技术领域
本发明是关于一种滤水装置, 特别是一种可更换一滤芯的滤水装置。 背景技术
目前, 滤水装置被广泛使用于家庭以及其它公众场所中。 请参考图 1, 一已知滤水装 置 1包含底座 1 1及外罩 13。底座 11用以安装滤芯 2。外罩 13则与底座 1 1组装,以容置滤芯 2。 底座 11相应于滤芯 2设置处具有第说一管端 1 1 1及第二管端 1 13。 滤芯 2的入水口 21及出水口 23设置于其底部。 藉此, 底座 11的第一管端 1 1 1及第二管端 1 13分别与滤芯 2的入水口 21 及出水口 23安装并流体通连。

如图 2及 3所示,本发明滤水装置 3更包含底座 391及外罩 393。底座 391与本体 31的底部 固定, 以安稳放置滤水装置 3。 外罩 393与底座 391固定并容置本体 31及主框架 33。

请参考图 4及 5,防止转动装置 37较佳地于本体 31包含具有齿 373的二弹簧片 371于滤水 装置 3的相反的第一侧 3a及第二侧 3b, 并且防止转动装置 37于主框架 33包含二个齿条 375 于滤水装置 3的第一侧 3a及第二侧 3b。 此二个弹簧片 371的二个齿 373分别与此二个齿条 375配合, 以利用弹簧片 371在未受外力时暂时防止主框架 33相对于本体 31转动。
请参考图 4及 5, 滤水装置 3具有相反的第三侧 3c及第四侧 3d。 较佳地, 本体 31的第一 枢转构件的 U形槽 313和主框架 33的第二枢转构件的凸出轴 339是邻近与防止转动装置 37 所邻近设置的第三侧 3c相反的第四侧 3d设置, 并且本体 31的第一枢转构件的 U形槽 313的 开口是朝向第四侧 3d。 主框架 33的凸出轴 339适可自第四侧 3d滑入本体 31的 U形槽 313, 并同时使防止转动装置 37的弹簧片 371的齿 373与齿条 375配合。藉此, 主框架 33与本体 31 可较容易组装。
本发明的防止转动装置 37亦可有其它类型。例如, 防止转动装置 37可于本体 31的第一 枢转构件与主框架 33的第二枢转构件间产生高摩擦力, 并当主框架 33未受使用者施加的 外力时, 利用高摩擦力暂时防止主框架 33相对于本体 31转动。 亦或, 防止转动装置 37可 不设置齿条 375, 而于主框架 33的第二枢转构件上设置复数齿, 例如于凸出轴 339上设置 复数齿, 并且将具有齿 373的弹簧片 371邻近于第二枢转构件设置于第一枢转构件, 例如 将具有齿 373的弹簧片 371设置于 U形槽 313。 于此情形下, 弹簧片 371的齿 373与第二枢转 构件的凸出轴 339上的齿配合, 以利用弹簧片 371在未受外力时暂时防止主框架 33相对于 本体 31转动。
请参考图 4及 5, 滤水装置 3更包括固定装置 35。 固定装置 35用以当主框架 33相对于本 体 31枢转至用以更换滤芯 4的第二角度 A2时,相对于本体 31固定主框架 33于第二角度 A2。 本发明的滤水装置 3适以当主框架 33相对于本体 31于第二角度 A2并使滤芯 4凸出于本体 31外时而方便地更换滤芯 4。
请参考图 4、 图 5、 图 9及图 10, 详细而言本发明的滤水装置 3的固定装置 35可包含插销 351, 而本体 31相应具有穿孔 31 1, 主框架 33相应具有抵靠部 337。 插销 351用以当主框架 33相对于本体 31枢转至用以更换滤芯 4的第二角度 A2时, 于本体 31的穿孔 31 1向内滑动以 抵靠主框架 33的抵靠部 337, 以相对于本体 31固定主框架 33于第二角度 A2。 如图所示, 于本实施例中, 主框架 33的抵靠部 337是整合于齿条 375并邻近尾端齿 379。 因齿条 375是 与主框架 33固定, 当主框架 33相对于本体 31枢转至第二角度 A2时, 插销 351适以于穿孔 31 1向内滑动以抵靠主框架 33的整合于齿条 375的抵靠部 337,以相对于本体 31固定主框架 33于第二角度 A2。
较佳地, 固定装置 35于滤水装置 3的相反的第一侧 3a及第二侧 3b包含二个插销 351, 本 体 31于滤水装置 3的第一侧 3a及第二侧 3b相应具有二个穿孔 31 1, 主框架 33于第一侧 3a及 第二侧 3b相应具有二个抵靠部 337。 此二个插销 351用以当主框架 33相对于本体 31枢转至 用以更换滤芯 4的第二角度 A2时, 于本体 31的此二个穿孔 31 1分别向内滑动以分别抵靠主 框架 33的此二个抵靠部 337, 以相对于本体 31固定主框架 33于第二角度 A2。
由此可知, 本发明的滤水装置 3适以当主框架 33整体相对于本体 31枢转至第二角度 A2 并使滤芯 4凸出于本体 31外时,透过防止转动装置 37辅以固定装置 35而相对于本体 31固定 主框架 33于第二角度 A2, 以方便地更换滤芯 4, 且因为在为本发明滤水装置 3更换滤芯 4 时, 滤芯 4的入水口 41及出水口 43大致朝上, 因此将滤芯 4大致朝下自主框架 33的滤芯安 装部 331分离时, 滤芯 4内残存的水不易向下流出。
