喷墨打印机喷头的清洗方法及装置
本发明涉及喷墨打印机喷头的清洗方法及装置,尤其是涉及一种使用溶剂型墨水的喷墨打印机喷头的清洗方法及装置。本发明基于申请日为2011年12月09日、申请号为201110409706.X的中国发明专利申请,该申请的内容作为与本发明密切相关的参考文献引入本文。
现有的喷墨打印机通过喷头将各种颜色的墨滴喷射到打印介质上形成打印图案,喷头由多个孔状的喷嘴构成。由于其采用易挥发的溶剂型墨水,墨水极易在喷嘴处干燥、凝聚、结块,使墨水不能顺利地从喷头喷出,严重影响打印质量。另外,由于墨水中含有微量的杂质、气泡等,长时间连续打印时也会对喷嘴造成堵塞;如果不及时清理,将导致喷头的喷墨轨迹发生变化,产生偏移、雾化甚至无法喷射等现象。喷嘴一旦堵塞,通常的做法是启动打印机软件中的清洗程序,利用墨盒中的墨水清洗喷头。
现有的墨盒指的是墨腔中容纳墨水的盒体,市场上还出现了专门清洗打印机喷头的墨盒——清洗墨盒。这种墨盒的墨腔中容纳的是清洗液,其特殊的化学成分能溶解堵塞在喷头内的墨水,从而提高对喷头的清洗效率。清洗墨盒的使用方法同正常墨盒一样,当需要清洁时,将清洗墨盒安装在打印机上,通过正常的打印程序,使清洗液从喷头喷出,从而清洗喷头。这种方法操作简单,但是如果墨水在喷头中结块较硬,正常的打印程序无法使喷头中的残留结块墨水排出,无法实现喷头的清洁。公开号为CN1528592A的中国专利文献公开了一种喷头清洁和保养方法,即利用压缩空气将喷头中的墨水强制挤出,然后再注入清洗液到喷头中,使喷头处于保养状态;打印前,再利用压缩空气将喷头中的清洁液排尽;再将各色墨水通过各供墨瓶压入相应的喷头中。
对于上述第一种清洗方法,清洗程序通常需要反复执行,清洗好几次才能使喷头清洁,不但浪费墨水,清洁效率也低。
对于上述第二种清洗方法,采用压缩空气和专用泵作为动力对喷头进行清洗,需要使用额外的动力设备,结构复杂,成本较高,也不易操作。
为了解决上述问题,本发明的主要目的是提供一种结构简单、操作简便、通用性强,并且清洁效率高的喷墨打印机喷头的清洗方法;
本发明的另一目的是提供一种采用上述方法的喷墨打印机喷头的清洗装置。
本发明提供的喷墨打印机喷头的清洗方法,包括下列步骤:
a、用更换墨盒的方法将打印机中的墨盒取出,断开打印机电源;
b、将墨腔中容纳有清洗液的清洗墨盒装入打印机;
c、挤压清洗墨盒上的加压装置,迫使清洗液进入喷头;
d、松开加压装置,将清洗墨盒放置在打印机上一段时间;
e、取出清洗墨盒,装入所述墨盒或新的墨盒,待喷头归位后接通打印机电源;
f、执行打印机清洗程序,检测喷头喷出的墨水图案。
进一步的,本发明提供的喷头清洗方法采用的加压装置包括本体部分和连接部分;本体部分具有弹性,位于清洗墨盒壳体的外部,其内容纳有空气,并通过连接部分与清洗墨盒相连,本体部分的空气可通过连接部分内部的通道注入到清洁墨盒的墨腔中。

