Abstract
A toilet connection lock device (100, Fig 1) includes fixation shaft 10, about which cover assembly 200 rotates. The fixation shaft 10 engages lock bar 320. The connection lock device includes lock piece 20 which moves in a first direction in the axial direction to engage lock bar 320. Elastic piece 30 urges lock piece 20 to move in the first direction. A drive part component 40 is connected at one end to the lock piece 20. A press part component 50 is disposed in cover assembly 200, and when cover assembly is lifted, press part 50 pushes the other end 42 of drive part 40, which moves lock piece 20 in a second direction along the axial direction, to permit rapid disconnection of cover assembly from lock bar 320. Preferably, the press part 50 is disposed in the seat ring (240, Fig 1) of the cover assembly 200.
Description
A connection lock device of a toilet cover and a toilet base
Field of the invention
The present invention relates to a connection lock device of a toilet cover and a toilet base.
Background of the invention
Being one of the common sanitary appliances in people's daily life, the toilet usually includes a cover and a base. The cover is pivot joint to the base to be lifted or covered down. However, as the traditional cover is difficult to disassemble, the cover and the base are difficult to clean. So there is a quick assembly and disassembly connection device of the cover and the base, for example, a utility mode in Chinese patent database with application number 201020201821.9 and filing date Feb.911', 2011 is provided with a quick assembly hinge of a toilet cover. The quick assembly hinge of a toilet cover includes a hinge shaft, a support and a pivot shaft. The hinge shaft is fixed to the shaft sleeve of the cover, the hinge shaft is disposed with an insert hole; the support is connected to thc toilct, the support is disposed with a lateral throughout holc; thc pivot shaft is inserted into the insert hole and the throughout hole to connect the cover and the toilet. Pull the pivot shaft out of the insert hole and the throughout hole by hand to quickly disassemble the cover and the toilet.
However, as it has to pull the pivot shaft out of the throughout hole and the insert hole by hand after opening the cover, the cover can be disassembled from the support. The cover is complex to disassemble.
Summary of the invention
The present invention is provided with a connection lock device of a toilet cover and a toilet base with simple operation when disassembling the cover. It overcomes the disadvantages of the existing technology. The technical proposal of the present invention to solve the technical problem is as below: A connection lock device of a toilet cover and a toilet base comprising: A fixation shaft, which is used for the cover to rotate about and used to hold the lock bar of the base; A lock piece, which is used to move along a first direction in the axial direction and lock to the lock bar; An elastic piece, which is used to make the lock piece moving along the first direction in the axial direction; Wherein further comprising a drive part and a press part, one end of drive part is connected to the lock piece; the press part is disposed in the cover, when the cover is lifted, the press part pushes the other end of the drive part, making the lock piece moving along a second direction in the axial direction.
In another preferred embodiment, the press part is disposed in the seatring of the cover.
In another preferred embodiment, the drive part comprising a connection bar and a support column, one end of the connection bar is connected to the lock piece, the support column is disposed in the other end of the connection bar, when the cover is lifted, the press part pushes the support column, making the lock piece moving along the second direction in the axial direction.
In another preferred embodiment, the press part is an arc curved surface, the height of the centre of the curved surface is greater than that of two sides, when the seatring is lifted 70 to 90 degrees, the centre of the curved surface withstands the support column, the lock piece is separated from the lock bar.

In another preferred embodiment, the present invention further comprising a shaft sleeve, the fixation shaft is disposed inside the shaft sleeve.
In another preferred embodiment, the present invention further comprising a guide plate, which is disposed with a guide groove, the connection bar is disposed inside the guide groove in sliding way.
In another preferred embodiment, the elastic pieced is withstood between the fixation shaft and the lock piece.
In another preferred embodiment, the elastic piece is withstood the drive part, one end of the drive part is fixed to the lock piece.
In another preferred embodiment, the drive part is shaped in the lock piece in once forming, the height of the centre of the drive part is greater than that of two sides, the press part is column shaped, when the centre of the drive part withstands the press part, the lock piece is separated from the lock bar.
Compared to the existing technology, the tcchnical proposal of the present invention has advantages as below: 1. When the cover is lifted, the press part pushes the drive part, the lock piece moves along the second direction in the axial direction, making the lock piece separated from the lock bar, so that the cover can be disassembled from the base directly. As no manual operation is needed to operate the connection lock device when disassembling the cover, the connection lock device is easy to disassemble.
2. The press part is disposed in the seatring of the cover, it can withstand the drive part directly without passing through other components, making the connection lock device with simple structure. And it can be hidden, making the connection lock device with beautiful look.
3. The press part is an arc curved surface, so that it decreases the friction of the press part and the support column when the cover is lifted, the cover is easy to lift, making the connection lock device operated steadily.
