在上述技术方案中, 步骤 406之前, 还包括: 为每个状态分组设定优 先级别; 以及步骤 406 中, 还包括: 根据状态分组的优先级别, 及预设的 显示数量, 选取对应的状态分组。 在该技术方案中, 可以针对每个状态分 组进行优先级别的设定, 比如对 "时间" 而言, 将 " 11 点至 13 点之间" 这一分组设定为较高级别, 而将 "天气" 中的 "晴朗" 这一分组设定为较 低级别, 这样, 在实时获取的状态为 " 12 点、 晴朗" 时, 选取 " 11 点至 13 点之间" 对应的关键词 "餐厅" 并显示对应的兴趣点, 而不选取 "晴 朗" 对应的 "洗车店" 。 这里的优先级别可以设定为任意多个级别, 这 样, 每次显示出的信息不一定仅来自一个级别, 而是可以根据用户的需 要, 显示出比如优先级别在前 3位的状态分组对应的关键词搜索出的兴趣 点。
在上述技术方案中, 导航地图中的兴趣点包含优先级别, 步骤 408之 前, 还包括: 为关联至每个动态信息的每个关键词设定优先级别; 以及步 骤 410 中, 还包括: 利用关键词进行搜索, 并在导航地图中显示出得到的 与关键词的优先级别对应的兴趣点。
在该技术方案中, 对于每个关键词而言, 可以搜索出很多对应的兴趣 点信息, 而有些兴趣点被关注的可能性比较小, 因而可以根据兴趣点的被 关注度或其他方面, 为兴趣点设置多个级别; 同时, 将关键词也设置对应 的级别后, 便可以在进行搜索后, 仅显示出对应级别的兴趣点。 比如 " 11 点至 13 点之间" 对应关键词 "餐厅" 的级别为较高的 5 级、 对应关键词 "酒店" 的级别为较低的 1 级, 若当前时间为 12 点, 处于该状态分组 中, 则对应显示出地图中级别为 1级至 5级的餐厅和级别为 1级的酒店, 而显然 "餐厅" 对应的兴趣点数量将远远多于 "酒店" 对应的兴趣点, 那 么, 可以帮助用户很快找到想要去的餐厅, 但如果需要酒店, 也是可以找 到对应的酒店信息的。
在上述技术方案中, 还包括: 根据接收到的设置命令, 进行对应的设 置操作, 设置操作包括: 设置每个状态分组与关键词的关联关系、 状态分 组的优先级别、 关键词的优先级别和 /或兴趣点的优先级别。
在该技术方案中, 用户可以根据自己的实际情况, 对关键词、 优先级 别等进行自定义, 从而使之更容易满足自己的使用。
在上述技术方案中, 步骤 406之后, 还包括: 将每个动态信息发送至 服务器; 步骤 410 中, 还包括: 接收来自服务器的与动态信息相对应的关 键词, 并利用关键词搜索兴趣点; 或接收来自服务器的与动态信息相对应 的兴趣点数据, 并在导航地图中进行显示。
在该技术方案中, 通过终端与服务器之间建立连接后, 可以利用服务 器的大存储及更高的处理效率, 将关键词的选择、 甚至兴趣点的搜索等过 程在服务器中完成, 最后将处理结果返回并在终端的导航地图上进行搜索 或直接显示即可, 从而降低对终端的系统、 硬件等方面的过高要求。
下面结合图 5A 至 5K, 对基于本发明的技术方案的显示兴趣点的方 法、 设置过程和显示效果进行详细说明, 其中, 图 5A 至 5K示出了根据 本发明的实施例的显示兴趣点的示意图。
如图 5A 所示, 用户在进行导航的过程中, 需要在导航地图上获取一 些兴趣点信息, 而在不同情况下, 显然用户需要的兴趣点是不一样的, 因 此需要根据不同的动态信息 502 , 如时间、 天气、 路况等的变化, 而智能 地为用户提供相关的兴趣点。
在每个动态信息 502旁边, 比如图中的 "天气" 右侧, 存在一个标识 504, 通过该标识 504可以查看对应的动态信息 502的不同状态。