在其他实施例中,本体部分810上可以设置单向阀,这样,当松开本体部分810时,外界空气可以通过单向阀流经腔体811进入到墨腔20和墨腔30中,从而保持墨腔20和墨腔30内外的压力平衡。
在另外的实施例中,可以将现有的清洗墨盒壳体的一部分制作成具有弹性,这种弹性部分可以视为加压装置,或者将整个壳体制作成具有弹性,这样,当清洗打印机喷头时,只需挤压壳体的弹性部分或者壳体本身,就可以迫使内部的清洗液进入喷头,对喷头进行清洗。也可以在壳体上直接设置单向阀或者类似结构,从而保证壳体形变复原后能保持墨腔内外的压力平衡。
本发明还提供了清洗喷头的方法。清洗方法的第一实施例采用了上述第一实施例的清洗装置,具体步骤如下:
当需要对喷头进行清洗时,用更换墨盒的方法将打印机中的墨盒取出,断开打印机电源;将加压装置700的连接部分720从胶塞4插入墨腔2中;将安装有加压装置700的清洗墨盒100装入打印机;挤压加压装置700的本体部分710,使腔体740中的空气进入墨腔2和墨腔3中,迫使墨腔2和墨腔3中的清洗液从出墨口6处进入打印机喷头;挤压时间可以持续1s~5s,也可以根据喷头的堵塞情况反复挤压几次;松开本体部分710,使外界的空气从单向阀730流经腔体740进入墨腔2和墨腔3,使其内外压力保持平衡;放置清洗墨盒100在打印机上一段时间,放置的持续时间可以是10s~20s;此间可以拔出加压装置700,也可以不拔出加压装置700;取出清洗墨盒100,如果原墨盒中的墨水没有用完,可以装入原墨盒,如果原墨盒中的墨水快用完了,也可以重新装入新的墨盒,待打印机的喷头归位后接通打印机电源;执行打印机清洗程序,检测喷头喷出的墨水图案;如果喷涂图案欠佳,则重复上述清洗步骤,直到喷头出墨正常。
清洗方法第二实施例采用了上述第二实施例的清洁装置,具体步骤如下:
当需要对喷头进行清洗时,将打印机中的墨盒取出,断开打印机电源;将清洗装置200装入打印机;挤压加压装置800的本体部分810,使腔体811中的空气进入墨腔22和墨腔30中,迫使墨腔20和墨腔30中的清洗液从出墨口60处进入打印机喷头;挤压时间可以持续1s~5s,也可以根据喷头的堵塞情况反复挤压几次;松开本体部分810,使外界的空气从喷头处的微孔进入到墨腔20和墨腔30中,使其内外压力保持平衡;放置清洗装置200在打印机上一段时间,放置持续时间可以是10s~20s;取出清洗装置200,如果原墨盒中的墨水没有用完,可以装入原墨盒,如果原墨盒中的墨水快用完了,也可以重新装入新的墨盒,待打印机的喷头归位后接通打印机电源;执行打印机清洗程序,检测喷头喷出的墨水图案;如果喷涂图案欠佳,则重复上述清洗步骤,直到出墨正常。
本发明的喷头清洗方法还可以包括采用上述各种清洗装置实施例进行清洗的方法。
本发明的喷头清洗方法,均是通过手动挤压加压装置或者清洗墨盒壳体排出清洗液,这样的好处在于:可以根据喷头堵塞的情况,控制挤压加压装置或清洗墨盒壳体的力度,从而控制清洗液喷出的压力和容量,既能提高清洁效率,又节约了成本。同时,本发明的喷头清洗装置,结构简单,可靠性强,操作简便,并且通用性强,适应性好。
总之,本发明的技术构思并不仅限于上述实施例,还可以依据本发明的构思得到许多不同的具体方案,依据本发明的构思所进行的任何改变、组合以及等效变换均应包含在权利要求所述的范围之内。
本发明喷墨打印机喷头的清洗方法,在清洗墨盒上增加了加压装置,结构简单;通过挤压和放松加压装置,即可改变清洗墨盒腔内的压力,迫使清洁液进入喷头,排出堵塞在喷头中的墨水,并使清洗液保持在喷头中。
本发明采用的加压装置,仅包括弹性的本体部分和连接部分,通过挤压本体部分,即可对清洗墨盒的墨腔施加压力。
加压装置还可设计为可拆卸的,通用性强,可适用于各种类型的清洁墨盒。
还可设计有单向阀,这种设计能保证加压装置本身的单向通气性能,进一步提高加压装置对各种清洁墨盒的适用性。

Claims (10)

  1. 喷墨打印机喷头的清洗方法,其特征在于它包括下列步骤:
    a、用更换墨盒的方法将打印机中的墨盒取出,断开打印机电源;
    b、将墨腔中容纳有清洗液的清洗墨盒装入打印机;
    c、挤压所述清洗墨盒上的加压装置,迫使清洗液进入喷头;
    d、松开所述加压装置,将所述清洗墨盒放置在打印机上一段时间;
    e、取出所述清洗墨盒,装入所述墨盒或新的墨盒,待所述喷头归位后接通打印机电源;
    f、执行打印机清洗程序,检测喷头喷出的墨水图案。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述喷墨打印机喷头的清洗方法,其特征在于:
    所述加压装置包括本体部分和连接部分;
    所述本体部分具有弹性,位于所述清洗墨盒壳体的外部,其内容纳有空气,并通过所述连接部分与所述清洗墨盒相连,所述空气可通过所述连接部分内部的通道注入到所述清洁墨盒的墨腔中。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的喷墨打印机喷头的清洗方法,其特征在于:
    所述连接部分为针状;
    在把所述清洗墨盒装入打印机之前,用所述连接部分的尖端刺穿所述清洗墨盒的灌墨孔上的胶塞,使其伸入到所述清洗墨盒的墨腔中。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的喷墨打印机喷头的清洗方法,其特征在于:
    所述连接部分在靠近所述尖端的侧壁上设置有与所述通道相连的出气口。
  5. 根据权利要求2至4任意一项所述的喷墨打印机喷头的清洗方法,其特征在于:
    所述加压装置还包括只允许空气进入所述本体部分的单向阀。
  6. 喷墨打印机喷头的清洗装置,包括装有清洗液的清洗墨盒,其特征在于:
    所述清洗墨盒上设置有加压装置,所述加压装置通过自身的形变能使所述清洗墨盒内部的压力增大,迫使清洗液从所述清洗墨盒的出墨口排出。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的喷墨打印机喷头的清洗装置,其特征在于:
    所述加压装置包括本体部分和连接部分;
    所述本体部分具有弹性,位于所述清洗墨盒壳体的外部,所述本体部分中容纳有空气,并通过所述连接部分与所述清洗墨盒相连,所述空气可通过所述连接部分内部的通道注入到所述清洁墨盒的墨腔中。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的喷墨打印机喷头的清洗装置,其特征在于:
    所述加压装置可拆卸的与所述清洗墨盒相连;
    所述连接部分为针状,其尖端通过所述清洗墨盒的灌墨孔上的胶塞伸入到所述清洗墨盒的墨腔中。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的喷墨打印机喷头的清洗装置,其特征在于:
    在靠近所述尖端的侧壁上设置有与所述通道相连的出气口。
  10. 根据权利要求6至9任意一项所述的喷墨打印机喷头的清洗装置,其特征在于:
    所述加压装置还包括只允许空气进入所述本体部分的单向阀。
