防飓风单元幕墙
技术领域
本发明涉及一种单元幕墙,特别是一种适用于建筑本体位于飓风区域或沿海飓风多发 区域的防飓风单元幕墙。
背景技术
随着现代建筑业的日益发展,对建筑物的外围护的性能及样式要求越来越高,为了满 足各种建筑对幕墙的要求, 不断的有新的幕墙被研发出来。 由于幕墙造型是建筑的外衣, 是建筑效果最直接的表达, 所以幕墙的美观性与功能性也随着建筑的发展变得越来越复 杂。 目前随着城市的不断发展, 越来越多的建筑物都处在海滨、郊外等飓风多发地区。在 飓风区域或沿海暴风多发区域,建筑幕墙既要承受大风压又必须能承受树木、石块等其他 物体的撞击,这就意味着幕墙结构本身及玻璃面材需要具有非常高的强度及安全性能,而 现有单元幕墙的结构却无法满足此类环境的要求。
根据飓风典型代表区域福罗里达州戴德郡迈阿密的规范要求:单元幕墙的组件应该能 够承受高达 150mphgp67m/S (飓风持续 3秒钟)飓风风力, 只有在此条件下仍能保证单元幕 墙各项基本性能的建筑幕墙才能被视为合格的产品。
现有单元幕墙结构的主要特点:
1、 多为单道密封, 例如授权公告号为 CN201109955Y的 "一种单元幕墙" 中, 公开的 技术方案不能保证在高风压作用下单元系统的水密性和气密性,其型材采用开腔设计,然 而开腔型材自身强度并不能满足高风压的要求;所用玻璃配置多为钢化中空玻璃,虽然这 种配置被定义为安全玻璃,但是这种玻璃配置不能承受飓风携带的石块及杂物的撞击,单 元幕墙的横、竖框通过自攻钉连接, 该锚固件的强度不能应用在飓风地区; 其竖框间仅靠 插接胶条的摩擦力来实现左、右限位, 当承受较大风压时, 这种设计无法阻止幕墙单元板 块自身的变形及错位。
2、在申请公布号为 CN102094475A的"明框幕墙", 公开一种使用扣盖来实现固定玻璃 的单元幕墙, 其用在普通地区没有问题, 然而不适用于飓风多发地带。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防飓风单元幕墙, 在保证了普通单元幕墙外饰效果的前提 下, 有效地解决了现有单元幕墙无法满足防飓风、 防撞击性能要求等问题, 其结构设计合 理, 制造、 安装操作非常方便, 在增强防飓风、 防撞击功能的同时, 降低了施工成本, 满 足了飓风多发地区建筑幕墙快速发展的需要。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:该防飓风单元幕墙包括由竖框、横框和玻璃面材组成的 单元幕墙板块, 其技术要点是: 所述竖框由左、右相邻两个单元幕墙板块的公竖框和母竖 框插接而成, 采用闭腔型材制成的公竖框与母竖框之间插接后, 采用勾板连接固定, 横框 由上、下相邻两个单元幕墙板块的下横框和上横框插接而成, 每个单元幕墙板块的上、下 横框之间设置中间横框,在下层单元幕墙板块插接位置的上横框的顶部通长铺装披水胶条 密封, 玻璃面材采用 SGP防暴胶片夹胶钢化玻璃, 公、 母竖框及上、 下横框均采用两道密 封, 每个单元幕墙板块的玻璃面材与竖框上、下横框及中横框组装后, 用结构胶粘接在一 起, 再分别组装下横框扣盖及中横框扣盖。
所述公竖框和母竖框闭腔内设置钢芯。
