一种马桶盖板组的快速自动拆装结构,是配合两固定在马桶上的底座而实施,该底座上设有一定位杆,定位杆的上部设有一缩颈,缩颈上端形成具斜导面的正锥体,盖板组的盖板与座圈由连接轴枢接;其中:连接轴通过两自动机构而枢接盖板与座圈,该自动机构包括一本体、一滑件、一滑件弹簧、一锁板、一锁板弹簧及一支撑弹簧;本体沿径向设有一供定位杆插入的沉孔,在沉孔一侧设有与沉孔相通的容腔,容腔的下方设有一前部与容腔及没孔相通的导槽;另在容腔的近中部形成一挡块;该滑件包括上滑板、下滑板及连接上滑板与下滑板后端的竖板,滑件与竖板后部连接的滑件弹簧置于上述容腔中,上滑板的前端形成弧度大于定位杆正锥体上端弧度的弧形缺口,下滑板的前端形成有弧度大于定位杆弧度的弧形缺槽,在下滑板下表面形成一单向卡台,上滑板与下滑板之间的距离大于定位杆上部正锥体的高度;该锁板的上表面上对应所述的卡台形成一与卡台挂持的卡钩,锁板后端连接锁板弹簧置于所述导槽中,所述支撑弹簧装配于本体沉孔的底部并由滑件的上滑板限位;所述定位杆缩颈的下方设有一环槽;在座圈枢套或在盖板枢座上设有活动锁销,对应该锁销在盖板枢座或座圈枢套的侧部设有顶推活动锁销的斜导面,令活动锁销活动伸置于定位杆的环槽中。
所述马桶盖板组还包括两配环,盖板后部设有相对的两枢座,而座圈后部形成有枢套,座圈的枢套是置于盖板的两枢座之间,两配环为一外径与盖板枢座及座圈枢套外径相适配,内径与盖板枢座及座圈枢套内径相适配的环体,设在枢套与两枢座之间以补充枢座与枢套之间的间隙;两配环的位置恰对准两底座定位杆的位置,并且两配环侧壁上开设有一供定位杆穿入的穿孔;活动锁销是活动设在穿孔处的配环内壁上。
所述配环在穿孔处的内壁上设有一配合口,该配合口中通过一复位弹簧配合一活动锁销;则座圈枢套两端面的局部边缘,形成向枢套内腔渐缩的斜导面。
所述滑件的竖板后端面上延伸一与滑件弹簧配合的导向杆。
所述锁板的下表面上设有凸块,则本体的导槽下方形成一限位该凸块的缺口。
所述锁板的前端形成自下而上渐缩的斜面。
所述自动机构的本体对应各部件装配位置的部分是由轴向分割两部分对合而成,滑件、滑件弹簧、锁板及锁板弹簧装配后,两部分熔接形成一体。
所述的连接轴为对称的两阻尼器,两阻尼器之间设置一装配弹簧而一并置于座圈的枢套中。
所述阻尼器包括一转轴套及一中心轴,中心轴的后部与自动机构本体连接在一起;而转轴套的外壁上设有与座圈枢套连接的连接部。
所述盖板与座圈之间还设有一转接套,转接套的前部形成柱套,后部上方形成一片体,该柱套的内壁上形成与转轴套连接部相配合的配合部,则盖板的一枢座内壁上或是座圈枢套一侧的内壁上设有与转接套片体相适配的卡槽。
采用上述方案后,本发明的盖板组通过两自动机构与马桶上定位杆的设置,定位杆伸置于自动机构本体的沉孔中由本体中的滑件锁扣,同时座圈相对盖板拉下时,活动锁销伸置于定位杆的环槽中锁扣,实现盖板组与马桶的安装及正常使用功能;抬起座圈解除活动锁销对定位杆的锁扣,先向下施力盖板组,定位杆对顶推本体中的滑件后移并由锁板卡制,定位杆便会从自动机构的本体中脱出,在定位杆欲脱离自动机构时,自动机构中的锁板解除对滑件的卡制,令自动机构复位亟待下一次盖板组与马桶的安装功能,由此,本发明可以实现无按钮机构,只需对盖板组整体施力便可快速自动拆除的功能,令盖板组的拆装更加方便。
另外,本发明通过具有穿孔的配环实现自动机构与定位杆连接,并补充座圈枢套与盖板枢座之间的间隙,同时盖板组在相对马桶打开或关闭时无需设置定位杆的让位缺槽,提高了产品外观的整体性,并防止污垢的残存。
