Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé et à un dispositif adaptés pour contrôler les communications d'un utilisateur. Le procédé et le dispositif selon l'invention sont aptes à empêcher qu'un appelant et un appelé n'utilisent précocement une capacité d'intercommunication multimédia, c'est à dire avant que le système ait procédé à la facturation, de sorte à réaliser des communications normales sans être facturés. Le procédé selon l'invention consiste : à recevoir un premier message, envoyé par un appelé à un appelant, ledit premier message contenant des premières données relatives à l'appelé, les premières données relatives à l'appelé étant utilisées par l'appelant et par l'appelé dans le but d'établir une connexion de communication; à empêcher des communications entre l'appelant et l'appelé sur la base du premier message; à recevoir un message d'accusé de réception de facturation, envoyé par l'appelé à l'appelant; et à autoriser les communications entre l'appelant et l'appelé sur la base du message d'accusé de réception de facturation. Au moyen d'un premier message et d'un message d'accusé de réception de facturation envoyés par un appelé, les communications entre un appelant et l'appelé sont contrôlées de sorte à empêcher l'appelant et l'appelé de communiquer normalement l'un avec l'autre avant que le système ait procédé à la facturation. De cette manière, il est possible d'empêcher l'appelant et l'appelé de réaliser des communications normales sans être facturés.
