具体实施方式 下面结合附图对本发明作详细说明。
参见图 1所示:
一种多功能旅行睡眠支架, 它包括:
头部垫板 1, 为一板体, 支撑头部;
座位垫板 2, 其一端垫在座位下;
一根或若干根支管, 其中之一与座位垫板 2连接的底部支管 4表面处刻有纹路; 这 些纹路用来固定其他零件;
胸部垫板 5为一板体, 支撑胸部; 与上述头部支管 3连接
底座 6, 与上所述支管中最低的底部支管 4连接或与此底部支管 4为一体。
还包括一个胸部支杆 8, 为设有调节孔的架体, 其一端与所述胸部垫板 5底部铰 接, 另一端用销钉与所述头部支管 3做长度可调节地铰接。
所述的支管中最高的一根头部支管 3与所述头部垫板 1的底部连接; 上下支管之间 相互插接。
所述头部垫板 1 的底部的前端连接带有梳状牙齿的调节杆的一端, 该调节杆的另一 端与所述头部支管 3连接。
座位垫板 2有一环, 环内壁有螺纹, 与座位垫板 2连接的底部支管 4表面上所刻纹 路为螺纹, 座位垫板 2通过环内壁的螺纹套接在底部支管 4上。
底座 6, 设有中心孔和可容纳支脚的插槽; 所述支管中最低者插入底座的中心孔。 上述实施例适用于乘车者坐在座椅上, 使用本多功能旅行睡眠支架。 参见图 2、 图 3所示:
所述的座位垫板 2包住支管 12的环部分沿着所套的支管 12的纵截面分成左右两部 分;
左右两部分内壁有和支管吻合的纹路。
所述左右两部分各自延伸形成把手 10、 11;
所述左右两部分内壁纹路为螺纹。
所述左右两部分在靠近被包的支管 12—端铰接;
在远离支管 12的一端用螺丝 14穿过左右两个把手中部, 该螺丝 14的头部被螺母 16固定在一个把手内, 在另一个把手外侧用手拧螺母 15把其与螺丝 14固定;
上述两端分别在支管 12的两边;
两个把手 10、 11与座位接触地方有许多小突起 17或花纹。 参见图 4、 图 5所示:
一个扭转弹簧 20夹紧两个把手 18、 19;
扭转弹簧 20同时作为两个把手的轴;
两个把手 18、 19靠近整体的中线处有一凸起 21和洞 22, 一个把手的凸起 21能插 入另一个把手的洞 22; 两个把手 18、 19与座位接触地方有许多小突起或花纹。 参见图 6、 图 7所示:
两个把手 23、 24远离环处有坑 26, 坑 26中有一柱子 27;
两个把手 23、 24通过一个轴 28铰接;
一个弹片 25或弹簧装在两个把手的坑 26中, 套在柱子 27上;
两个把手 23、 24与座位接触地方有许多小突起或花纹。 参见图 14、 图 15所示:
所述左右两个把手 47和 48在靠近被包的支管一端用螺丝 53和螺母 54铰接; 在远离支管的另一端, 把手 48侧面有一根半箭形尖头的柱子 55, 把手 47的对应 侧面有一个洞, 洞后有一个 " L " 形槽, 槽的紧靠着上述的洞的一边里有根尖头柱子
49, 尖头柱子 49后面串有一根弹簧 50, 还有一个带洞的盖子 52盖住 "L"形槽, 此 盖子 52被螺丝 51固定在把手上;
上述尖头柱子 49向上穿过上述盖子的洞伸出一个按钮似的末端;
用力推把手 48, 半箭形尖头 55穿过把手 47上的洞, 挤开上述尖头柱子 49完全 进入 "L"形槽, 然后上述尖头柱子 49受弹簧 50压迫往前移顶住半箭形尖头 55的柄 部从而锁住带半箭形尖头的把手 48 ;
如欲解锁把手 48, 则按住尖头柱子 49的按钮往后推或用手指勾住 49往后拉, 再 同时把把手 48往外拉, 这把手 48的半箭形尖头 55可以完全离开把手 47的" L"型槽; 上述两端分别在支管的两边;
两个把手 47和 48与座位接触地方有许多小突起或花纹。 参见图 8、 图 9所示:
小支管 33的侧壁有洞;
一个套管 34套在一个大支管 37上, 套管 34顶部有个洞, 小支管 33可以穿过此洞 进入大支管 37的洞;
套管 34有一个类似夹子一样的结构, 夹子 35活动把手前端有一个柱子, 尾部有弹 簧或弹片 38, 夹子活动把手铰接在套管上;
