实施例:如图1至4所示,一种智能炒菜设备,包括供料箱1、集料漏斗2以及炒锅3,所述集料漏斗2与炒锅3之间设有隔板4,所述隔板4上设有阀门5,所述炒锅3为球形,上方设有锅口,所述炒锅3外设有锅罩6,所述锅罩6上方设有滑盖7,所述滑盖7与锅罩6通过滑轨滑动连接,所述炒锅3的一端设有热气口,并通过热气管道8连接有热气循环风扇9,另一端设有油气出气管10,所述油气出气管10上设有滤油器11,所述滤油器11下方设有接油盘12,所述炒锅3下方设有盛料机构。
图5所示,所述炒锅3的热气口设有发热垫圈13,所述发热垫圈13与热气管道8之间设有保温层14,所述保温层14上设有锅端点接触点15。
图5所示,所述热气循环风扇9为鼠笼型风扇,并连接有导电轴承16,所述鼠笼型风扇与导电轴承16之间设有轴承端点接触点17。
图8所示,所述盛料机构包括立板18和支架19,所述立板18横向连接有弹簧20,所述 支架19上设有电磁阀21,所述弹簧20与电磁阀21之间用于摆放餐具,支架19下方是下水盘。
图3所示,所述炒锅3上方集料漏斗的周围还设有制冷系统,所述制冷系统包括冷凝管22、蒸发管23和制冷压缩机24。
所述冷凝管22和蒸发管23连接有水源,所述水源还通过管道37连接有炒菜用水阀25和清洗用水阀26。
图6所示,所述供料箱1内设有供料盒27,所述供料盒27下方设有阀门组,所述阀门组包括左阀片28和右阀片29,所述左阀片28和右阀片29分别通过阀门弹簧30与供料盒27连接。
图7所示,所述供料盒27下方设有底座38,所述底座38与阀片之间设有阀片支撑片39,所述阀片支撑片39一端与底座38铰接,另一端与所述左阀片28或右阀片29铰接。
图6,7所示,所述供料盒27上方设有拎把31,下方设有下放管32,内部设有调料隔板33。
图9所示,所述盛料机构下方设有菜盘抽屉34。
图10所示,所述盛料机构下方还设有油槽抽屉35可滑动的连接到设备壳体。
图3所示,所述管道24上还连接有过滤器36。
该炒菜机器人上部和前面板都采用透明玻璃,方便观察内部情况,操作显示屏嵌在前部玻璃上由玻璃上印刷导线连接到其他部件。背面只有电源插孔及进出水口。
食材箱预先盛放食材及粉末状调料,包括油及其他液体调料,比较大块的调料放于一般的食材盒内。食材盒及调料盒可以方便拿出添加食材及调料。当食材及调料快要用完的时候,炒菜机器人会提醒用户即使添加。
当设定时间到,电磁阀控制按要求的量释放有关食材及调料,食材由下方漏斗称重后放入打开的炒锅。然后,滑动门关闭,炒锅体开始旋转,同时,炒锅右侧的加热装置开始按要求方式加热,热风由循环风扇吹入炒锅。炒菜的温度根据需要随时调节,甚至可以达到明火的温度。当中间需要加水和调料时,炒锅会口朝上打开,以便放入水或者调料。炒菜过程中 的油汽由排气口排出到炒锅左侧滤油器,油滴漏入其下方的接油盘。炒菜时,炒锅内部情况可以由感应头及摄像头让使用者可以看到,显示在操作显示屏上,也可以通过控制手机远程看到实际炒菜情况。
当炒菜完成之后,盘子分发系统动作,放置一个盘子到炒锅下方,炒锅口朝下打开,把菜放入盘子里。然后进入保温状态,等待根据使用者的指令打开菜盘抽屉。
当菜盘拿出之后,菜盘抽屉关闭,打开清洗水阀,清洗系统,准备炒下一个或下一顿菜。
脏水落入接水盘,然后进入化油槽,化油槽的进水口为单向阀,防止不好的味道散出。炒菜机器人会在需要的时候提醒用户打开化油槽抽屉,清洗化油槽。
食材盒底部为由弹簧顶住的左右两块阀片,保证食材不掉出,如左图所示;当食材盒放入食材箱里的时候,底部两块阀片下面有两个电磁阀,需要打开放料的时候,电磁阀会顶开阀门,如右图所示。
