接口单元, 还用于返回所述录像索引。
需要说明的是, 本发明实施例 4可以和本发明实施例 3结合。 本发明实施例 3或 4所述的实现录像检索的设备能够以电子硬件、 或者 计算机软件和电子硬件的结合来实现。 如果以计算机软件和电子硬件的结合 来实现, 具体地, 可以是通过在计算机上运行计算机程序来实现, 在计算机 上运行所述计算机程序可以实现本发明实施例 1或 2所述的方法。 所述计算 机包括但不限于 PC机、 服务器、 PAD、 笔记本便携机。
所述计算机的系统包括处理器、 存储器。
所述存储器用于存储计算机程序 , 所述计算机程序包括计算机操作指令。 所述计算机操作指令包括用于实现本发明实施例 3或 4提出的实现录像检索 的设备的各个单元的功能的计算机操作指令。 所述存储器具体为易失性存储 器。
所述主处理器用于执行存储器存储的计算机程序, 具体地, 用于执行所 述计算机程序包括的计算机操作指令, 以实现本发明实施例 3或 4提出的实 现录像检索的设备的各个单元的功能。 所述主处理器即中央处理器 (CPU, central processing unit ) , 是计算机核心单元。
根据本发明实施例 1和本发明实施例 3 ,本发明实施例 5提出了用来实现 上述一种实现录像检索的方法的一种实现录像检索的系统。
如图 5所示, 所述实现录像检索的系统包括:
第一设备 1210, 用于将告警事件发送给第二设备, 所述告警事件包括告 警设备的设备标识和告警发生时间。 所述第一设备的示例实现过程如本发明 实施例 1的步骤 110所述。
第二设备 1220, 具体为实施例 3所述的设备。 根据本发明实施例 2 ,本发明实施例 6提出了用来实现上述一种实现录像 检索的方法的一种实现录像检索的系统。
如图 6所示, 所述实现录像检索的系统包括:
第三设备 1310, 用于向第四设备发送录像检索请求, 并在收到返回的录 像索引后将所述录像索引信息展示到第三设备屏幕上; 所述第三设备的示例 实现过程如本发明实施例 2所述。
第四设备 1320, 具体为实施例 4所述的设备。
需要说明的是, 本发明实施例 6可以和本发明实施例 5结合。 本领域普通技术人员可以意识到, 结合本文中所公开的实施例描述的各 示例的单元及算法步骤, 能够以电子硬件、 或者计算机软件和电子硬件的结 合来实现。 这些功能究竟以硬件还是软件方式来执行, 取决于技术方案的特 定应用和设计约束条件。 专业技术人员可以对每个特定的应用来使用不同方 法来实现所描述的功能, 但是这种实现不应认为超出本发明的范围。
所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到, 为描述的方便和简洁, 上述描 述的设备和单元的具体工作过程, 可以参考前述方法实施例中的对应过程, 在此不再赘述。

所述功能如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用 时, 可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。 基于这样的理解, 本发明的 技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的部分可 以以软件产品的形式体现出来, 该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中, 包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机, 服务器, 或者 网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。 而前述的 存储介质包括: U盘、 移动硬盘、 只读存储器(ROM, Read-Only Memory ), 随机存取存储器(RAM, Random Access Memory ),磁碟或者光盘等各种可以 存储程序代码的介质。