本发明具有的优点及积极效果是: 由于本发明的玻璃面材采用专门配置的高强度 SGP ( SentryGlas plus安全中间膜)防暴胶片夹胶钢化玻璃, 有效地增加了玻璃面材的强度。 单元幕墙公、母竖框采用闭腔型材, 除增加单元板块自身强度外, 公、母竖框插接后用勾 板将其连接固定在一起, 在单元幕墙左、右限位的基础上再次增加了一处保险, 即使飓风 来临单元板块间也不会出现位置变化, 大大增强了公、母竖框插接位置连接的可靠性。与 此同时, 横框由上、下相邻两个单元幕墙板块的下横框和上横框插接而成, 每个单元幕墙 板块的上、下横框之间设置中间横框,在下层单元幕墙板块插接位置的上横框顶部通长铺 装的披水胶条, 通过披水胶条及形成的上横框"暗腔"排水通道, 无论正压有多大都不会 出现积水无法排出的现象, 完全解决了关于单元幕墙的排水的问题。 公、母竖框及上、 下 横框均采用两道密封, 最后每个单元幕墙板块的玻璃面材与竖框、上、下横框及中横框组 装后, 用结构胶粘接在一起, 再分别组装下横框扣盖及中横框扣盖, 采用结构胶与扣盖的 双重保险设计,既可保证单元幕墙在承受高风压作用下的水密性和气密性,又能使得整套 幕墙更加安全及牢固。综上所述, 防飓风单元幕墙结构设计合理, 制造、 安装的操作非常 方便,在保证了普通单元幕墙外饰效果的前提下,进一步有效地解决了现有单元幕墙系统 无法满足防飓风、 防撞击性能要求等问题, 另外, 在增强防飓风、 防撞击功能的同时, 利 用该防飓风单元幕墙简单的安装方式,有效地降低了施工成本,满足了飓风多发地区建筑 幕墙快速发展的需要。

下面结合图 1〜4对本发明作进一步的详细说明。 该防飓风单元幕墙包括由竖框、 横 框和玻璃面材 8等零部件组成的单元幕墙板块。其中竖框由左、右相邻两个单元幕墙板块 的公竖框 1和母竖框 2插接而成。采用闭腔型材制成的公竖框 1与母竖框 2相互之间插接 后, 采用勾板 11连接固定, 这会在普通的单元幕墙左右限位的基础上再次增加了一处保 险, 即使飓风来临时单元板块间也不会出现位置变化。横框由上、下相邻两个单元幕墙板 块的下横框 4和上横框 3插接而成。 每个单元幕墙板块的上、 下横框 3、 4之间设置起加 固作用的中间横框 5。 横、 竖框之间采用 GB70系列内六角螺栓进行连接, 使整个单元板 块更加稳定。 在下层单元幕墙板块插接位置的上横框 3的顶部通长铺装披水胶条 12进行 密封。玻璃面材 8采用专门配置的 SGP防暴胶片夹胶钢化玻璃,来增加玻璃面材 8的抗撞 击能力和增加自身的强度。 公、 母竖框 1、 2及上、 下横框 3、 4均采用两道密封, 可保证 单元幕墙在承受高风压作用下的水密性和气密性。 每个单元幕墙板块的玻璃面材 8 与竖 框、 上、 下横框 3、 4及中横框 5组装后, 用结构胶 6粘接在一起, 再分别组装下横框扣 盖 9及中横框扣盖 10。
如果在公、 母竖框 1、 2的闭腔内增加钢芯 (图中未示出), 则可继续增加强度。 为确保上述幕墙单元板块的质量, 需要在工厂进行加工、 组装, 将 SGP ( SentryGlas plus安全中间膜) 防暴胶片夹胶玻璃面材 8与竖框及横框组装成符合相关标准规定的单 元幕墙板块; 组装成型后, 用结构胶 6粘接, 然后再安装下横框扣盖 9及中横框扣盖 10。 现场安装单元幕墙板块时, 当相邻两个单元幕墙板块公、 母竖框 1、 2插接后, 用勾板 11 将公、 母竖框 1、 2连接在一起。 每一层的单元幕墙板块安装完成后, 在下层单元幕墙板 块插接位置的上横框 3顶部通长铺装披水胶条 12, 披水胶条 12安装完成后, 再继续安装 上一层的单元幕墙。
