Abstract

Au moyen de la solution technique décrite : la précision et l'opportunité de la détermination de la vitesse de l'UE sont améliorées ; le taux de réussite de la commutation réseau est amélioré ; et l'expérience de l'utilisateur est elle aussi améliorée.