如图 5B所示, 通过点击动态信息 502如 "天气" 右侧的标识 504 , 即可在界面上显示出对应于该动态信息 502 的状态分组 506, 比如图中的 "晴朗" 、 "降雨" 等, 这些都是 "天气" 可能存在的不同状态, 比如在 "晴朗" 时, 用户更希望获取关于 "公园" 、 "洗车店" 等的兴趣点, 而 在 "降雨" 时, 则更希望获取关于 "修理店" 的兴趣点, 因此, 将不同状 态设置为多个状态分组 506后, 方便对不同情况进行管理。
如图 5C所示, 为了在不同的状态分组 506下, 获取对应的兴趣点, 可以将状态分组 506 设置对应的关键词 508 , 如将 "晴朗" 设置 "洗车 店" 、 "公园" 等关键词 508 , 从而在用户的实时状态属于该状态分组 506 中时, 可以通过对应的关键词 508 进行搜索后, 在 导航地图上显示 出对应的兴趣点。
如图 5D所示, 可以为不同的动态信息 502设置优先级别 510, 比如 图中的 "时间" 为 4 级, "天气" 为 3 级等, 通过对优先级别 510 的设 置, 可以根据用户的需要, 使得不同的动态信息 502对应的兴趣点进行显 示或隐藏。
根据图中设置的优先级别 510的情况, 如果设定的显示数量为 2个, 则对于用户的实时状态而言, 若当时不是节日, 也没有日程, 则将显示 "时间" 、 "天气" 对应的兴趣点, 比如 "时间" 为 12 点, 对应 "餐 厅" , "天气" 为 "晴朗" , 对应 "公园" , 则在导航地图上显示出包含 "餐厅" 和 "公园" 的兴趣点, 而如果当天是 "情人节" , 则将显示 "节 日" 和 "时间" 对应的兴趣点, 比如 "情人节" 对应 "花店" , "时间" 为 " 12 点" , 对应 "餐厅" , 则在导航地图上显示出包含 "花店" 和 "餐厅" 的兴趣点。
如图 5E所示, 对于每一个动态信息 502对应的状态分组 506 , 也可 以设定对应的优先级别 512, 这样, 如果为动态信息 502 设置了如图 5D 所示的优先级别 510 , 则对于需要显示的动态信息 502, 继续进行优先级 别 512 的比较, 比如选择了 "时间" 和 "天气" , 其中 "时间" 为 " 12 点,, , "天气,, 为 "晴朗,, , 并且 " 12 点,, 的优先级别为 5 级, "晴 朗" 的优先级别为 3级, 若预设方式为显示优先级别高于 3级的状态分组 506 对应的兴趣点, 则选择 " 12 点" , 并在导航地图上显示出 " 12 点" 对应的关键词 "餐厅" 对应的兴趣点, 若预设方式为选取优先级别最高的 状态分组 506 , 则选择 " 12 点" , 并在导航地图上显示出 " 12 点" 对应 的关键词 "餐厅" 对应的兴趣点, 当然, 也可以将预设方式设定为选择优 先级别 512排列后的前 n个状态分组 506 , 并进行对应的显示。
如图 5F所示, 对于状态分组 506对应的关键词 508 , 也可以设置对 应的优先级别 514, 比如 "晴朗" 对应着关键词 508 为 "洗车店" 和 "公 园" , 其中 "洗车店" 为 3级, "公园" 为 5级, 那么该状态分组 506被 选取后, 还可以设定如仅显示优先级别 514最高的关键词 508对应的兴趣 点, 或是显示优先级别 514高于 3级的关键词 508对应的兴趣点, 或是显 示优先级别 514排列后的前 n个关键词 508对应的兴趣点。 当同时选取了 多个状态分组 506时, 该技术方案显然可以方便地筛选出用户真正可能需 要的兴趣点。
如图 5G所示, 是在导航地图 516中显示出用户位置 518周围的兴趣 点 520时的情形。 假定此时选取的动态信息为 "时间" , 状态分组为 " 11 点至 13 点之间" , 对应的关键词为 "餐厅" , 并且 "餐厅" 的优先级别 为 5 级, 则在图中, 将显示出所有的 "餐厅" (假定此时 5 级为最高级 别) 。
