Abstract
本发明公开一种易保养的防盗充电桩,包括防护盖、工作箱和隔热层;所述工作箱内设置有充电枪放置板与盘绳转轴,工作箱的一外侧面开有出风口,出风口内固定安装有抽风机,工作箱的另一外侧面开有进风口;所述隔热层包括气凝胶毡层、石棉板和防水隔热涂料层,石棉板设置在气凝胶毡层的两面上,石棉板与气凝胶毡层设置在工作箱的箱壁中,防水隔热涂料层涂覆在工作箱的外表面上;所述防护盖与工作箱通过转动盘转动安装在一起。本发明可以保持装置内温度在一个合适的范围,本发明可以将充电枪头与充电线收纳保护在装置内,使充电元件不易被腐蚀和人工破坏。

技术领域
本发明属于电动汽车充电设备领域,具体的,涉及一种易保养的防盗充电桩。
背景技术
随着人们对环保的愈加重视,电动汽车也逐渐走进了人们的视野,由于电动汽车大部分价格较低、动力源相较于传统的汽油、柴油价格更加实惠,作为一种方便的代步工具也受到了很多人的欢迎,使用电动汽车就必然离不开充电桩,现在主要为一车一充电桩,在购买电动车时会附送充电桩,在经过一系列协商之后,充电桩会安装在车主的固定停车位上。
由于充电桩安装在户外,会直接受到太阳与雨水的侵蚀,充电桩的使用寿命和保养问题也困扰了很多电动汽车用户,夏天的太阳直射导致的充电桩内部温度过高以及冬天温度过低导致的内部结冰的问题也为充电桩的使用带来了很多问题,温度过高会使充电桩出现着火的隐患,温度太低还会带来充电速率过慢的问题,而且充电桩的价格一般较为昂贵,充电枪与充电线完全暴露在外面,充电枪与充电线受到自然环境的侵蚀很容易老化受损,也很容易受到部分不法分子的青睐,成为破坏、偷盗、倒卖的对象。为了解决这一问题,现提供以下技术方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种易保养的防盗充电桩。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种易保养的防盗充电桩,包括防护盖、工作箱和隔热层;
所述工作箱内设置有充电枪放置板与盘绳转轴,工作箱的一外侧面开有出风口,出风口内固定安装有抽风机,工作箱的另一外侧面开有进风口;
所述隔热层包括气凝胶毡层、石棉板和防水隔热涂料层,石棉板设置在气凝胶毡层的两面上,石棉板与气凝胶毡层设置在工作箱的箱壁中,防水隔热涂料层覆在工作箱的外表面上;
所述防护盖与工作箱通过转动盘转动安装在一起。
进一步的,所述充电枪放置板沿工作箱内侧面固定,充电枪放置板上设置有充电枪放置孔。
进一步的,所述盘绳转轴通过轴承转动连接在工作箱内,盘绳转轴的一端延伸至工作箱外部并连接转动把手。
进一步的,所述出风口与进风口设置在工作箱相对的两个面上,且出风口靠近上端部,进风口靠近底部。
进一步的,所述气凝胶毡层的厚度为2-4cm。
进一步的,所述石棉板的厚度为0.5-1.5cm。
进一步的,所述工作箱上设置有电子温度计与密码锁,电子温度计连接有探头,探头通入工作箱内部。
本发明的有益效果:本发明可以适应温差较大的环境,安装在户外时可以及时的解决结冰与温度过高导致的着火的问题,本发明的设计也很好的解决了充电枪头与充电线暴露在外面,很容易受到自然环境的侵蚀而出现损坏以及容易被不法分子恶意破坏、偷盗、倒卖的问题。