4. The height of the center of the covered surface is greater than that of two sides, the seatring is lifted 70 to 90 degrees, the centre of the curved surface withstands the support column, the lock piece is separated from the lock bar, assuring that the cover is in detachable state when the toilet is not being used, it makes sure that the connection lock device is used safely.
5. A shaft sleeve is further disposed, the fixation shaft is disposed inside the shaft sleeve, so that foreign matter is not easy to enter into the shaft sleeve, making sure that the connection lock device is used safely.
6, The connection bar is disposed inside the guide groove in sliding way, making the connection lock device operated steadily.
7. The elastic piece withstands between the fixation shaft and the lock piece, when assembling, the fixation shaft, the elastic piece and the lock piece can be pre-assembled, making the connection lock device easy to assemble.
8. The elastic piece withstands the drive part, when the toilet is applied with two connection lock devices, these two connection lock devices can share one elastic piece, making the connection lock device with low production cost.
9. The drive part is shaped in the lock piece in once forming, making the connection lock device easy to assemble. The height of the centre of the drive part is greater than that of two sides, the lock piece is separated form the lock bar when the cover is not totally lifted up, making the toilet used safely.

Detailed description of the embodiments
Refer to fig.1 and fig.2. The toilet cover of the present invention includes two connection lock devices 100 and a cover 200. Two connection lock device 100 are used to pivot joint to the cover and the toilet base, making the cover 200 rotated relatively to the toilet base. The cover 200 includes an upper cover 200 and a seatring 240. The base is disposed with two lock bars 320. Two connection lock devices 100 are separately corresponding to two lock bars 320 and assembled in the left end and right end of the cover 200. As two connection lock devices 100 are generally symmetrical in structure, one of them is descried below and the other one is in the same way.
Refer to fig.l and fig.3. The connection lock device 100 includes a fixation shaft 10, a lock piece 20, an elastic piece 30(as figured in fig.4), a drive part 40, a press part 50, a shaft sleeve 60, a guide plate 70, a damper 80 and a shaft 90. The drive part 40 is disposed on the guide plate 70, the press part 50 is disposed in the cover 200.
The fixation shaft 10 is used to hold the lock bar 320, when the cover 200 is lifted, the cover 200 is rotated about the fixation shaft 10. The lock piece 20 is assembled inside the fixation shaft 10, the lock piece 20 is moving forwards in the axial direction (the forwards moving is the first direction in the axial direction) to lock to the lock bar 320 (not figured out in fig.4). The elastic piece 30 is used to make the lock piece 30 moving forwards in the axial direction. The drive part includes a connection bar 41 and the support column 42, the support column 42 is disposed in the rear end of the connection bar 41. The press part 50 is disposed in the centre of the seatring 240, when the seatring 240 is lifted, the press part 50 pushes the support column 42. making the lock piece moving backwards in the axial direction (the backwards moving is the second direction in the axial direciton), the lock piece 20 is finally separated from the lock bar 320.
The press part 50 is an arc curved surface 51, the height of the centre of the curved surface is greater than that of two sides, making the seatring 240 lifted 70 to 90 degrees, the centre of the curved surface 51 withstands the support column 42, the lock piece 20 is separated from the lock bar 320. The shaft sleeve 60 is used to connect the fixation shaft 10 and the cover 200, making the cover 200 rotated about the fixation shaft 10. the guide plate 70 is disposed with a guide groove 71 corresponding to the connection bar 41. the damper 80 is used to damp the dropping down of the seatring 240. the pivot shaft 90 is used to pivot joint to the seatring 240 and the damper 80, making the two rotated synchronously.
Refer to fig.4. the lock piece 20 and the elastic piece 30 are disposed in the fixation shaft 10. The connection bar can slide forwards and backwards inside the guide groove 71. The damper 80, the fixation shaft 10 and the guide plate 70 are disposed in the shaft sleeve 60 in order. The front end of the connection bar 41 withstands the lock piece. The support column 42 is extended out of the shaft sleeve 60. The lock bar 320 is disposed inside the fixation shaft 10. The elastic piece 30 withstands between the fixation shaft 10 and the lock piccc 20, making the lock piece 20 moving in the axial direction, that is to say, the lock piece 20 moves along the centre of the toilet to lock the lock bar 230.
Refer to fig.5 and fig.6, when the seatring 240 is lifted, the curved surface 51 withstands the support column 42, making the connection bar 41 moving backwards along the guide groove 71 in the axial direction, that is to say, the entire of the drive part 40 moves towards the outer side of the toilet. The lock piece 20 moves backwards in the axial direction to compress the elastic piece 30 and finally separated from the lock bar 320. in this way, the cover 200 can be disassembled from the base.
When the seatring 240 is pressed down, the curved surface 51 is separated from the support column 42, the elastic piece 30 withstands the lock piece 20 and the connection bar 41 to move forwards in the axial direction, the lock piece 20 is locked to the lock bar 320 again.