如图 5H所示, 在导航地图 516 中, 支定此时选择的动态信息为 "时 间" , 状态分组为 " 14点至 16点之间" , 对应的关键词为 "餐厅" , 并 且 "餐厅" 的优先级别为 3级, 则在用户位置 518周围, 将仅显示出 3级 及 3级以下的 "餐厅" , 也就是仅显示出一部分可能是关注度较高、 或是 环境较好, 或是其他因素下的 "餐厅" , 实现因不同情况而显示不同的兴 趣点 520。
如图 51 所示, 在导航地图 516 中, 支定此时选择的动态信息为 "时 间" 和 "天气" , "时间" 的状态分组为 " 16点至 18 点之间" , 对应的 关键词为 "餐厅" , 并且 "餐厅" 的优先级别为 3级, "天气" 的状态分 组为 "晴朗" , 对应的关键词为 "公园" , 并且 "公园" 的优先级别为 2 级, 则在用户位置 518周围, 将仅显示出 3级及 3级以下的 "餐厅" 、 2 级及 2级以下的 "公园" , 实现因不同情况而显示不同的兴趣点 520。
如图 5J所示, 在导航地图 516 中, 当在用户位置 518周围进行兴趣 点 520 的显示时, 对于不同动态信息对应的兴趣点 520 , 可以采用不同的 图标进行显示, 比如图 5J 中, 便分别采用了两种图标对不同的兴趣点进 行区分。 在一些情况下, 一些兴趣点可能同时对应于多个动态信息, 比如 图中的兴趣点 520A, 则此时可以同时利用多个图标进行显示。
当然, 对于不同动态信息对应的兴趣点, 除了采用不同的图标外, 还 可以采用其他方式, 比如利用颜色进行区分, 具体如图 5K所示。
如图 5K所示, 在导航地图 516中, 当在用户位置 518周围进行兴趣 点的显示时, 对于如兴趣点 520B , 采用了白色的图标进行显示, 对于如 兴趣点 520C , 采用了与兴趣点 520B 相同的图标进行显示, 但颜色为黑 色, 以进行区分。 而对于同时对应多个动态信息的如兴趣点 520D , 则同 时具有白色和黑色, 以显示其同时对应两个动态信息。
以上结合附图详细说明了本发明的技术方案, 考虑到相关技术中, 无 法对兴趣点信息进行有效地 选, 因此, 本发明提供了一种终端和一种显 示兴趣点的方法, 可以根据实时情况的不同, 在导航时显示出不同的兴趣 点, 智能满足用户的实时需求。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于 本领域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精 神和原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明 的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
实时信息获取单元, 在进行导航的过程中, 获取动态信息的实时状 态;
关键词获取单元, 获取对应于所述实时状态的关键词;
搜索单元, 利用所述关键词获取单元获取的关键词搜索兴趣点; 显示单元, 将所述搜索单元得到的兴趣点在导航地图中进行显示。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的终端, 其特征在于, 还包括:
分组单元, 分别将每种所述动态信息的不同实时状态设定为一个状态 分组;
关联单元, 将每个所述状态分组与至少一个关键词进行关联; 存储。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的终端, 其特征在于, 还包括:
第一优先级设定单元, 为每种所述动态信息设定优先级别; 以及 选择单元, 根据所述动态信息的优先级别, 及预设的显示数量, 选取 对应的动态信息。
4. 根据权利要求 2所述的终端, 其特征在于, 还包括:
第二优先级设定单元, 为每个所述状态分组设定优先级别;
