Description

具有连接组件的液晶显示模组 技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示装置的制造工艺, 特别是涉及液晶显示装置框体的连结工艺。 背景技术
目前所见到的液晶显示模组中, 前框与背板的连接通常是采用卡勾或者螺钉锁附的方 式。
采用卡勾的方式, 在重工的时候很容易造成前框的变形, 而螺钉锁附的方式, 随着模 组窄边框设计的不断推进, 空间上已经不允许正面锁附螺钉, 侧边边锁附, 对生产效率会 产生很大的影响, 而且必须背板上铆接螺柱, 实际生产中也是影响生产效率的。 发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服上述现有技术的不足, 而提出一种易于勾合液晶显 示模组的前框与背板的连接结构。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案包括, 一前框、 一背板以及一连接组件。 一 前框, 其具有一前板和设置在该前板上的前板侧框, 该前板侧框界定出一前板开口, 该前 板侧框上设有一第一开孔; 一背板, 其具有一底板和设置在该底板上的底板侧框, 该底板 侧框界定出一背板开口, 该背板开口的面积小于该前板开口, 该底板侧框上设有一第二开 孔, 该底板相对应于该第二开孔位置设有一第三开孔; 以及一连接组件, 其具有一第一片 体以及与该第一片体形成一夹角的一第二片体, 该第一片体设有一第一卡勾, 该第二片体 设有一第二卡勾, 该第一卡勾的开口与该第二卡勾开口位于同侧; 其中该前框与背板组合 时, 该前板开口盖合该背板开口, 该第一开孔与该第二开孔位置互相对正, 该连接组件由 底板及前板侧框的转角勾合该前框与背板, 该连接组件第一卡勾卡合于该第一开孔和该第 二开孔, 该第二卡勾卡合于该第三开孔。
所述的连接组件为具有弹性的塑料材料或具有高弹性系数金属材料所制成。
所述的第一卡勾及 /或设于该第一片体的端部, 第二卡勾及或设于该第二片体的端部。 所述的第一卡勾及 /或第二卡勾的前段具有倒角。
所述的第一片体的端部及 /或两侧部设有突出于第一卡勾的延伸部。
所述的第二片体的端部及 /或两侧部设有突出于第二卡勾的延伸部。
所述的第一片体与第二片体形成夹角为 90度角。
与现有技术相比, 本发明可直接盖合前框与背板后, 应用连接组件的卡勾同时卡勾前 框的侧框与背板, 完成组装, 具有精简结构及易重工的模组连接方式, 相较已公开的前框 背板形成卡勾方式, 不易在重工时造成前框变形; 同时相较螺钉锁附方式, 更适宜应用窄 边框的液晶显示模组。 附图说明

