一种用于休息睡觉的头枕系统及休息方式 技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于休息睡觉的头枕系统及休息方式,可以让用户睡得或者休息得舒服。
背景技术
中国专利申请号201410003277公开了一种带头枕的睡眠支架,其头枕有能够容纳人脸的凹陷,而且头枕和头脸接触面积大,但是包括了对压力敏感部分,包括眉骨,眼睛等,这些敏感部位受力时间一长,用户会觉得难受。
另外U形枕或者O型枕的两侧移动范围过小,人脸形状各异,宽窄不一,U形枕或者O型枕不能适合很多脸,而且会碰触眼睛。通常人们单纯得认为受力或接触面积越大,将会越舒服,这是一种人们长期睡觉休息形成的一种偏见,如果涉及敏感部位是睡不长的。
本发明将避开这些敏感部位,虽然接触面积小了一些,应该反而更舒服或睡的时间更长,再加上脸枕更贴合脸部形状,应该更舒服。
亚马逊网站有一种U型海绵按摩头枕,厚达6厘米,链接为http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005F5NUEI/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00,通常人们普遍有一种偏见,认为海绵越厚越舒服。
发明内容
本发明对201410003277公开的头枕进行了改善,使得是更舒服或睡的时间更长。为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种用于休息睡觉的头枕系统,其所含软垫里面有柔软富有弹性的物质例如海绵,其特征在于设有额头枕,使用时头部和额头枕的接触部位为额头;
额头枕两边下面还设有脸枕;
还包括一个基座,头枕和脸枕设置在基座上。
使用时头部和额头枕的接触部位还包括从左眼角附近到额头和右眼角附近到额头;头的一些敏感部位没有接触;这些敏感部位为眉骨,眼睛,鼻子。
脸枕和额头枕是分开的。
一个脸枕放在一个可以移动的小基座上,基座上有洞,小基座底部有柱子可以插入基座上的洞。
额头枕和脸枕的每个枕头都设有遮盖物和海绵,遮盖物包住海绵,但是遮盖物不盖住海绵两端的侧面。
额头枕和脸枕的每个枕头和遮盖物的接触面都是平面或者凸面。
把粘扣固定在所述的遮盖物的左右侧边上,将遮盖物裹住海绵后再通过粘扣互粘将遮盖物的左右侧边固定在一起。
基座有挡边挡住脸枕使之不往外倒下,与脸枕接触的挡边向外倾斜。
基座有挡板挡住脸枕使之不往外倒下,挡板可以绕着轴转动;基座上还有向上和向外斜的围边,挡住挡板。
脸枕的靠着挡边的一面向外倾斜,靠近基座中心的一面也向外倾斜。
脸枕与基座之间还有软垫,软垫向基座中心伸出。
基座底部一前一后设有两个可旋转的钢丝框,这两个钢丝框使用时展开支撑基座。
还包括支撑肩膀或锁骨部位及其附近的肩枕支架(含肩枕)。
还设有一个夹住或者卡住桌子的桌面扩大器。
还设有一个气枕,气枕分成额头枕,左脸枕和右脸枕;左脸枕和右脸枕的靠着挡板的一面向外倾斜,靠近基座中心的一面也向外倾斜。
脸枕靠着一个可拆卸的挡板;挡板靠着基座的矮围边;设有矮围边的基座在靠近矮围边处有洞,洞里插有挡板。
基座靠近人的下巴部分下凹,里面可以放置柔软富有弹性的物质例如海绵来支撑下巴。
还设有两个在腋下支撑身体的支架。
支架的前面设有带软垫的板,可以支撑肩膀锁骨区域;所述头枕基座被可升降的管支撑,该管上套有一个臂托,臂托的两边底面各设有一根插销;腋下支架有一根管,该管套有一根连接板,连接板上有若干个洞;臂托下的插销可以插进连接板上不同的洞来调节腋下支架离臂托的距离。
