Abstract
Procédé de fabrication d'une roue dentée (1) par moulage par injection multimatière, le moulage par injection multimatière étant réalisé selon le mode suivant : une matière plastique destinée à former la paroi externe (2) de la roue dentée est d'abord injectée dans la cavité d'un moule, et directement après, une matière plastique expansible destinée à former le coeur de la roue dentée (3) (la partie interne de la roue dentée) est injectée dans la cavité restante du moule.
