本发明另一方面提供一种医疗器械, 尤其是麻醉机监护仪, 包括器械主 体及显示装置, 其中, 还包括: 导轨, 设置在所述显示装置的背面, 且在导 轨两侧设置有若干对凹孔; 根据前述带有凸点的释放装置, 收容于所述导轨 中, 且在所述导轨中纵向滑动; 固定轴, 凸设于所述显示装置的背面; 固定 槽, 设置在所述器械主体上, 用于收容所述固定轴; 转动臂, 一端铰接于所 述器械主体, 另一端连接有与所述释放装置相配合的连接杆; 所述显示装置 相对于所述固定轴转动;
其中, 所述释放装置中的凸点与所述凹孔相对应, 当所述第一及第二横 向滑块运动至第一位置时, 所述凸点收容于所述凹孔之中, 当所述第一及第 二横向滑块运动至第二位置时, 所述凸点释放于所述凹孔之外。
通过上述设置, 本发明所提供的释放装置, 通过对纵向滑块的提拉, 即 可实现对连接杆的快速收容或释放,进而可以实现对显示屏幕的快速安装或 卸下。 同时, 通过调节释放装置在导轨中的位置, 可以实现调整显示屏幕俯 仰角度。 附图说明

发明内容
以下将结合附图及实施例来具体说明本发明的优点。
请参见图 1-4及图 7, 分别从正面及背面示出本发明第一优选实施例提 供的释放装置 100, 用于快速释放与之相配合的连接杆 220及转动臂 210, 其包括纵向滑块 110,第一横向滑块 120, 中杆 130, 以及第二横向滑块 140。 第一横向滑块 120及第二横向滑块 140设置在中杆 130的两端并与之连接。 在纵向滑块 110的第一表面 111上设置有滑动区域, 第一横向滑块 120, 中 杆 130, 以及第二横向滑块 140均设置在该滑动区域内, 在纵向滑块 110的 第二表面 113上设置一提手 114, 第二表面 113是第一表面 111的相对面。
其中, 纵向滑块 110具有沿其纵向设置的两道滑槽 112, 第一横向滑块 120及第二横向滑块 140则对应具有沿纵向滑块的横向而设的收容槽 122、 142。 滑槽 112 自纵向滑块 110的下端边缘在滑动区域内向上延伸, 延伸的 高度约为纵向滑块 110高度的一半, 收容槽 122、 142则被设置在横向滑块 上靠近纵向滑块 110的一面, 并且贯穿横向滑块的整个横向。 这样, 两道滑 槽 112及收容槽 122、 142就能相互配合用以收容连接杆 220以及与连接杆 220相连的转动臂 210, 具体而言, 连接杆 220被收容在收容槽 122中, 而 转动臂 210则可在收容在滑槽 112中, 并能在其中滑动。
在滑动区域内还设置有凹设于纵向滑块第一表面 111的、 圆心相向且沿 纵向对称分布的两个扇形导向槽 156、 158。 两个扇形导向槽 156, 158对应 收容有第一导向臂 152, 第二导向臂 154, 并允许导向臂在导向槽的范围内 滑动,导向臂滑动的轨迹类似与钟摆。导向臂 152、 154各自的一端 153、 155 与对应的扇形导向槽 156、 158的圆心铰接, 各自的另一端则与对应的横向 滑块 120、 140铰接。
另外,第一横向滑块 120及第二横向滑块 140能相对中杆 130作轴向运 动, 并且在中杆 130外侧且位于两个横向滑块之间套设有弹簧 132。 第一横 向滑块 120及第二横向滑块 140还各自设置有一凸点 124、 144, 凸点 124、 144沿中杆 130的轴向相背而设, 即沿横向滑块的横向向外设置。
如此设置,第一横向滑块 120及第二横向滑块 140可以相对于纵向滑块 110在滑动区域内沿纵向作往复运动。 当第一横向滑块 120及第二横向滑块 140运动至第一位置时, 收容槽 122、 142被纵向滑块 110遮蔽, 连接杆 220 能收容在收容槽 122、 142中, 弹簧 132呈放松状, 并且凸点 124、 144突出 于纵向滑块 110的横向边缘; 当第一横向滑块 120及第二横向滑块 140运动 至第二位置时, 收容槽 122、 142露出于纵向滑块 110的下端边缘, 连接杆 220就能释放于收容槽 122、 142之外, 弹簧 132呈收缩状, 并且凸点 124、 144不伸出纵向滑块 110的横向边缘。
进一步说, 本领域普通技术人员根据上述的设置, 应当清楚地了解到, 第一位置是横向滑块 120、 140的初始位置。 在第一位置时, 两个横向滑块 120、 140之间的横向间距是最大的, 且弹簧 132处于最放松的状态。 当受到 外力影响, 例如操作者提拉纵向滑块, 使得两个横向滑块 120、 140 向第二 位置滑动, 在这个滑动过程中, 两个横向滑块 120、 140之间的横向间距会 逐渐减小, 弹簧 132会逐渐收紧, 直至两个横向滑块 120、 140滑动到第二 位置, 弹簧 132将处于最收紧的状态。 当移除外力, 弹簧 132的弹力得以释 放, 使得两个横向滑块 120、 140自动回位至初始状态。