再者,本发明设置两阻尼器时,其中一阻尼器与座圈连接,另一阻尼器配合一转接套与盖板连接,实现缓降机构与盖板组安装的便利性,满足座圈与盖板分别具有阻尼运动的功能。

以下结合具体实施例对本发明作详细说明。
如图1、图2所示,本发明揭示了一种马桶盖板组的快速自动拆装结构,是通过枢接盖板组的两自动机构B与一连接轴,并配合两固定在马桶上的底座A而实施马桶盖板组与马桶的自动快拆快装功能。
所述底座A上设有一定位杆A1,该定位杆A1的上部径向设有一缩颈A2,在缩颈A2的上端形成具斜导面的正锥体A3,在定位杆A1的缩颈A2下方进一步设有一环槽A4。
所述马桶盖板组包括一盖板D、一座圈E及两配环F,盖板D后部设有相对的两枢座D1,而座圈E的后部形成有枢套E1,座圈E的枢套E1是置于盖板D的两枢座D1之间,两配环F为一外径与盖板枢座D1及座圈枢套E1外径相适配,内径与盖板枢座D1及座圈枢套E1内径相适配的环体,设在枢套E1与两枢座D1之间以补充枢座D1与枢套E1之间的间隙,保证座圈E后部与盖板D后部配合的完整性。
所述的座圈E枢套E1两端面的局部边缘,形成向枢套E1内腔渐缩的斜导面E2,另在枢套E1的内壁上设有配合连接轴的配合部E3,该配合部E3为凹槽或凸肋,目的是连接连接轴带动连接轴一起转动;若不设置该配合部E3,则枢套E1便与连接轴空套,而连接轴便与盖板D的枢座D1配合转动。此处是以枢套E1内壁上设置配合部E3为例进行说明。
所述两配环F的位置恰对准两底座A的定位杆A1的位置,并且两配环F侧壁上开设有一供定位杆A1穿入的穿孔F1;配合图3所示,在穿孔F1处的配环内壁上设有一配合口F2,在该配合口F2中通过一复位弹簧F3配合一活动锁销F4,活动锁销F4受复位弹簧F3作用一端会凸伸于配环F邻接座圈E枢套E1的一侧之外;该活动锁销F4被挤压时,会回缩于配环F中,则锁销F4的另一端便会伸置于穿孔F1中。
当然,上述的两配环F亦无需设置,则直接在盖板D枢座D1或座圈枢套E1上开设有一供定位杆A1配合的缺槽亦可,而活动锁销F4是设置在盖板D枢座D1中。
如图4、图5、图6所示,所述的自动机构B包括一本体1、一滑件2、一滑件弹簧3、一锁板4、一锁板弹簧5及一支撑弹簧6,
该本体1为一柱体,其柱身近中部沿径向设有一供定位杆插入的沉孔11,在沉孔11一侧设有与沉孔11相通的容腔12,容腔12的底部设有一供滑件弹簧3配合的沉座121,在该容腔12的下方设有一导槽13导槽13的前部与容腔12及沉孔11相通,另在导槽13的下方形成一缺口131,该缺口131的宽度即为锁杆5的行程限位缺口;另在容腔12的近中部形成一挡块122。
该滑件2包括上滑板21、下滑板22及连接上滑板21与下滑板22后端的竖板23,在竖板23后端面上延伸一与滑件弹簧3配合的导向杆24,导向杆24是活动伸置于上述的沉座121中;上滑板21的前端形成有弧形缺口211,该弧形缺口211的弧度略大于定位杆正锥体上端的弧度;下滑板22的前端形成有弧形缺槽221,该弧形缺槽221的弧度略大于定位杆的弧度;在下滑板22下表面形成一单向卡台222;上滑板21与下滑板22之间的距离大于定位杆A1上部正锥体A3的高度。
该锁板4的上表面上对应上述的卡台222形成一与卡台222挂持的卡钩41,在锁板4的下表面上设有凸块42;在锁板4的前端形成自下而上渐缩的斜面43,在锁板4的后端形成凸杆44以配合锁板弹簧5。
