L'invention concerne un terminal assisté permettant l'envoi de mandats, lequel se caractérise en ce qu'il est construit à partir d'un matériau léger et qu'il comprend une série de dispositifs électroniques conçus pour permettre à l'utilisateur d'effectuer lui-même l'envoi d'un mandat ou de s'enregistrer lui-même en tant que client de la compagnie de transfert d'argent afin de pouvoir réaliser les envois.