一种休息方式,其特征在于用额头,脸颊及肩膀受力来休息,肩膀指的是肩膀或与其相邻的锁骨,即肩膀或锁骨部位垫在软垫上。

本发明避开眼睛和鼻子等敏感区域,再加上脸枕更贴合脸部形状,应该更舒服。还利用肩膀及手臂来支撑上半身,虽然很大,很难便携,但是可能是肺癌等病人最好的休息方式。
另外本发明采用了把头枕分成3段,一个是额头枕,另外两个是脸枕,这种结构在业界普遍有一种偏见,就是人工缝制覆盖物(例如布套皮套)的成本要高很多,这是为什么现有的头枕都是U型不分段的原因。因为分段后,因为覆盖头枕的覆盖物通常要包裹海绵的所有面,原来不分段时是一条线缝过去,现在缝一小段就要拐弯,由于分段后每一段都要多缝一两个侧面,拐弯太多,而其弧线分段缝制后要看起来美观对缝制技术的要求比较高,这样人工费要贵很多,手工费要多至少三倍。由于我们采用3段,而且3段都是直的,覆盖物是用粘扣和订书机来固定覆盖物,这样一是对工人要求低,无需缝纫技术,而是简单快,无需拐弯缝纫,生产效率提高几倍,所以人工费巨降。所以说我采用新工艺克服了偏见。另外我们采用了外斜的挡边和海绵,尽量贴合脸颊形状,舒适度比通常的U型枕要舒服。
另外设计本发明的实施例3和实施例5时,克服了一般人的海绵要厚的偏见,例如亚马逊卖的按摩头枕海绵厚达6厘米,通过尽量增加海绵的有效受力面积和更均匀得受力,海绵只需1到2厘米厚就可以达到舒服的感觉。

具体实施方式
参见图1和图9所示的一种用额头休息的头枕系统的实施例1:
其额头枕1里面有柔软富有弹性的物质例如海绵,额头枕1设置在基座2上。基座2上有挡边5,额头枕靠着挡边5,基座2的中间有一个大洞3供鼻子呼吸。使用时头部和额头枕1的接触部位为额头34(见图9中的虚线和头发之间的部位),并且头脸的某些敏感部位排除在外,图1中虚线部分额头枕1中的虚线部分为额头枕和头的接触部分;这些敏感部位为眉骨,眼睛及鼻子。挡边5用于防止额头枕和脸枕倒下,虽然无需挡边额头枕和脸枕也可以设计成防倾倒,但是这样的话,额头枕将变宽,比有 挡边大很多,不便携且增加海绵成本。还设有脸枕4和6,脸枕4和6与额头枕1是分离的,这样脸枕可以挪到让用户更舒服的位置,可以避开眼睛等敏感部位;还可以使得脸枕额头枕变小,使得可以用小的直的海绵来取代大的U型海绵成为可能,用直的海绵配合实施例3中的不需缝的裹布可以降低造价。
一般头枕为一整块成O或U型,眼睛都会被压住,睡的时间不长;由于整体脸枕可调范围很小,对于特殊脸型的人来说就不舒服。脸枕分开可以解决上述问题。
当然也可以在一整块的头枕的和眼睛接触附近挖凹坑,这样头枕和眼睛不接触,额头枕和脸枕仍然连着,为一整体。
参见图2和图10所示的另外一种实施例2:
一个额头枕7,比图1的额头枕1要大,使用时头部和额头枕7的接触部位,从左眼角附近到额头再到右眼角附近;头脸的敏感部位排除在外;这些敏感部位为眉骨,眼睛,及鼻子。头部的受力部位为图10中的虚线和头发之间的部位。额头枕7围成一个凹陷8,使得使用时额头枕不用接触眉骨,眼睛,又和头保持比较大的接触。其他结构和图1的对应部分一样。2的中间有一个大洞供鼻子呼吸。9为额头枕7被压缩后与头部的接触部分,即虚线内的额头枕部位。
参见图3-图8所示的另外一种实施例3:
该实施例的基座14上设有额头枕10和左脸枕12,这两个枕都靠着向外倾斜的挡边13,挡边防止这两个枕向外倒下。小基座22放在基座14上,小基座22的底部有粘扣25,基座14的右半部上有与粘扣25互补的粘扣20,小基座22通过粘扣25,20固定在基座14上不会掉下来。另外小基座22的底部有4个圆柱例如21,基座14的右半部有若干排列规整的洞例如19,圆柱21插进洞19内可以防止小基座22向外倒下。理论上讲柱子只需一根。小基座22可以把底部圆柱插在基座14不同的洞中改变两基座的相对位置。圆柱,洞和粘扣是一个很好的使得小基座22既可相对基座14移动又可固定于基座14上的方案。小基座22上放有右脸枕11,也有向外倾斜的挡边。可移动的基座22使得头枕系统可以适应不同宽度的脸,也使得脸从上面压枕头变成脸埋入枕头之间,变成和主要枕头侧面接触,接触面积增大很多,更舒服。额头枕10和脸枕(11,12)都向外倾斜,即使基座(14)中心一侧也向外倾斜,由于大部分人的脸型都是从后(大约耳朵处)向前变尖,从上(眼睛下)往下变尖,枕头的靠近基座中心一侧也向外倾斜模拟了人脸从后(大约耳朵处)向前变尖这个形状,挡边13向外倾斜,且与海绵内侧平面平行,海绵的厚度均匀,这些使得海绵从上到下受力均匀,这样脸颊受力更均匀也就更舒服。挡边从中间往后变窄,也使得海绵脸颊受力更均匀。
右脸枕11的外侧壁上有粘扣29,小基座的内侧壁上也有对应的粘扣24,右脸枕通过粘扣29,24固定在小基座22上。基座14的挡边上也有粘扣17和18,额头枕10和脸枕12的外侧壁上也有粘扣,额头枕10和脸枕12都以类似的方式通过侧壁的粘扣固定在基座14上。底座上的挡边的横截面是中间宽,两边窄,由上窄下宽和上宽下窄的两个梯形构成。脸枕的上端离耳朵大约1厘米。
U型按摩头枕由于是头部下压,只好设计得非常厚,来扩大于脸颊的接触面积,但是由于脸的不规则形状,有的地方海绵被压缩的多,有的少导致压缩多的地方受力大难受,受力非常不均匀,有的地方虽然接触了但是受力很小可以忽略,有效受力面积不大。U型枕形状和图13中的枕头类似。
基座14上有个大洞15供鼻子呼吸。基座14的前腿比后腿高。为了防滑,基座腿的底部都有花纹,另外也可以装上橡胶垫于基座上,也可在桌子上铺防滑垫,再把基座放防滑垫上。
脸枕和额头枕都是用一块布,无妨布或皮等覆盖物包裹一块歪斜的海绵,下面用绒布为例子,绒布23为长方形,如图8,上下两边都对折,例如底边31沿着折线30对折,30变成了底边,再用粘扣26,27压在被折的绒布的两边上面,再用订书机把粘扣26,27钉在绒布上。当然粘扣也可以靠背胶或者万能胶之类胶水粘在布上,或者用线把粘扣缝在布上。用订书机订主要是对工人要求简单无需缝纫技术,可能造价低。布的四个角都订有粘扣。左边的例如26和右边的粘扣例如27是互补。
绒布也可以不对折边,直接裹住海绵28;也可以锁边后不对折裹住海绵28。对折主要是比不对折美观。绒布23对折后把海绵28裹住后,通过粘扣例如26,27互粘,成为了右脸枕11。额头枕10,左脸枕12都是以同样的方式制造。绒布23并没有裹住海绵28的侧面。
海绵28的两个侧面外斜,顶面和底面平行,纵截面为平行四边形。四个面被遮盖,两个未遮盖的面与遮盖的四个面垂直,两个未遮盖的面在海绵的两端,六个面皆为平面。两个面未被遮盖的益处是对工人要求低,无需缝纫技术。但是缺点是可能不美观。被遮盖的面不是凹面,因为凹面通常要用皮来缝制,造价较高。

参见图11和图12所示一种实施例4:
对于某些肺癌患者,由于肺功能很弱,用胸部压着胸部垫板后呼吸难受,所以需要从其他地方来支撑上半身。
实施例4不但有头枕38(包括额头枕和脸枕)承接头部,肩膀支架36肩膀及锁骨,还有臂托37承接手的前臂,用户可以通过手臂用力来撑起上半身,这样可以减小上半身给头颈带来的压力,所以额头枕加上肩枕和臂托更舒服,不过缺点就是体积大,价格较高。臂托有时也叫手托。
头枕38(包括额头枕和脸枕)的额头枕和脸枕是分开的,具体看实施例1或者2。