调料盒底部为一组八个阀门,控制粉末状或液体调料落下加入炒锅。由于粉末状和液体调料容易飘洒,所以由管道导到近炒锅口上方加入。
内部炒锅为球状,使旋转翻炒容易。炒锅盖子沿轨道左右对称打开,节约空间。炒锅右侧为加热部分,高温加热气体由比较安静效率高的鼠笼型风扇循环吹入炒锅,因此菜受热均匀,不容易出现焦糊情况。所有炒锅需要的电以及控制信号通过导电轴承传送。炒锅左侧为油汽出口,出口处有滤油器,油滴在接油盘里,接油盘快满时,系统会提醒用户倾倒。
备用盘子由弹簧架子和底边的电磁阀把持住,当需要盘子接菜时,电磁阀会快速缩回让一个盘子落下。
当菜盘抽屉打开时,可以拿出炒菜;当化油槽抽屉打开时,需要手工清理化油槽。
操作显示屏上有许多工作状态及设定信息错误信息等等,其中有输入虚拟键盘,工作状态显示,菜谱显示,内部工作情况显示,警告及错误信息等等。炒菜机器人的核心控制部分集成在操作显示屏里。命令及交互信息通过语音、手工输入及通过手机远程控制实现。
尽管上面已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,可以理解的是,上述实施例是示例性的, 不能理解为对本发明的限制,本领域的普通技术人员在不脱离本发明的原理和宗旨的情况下在本发明的范围内可以对上述实施例进行变化、修改、替换和变型,对其进行简单的组合变化都列为本发明的保护之内。
Claims (10)
- 一种智能炒菜设备,其特征在于:包括供料箱、集料漏斗以及炒锅,所述集料漏斗与炒锅之间设有隔板,所述隔板上设有阀门,所述炒锅为球形,上方设有锅口,所述炒锅外设有锅罩,所述锅罩上方设有滑盖,所述滑盖与锅罩通过滑轨滑动连接,所述炒锅的一端设有热气口,并通过热气管道连接有热气循环风扇,另一端设有油气出气管,所述油气出气管上设有滤油器,所述滤油器下方设有接油盘,所述炒锅下方设有盛料机构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的智能炒菜设备,其特征在于:所述炒锅的热气口设有发热垫圈,所述发热垫圈与热气管道之间设有保温层,所述保温层上设有锅端点接触点。
- 根据权利要求2所述的智能炒菜设备,其特征在于:所述热气循环风扇为鼠笼型风扇,并连接有导电轴承,所述鼠笼型风扇与导电轴承之间设有轴承端点接触点。
- 根据权利要求1所述的智能炒菜设备,其特征在于:所述盛料机构包括立板和支架,所述立板横向连接有弹簧,所述支架上设有电磁阀,所述弹簧与电磁阀之间用于摆放餐具,支架下方是下水盘。
- 根据权利要求1所述的智能炒菜设备,其特征在于:所述炒锅上方集料漏斗的周围还设有制冷系统,所述制冷系统包括冷凝管、蒸发管和制冷压缩机。
- 根据权利要求5所述的智能炒菜设备,其特征在于:所述冷凝管和蒸发管连接有水源,所述水源还通过过滤器连接有炒菜用水阀和清洗用水阀。
- 根据权利要求1所述的智能炒菜设备,其特征在于:所述供料箱内设有供料盒,所述供料盒下方设有阀门组,所述阀门组包括左阀片和右阀片,所述左阀片和右阀片分别通过阀门弹簧与供料盒连接。
- 根据权利要求7所述的智能炒菜设备,其特征在于:所述供料盒上方设有拎把,下方设有下放管,内部设有调料隔板。
- 根据权利要求1所述的智能炒菜设备,其特征在于:所述盛料机构下方设有菜盘抽屉。
- 根据权利要求1所述的智能炒菜设备,其特征在于:所述盛料机构下方还设有油槽抽屉可滑动的连接到设备壳体。