选择单元, 根据所述状态分组的优先级别, 及预设的显示数量, 选取 对应的 态分组。
5. 根据权利要求 1 至 4 中任一项所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述导 航地图中的兴趣点包含优先级别, 所述终端还包括:
第三优先级设定单元, 为关联至每个所述动态信息的每个关键词设定 优先级别; 以及
所述搜索单元还用于: 利用具有优先级别的所述关键词进行搜索; 所述显示单元还用于: 在所述导航地图中显示出所述搜索单元得到的 与所述关键词的优先级别对应的兴趣点。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的终端, 其特征在于, 还包括: 设置单元, 根据接收到的设置命令, 进行对应的设置操作, 所述设置 操作包括: 设置每个所述状态分组与关键词的关联关系、 所述状态分组的 优先级别、 所述关键词的优先级别和 /或所述兴趣点的优先级别。
7. 根据权利要求 1所述的终端, 其特征在于, 还包括:
数据发送单元, 将每个所述动态信息发送至服务器;
数据接收单元, 接收来自所述服务器的与所述动态信息相对应的关键 词和兴趣点数据; 以及
数据处理单元, 利用来自所述数据接收单元的所述关键词搜索兴趣 点, 以及利用来自所述数据接收单元的所述兴趣点数据在所述导航地图中 进行显示。
8. 一种显示兴趣点的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
步骤 406 , 在进行导航的过程中, 获取动态信息的实时状态; 步骤 408 , 获取对应于所述实时状态的关键词;
步骤 410 , 利用所述关键词搜索兴趣点, 并将得到的兴趣点在导航地 图中进行显示。
9. 根据权利要求 8 所述的显示兴趣点的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述 步骤 406之前, 还包括:
步骤 402, 分别将每种所述动态信息的不同实时状态设定为一个状态 分组;
步骤 404 , 将每个所述状态分组与至少一个关键词进行关联及对应地 存储。
10. 根据权利要求 9所述的显示兴趣点的方法, 其特征在于, 所述步 骤 406之前, 还包括:
为每种所述动态信息设定优先级别; 以及
所述步骤 406中, 还包括:
根据所述动态信息的优先级别, 及预设的显示数量, 选取对应的动态 信息。
11. 根据权利要求 9所述的显示兴趣点的方法, 其特征在于, 所述步 骤 406之前, 还包括:
为每个所述状态分组设定优先级别; 以及
所述步骤 406中, 还包括:
根据所述状态分组的优先级别, 及预设的显示数量, 选取对应的状态 分组。
12. 根据权利要求 8 至 11 中任一项所述的显示兴趣点的方法, 其特 征在于, 所述导航地图中的兴趣点包含优先级别, 所述步骤 408之前, 还 包括:
为关联至每个所述动态信息的每个关键词设定优先级别; 以及 所述步骤 410中, 还包括:
利用所述关键词进行搜索, 并在所述导航地图中显示出得到的与所述 关键词的优先级别对应的兴趣点。
13. 根据权利要求 12 所述的显示兴趣点的方法, 其特征在于, 还包 括:
根据接收到的设置命令, 进行对应的设置操作, 所述设置操作包括: 设置每个所述状态分组与关键词的关联关系、 所述状态分组的优先级别、 所述关键词的优先级别和 /或所述兴趣点的优先级别。
14. 根据权利要求 8所述的显示兴趣点的方法, 其特征在于, 所述步 骤 406之后, 还包括:
将每个所述动态信息发送至服务器;
所述步骤 410中, 还包括:
接收来自所述服务器的与所述动态信息相对应的关键词, 并利用所述 关键词搜索兴趣点; 或
接收来自所述服务器的与所述动态信息相对应的兴趣点数据, 并在所 述导航地图中进行显示。