肩枕支撑的部分包括肩膀,锁骨以及其他肩膀附近不影响有呼吸系统疾病的病人呼吸的部位,出于简化的目的,简称为肩膀部位。肩枕支架36包括两个肩部软垫44,垫着肩部;肩部软垫罩在基座42上;基座42和支撑管43间有两个支撑条41和45。
头枕38置于头部支管39上,底部还有其他零件固定头枕38;臂托37中间有大洞,穿过头部支管39,臂托下面有插销穿过头部支管39侧壁上的洞拖住臂托37,肩膀支架36通过一些连接附件40连接头部支管39;他们的下面还设有底部支管40和底座47。
使用时要把支架靠在不能移动的东西上例如椅背,桌子和墙等。
该实施例由于和身体接触面积很大,舒服,而且没有顶着胸部,对呼吸困难的病人效果比较好。
参见图14-图16所示一种实施例5:
实施例5和实施例3类似,区别是脸枕和额头枕的下面还有一个软垫,基座是水平的,实施例3的基座是斜的。
额头枕51,脸枕53和56内有海绵,外面是绒布等亲肤材料;额头枕51,脸枕53和56等枕头与基座间还有软垫52,54和55,这些软垫都从其上的额头枕或者脸枕下伸出,软垫里面是海绵,外面也是绒布等亲肤材料。当头埋入实施例5中时,脸部区域75压住额头枕垫52;脸部区域76压住右脸枕垫54;脸部区域79压住左脸枕垫55;额头枕51和脸部区域74接触;脸部区域77侧压脸枕53;脸部区域78侧压脸枕56。粘扣57用订书钉钉在额头枕51的裹布上,粘扣58是用背胶粘在基座71的向外斜的挡边上,57和58是互补的粘扣粘在一起;粘扣59用订书钉钉在脸枕53的裹布上,粘扣60是用背胶粘在可移动的基座22的向外斜的挡边上,59和60是互补的粘扣粘在一起;粘扣70用订书钉钉在脸枕56的裹布上,粘扣69是用背胶粘在基座71的向外斜的挡边上,69和70是互补的粘扣粘在一起。粘扣65用订书钉钉在额头枕垫52的裹布上,粘扣66是用背胶粘在基座71上,65和66是互补的粘扣粘在一起;粘扣63用订书钉钉在右脸枕垫54的裹布上,粘扣64是用背胶粘在可移动的基座22上,63和64是互补的粘扣粘在一起;粘扣68用订书钉钉在左脸枕垫55的裹布上,粘扣67是用背胶粘在基座71上,67和68是互补的粘扣粘在一起;粘扣61用背胶粘在可移动的基座22的底部,粘扣62用背胶粘在基座71上,粘扣61和62是互补的粘扣粘在一起。
脸枕垫的横截面形状为上宽下窄的梯形。脸枕垫顶着脸使头能保持水平。
基座71的前腿72和后腿73被锯平,(参见实施例3的基座14),这样放置软垫52和55的基座表面是水平的。腿被锯平的基座适合于做视网膜相关手术的病人用,腿不锯的基座14适合普通人用。不过基座71的腿不锯的话,即一高一低,可以给平常人用。
实施例5由于多了伸出额头枕和脸枕的软垫52,54和55,脸部的受力面积比实施例3的更多,而且也同样避开了眼睛等敏感区域,所以更舒服或至少同等舒服。
参见图18-图21所示一种实施例6:
实施例6是在实施例3的基础上加两个铁丝框81和83。基座90有两条前腿例如80和两条后腿例如90,两个前腿是互为镜面对称,两个后腿也是互为镜面对称。前腿80和铁丝框81的配合和后腿90与铁丝框的配合是类似的,他们主要的区别在于高低。虽然前腿80中间有个细长的缺口,这个缺口是无关紧要的,只是为了减少重量而设的。
前腿80的3个壁围成一个槽,侧壁85上设有洞89,相邻侧壁88是限制铁丝框81的转动并且确定铁丝框使用时和底座形成的角度,与侧壁89相对的侧壁上有缺口86,此缺口为供安装和拆卸铁丝框时给铁丝框提供了更大的移动范围。
铁丝框81的末端穿过左前腿80的洞89,另一也穿过右前腿类似的洞。铁丝框的两个末端的轴处在同一条直线上,铁丝框81可以绕这条直线转动。使用时铁丝框81转动靠着侧壁88。铁丝框83和后腿的配合和铁丝框81与前腿的配合一样,可以转动,使用时靠着后腿的一个侧壁。