套管 34侧壁上有一个洞或缺口对应把手前端的柱子, 并位于其下, 夹子活动把手的 柱子能穿过此洞然后进入小支管管壁上的洞。 参见图 10、 图 11所示:
本发明的另一技术方案:
一种多功能旅行睡眠支架, 它包括:
头部垫板 1, 为一板体, 支撑头部;
座位垫板 2, 其一端垫在座位下; 胸部垫板 5为一板体, 支撑胸部;
底座 6;
连接上述零件的支管;
底座 6与上所述支管中最低的支管连接或与此支管为一体;
一个包装箱 7, 其中一个侧面有一个洞 9, 上述的座位垫板 2可以插入此洞。
上述多功能旅行睡眠支架适用于乘车没有座位时, 人坐在包装箱 7上使用。
本发明的另一技术方案:
一种多功能旅行睡眠支架, 其特征在于包括:
头部垫板 32, 为一板体, 支撑头部;
胸部垫板 5为一板体, 支撑胸部;
头部垫板和胸部垫板上有柔软的物质例如海绵 31, 布 30和皮料等, 用橡皮筋 29套 在柔软物和垫板上固定柔软物;
底座 6;
连接上述零件的支管 4或支杆;
底座与上所述支管中最低的支管 4连接或与此支管为一体。 参见图 12、 图 13 所示:
本发明的另一技术方案:
一种多功能旅行睡眠支架, 它包括:
头部垫板 41, 为一板体, 支撑头部;
胸部垫板 5为一板体, 支撑胸部;
底座 6;
连接上述零件的支管 4或支杆;
底座与上所述支管中最低的支管 4连接或与此支管为一体;
头部垫板上伸出一个延伸物, 抵住前面座位的后背;
所述延伸物为板状的延伸板 39, 一头卷起, 卷起部分抵住前面座位的后背; 所述头部垫板上有个扁孔, 延伸板插入此扁孔 44;
延伸板上有许多小洞;
头部垫板 41下面有一个类似夹子 42—样的结构, 夹子活动把手前端有一个柱子, 尾 部有弹簧或弹片 40, 夹子活动把手用头部垫板夹子轴 43铰接在支架 46上; 头部垫板有个小洞 45, 对应夹子活动把手前端的柱子, 并位于其上;
柱子穿过上述头部垫板的小洞和延伸板上的小洞, 固定延伸板。 以上示意性的对本发明及其实施方式进行了描述, 该描述没有限制性, 附图中所 示的也只是本发明的实施方式之一, 实际的结构并不局限于此。 所以, 如果本领域的 技术人员受其启示, 在不脱离本发明创造宗旨的情况下, 采用其它形式的不经创造性 的设计与该技术方案相似的结构方式及实施例, 均应属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1.一种多功能旅行睡眠支架, 其特征在于, 它包括:
头部垫板, 为一板体, 支撑头部;
座位垫板, 其一端垫在座位下;
一根或若干根支管, 其中之一与座位垫板连接的支管表面处刻有纹路; 这些纹路用 来固定其他零件;
底座, 与上所述支管中最低的支管连接或与此支管为一体。
2.如权利要求 1所述的多功能旅行睡眠支架, 其特征在于:
还包括胸部垫板, 为一板体, 支撑胸部; 与所述支管连接;
3.如权利要求 2所述的多功能旅行睡眠支架, 其特征在于:
还包括一个胸部支杆, 为设有调节孔的架体, 其一端与所述胸部垫板底部铰接, 另一端用销钉与所述支管做长度可调节地铰接。
4.如权利要求 1所述的多功能旅行睡眠支架, 其特征在于:
所述的支管中最高的一根支管与所述头部垫板的底部连接; 上下支管之间相互插 接。
5.如权利要求 4所述的多功能旅行睡眠支架, 其特征在于:
所述头部垫板的底部的前端连接带有梳状牙齿的调节杆的一端, 该调节杆的另一端 与所述支管连接。
6.如权利要求 1所述的多功能旅行睡眠支架, 其特征在于:
座位垫板有一环, 环内壁有螺纹, 与座位垫板连接的支管表面上所刻纹路为螺纹, 座位垫板通过环内壁的螺纹套接在支管上。
7.如权利要求 1所述的多功能旅行睡眠支架, 其特征在于:
所述的座位垫板包住支管的环部分沿着所套的支管的纵截面分成左右两部分; 左右两部分内壁有和支管吻合的纹路。
8.权利要求 7所述的多功能旅行睡眠支架, 其特征在于:
所述左右两部分内壁纹路为螺纹;
所述左右两部分各自延伸形成把手。
9.如权利要求 8所述的多功能旅行睡眠支架, 其特征在于:
所述左右两部分在靠近被包的支管一端铰接;