Claims
1. 一种实现录像检索的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括: 接收第一告警事件, 所述第一告警事件包括第一告警设备的设备标识和告 警发生时间; 根据所述设备标识确定摄像头标识, 所述摄像头标识为拍摄所述第一告警 事件对应的录像的摄像头的标识, 根据所述告警发生时间确定所述录像的录像 时间信息, 生成所述录像的录像书签和录像索引, 所述录像书签包括所述摄像 头标识和所述告警发生时间, 所述录像索引包括所述录像时间信息和所述录像 的获取信息; 将所述录像书签和所述录像索引关联存储, 以便于后续根据录像书签包括 的摄像头标识和 /或告警发生时间检索录像书签并获取检索出的录像书签关联 的录像索引。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第一告警事件为无状态告警事件; 所述根据所述告警发生时间确定所述录像的录像时间信息, 具体为, 根据 所述告警发生时间确定所述录像的录像开始时间和录像结束时间。
3. 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第一告警事件还包括用于表示所述第一告警事件为告警开始事件或告 警结束事件的指示信息; 所述根据所述告警发生时间确定所述录像的录像时间信息之前, 还包括, 根据所述指示信息确定所述第一告警事件为告警开始事件; 所述根据所述告警发生时间确定所述录像的录像时间信息, 具体为根据所 述告警发生时间确定所述录像的录像开始时间。
4. 如权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括, 接收第二告警事件, 所述第二告警事件包括第二告警设备的设备标识、 告 警发生时间和用于表示所述第二告警事件为告警开始事件或告警结束事件的指 示信息;
根据所述指示信息确定所述第二告警事件为告警结束事件; 确定与所述第二告警事件相匹配的告警开始事件;
根据所述第二告警事件的告警发生时间确定所述第二告警事件对应的录像 的录像结束时间, 将所述录像结束时间记录到根据所述告警开始事件生成的录 像索引中; 根据所述告警开始事件生成的录像书签包括的告警发生时间为告警开始时 间, 将所述第二告警事件包括的告警发生时间确定为告警结束时间, 将所述告 警结束时间记录到根据所述告警开始事件生成的录像书签中。
5. 如权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第一告警事件和所述第二告警事件还包括告警类型; 所述确定与所述第二告警事件相匹配的告警开始事件, 具体为, 根据所述 第一告警事件和所述第二告警事件包括的指示信息、 告警设备标识、 告警类型 和告警发生时间匹配出与所述告警结束事件相匹配的告警开始事件。
6. 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述将所述录像书签和所述录像索引关联存储, 具体为, 存储所述录像书签并为所述录像书签分配书签标识, 存储所述录像索引并 为所述录像索引分配索引标识, 记录所述书签标识和所述索引标识的关联关系; 或 存储所述录像索引并为所述录像索引分配标识, 将所述录像索引的标识记 录到所述录像书签中并存储所述录像书签; 或 将所述录像索引包括的录像时间信息和录像获取信息记录到录像书签中并 存储所述录像书签。
7. 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述设备标识确定摄像头标识, 具体为, 从存储的设备标识和摄 像头标识的关联关系表中获取所述设备标识关联的摄像头标识。
8. 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于,

标识和 /或告警类型记录到所述告警书签中, 便于后续根据录像书签包括的摄像 头标识、 告警发生时间、 告警设备标识、 告警类型的任意组合检索录像书签并 获取检索出的录像书签关联的录像索引。
9. 如权利要求 1至 8任一所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括, 接收录像检索请求,所述录像检索请求中包括检索条件, 所述检索条件具体 包括摄像头标识, 和 /或告警时间信息, 和 /或告警类型, 和 /或告警设备标识, 和 /或录像书签标识; 在存储的录像书签中查找满足所述检索条件的录像书签, 利用所述满足检 索条件的录像书签获取所述录像书签关联的录像索引; 返回所述录像索引。
10. 一种实现录像检索的设备, 其特征在于, 所述设备包括: 告警接收单元, 用于接收告警事件, 所述告警事件包括告警设备的设备标 识和告警发生时间; 录像索引生成单元, 用于根据所述告警事件生成所述告警事件对应的录像 的录像索引,所述录像索引包括,录像时间信息和录像获取信息, 所述录像时间 信息是根据所述告警发生时间确定的; 录像书签生成单元, 用于根据所述告警事件生成所述告警事件对应的录像 的录像书签, 所述录像书签包括摄像头标识和所述告警发生时间, 所述摄像头 标识为根据所述设备标识确定的拍摄所述录像的摄像头的标识; 存储单元, 用于将所述录像书签和所述录像索引关联存储。
11. 如权利要求 10所述的设备, 其特征在于, 所述告警事件还包括用于表示所述告警事件为告警开始事件或告警结束事 件的指示信息; 所述录像书签生成单元还用于, 根据所述指示信息确定所述告警事件为告 警结束事件, 并确定与所述告警结束事件匹配的告警开始事件, 还用于将所述 告警结束事件的告警发生时间记录在根据所述告警开始事件生成的录像书签 中。
12. 如权利要求 10或 11所述的设备, 其特征在于, 所述设备还包括: 检索接口单元, 用于接收录像检索请求, 所述录像检索请求中包括检索条 件, 所述检索条件具体包括摄像头标识, 和 /或告警时间信息, 和 /或告警类型, 和 /或告警设备标识;
检索单元, 用于在存储的录像书签中查找满足所述检索条件的录像书签, 利用所述满足检索条件的录像书签获取所述录像书签关联的录像索引;
所述检索接口单元, 还用于返回所述录像索引。
13. 一种实现录像检索的系统, 其特征在于, 所述系统包括: 第一设备, 用于将告警事件发送给第二设备, 所述告警事件包括告警设备 的设备标识和告警发生时间;
第二设备, 具体为如权利要求 10或 11所述的设备。
14. 如权利要求 13所述的设备, 其特征在于, 所述系统还包括: 第三设备, 用于向第四设备发送录像检索请求, 并在收到所述第四设备返 回的录像索引后将所述录像索引展示到所述第三设备屏幕上;
第四设备, 具体为如权利要求 12所述的设备。
