该沥干装置 7包括于机台 1上设有的一导漏斗 73, 以将清洗污水导入厨余回收桶 72。
该沥干装置 7进一步包含有一组设置在机台 1中且位于盛装槽 5下方的轨道 71。
该沥干装置 7苒设一承槽72, 其对应于轨道 71上滑动, 形成收纳、 抽拉出机台 1。 而于承槽 72 底端面 #布:设置有多个.透孔 721, 再于机台 1 .上位于承槽 72的下方架设上述的导漏斗 73, 以将污水排 出;
该控制单元 8, 对应架设于机台 1上, 其设有一操作面板 81及一感测炒食滚筒 22被加热温度的 蕰度传感器 82,"用来控 ΐί炒食机的作动时间与炉火单元 3温度。
请参阅图 1至图 9, 该炒食机可用于大量食材的炒食、 或调理包加热、 或半熟状态的食材加热等 等。.
在使用之前, 该火力调控装置 30的主座 301上对应组装多个电磁阀 302, 在图上表示导接 4组, 而其 4组的调整方式主要通过转动主座 301上的每一组电磁阀 302的控制转钮 303, 以分别对应调整瓦 斯流量的大小 [其中该火力供应源可为瓦斯, 且在图中未示出], 于此调整为全开、 大、 中、 小等 4段 火力, 若其食材所需烹调温度的变化有多层次且需更精确时, 可多增加几组电磁阀 302, 该电磁闽 302 的组数依据需要而作出变化; 之后, 该火力调控装置 30与炒食机的控制单元 8连接。
在俊用时,将食材包含调理包内的食物或半熟状态的食材置入于机台 1上的基座 2的炒食滚筒 22 '内, 再稂据食材来对应控制单元 8的操作面板 81来设定加热时间与温度, 其中也可进一步设定动力源 21转速快慢 [如部分食材不耐加热需快转], 启动后, 动力源 .21转轴 22带动炒食滚筒 22旋转滚动, 而其该炉火单元 3即对应产生火侯温度来对应加热炒食滚筒 22内的食材, 主要依据控制单元 8中所设 定的数值 *加热:,如¾分食材不耐加热需大火快炒保持脆度,则为通过全开的电磁阀 302供应火力快炒 数秒 '[其它大、 中、'小.3个流量设定的电磁阔 302关闭], 或部分食材需慢火熬炖才不失美味, 即先经 由全开的电磁阀 302供应火力至煮滚后, ¾其煮滚温虔可通过设置于^食滚筒 '22后方的温度感应器 82 测得而回传给控制单元 8, 让控制单元 8将其全开的电磁阀 302关闭, 再让小流量的电磁阀 302供应火 力 [其它大、 中、 全开 3个流量设定的电磁阀 302关闭]。
以上动作在炒食滚筒 22受炉火单元 3加热时, 其控制单元 8中的温度传感器 82会对应感测炒食 滚筒 22的温度, 如炒食滚筒 22被加热的温度到达所设定的温度与加热时间后, 即完成炒食动作, 当加 热完成之后, 控制单元 8会启动翻转机构 4, 让二个驱动源 41的出力轴 411端顶出而让基座 2翻转, 使其炒食滚筒 22翻转倾倒出加热后的菜肴, 让菜肴落入盛装槽 5内, 之后, 将盛装槽 5抽拉而出 [将 菜肴装盘食用], 其感应器会接收到讯号回传控制单元 8, 接着, 控制单元 8随之启动清洗机构 6, 让喷 水管路 61喷出清水洗净炒食滚筒 22内沾附的菜肴, 且下方可设有一环导板 63导送污水, 再让送风管 路 62吹出风, 以风干水分确保下一次使用不会有前一个菜肴的味道。
而其'清洗完夹杂菜肴的污水通过机台 1上所设的沥干装置 7来处理厨余,将承槽 72置设在机台 1 的轨道 7 中, 以承接清洗完的厨余污水, 让污水经由承槽 72的透孔 721流出, 且通过导漏斗 73而排 出, 而其厨余则被留.置在承槽 72内, 当容积适当容量之后, 该承槽 72上设有手把 722 , 可将承槽 72 M¾t 顿倒回收千料厨余, 而其污水的排放可 ¾过废水处理设备、 水沟或回收桶来承接。 . . . .
' 另外, 在炒食滚筒: 22炒食过程中, 有可能会产生油烟等异味, 因此, 于炒食滚筒 22上方也可设 有排烟设备 [如虚线表示处], 来供排除消除异味。
然而前述的实施例或附图并非限定本发明的产品结构或使用方式, 任何所属技术领域中具有通常 知识者的适当变化或修饰, 皆应视为不脱离本发明的保护范围。 与现有技术相比, 本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、 本发明自动炒食机, 通过一贯作业的动作, 而可完成自动炒食的功效。
2、 本发明自动炒食机, 通过简化整体构件, 达到组装容易、 降低成本的功效。
3、 本发明自动炒食机, 通过转动式的炒食滚筒, 让食材受热均匀, 达到确保菜肴的食用美味。 综上所述, 本发明实施例确能达到所预期的使用功效, 其所揭露的具体构造, 不仅未曾见诸于同类 产品中, 亦未曾公开于申请前, 已完全符合专利法的规定与要求, 恳请授予专利。