铁丝框展开后,放在桌子上撑起基座87,为了防滑,套上橡胶垫例如82。不用时先把铁丝框83转回,再转回铁丝框81,压住83,用自粘扣84包住铁丝框81粘住自己从而固定住两个铁丝框。
本实施例通过用铁丝框撑起基座,铁丝框之间的空间可以放手,这样睡姿更自然一点,更舒服。铁丝框当然也可以用钢丝做。
参见图22-图31所示一种实施例7:
实施例7是实施例3的改进版,其特点主要是有3个可转动的挡板,不用时可以收起来这样体积很小便携。它设有一个大基座94,它中间有个大洞101,供呼吸用;大基座的前面和左边有围边141,小基座104也有围边142,围边为向上的凸边,向外倾斜,起着挡住挡板的作用;围边旁还有3个洞放置转轴,左边洞为113,里面放置挡板93的转轴部分,右边洞为114,里面放置挡板103的转轴部分105,中间的洞为115,里面放置挡板107的转轴部分108;转轴为一根镙丝,穿过转轴支架和挡板的洞,然后用缩紧螺母固定,例如转轴镙丝110穿过转轴支架106,挡板93和转轴支架106。有的转轴支架是和大基座94或者小基座104在一起。挡板93和107在使用时展开,靠着大基座94围边141,挡板103靠着小基座104围边142,气枕92充气后放在大小基座上,它形成的枕头100靠着挡板93,99靠着挡板107,98靠着挡板103,头放进气枕形成的空间休息,具体舒适原理参考实施例3。如果不用了,气枕92放气拿走,挡板转动贴着大基座94和小基座104,这样占地就很小了。可转动的挡板93,103和107都是往外斜,气枕92的3个枕也是往外倒,靠近基座中心的面也是往外倒,因此脸颊受力比较均匀,气枕也不厚只需1到2厘米,当然气枕也可以像实施例2一样用3个海绵枕来代替。小基座104可以移动,它底下有柱子,插在大基座94上不同的洞112里来改变两个脸枕93和103之间的距离。基座94在基座靠近人的下巴部分下凹构成凹槽102,里面可以放置柔软富有弹性的物质例如海绵来支撑下巴。
底座上的围边的横截面是中间宽,两边窄,由上窄下宽和上宽下窄的两个梯形构成。两个脸枕洞113和114开在下面的梯形的腰附近上,挡板93和103和腰平行。
大基座94底面还设有固定钢筋腿或者铁丝框95和97的4个凹槽116,凹槽116两个面是全开放的,有一个面(壁)上有一个圆洞,钢筋腿95或97可以穿过凹槽和圆洞。当钢筋腿立起来时由于钢筋腿的弹性将其穿过凹槽壁上的洞,同时被限定在凹槽里再也不能转动。当要收起钢筋腿,用力往外掰且压钢筋腿,钢筋腿部分退出凹槽116转动靠着大基座94的底面。钢筋腿收纳后占地面积很小,非常便携。
飞机餐桌面积狭小,实施例7(也叫午睡枕)可能放不下,需要把餐桌面积扩大。桌面扩大器148设有上板154和下板146;上板扩大了餐桌的面积,还设有多个挡板150,挡板150之间形成槽151,午睡枕的钢筋腿95放在槽151里,被挡板150限制不能前后滑动;下板146中间有个带螺纹的洞,丝杆149穿过此洞,丝杆149上端设有顶块153,顶块153面积比丝杆149横截面大而且可能比较软,顶块顶住上板154从而固定了桌面扩大器148;丝杆149下面是狭长的把手,易于拧转;丝杆上有螺纹和下板的洞的螺纹匹配。
如果没有挡板150,那么钢筋腿的底部必须套有防滑的橡胶垫。