以下结合附图所示的较佳实施例作进一步详述。
请等参见图 1, 本发明的具有连接组件的液晶显示模组, 包括前框 10、 背板 20以及连 接组件 30。 前框 10, 其具有一前板 11和设置在该前板 11上的前板侧框 12, 该前板侧框 12界定出一前板开口 13, 该前板侧框 12上设有一第一开孔 14。 背板 20, 其具有一底板 21 和设置在该底板 21上的底板侧框 22, 该底板侧框 22界定出一背板开口 23, 该背板开口 23 的面积小于该前板开口 13, 该底板侧框 22上设有一第二开孔 24, 该底板 21相对应于该第 二开孔 24位置设有一第三开孔 25。 连接组件 30, 其具有一第一片体 31以及与该第一片体 31形成一夹角 A的一第二片体 32, 该第一片体 31设有一第一卡勾 311, 该第二片体 32设 有一第二卡勾 321, 该第一卡勾 311的开口与该第二卡勾 321开口位于该连接组件 30的同 一侧面。
请参见图 2A至图 2C,由前述结构所述前框 10与背板 20组合时,该前板开口 13盖合该 背板开口 23, 该第一开孔 14与该第二开孔 24位置互相对正, 该连接组件 30由底板 21及 前板侧框 12的转角勾合该前框 10与背板 20,该连接组件 30第一卡勾 311卡合于该第一开 孔 14和该第二开孔 24, 该第二卡勾 321卡合于该第三开孔 25, 当然, 本发明组装该连接 组件 30时, 该第二卡勾 321卡合于该第三开孔 25的步骤亦可先进行, 其组装顺序不拘。
参见图 3, 其为本发明的连接组件 30第一实施态样的连接组件 30A, 连接组件 30A的 第一片体 31A与第二片体 32A形成一夹角 A,第一片体 31A端部 312A设有一第一卡勾 311A, 第二片体 32A端部 322A设有一第二卡勾 321A,第一卡勾 311A开口与第二卡勾 321A开口位 于连接组件 30的同一侧面。
参见图 4, 其为本发明的连接组件 30第二实施态样的连接组件 30B, 如上述连接组件 30A的大部分构件为相同, 但在第一片体 31B端部 312B的第一卡勾 311B的前段设有倒角 313B, 在第二片体 32B端部 322B的第二卡勾 321B的前段设有倒角 323B, 以方便安装。
参见图 5, 其为本发明的连接组件 30第三实施态样的连接组件 30C, 该第一片体 31C 的端部 312C及 /或两侧部 313C设有突出于该第一卡勾 311C的延伸部 314C, 同样地, 该第 二片体 32C的端部 322C及 /或两侧部 323C设有突出于该第二卡勾 321C的延伸部 324C, 该 延伸部 314C、 324C在第一卡勾 311C、 第二卡勾 321C插入第一开孔 14、 第二开孔 24以及 第三开孔 25后, 可扩大覆盖各开孔的面积, 防止由各开孔引起的漏光。
值得一提的是, 上述连接组件 30、 30A、 30B、 30C 中的结构特征是可以互相组合的, 亦即连接组件的二片体的卡勾可以其一具有倒角、 另一不具有倒角或其一具有倒角加片体 延伸部、 另一不具有倒角及片体延伸部等。
与现有技术相比, 本发明可直接盖合前框与背板后, 应用连接组件的卡勾同时卡勾前 框的侧框与背板, 完成组装, 具有精简结构及易重工的模组连接方式, 相较已公开的前框 背板形成卡勾方式, 不易在重工时造成前框变形; 另相较螺钉正面锁附方式, 本发明更适 宜应用在窄边框的液晶显示模组。

权利要求
1、 一种具有连接组件的液晶显示模组, 包括:
一前框,其具有一前板和设置在该前板上的前板侧框,该前板侧框界定出一前板开口, 该前板侧框上设有一第一开孔;
一背板,其具有一底板和设置在该底板上的底板侧框,该底板侧框界定出一背板开口, 该背板开口的面积小于该前板开口, 该底板侧框上设有一第二开孔, 该底板相对应于该第 二开孔位置设有一第三开孔; 以及
一连接组件, 其具有一第一片体以及与该第一片体形成一夹角的一第二片体, 该第一 片体设有一第一卡勾, 该第二片体设有一第二卡勾, 该第一卡勾的开口与该第二卡勾开口 位于同侧;
其中该前框与背板组合时, 该前板开口盖合该背板开口, 该第一开孔与该第二开孔位 置互相对正, 该连接组件由底板及前板侧框的转角勾合该前框与背板, 该连接组件第一卡 勾卡合于该第一开孔和该第二开孔, 该第二卡勾卡合于该第三开孔。
2、 如权利要求 1 所述的液晶显示模组, 其中, 该连接组件为具有弹性的塑料材料所 制成。
3、 如权利要求 1 所述的液晶显示模组, 其中, 该连接组件为具有高弹性系数金属材 料所制成。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的液晶显示模组, 其中, 该第一卡勾设于该第一片体的端部。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的液晶显示模组, 其中, 该第二卡勾设于该第二片体的端部。
6、 如权利要求 4所述的液晶显示模组, 其中, 该第一卡勾的前段具有倒角。
7、 如权利要求 5所述的液晶显示模组, 其中, 该第二卡勾的前段具有倒角。
8、 如权利要求 1 所述的液晶显示模组, 其中, 该第一片体的端部及 /或两侧部设有突 出于该第一卡勾的延伸部。
9、 如权利要求 1所述的液晶显示模组, 其中, 该第二片体的端部及 /或两侧部设有突 出于该第二卡勾的延伸部。
10、 如权利要求 1所述的液晶显示模组, 其中, 该第一片体与该第二片体所形成夹角 为 90度角。