上述实施例仅例示本发明一较佳的实施例, 并非用以限制本发明。本发明所属领域技 术人员可参考上述实施例而轻易推及其它实施例。 本案的专利范围应以权利要求书所载 为准。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种滤水装置, 用以安装滤芯, 所述滤芯的端部具有入水口及出水口, 包含:
本体, 其具有第一枢转构件; 及
主框架, 其具有与所述本体的所述第一枢转构件枢接的第二枢转构件, 以使所述主框架 相对于所述本体于用以使用所述滤芯过滤水的第一角度与用以更换所述滤芯的第二 角度间枢转, 其中所述主框架具有底部并包含位于所述底部并用以与所述滤芯固定 的滤芯安装部, 所述滤芯安装部具有分别与所述滤芯的所述入水口及所述出水口安 装并流体通连的第一管端及第二管端。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的滤水装置, 其中所述本体的所述第一枢转构件是包含 U形槽, 所述 主框架的所述第二枢转构件是包含凸出轴, 所述本体的所述 U形槽与所述主框架的所述 凸出轴枢接。
3. 如权利要求 2所述的滤水装置, 其中所述滤水装置具有相反的第一侧及第二侧, 所述本 体的顶部于所述第一侧及所述第二侧包含二个所述 U形槽, 所述主框架于所述第一侧及 所述第二侧包含二个所述凸出轴, 所述本体的所述顶部的所述多个 U形槽分别与所述主 框架的所述多个凸出轴枢接。
4. 如权利要求 1所述的滤水装置, 其中所述滤水装置更包含防止转动装置, 设置于所述本 体与所述主框架间, 并且所述防止转动装置用以当所述主框架未受使用者施加的外力 时, 暂时防止所述主框架相对于所述本体转动。
5. 如权利要求 4所述的滤水装置,其中所述防止转动装置于所述本体包含具有齿的弹簧片, 所述防止转动装置于所述主框架包含沿弧线的齿条,所述弹簧片的所述齿与所述齿条配 合, 以利用所述弹簧片在未受所述外力时暂时防止所述主框架相对于所述本体转动。
6. 如权利要求 5所述的滤水装置, 其中所述滤水装置具有相反的第一侧及第二侧, 所述防 止转动装置于所述本体包含具有所述齿的二个所述弹簧片于所述第一侧及所述第二侧, 所述防止转动装置于所述主框架包含二个所述齿条于所述第一侧及所述第二侧,所述多 个弹簧片的所述多个齿分别与所述多个齿条配合,以利用所述多个弹簧片在未受所述外 力时暂时防止所述主框架相对于所述本体转动。
7. 如权利要求 5所述的滤水装置,其中所述防止转动装置的所述齿条具有挡止部及尾端齿, 所述尾端齿形成有缺口,当所述主框架相对于所述本体枢转至用以更换所述滤芯的所述 第二角度时,所述弹簧片的所述齿与所述尾端齿的所述缺口配合并且所述挡止部抵靠所 述本体, 以防止所述弹簧片的所述齿脱离所述齿条。
8. 如权利要求 4所述的滤水装置, 其中所述滤水装置具有相反的第三侧及第四侧, 所述主 框架的所述第二枢转构件是包含凸出轴邻近与所述防止转动装置所邻近设置的所述第 三侧相反的所述第四侧设置, 并且所述本体的所述第一枢转构件包含 U形槽, 所述 U形 槽的开口是朝向所述第四侧。
9. 如权利要求 4所述的滤水装置, 其中所述防止转动装置于所述本体的所述第一枢转构件 与所述主框架的所述第二枢转构件间产生高摩擦力,以利用所述高摩擦力在未受所述外 力时暂时防止所述主框架相对于所述本体转动。
10. 如权利要求 4所述的滤水装置, 其中所述防止转动装置于所述主框架的所述第二枢转构 件上设置复数齿,所述防止转动装置于所述本体的所述第一枢转构件包含具有齿的弹簧 片, 所述弹簧片邻近于所述第二枢转构件设置于所述第一枢转构件, 并且所述弹簧片的 所述齿与所述第二枢转构件上的所述多个齿配合,以利用所述弹簧片在未受所述外力时 暂时防止所述主框架相对于所述本体转动。
11.如权利要求 1所述的滤水装置, 其更包括固定装置,用以当所述主框架相对于所述本体枢 转至用以更换所述滤芯的所述第二角度时,相对于所述本体固定所述主框架于所述第二 角度。
12. 如权利要求 11所述的滤水装置, 其中所述固定装置包含插销, 所述本体相应具有穿孔, 所述主框架相应具有抵靠部,所述插销用以当所述主框架相对于所述本体枢转至用以更 换所述滤芯的所述第二角度时,于所述本体的所述穿孔向内滑动以抵靠所述主框架的所 述抵靠部, 以相对于所述本体固定所述主框架于所述第二角度。
13. 如权利要求 12所述的滤水装置, 其中所述滤水装置具有相反的第一侧及第二侧, 所述固 定装置于所述第一侧及所述第二侧包含二个所述插销,所述本体于所述第一侧及所述第 二侧相应具有二个所述穿孔,所述主框架于所述第一侧及所述第二侧相应具有二个所述 抵靠部,所述多个插销用以当所述主框架相对于所述本体枢转至用以更换所述滤芯的所 述第二角度时,于所述本体的所述多个穿孔分别向内滑动以分别抵靠所述主框架的所述 多个抵靠部, 以相对于所述本体固定所述主框架于所述第二角度。
14.如权利要求 1所述的滤水装置, 其中所述滤水装置用以安装二个所述滤芯,所述主框架包 含二个所述滤芯安装部。
15.如权利要求 14所述的滤水装置, 其中所述二个滤芯分别为活性炭滤芯及紫外光滤芯。
16.如权利要求 1所述的滤水装置, 其中所述滤水装置更包含底座, 与所述本体的底部固定。
17.如权利要求 16所述的滤水装置, 其中所述滤水装置更包含外罩, 与所述底座固定并容置 所述本体及所述主框架。