实施例8和实施例7非常相似,区别在于实施例8的挡板是可拆卸的不能转动。其大基座122的放头枕处和左脸枕处靠近围边的地方有狭长的洞123,小基座121也有这样的洞123;挡板117,118和120底部有向下延伸的突出,可以插于狭长的洞123内;挡板还有水平突出119在挡板插入洞123后卡住大基座122和小基座121,使得挡板被固定。大基座122的洞123的靠近基座中心的一边为凸边144,凸边和挡板118和120底部凸边143接触,起着分担挡板受到的向外向下的压力的作用。
底座上的围边的横截面是中间宽,两边窄,由上窄下宽和上宽下窄的两个梯形构成。两个脸枕洞123和124开在下面的梯形的腰附近上,另外挡板117和120和腰平行。
参见图36-图37所示一种实施例9:
实施例9由3个高度可调的支架构成,左边的支架136是放在用户的腋下支撑用户,右边的支架134放在有边的腋下支撑用户,中间的支架上段设有头枕126支撑用户头部;中间支架的上支管128上套有手托(或叫臂托)125,手托125分成左右两臂,左右两臂的末端底部都有一个插销131,两个腋下支架的上支管128上套有连接板135,连接板上有多个洞139,插销131插在不同的洞139里,可以调节腋下支架136和134与中间支架的距离。手托125和连接板135皆由吊环螺丝133插在上支管128洞里来固定在上支管128上。腋下支架上段有肩枕132,肩枕设有两块带海绵的板,连接板的管子及底部的插管140,插管140插在上支管128里,连接板的管子也有海绵包裹。肩枕132的前面那块板也可以支撑肩膀和锁骨区域,其与地面夹角大于30度。
吊环螺丝133插接不同的洞可以调节手托125和连接板135的高度。138调节套管可以调节上支管128在下支管129里插入的长度。下支管129插在底座130或者137里。实施例9是用来帮助极度虚弱的不能躺着睡的病人睡觉,支撑面积极大,包括额头,脸颊,下巴,前臂,腋下和肩膀锁骨区域等,某些部位的压强会变小,可能会使得病人更舒服一点。

Claims (23)

  1. 一种用于休息睡觉的头枕系统,其所含软垫里面有柔软富有弹性的物质例如海绵,其特征在于设有额头枕(1),使用时头部和额头枕(1)的接触部位为额头;
    额头枕两边下面还设有脸枕(4,6);
    还包括一个基座(2),头枕(1)和脸枕(4,6)设置在基座(2)上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种头枕系统,其特征在于,使用时头部和额头枕(7)的接触部位还包括从左眼角附近到额头和右眼角附近到额头;头的一些敏感部位没有接触;这些敏感部位为眉骨,眼睛,鼻子。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种头枕系统,其特征在于,脸枕(4,6)和额头枕(1)是分开的。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种头枕系统,其特征在于,所述的一个脸枕(11)放在一个可以移动的小基座上(22),基座(14)上有洞(19),小基座(22)底部有柱子(21)可以插入基座(14)上的洞(19)。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的一种头枕系统,其特征在于,所述的额头枕和脸枕的每个枕头都设有遮盖物(23)和海绵(28),遮盖物包住海绵,但是遮盖物不盖住海绵两端的侧面。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的一种头枕系统,其特征在于,所述的额头枕和脸枕的每个枕头和遮盖物的接触面都是平面或者凸面。