Claims

1、 一种自动炒食机, 其特征在于, 其包含有:
一机台;
一基座, 对应枢设于机台上, 而该基座上组设有一动力源, 该动力源的转轴对应连接一盛装食材的 炒食滚筒;
一炉火单元, 对应组装设置在基座上, 且对应位于炒食滚筒的下方;
一通过动力输出带动基座翻转、 回复动作的翻转机构, 对应枢设连接基座;
一对应设置在机台内可供盛装加热后经翻转而倾出的菜肴的盛装槽,该盛装槽可拉伸与收纳于机台 内;
一用来喷洗炒食滚筒的清洗机构, 组装于机台上且对应翻转后的炒食滚筒;
一沥干装置, 包括设在机台上的一导漏斗;
一用来控制炒食机的作动时间与炉火单元温度的控制单元,对应架设于机台上,其设有一操作面板。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的自动炒食机, 其特征在于: 该控制单元中设有一感测炒食滚筒被加热温 度的温度传感器。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的自动炒食机, 其特征在于: 该翻转机构包括一于机台至少一侧边设 的驱动源, 而驱动源的出力神端对应与基座枢设连接, 以让驱动源带动基座翻转、 回复动作。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的自动炒食机, 其特征在于: 该驱动源是气压缸或者螺杆缸。
5、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的自动炒食机, 其特征在于: 该清洗机构由一喷水管路及一送风管路 构成, 以通过喷水与吹风清洗炒食滚筒。
6、根据权利要求 3所述的自动炒食机, 其特征在于: 该清洗机构由一喷水管路及一送风管路构成, 以通过喷水与吹风清洗炒食滚筒。
7、 根据权利要求 5所述的自动炒食机, 其特征在于: 该炉火单元中设有一火力调控装置, 该火力 调控装置包含有一主座,该主座对应连接供应炉火单元的火力供应源,再于主座上架设组装多个电磁阀, 其每一电磁阀上设有一控制转钮, 以可对应控制火力供应源所输入的火力供应流量。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的自动炒食机, 其特征在于: 该炉火单元中设有一火力调控装置, 该火力 调控装置包含有一主座,该主座对应连接供应炉火单元的火力供应源,再于主座上架设组装多个电磁阀, 其每一电磁阀上设有一控制转钮, 以可对应控制火力供应源所输入的火力供应流量。
9、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的自动炒食机, 其特征在于: 该沥干装置进一步包含有一组设置在机 台中且位于盛装槽下方的轨道,再设一对应于轨道上滑动的承槽,而于承槽底端面分布设置有多个透孔, 再于机台上位于承槽的下方架设上述的导漏斗, 以将污水排出。
10、根据权利要求 3所述的自动炒食机, 其特征在于: 该沥干装置进一步包含有一组设置在机台中 且位于盛装槽下方的轨道, 再设一对应于轨道上滑动的承槽, 而于承槽底端面分布设置有多个透孔, 再 于机台上位于承槽的下方架设上述的导漏斗, 以将污水排出。

13、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的自动炒食机, 其特征在于: 于机台的盛装槽下方设有一环导板。
14、根据权利要求 1或 2所述的自动炒食机, 其特征在于: 于机台对应盛装槽处设有一感应器, 该 感应器对应与控制单元连接, 以对应感测盛装槽拉伸与收纳状态。