It's understandable that it can disposed only one connection lock device 100 to lock the lock bar 320, the cover 200 and the base can be disassembled.
Besides, the press part 50 can be disposed in the upper cover 220, only if the seatring 240 is disposed with a hole.
In another preferred embodiment, the shaft sleeve 60 can be independently disposed or disposed in the upper cover 220 or the seatring 240 in once forming. And the cover 200 can be directly pivot joint to one end of the fixation shaft 10, so that the cover 200 can be rotated about the fixation shaft 10.
In another preferred embodiment, two connection lock devices 100 are disposed in the toilet, the pivot shaft 90 of one connection lock device 100 is used to pivot joint to the damper 80 to damp the seatring 240, the pivot shaft 90 of the other connection lock device 100 is used to pivot joint to the damper 80 to damp the upper cover 220.
Refer to fig.7 of the partial breakdown structure of the connection lock device of the second embodiment of the toilet cover of the present invention. The difference of the connection lock device bOa from the first embodiment is that: the elastic piece 30a withstands the connection bar 41 of the drive part 40, the front end of the connection bar 41 is fixed to the lock piece 20.
Refer to fig.9, the elastic piece 30a withstands the lock piece 20 to make it moving forwards in the axial direction, that is to say to move towards the outer side of the toilet to lock the lock bar 320.
Refer to fig.8 and flg,lO, when the seatring 240 is lifted, the curved surface Sla withstands the support column 42, making the drive part 40 and the lock piece 20 moving backwards in the axial direction, that is to say it moves towards the inner side of the toilet, the lock piece 20 is separated from the lock bar 320.
Refer to fig. 11 of the breakdown structure of the connection lock device of the third embodiment of the third embodiment, The difference of the connection lock device lOOb from the first embodiment is that: the drive part 4Gb is shaped in the lock piece 20 in once forming, the height of the centre of the drive part 4Gb is greater than that of two sides (not figured out). The press part 50b is column shaped. When the centre of the drive part 40b withstands the press part Sob, the lock piece 20 is separated from the lock bar 320.
Refer to fig.12. the shaft sleeve óOb is shaped in the scatting 240 in once forming. When the seatring 240 is lifted, the press part 50b withstands the drive part 40b as well, making the lock piece separated from the lock bar 320.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments thereof for carrying out thc patent for invention, it is apparent to those skilled in the art that a variety of modifications and changes may be made without departing from the scope of the patent for invention which is intended to be defined by the appended claims.
Claims (10)
- Claims 1. A connection lock device of a toilet cover and a toilet base comprising: a fixation shaft which is used for the cover to rotate about and used to hold the lock bar of the base; a lock piece which is used to move along a first direction in the axial direction and lock to the lock bar; an elastic piece which is used to make the lock piece moving along the first direction in the axial direction; and a drive part and a press part, wherein one end of drive part is connected to the lock piece and the press part is disposed in the cover, when the cover is lifted, the press part pushes the other end of the drive part making the lock piece move along a second direction in the axial direction.
- 2. A connection lock device of a toilet cover and a toilet base according to claim 1, wherein the press part is disposed in the seatring of the cover.
- 3. A connection lock device of a toilet cover and a toilet base according to claim 2, wherein the drive part comprising a connection bar and a support column, one end of the connection bar is connected to the lock piece, the support column is disposed in the other end of the connection bar, when the cover is lifted, the press part pushes the support column making the lock piece move along the second direction in the axial direction.
- 4. A connection lock device of a toilet cover and a toilet base according to claim 3, wherein the press part is an arc curved surface, the height of the centre of the curved surface is greater than that of two sides, when the seatring is lifted 70 to 90 degrees, the centre of the curved surface withstands the support column, the lock piece is separated from the lock bar.
- 5. A connection lock device of a toilet cover and a toilet base according to claim 4 further comprising a shaft sleeve, wherein the fixation shaft is disposed inside the shaft sleeve.
- 6. A connection lock device of a toilet cover and a toilet base according to claim 5 further comprising a guide plate which is disposed with a guide groove, wherein the connection bar is disposed inside the guide groove in sliding way.
- 7. A connection lock device of a toilet cover and a toilet base according to any of claims I to 6, wherein the elastic pieced is withstood between the fixation shaft and the lock piece.
- 8. A connection lock device of a toilet cover and a toilet base according to any of claims 1 to 6, wherein the elastic piece is withstood the drive part and one end of the drive part is fixed to the lock piece.
- 9. A connection lock device of a toilet cover and a toilet base according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the drive part is shaped in the lock piece in once forming, the height of the centre of the drive part is greater than that of two sides, the press part is column shaped, when the centre of the drive part withstands the press part, the lock piece is separated from the lock bar.
- 10. A connection lock device of a toilet cover and a toilet base substantially as hereinbefore defined with reference to the accompanying Figures.