作为本发明第二优选实施例, 请参见图 5-6, 提供一种释放装置 100', 其与第一优选实施例所提供的释放装置 100的区别在于,将两个扇形导向槽 156、 158替换成圆心相向且沿纵向对称分布的两条圆弧形导向槽 156' , 158', 并且导向臂 152、 154可被替换成导向装置 152'、 154'。 如图 5, 6所示, 圆 弧形导向槽 156'、 158' 同样凹设于第一表面 111, 而导向装置 152'、 154' 则被收容在对应的圆弧形导向槽 156'、 158' 中, 并与对应的横向滑块 120、 140连接, 这样横向滑块 120、 140就能沿圆弧形导向槽 156'、 158' 作圆弧 形轨迹的运动。 即实现了与前述实施例相同的技术效果。
上述两个实施例所提供的释放装置, 在安装时还需对监视仪的主机 200 及显示屏幕 300进行如下配置, 请参见图 7-11 :
在显示屏幕 300背后大致中心位置设置一导轨 310, 导轨 310的两侧设 置有若干对凹孔 320, 例如 4对。 导轨 310的宽度应当与纵向滑块 110的宽 度相匹配, 例如略大于纵向滑块 110的宽度。 在导轨的下方, 靠近显示屏幕 的下边缘凸设一固定轴 330。
在麻醉机监视仪的主机 200上, 向显示屏幕 300的导轨 310处伸出一对 转动臂 210, 转动臂 210的一端铰接于主机 200, 另一端与连接杆 220的两 端相连接。 另外, 相对于固定轴 330的位置, 凹设有一个固定槽 230, 用于 收容固定轴 330。
释放装置 100的凸点 124、 144与凹孔 320相对应, 当第一及第二横向 滑块 120、 140位于第一位置时, 凸点 124、 144突出于纵向滑块的横向边缘 并伸入凹孔 320之中; 当第一及第二横向滑块 120、 140位于第二位置时, 凸点 124、 144可以收容在凹孔 320中。
在安装时,可先将显示屏幕 300背后的固定轴 330对准主机 200上的固 定槽 230后并放入该固定槽中, 并使得显示屏幕 300能以该固定轴 330为旋 转轴进行旋转。 再将释放装置 100放置在导轨 310中, 使其可沿导轨 310的 纵向进行滑动。 由于释放装置 100中横向滑块的初始位置为第一位置, 即凸 点 124、 144伸出纵向滑块 110的横向边缘且能伸入凹孔 320中, 这样整个 释放装置 110的纵向位置相对于导轨 310来说是固定的。 此时, 操作者只需 提升提手 114, 使得纵向滑块 110向上运动, 相对地, 两个横向滑块 120、 140则会沿扇形导向槽或圆弧形导向槽逐渐向下运动, 同时横向滑块之间的 间距会逐渐缩小, 直至两个横向滑块 120、 140移动至第二位置。 当横向滑 块位于第二位置时, 凸点 124、 144会从凹孔 320中脱离, 此时, 整个释放 装置 100相对于导轨 310来说是自由的, 可上下移动调整位置, 同时, 收容 槽 122、 142也露出于纵向滑块 110的下端边缘,操作者就可以把连接杆 220 放置在收容槽 122、 142中, 参见图 10。 当调整好整个释放装置 100的位置 后, 只需要放开提手, 在弹簧 132的作用下, 横向滑块 120、 140会自动恢 复至第一位置, 这样就完成了连接杆 220与释放装置 100的连接, 如图 11 所示。显示屏幕 300可以相对于固定轴 330在转动臂 210允许的范围内进行 转动,通过调节释放装置 100的位置,也可以调节显示屏幕 300旋转的角度。
若再要释放连接杆 220, 同样只需要提升提手 114, 待收容槽 122、 142 露出纵向滑块 110的下端边缘后, 将连接杆 220从收容槽 122、 142中取出 即可实现连接杆 220的释放。
图 12, 13则分别示出了显示屏幕与监护仪主机连接后翻转至不同角度。 综上所述, 第一、 第二实施例所提供的释放装置能实现对连接杆的快速 释放, 同时还具有调节显示屏幕转动角度之优点。
另外, 为了便于在生产过程中开模, 可以将横向滑块设计为具有对称的 两条收容槽。
本发明第三实施例, 提供一种释放装置, 其与先前两个实施例的不同在 于其取消了凸点的设计, 对应地, 显示屏幕背后的导轨也被取消。 同时, 只 需要在导轨中设置有止挡,用以限制横向滑块在纵向上的移动即可实现与前 述实施例类似的快速释放连接杆的效果。这样的止挡可以设置导轨的纵向边 缘, 也可以单独设置在导轨中, 但凡能够使得横向滑块与纵向滑块产生相对 位移的止挡都被包含在其中。