具体实施方式
下面将结合实施例对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
一种易保养的防盗充电桩,包括防护盖1、工作箱2和隔热层3;
如图2、图3所示,所述防护盖1与工作箱2通过转动盘101转动安装在一起,转动盘101的两个固定盘上分别设有螺孔,安装时,转动盘101的两个固定盘分别固定在防护盖1的轴边102和工作箱的安装边103上,如图4所示,隔热层3设置在工作箱2的壁中及工作箱2的外壁。
防护盖110在关闭时与卡合凸起208卡合,形成密封空间,防护盖110与工作箱2上安装有密码锁104,提高了装置的安全性能。
如图1所示,工作箱2内设置有充电枪放置板202,充电枪放置板202沿工作箱2内侧面固定,充电枪放置板202水平设置,充电枪放置板202上设置有充电枪放置孔203,在不使用时,充电枪插在充电枪放置孔203中。
在工作箱2内设置有盘绳转轴201,盘绳转轴201通过相对设置在工作箱2的两个对面上的轴承204转动连接在工作箱2内,盘绳转轴201的一端延伸至工作箱2外部并连接转动把手205,通过转动把手205的转动将在充电时拉到外部的充电线收回工作箱2的内部,盘绳转轴201位于充电枪放置板202的下方,避免在收绳时绳子杂乱分布,对充电枪的使用造成影响。
如图4所示,工作箱2的一外侧面的上端开有出风口206,出风口206内固定安装有抽风机207,工作箱2的另一外侧面的下端设置有进风口209,设置出风口206与进风口209的侧面为对应侧面,使抽风机在工作时能够实现充分的对流,将热空气快速带离工作箱2的内部,工作箱2的外侧设置有电子温度计210,电子温度计210连接有探头2101,探头2101通入工作箱2内部。
工作箱2设置有隔热层3,所述隔热层3包括气凝胶毡层301、石棉板302和防水隔热涂料层303,石棉板302设置在气凝胶毡层301的两面上,石棉板302与气凝胶毡层301设置在工作箱2的箱壁中,气凝胶毡层301的厚度为2-4cm,石棉板302的厚度为0.5-1.5cm,防水隔热涂料层303覆在工作箱2的外表面上,防水隔热涂料层303由防水隔热涂料均匀涂覆在工作箱2的外表面上形成,隔热层3的设置在高温天气阻隔了太阳直射带来的大量热量,在低温环境下将电机工作带来的热量很好的保留在了工作箱2的内部,避免了因温度过低而导致充电设备效率底下的问题。
工作方式:
在高温日照情况下,工作箱2的隔热层3阻挡了大部分太阳直射所带来的热量,打开出风口206与进风口209,通过风机的工作将工作箱内的热量迅速的排出,保持工作箱2内的温度在一个合理的范围内,温度较低时,关闭进风口209与出风口206,保温层3起到保温作用,使工作箱2内的温度不会太低。在不充电时,本发明为一近乎密闭的空间,阻隔了阳光雨水等自然因素对充电枪、充电线等充电元件的侵蚀,也防止了充电元件遭到他人的破坏,造成不必要的经济损失。

1.一种易保养的防盗充电桩,其特征在于,包括防护盖(1)、工作箱(2)和隔热层(3);
所述工作箱(2)内设置有充电枪放置板(202)与盘绳转轴(201),工作箱(2)的一外侧面开有出风口(206),出风口(206)内固定安装有抽风机(207),工作箱(2)的另一外侧面开有进风口(209);
所述隔热层(3)包括气凝胶毡层(301)、石棉板(302)和防水隔热涂料层(303),石棉板(302)设置在气凝胶毡层(301)的两面上,石棉板(302)与气凝胶毡层(301)设置在工作箱(2)的箱壁中,防水隔热涂料层(303)覆在工作箱(2)的外表面上;
所述防护盖(1)与工作箱(2)通过转动盘(101)转动安装在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种易保养的防盗充电桩,其特征在于,所述充电枪放置板(202),充电枪放置板(202)沿工作箱(2)内侧面固定,充电枪放置板(202)上设置有充电枪放置孔(203)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种易保养的防盗充电桩,其特征在于,所述盘绳转轴(201)通过轴承(204)转动连接在工作箱(2)内,盘绳转轴(201)的一端延伸至工作箱(2)外部并连接转动把手(205)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种易保养的防盗充电桩,其特征在于,所述出风口(206)与进风口(209)设置在工作箱(2)相对的两个面上,且出风口(206)靠近上端部,进风口(209)靠近底部。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种易保养的防盗充电桩,其特征在于,所述气凝胶毡层(301)的厚度为2-4cm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种易保养的防盗充电桩,其特征在于,所述石棉板(302)的厚度为0.5-1.5cm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种易保养的防盗充电桩,其特征在于,所述工作箱(2)上设置有电子温度计(210)与密码锁(104),电子温度计(210)连接有探头(2101),探头(2101)通入工作箱(2)内部。