该自动机构B组装时,是将支撑弹簧6装配于本体1沉孔11的底部,而滑件2装配于容腔12中,导向杆24套置滑件弹簧3恰装配于沉座121中;容腔12中的挡块122恰位于滑件2的上滑板21与下滑板22之间,挡块122实现对滑件2竖板23的限位挡止作用;锁板4的凸杆44配合锁板弹簧5而装配于本体1的导槽13中,其凸块42缺口123中实现限位功能,而锁板4的前部形成一悬臂。
此处需说明的是:配合图4所示,该自动机构B本体1对应各部件装配位置的部分是由轴向分割两部分1A、1B对合而成,如此方可实现各部件的装配定位,即滑件2、滑件弹簧3、锁板4、锁板弹簧5及支撑弹簧6装配后,两部分1A、1B再熔接形成一体的本体1。
该自动机构B在与定位杆A1未配合的常态时,滑件2受滑件弹簧3的顶推处于行程最前端,则滑件2的前部是伸置于沉孔1中;同样锁板4受锁板弹簧5的顶推亦处于行程最前端,锁板4的前部是伸置于沉孔1中,而支撑弹簧6受滑件2上滑板21的挡持而防止从沉孔11中脱出。
如图7a至图7g所示,盖板组与马桶进行快装与自动快拆功能时,便是自动机构B与定位杆A1的锁合与解锁的配合关系:
当盖板组安装于马桶时,马桶上底座A的定位杆A1穿入自动机构B本体1的沉孔11时,定位杆A1上端的正锥体A3的斜面会推顶锁板4向后移动而压缩锁板弹簧5(见图7a所示);定位杆A1继续上移时,其正锥体A3的斜面会沿滑板2下滑板22的弧形缺槽221继续推顶滑板2向后移动而压缩滑板弹簧3(见图7b所示),待定位杆A1的缩颈A2跨过下滑板22时,定位杆A1上端的正锥体A3恰位于上滑板21与下滑板22之间,滑板2在滑板弹簧3的复位作用下向前移动,滑件2的下滑板22的弧形缺槽221恰卡制于定位杆A1的缩颈A2上端(见图7c所示),此时的定位杆A1与自动机构B处于锁合状态,即盖板组与马桶是实现安装状态,此时定位杆A1的环槽A4是位于自动机构B本体1的下方。
当盖板组进行与马桶的自动快拆动作时,施力向下按压整个盖板组,此时定位杆A1相对自动机构B向上移动,则定位杆A1的正锥体A3的斜面会沉滑板2上滑板21的弧形缺口211而推顶滑板2向后移动而压缩滑板弹簧3,与此同时定位杆A1的上端会压缩支撑弹簧6令其处于压缩蓄能状态,待定位杆上移至锁板4顶靠在缩颈下端面时,盖板组无法继续下移,此时滑板2下滑板22的卡台222会挂持于锁板4的卡钩41上,令滑板2失去对定位杆A1的卡制关系(见图7d所示),此时向上抬起整个盖板组,当定位杆A1缩颈A2的上端面移至下滑板22下方而接触锁板4的前端时(见图7e所示),定位杆A1对锁板4前端具有一向下的拉力,则处于悬臂状态的锁板4会产生向下的形变(见图7f所示),与此同时令锁板4的卡钩41脱离对滑板2卡台222的挂持作用,滑板2复位(见图7g所示),定位杆A1便顺利从自动机构B中脱出,实现盖板组从马桶上的拆除,锁板4前端斜面43的设置是防止锁板4对定位杆A1的卡死作用,避免无法将定位杆A1脱出的现象发生。
配合图8所示,连接轴是装配于座圈D的枢套D1中,并连接套置于配环F与盖板E枢座E1中的两自动机构B实现与盖板组的组装,两自动机构B的。
该连接轴可只设置一个连续的枢轴,只起到枢接盖板E与座圈D的功能。
此实施例中的连接轴是设置为对称的两阻尼器C,两阻尼器C是利用一装配弹簧G而置于座圈D的枢套D1中,装配弹簧G对两阻尼器C具有一向外的顶持力以保证两阻尼器C与两自动机构B轴向连接在一起。