应当注意的是, 本发明的实施例有较佳的实施性, 且并非对本发明作任 何形式的限制,任何熟悉该领域的技术人员可能利用上述揭示的技术内容变 更或修饰为等同的有效实施例, 但凡未脱离本发明技术方案的内容, 依据本 发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何修改或等同变化及修饰,均仍属于 本发明技术方案的范围内。

Claims

权利要求
1. 一种释放装置,用于快速释放与之相配合的连接杆,所述连接杆与转 动臂连接, 其特征在于, 所述释放装置包括:
纵向滑块, 其第一表面上设置有滑动区域;
第一横向滑块, 第二横向滑块, 以及中杆, 均设置在所述滑动区域内, 所述第一横向滑块及所述第二横向滑块设置在所述中杆的两端并与之连接; 所述纵向滑块具有沿其纵向设置的滑槽, 用于收容所述转动臂; 所述第一横向滑块及第二横向滑块具有沿所述纵向滑块的横向设置的 收容槽, 用于收容所述连接杆;
其中,所述第一横向滑块及第二横向滑块相对于所述纵向滑块在所述滑 动区域内沿纵向作往复运动, 当所述第一横向滑块及第二横向滑块运动至第 一位置时, 所述收容槽被所述纵向滑块遮蔽, 所述连接杆收容于所述收容槽 中; 当所述第一横向滑块及第二横向滑块运动至第二位置时, 所述收容槽露 出于所述纵向滑块, 所述连接杆释放于所述收容槽之外。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的释放装置, 其特征在于,
所述滑动区域内还设置有导向槽;
所述释放装置进一步包括第一导向臂及第二导向臂,各自与对应的所述 第一横向滑块及所述第二横向滑块相连接;
所述第一导向臂及第二导向臂收容于所述导向槽中并在其中运动。
3. 如权利要求 2所述的释放装置, 其特征在于,
所述释放装置还包括弹性装置, 用以提供将所述第一横向滑块及第二横 向滑块从第二位置运动至第一位置的弹力。
4. 如权利要求 3所述的释放装置, 其特征在于,
所述第一横向滑块及第二横向滑块能相对所述中杆作轴向运动; 所述弹性装置为套设在所述中杆外侧且位于所述第一横向滑块及所述 第二横向滑块之间的弹簧; 以及
所述导向槽呈圆心相向且沿纵向对称分布的两条圆弧, 当所述第一及第 二横向滑块运动至第一位置时, 所述弹簧呈放松状, 当所述第一及第二横向 滑块运动至第二位置时, 所述弹簧呈收缩状。
5. 如权利要求 3所述的释放装置, 其特征在于,
所述第一横向滑块及第二横向滑块能相对所述中杆作轴向运动; 所述弹性装置为套设在所述中杆外侧且位于所述第一横向滑块及所述 第二横向滑块之间的弹簧;
所述导向槽呈圆心相向且沿纵向对称分布的扇形区域,所述扇形区域凹 设于所述纵向滑块的第一表面;
所述第一导向臂及所述第二导向臂分别收容于对应的扇形区域,各自的 一端铰接于对应的扇形区域的圆心, 另一端则铰接于对应的第一横向滑块及 第二横向滑块;
当所述第一及第二横向滑块运动至第一位置时, 所述弹簧呈放松状, 当 所述第一及第二横向滑块运动至第二位置时, 所述弹簧呈收缩状。
6. 如权利要求 4或 5所述的释放装置, 其特征在于,
所述第一横向滑块及所述第二横向滑块各自设置有一凸点,所述凸点沿 所述中杆的轴向相背而设。
7. 如权利要求 1所述的释放装置,其特征在于,所述纵向滑块还包括一 设置在其第二表面上的提手, 所述第二表面为所述第一表面的相对面。
8.一种医疗器械, 包括器械主体及显示装置, 其特征在于, 还包括: 导轨, 设置在所述显示装置的背面;
如权利要求 1-5或 7中任意一项所述的释放装置, 收容于所述导轨中, 且在所述导轨中纵向滑动;
固定轴, 凸设于所述显示装置的背面;
固定槽, 设置在所述器械主体上, 用于收容所述固定轴;
转动臂, 一端铰接于所述器械主体, 另一端连接有与所述释放装置相配 合的连接杆;
其中, 所述导轨中具有止挡, 以限制横向滑块的纵向移动, 所述显示装 置相对于所述固定轴转动。
9.一种医疗器械, 包括器械主体及显示装置, 其特征在于, 还包括: 导轨, 设置在所述显示装置的背面, 且在导轨两侧设置有若干对凹孔; 如权利要求 6所述的释放装置, 收容于所述导轨中, 且在所述导轨中纵 向滑动;
固定轴, 凸设于所述显示装置的背面;
固定槽, 设置在所述器械主体上, 用于收容所述固定轴;
转动臂, 一端铰接于所述器械主体, 另一端连接有与所述释放装置相配 合的连接杆;
所述显示装置相对于所述固定轴转动;
其中, 所述释放装置中的凸点与所述凹孔相对应, 当所述第一及第二横 向滑块运动至第一位置时, 所述凸点收容于所述凹孔之中, 当所述第一及第 二横向滑块运动至第二位置时, 所述凸点释放于所述凹孔之外。
10. 如权利要求 8或 9所述的医疗器械, 其特征在于, 所述医疗器械为 麻醉机监护仪。