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的一种头枕系统,其特征在于,把粘扣(26,27等)固定在所述的遮盖物(23)的左右侧边上,将遮盖物(23)裹住海绵(28)后再通过粘扣(26,27)互粘将遮盖物(23)的左右侧边固定在一起。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的一种头枕系统,其特征在于,所述的基座(14)有挡边(13)挡住脸枕(12)使之不往外倒下,与脸枕接触的挡边(13)向外倾斜。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的一种头枕系统,其特征在于,所述的基座(94或104)有挡板(93或103)挡住脸枕(92)使之不往外倒下,挡板可以绕着轴(110)转动;基座上还有向上和向外斜的围边(141和142),挡住挡板(93或103)。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的一种头枕系统其特征在于,所述的脸枕(11,12)的靠着挡边的一面向外倾斜,靠近基座(14)中心的一面也向外倾斜。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的一种头枕系统其特征在于,所述的脸枕(56)与基座(71)之间还有软垫(55),软垫向基座中心伸出。
  12. 如权利要求1所述的一种头枕系统其特征在于,所述的基座(87)底部一前一后设有两个可旋转的钢丝框(81和83),这两个钢丝框(81和83)使用时展开支撑基座(87)。
  13. 如权利要求1所述的一种头枕系统,其特征在于,还包括支撑肩膀或锁骨部位及其附近的肩枕支架(含肩枕)(36)。
  14. 如权利要求1所述的一种头枕系统,其特征在于,还设有一个夹住或者卡住桌子(147)的桌面扩大器(148)。
  15. 如权利要求8所述的一种头枕系统其特征在于,还设有一个气枕(92),气枕分成额头枕(99),左脸枕(100)和右脸枕(98);左脸枕和右脸枕的靠着挡板(93和103)的一面向外倾斜,靠近基座(94)中心的一面也向外倾斜。
  16. 如权利要求8所述的一种头枕系统其特征在于,其特征在于脸枕靠着一个可拆卸的挡板(117和120);挡板靠着基座(122)的矮围边;设有矮围边的基座在靠近矮围边处有洞(123),洞里插有挡板(120)。
  17. 如权利要求1所述的一种头枕系统,其特征在于,基座靠近人的下巴部分下凹(102),里面可以放置柔软富有弹性的物质例如海绵来支撑下巴。
  18. 如权利要求1所述的一种头枕系统,其特征在于,还设有两个在腋下支撑身体的支架(134和136)。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的一种头枕系统,其特征在于,所述支架的前面设有带软垫的板,可以支撑肩膀锁骨区域;所述头枕基座被可升降的管(128)支撑,该管上套有一个臂托(125),臂托的两边底面各设有一根插销(131);腋下支架有一根管(128),该管套有一根连接板(135),连接板上有若干个洞(139);臂托下的插销可以插进连接板上不同的洞来调节腋下支架离臂托的距离。
  20. 一种休息方式,其特征在于用额头,脸颊及肩膀受力来休息,肩膀指的是肩膀或与其相邻的锁骨,即肩膀或锁骨部位垫在软垫上。
  21. 一种休息方式,其特征在于用额头,脸颊及手臂受力来休息。
  22. 一种休息方式,其特征在于用额头,脸颊及下巴受力来休息。
  23. 一种休息方式,其特征在于用额头,脸颊及腋下受力来休息。