在远离支管的一端用螺丝穿过左右两个把手中部, 该螺丝的头部固定在一个把手 内, 在另一个把手外侧用手拧螺母把其与螺丝固定;
上述两端分别在支管的两边;
两个把手与座位接触地方有许多小突起或花纹。
10.如权利要求 8述的多功能旅行睡眠支架, 其特征在于:
一个扭转弹簧夹紧两个把手;
扭转弹簧同时作为两个把手的轴;
两个把手靠近整体的中线处有一凸起和洞, 一个把手的凸起能插入另一个把手的 洞;
两个把手与座位接触地方有许多小突起或花纹。
11.如权利要求 8所述的多功能旅行睡眠支架, 其特征在于:
两个把手远离环处有坑, 坑中有一柱子;
两个把手通过一个轴铰接;
一个弹片或弹簧装在两个把手的坑中, 套在柱子上;
两个把手与座位接触地方有许多小突起或花纹。
12.如权利要求 1所述的多功能旅行睡眠支架, 其特征在于:
底座, 设有中心孔和可容纳支脚的插槽; 所述支管中最低者插入底座的中心孔。
13.如权利要求 1所述的多功能旅行睡眠支架, 其特征在于:
一个套管套在一个大支管上, 套管顶部有个洞, 小支管可以穿过此洞进入大支管的 洞;
套管有一个类似夹子一样的结构, 夹子活动把手前端有一个柱子, 尾部有弹簧或弹 片, 夹子活动把手铰接在套管上;
小支管管壁上有洞;
套管侧面上有一个洞或缺口对应把手前端的柱子, 并位于其下, 夹子活动把手的柱 子能穿过此洞然后进入小支管管壁上的洞。
14.如权利要求 13所述的多功能旅行睡眠支架, 其特征在于:
上述大支管的内洞为正八角形;
上述套管和大支管的正八角形内洞对应的洞也为正八角形;
上述小支管为正八角形。
15—种多功能旅行睡眠支架, 其特征在于, 它包括:
头部垫板, 为一板体, 支撑头部;
座位垫板, 其一端垫在座位下;
胸部垫板为一板体, 支撑胸部;
底座;
连接上述零件的支管或支杆;
底座与上所述支管中最低的支管连接或与此支管为一体;
一个箱, 其中一个侧面有一个洞, 上述的座位垫板可以插入此洞。 .
16.—种多功能旅行睡眠支架, 其特征在于, 它包括:
头部垫板, 为一板体, 支撑头部;
胸部垫板为一板体, 支撑胸部;
头部垫板和胸部垫板上有柔软的物质如海绵, 布和皮料, 用橡皮筋套在柔软物和垫 板上固定柔软物;
底座;
连接上述零件的支管或支杆;
底座与上所述支管中最低的支管连接或与此支管为一体。 .
17.—种多功能旅行睡眠支架, 其特征在于, 它包括:
头部垫板, 为一板体, 支撑头部;
胸部垫板为一板体, 支撑胸部;
底座;
连接上述零件的支管或支杆;
底座与上所述支管中最低的支管连接或与此支管为一体;
头部垫板上伸出一个延伸物, 抵住前面座位的后背。
18. 如权利要求 17所述的多功能旅行睡眠支架, 其特征在于:
所述延伸物为板状的延伸板, 一头卷起, 卷起部分抵住前面座位的后背; 所述头部垫板上有个扁孔, 延伸板插入此扁孔;
延伸板上有许多小洞;
头部垫板下面有一个类似夹子一样的结构, 夹子活动把手前端有一个柱子, 尾部有 弹簧或弹片, 夹子活动把手用头部垫板夹子轴铰接在支架上;
头部垫板有个小洞, 对应夹子活动把手前端的柱子, 并位于其上;
柱子穿过上述头部垫板的小洞和延伸板上的小洞, 固定延伸板。
19.如权利要求 8所述的多功能旅行睡眠支架, 其特征在于:
所述左右两部分在靠近被包的支管一端铰接;
在远离支管的另一端, 一个把手侧面有一根半箭形尖头的柱子, 另一个把手的对 应侧面有一个洞, 洞后有一个 " L" 形槽, 槽的紧靠着上述的洞的一边里有根尖头柱 子, 尖头柱子后面串有一根弹簧, 还有一个带洞的盖子盖住 " L" 形槽, 此盖子固定 在把手上;
上述尖头柱子向上穿过上述盖子的洞伸出一个按钮似的末端;
上述半箭形尖头可以穿过上述的洞, 挤开上述尖头柱子完全进入 " L" 形槽, 然 后上述尖头柱子受弹簧压迫往前移并顶住半箭形尖头的柄部从而锁住带半箭形尖头的 把手;
按住上述尖头柱子的按钮往后推, 再把带半箭形尖头的把手往外拉, 可以解锁; 上述两端分别在支管的两边;
两个把手与座位接触地方有许多小突起或花纹。