所述阻尼器C主要包括一转轴套C1及一中心轴C2,中心轴C2的前部密封套置于转轴套C1中,二者之间设有阻尼油,从而形成中心轴C2与转轴套C1之间的阻尼运动关系;中心轴C2的后部形成异形部以配合于上述自动机构B本体1的异形孔14中;而转轴套C1的外壁上设与座圈E枢套E1配合部E3的连接部C11。
如图1所示,为使对称设置的阻尼器C实现分别对盖板与座圈的阻尼功能,此处还设置有一转接套7,所述转接套7的前部形成柱套71,后部上方形成一片体72,此处为一弧形片,该柱套71的内壁上形成与转轴套C1连接部C11相配合的配合部711。则盖板D一枢座D1的内壁上设有与转接套7片体72相适配的卡槽D11。如若该转接套7设在另一个位置时,则需在座圈E的枢套E1中设有与转接套7片体72配适配的卡槽。
配合图8至图9a所示,本发明在组装时,其中一阻尼器C的转轴套C1利用连接部C11与具有配合部E3的座圈E枢套E1一侧配合在一起,中心轴C2连接自动机构B套置配环F与盖板D枢座D1空套在一起,此阻尼器C是连接座圈E;另一阻尼器C的转轴套C1先与转接套7配合在一起而空套于座圈E枢套E1的另一侧中,转接套7的弧形片72是穿过配环F而穿入盖板D另一枢座D1中并与卡槽D11配合在一起,与此同时,该阻尼器的中心轴C2的连接自动机构B套置配环F与座圈E枢套E1另一侧配合套接,此阻尼器C是连接盖板D,实现缓降机构与盖板组安装的便利性,满足座圈E与盖板D分别具有阻尼运动的功能。
由于本发明的自动机构B与定位杆A1在解除锁扣关系时,即从马桶上拆除盖板组时,是需要先将盖板组相对马桶向下移动,因此组装于马桶上的盖板组需要留出定位杆A1相对自动机构B向上移动的空间,但需不影响座圈E的正常使用,因此,如图8、8a所示,座圈E被拉下相对盖板D呈大于75度的角度时,此时座圈E枢套E1两端面的斜导面E2会挤压配环F上的活动锁销F4回缩于配环F中,锁销F4的另一端便会伸置于穿孔F1而恰卡制于定位杆A1的环槽A4中,实现对定位杆A1的锁扣功能,同时对座圈E具有一支撑作用,防止座圈E受力时定位杆A1相对自动机构B向上移动介入定位杆A1与自动机构B的解锁动作。
如图9、9a所示,当座圈E被抬起与盖板D靠合在一起时,此时座圈E枢套E1两端面的斜导面E2脱离对配环F上活动锁销F4的挤压作用,锁销F4在复位弹簧F3的作用下向配环F外凸伸,与此同时锁销F4的另一端则脱离对定位杆A1的环槽A4的锁扣作用,此时整个盖板组向下施力再向上抬起便可实现自动拆离马桶的功能。
综上所述,本发明的盖板组通过两自动机构B与马桶上定位杆A1的设置,定位杆A1伸置于自动机构B本体1的沉孔11中由本体1中的滑件2锁扣,同时座圈E相对盖板D拉下时,活动锁销F4伸置于定位杆A1的环槽A4中锁扣,实现盖板组与马桶的安装及正常使用功能;抬起座圈E解除活动锁销F4对定位杆A1的锁扣,先向下施力盖板组,定位杆A1对顶推本体1中的滑件2后移并由锁板4卡制,定位杆A1便会从自动机构B的本体1中脱出,在定位杆A1欲脱离自动机构B时,自动机构B中的锁板4解除对滑件2的卡制令自动机构B复位亟待下一次盖板组与马桶的安装功能,由此,本发明可以实现无按钮机构,只需对盖板组整体施力便可快速自动拆除的功能,令盖板组的拆装更加方便。
另外,本发明通过具有穿孔F1的配环F实现自动机构B与定位杆A1连接,并补充座圈E枢套E1与盖板D枢座D1之间的间隙,同时盖板组在相对马桶打开或关闭时无需设置定位杆A1的让位缺槽,提高了产品外观的整体性,并防止污垢的残存。
