Description

防火防水储物箱 技术领域
本发明涉及一种储物箱,特别是防火防水储物箱。
背景技术
人们在日常工作和生活中,经常需要保存和携带一些贵重的资料和物品,如文件档案、证书、字据、照片、古玩字画、光盘磁带、移动硬盘等,为了防止这些重要的物品在保存和携带过程中被发生的火灾毁坏,需要使用特制的防火储物箱,而且要求防火储物箱具有防水的能力,以保护箱内物品不被救火时的消防水损坏。目前常用的防火储物箱基本有两种形式,一种是金属防火保险柜,另一种是塑料防火箱。
金属防火保险柜的结构是内外壳均为铁板或钢板,并在内外壳之间的夹层中填充水泥和防火材料,如中国专利申请号为201020686213.1(公开号:CN201902112U)所公布的实用新型专利“加强型防火柜”。金属防火保险柜防火性能良好,但由于柜体和柜门的内外壳均为厚重的铁板或钢板,并填充水泥和防火材料,所以重量较重,一般只能固定使用,不能随意搬动和携带,而且结构复杂,成本较高。
塑料防火箱的结构是在一次成型的中空塑料壳中灌注防火材料,如中国专利申请号 200520017180.0(公开号CN2809146)所公布的实用新型专利“防火塑料保险柜”。塑料防火箱具有一定的防火能力,能够便携,但塑料防火箱存在如下问题:1、塑料防火箱的外壳在火灾中会融化燃烧掉,失去对防火层的支撑和保护作用,一旦发生跌落和重物砸压,防火层会破碎开裂,进而失去防火作用;2、在火灾中,由于塑料防火箱的外壳融化消失,使得连接箱体和箱盖的铰接装置和锁扣装置也失去作用,箱体和箱盖在跌落时或受重物砸压时会分离,进而使防火箱失去防火和防水的作用。
而且,金属防火保险柜和塑料防火箱都是通过预留的灌注孔向箱体的夹层空间灌注防火材料,为了保证防火效果和美观,灌注孔不能留的太大,致使灌注过程很麻烦,特别是塑料防火箱。灌注后,还需要数天的时间等待防火材料固化,存在生产周期长,生产效率低的问题。

本发明的目的是提供一种防火隔热效果好、重量轻、坚固、结构简单、容易制造的防火防水储物箱。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种防火防水储物箱,包括箱体和箱盖,箱体和箱盖一侧通过连接件铰接,另一侧设有锁扣装置,箱盖内侧沿四周装有防水密封条,箱体和箱盖均为相同的复合夹层结构,其特征在于:所述复合夹层结构的外壳为铁板、钢板或合金板,内壳为塑料,内外壳之间的夹层空间放置防火隔热材料。
本发明所述的复合夹层结构的外壳采用铁板、钢板或合金板弯折成型,可以保证防火防水储物箱的外壳在火灾中不被烧毁,并保持足够的强度,在发生跌落和砸塌时,保护内部的防火隔热材料、塑料内壳和内部储存物,使其不受变形破坏。
本发明所述的复合夹层结构的内壳是塑料,通过注塑或吸塑工艺一次成型,成型后的塑料内壳的边缘向外翻折。装配时,向外翻折的内壳边缘与外壳边缘套接在一起,接触面用胶水粘接牢固。
由于所述箱体与箱盖的内壳均为塑料一体成型,所以具有防水的效果,当箱体和箱盖闭合时,箱盖内侧沿四周装设的防水密封条又保证了箱盖与箱体贴合面的防水,从而保证所述防火防水储物箱整体防水。
本发明所述内外壳之间的夹层空间放置的防火隔热材料为耐温≥650℃的二氧化硅气凝胶板、毡或毯。
进一步地,所述防火防水储物箱,在箱体和箱盖的外壳内表面上涂覆一层防火隔热涂料。
本发明所述的涂覆在箱体和箱盖的外壳内表面上的防火隔热涂料为耐温≥850℃的陶瓷空心微珠涂料。
另外,为方便使用,可以在箱盖上或箱体侧面安装提手,在箱体底面或侧面安装垫脚。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明具有如下优点:防火防水效果好、重量轻、结实、结构简单、空间利用率高、制造工艺简单。上述技术方案的实质性特点和进步主要体现在:
1、 箱体和箱盖采用金属与塑料相结合的复合夹层结构,既避免了金属防火保险柜的笨重,又具有金属防火保险箱强度高的优点,既克服了塑料防火箱外壳不耐火的防火缺陷,又具有塑料防火箱重量轻和防水的优点;
2、 采用二氧化硅气凝胶板、毡或毯作为夹层中间的防火隔热材料,由于二氧化硅气凝胶板、毡或毯具有耐高温(650℃-1200℃)、密度低(180-280kg/m3)、导热系数极低(≤0.02W/m•K,常温25℃时)的特点,可以保证防火防水储物箱的防火隔热效果,降低防火防水储物箱的重量,还能够减少防火隔热层的厚度,提高储物箱的有效使用空间;
3、 二氧化硅气凝胶板、毡和毯具有容易剪裁的特点,按尺寸要求剪裁后,即可与防火防水储物箱的内外壳进行装配,不存在灌注防火材料所需的固化等待时间,制造工艺简单,生产周期短;
4、 配合使用耐温≥850℃,导热系数 ≤0.04W/m•K的陶瓷空心微珠防火隔热涂料,涂覆在箱体和箱盖的外壳内表面上,可以降低外壳向箱内的热量传导,进一步提高防火隔热效果。

本发明的实施例见附图1-6所示,包括箱体1和箱盖2,箱体1和箱盖2一侧通过连接件4铰接,另一侧设有锁扣装置3,箱盖2内侧沿四周装有防水密封条5,箱体1和箱盖2均为相同的复合夹层结构。所述复合夹层结构的箱体外壳6和箱盖外壳7为铁板、钢板或合金板弯折成型,箱体内壳8和箱盖内壳9采用PE塑料注塑成型。箱体内壳8和箱盖内壳9的边缘向外翻折,装配时,向外翻折的内壳边缘与外壳边缘套接在一起,接触面用胶水粘接牢固。箱体1内外壳之间的夹层空间放置二氧化硅气凝胶板作为防火隔热材料10,箱盖2内外壳之间的夹层空间放置二氧化硅气凝胶板作为防火隔热材料11。本实施例所述的二氧化硅气凝胶板选用广东英德市埃力生亚太电子有限公司生产的二氧化硅气凝胶板,其最高使用温度为1000℃,导热系数≤0.019W/m•K(常温25℃),密度230-280kg/m3。
进一步地,为了提高防火效果,在箱体外壳6的内表面涂覆一层防火隔热涂料12,在箱盖外壳7的内表面上涂覆一层防火隔热涂料13。本实施例所述的防火隔热涂料为陶瓷空心微珠防火隔热涂料,选用北京志盛威华化工有限公司生产的ZS-1耐高温隔热保温涂料,其使用温度为-60℃~1000℃,导热系数0.03W/m.K。

    3、 按权利要求1或2所述的防火防水储物箱,其特征在于还包括:在所述的箱体和箱盖的外壳内表面上涂覆一层防火隔热涂料。
    4、 按权利要求3所述的防火防水储物箱,其特征在于:所述的防火隔热涂料为耐温≥850℃的陶瓷空心微珠涂料。