再者,本发明设置两阻尼器C时,其中一阻尼器C与座圈E连接,另一阻尼器C配合一转接套7与盖板E连接,实现缓降机构与盖板组安装的便利性,满足座圈D与盖板C分别具有阻尼运动的功能。
Claims (10)
1、一种马桶盖板组的快速自动拆装结构,是配合两固定在马桶上的底座而实施,该底座上设有一定位杆,定位杆的上部设有一缩颈,缩颈上端形成具斜导面的正锥体,盖板组的盖板与座圈由连接轴枢接;其特征在于:连接轴通过两自动机构而枢接盖板与座圈,该自动机构包括一本体、一滑件、一滑件弹簧、一锁板、一锁板弹簧及一支撑弹簧;本体沿径向设有一供定位杆插入的沉孔,在沉孔一侧设有与沉孔相通的容腔,容腔的下方设有一前部与容腔及没孔相通的导槽;另在容腔的近中部形成一挡块;该滑件包括上滑板、下滑板及连接上滑板与下滑板后端的竖板,滑件与竖板后部连接的滑件弹簧置于上述容腔中,上滑板的前端形成弧度大于定位杆正锥体上端弧度的弧形缺口,下滑板的前端形成有弧度大于定位杆弧度的弧形缺槽,在下滑板下表面形成一单向卡台,上滑板与下滑板之间的距离大于定位杆上部正锥体的高度;该锁板的上表面上对应所述的卡台形成一与卡台挂持的卡钩,锁板后端连接锁板弹簧置于所述导槽中,所述支撑弹簧装配于本体沉孔的底部并由滑件的上滑板限位;所述定位杆缩颈的下方设有一环槽;在座圈枢套或在盖板枢座上设有活动锁销,对应该锁销在盖板枢座或座圈枢套的侧部设有顶推活动锁销的斜导面,令活动锁销活动伸置于定位杆的环槽中。
2、如权利要求1所述的马桶盖板组的快速自动拆装结构,其特征在于:所述马桶盖板组还包括两配环,盖板后部设有相对的两枢座,而座圈后部形成有枢套,座圈的枢套是置于盖板的两枢座之间,两配环为一外径与盖板枢座及座圈枢套外径相适配,内径与盖板枢座及座圈枢套内径相适配的环体,设在枢套与两枢座之间以补充枢座与枢套之间的间隙;两配环的位置恰对准两底座定位杆的位置,并且两配环侧壁上开设有一供定位杆穿入的穿孔;活动锁销是活动设在穿孔处的配环内壁上。
3、如权利要求2所述的马桶盖板组的快速自动拆装结构,其特征在于:所述配环在穿孔处的内壁上设有一配合口,该配合口中通过一复位弹簧配合一活动锁销;则座圈枢套两端面的局部边缘,形成向枢套内腔渐缩的斜导面。
4、如权利要求1所述的马桶盖板组的快速自动拆装结构,其特征在于:所述滑件的竖板后端面上延伸一与滑件弹簧配合的导向杆。
5、如权利要求1所述的马桶盖板组的快速自动拆装结构,其特征在于:所述锁板的下表面上设有凸块,则本体的导槽下方形成一限位该凸块的缺口。
6、如权利要求5所述的马桶盖板组的快速自动拆装结构,其特征在于:所述锁板的前端形成自下而上渐缩的斜面。
7、如权利要求1所述的马桶盖板组的快速自动拆装结构,其特征在于:所述自动机构的本体对应各部件装配位置的部分是由轴向分割两部分对合而成,滑件、滑件弹簧、锁板及锁板弹簧装配后,两部分熔接形成一体。
8、如权利要求1所述的马桶盖板组的快速自动拆装结构,其特征在于:所述连接轴为对称的两阻尼器,两阻尼器之间设置一装配弹簧而一并置于座圈的枢套中。
9、如权利要求8所述的马桶盖板组的快速自动拆装结构,其特征在于:所述阻尼器包括一转轴套及一中心轴,中心轴的后部与自动机构本体连接在一起;而转轴套的外壁上设有与座圈枢套连接的连接部。
10、如权利要求8或9所述的马桶盖板组的快速自动拆装结构,其特征在于:所述盖板与座圈之间还设有一转接套,转接套的前部形成柱套,后部上方形成一片体,该柱套的内壁上形成与转轴套连接部相配合的配合部,则盖板的一枢座内壁上或是座圈枢套一侧的内壁上设有与转接套片体相适配的卡槽。
