L'invention concerne une plaque (1, 5), telle une plaque de garniture de sol, de mur ou de plafond, et/ou une plaque de construction de meuble, de boîtier, de couverture ou d'aménagement à sec, et/ou comme élément de façade, de panneau de lambris, de planchéiage, de dissimulation ou similaire, comprenant un corps de base de plaque (2) et au moins une couche utile (3) appliquée sur le corps de base de plaque (2). Selon l'invention, une garniture bidimensionnelle textile forme la face extérieure de la couche utile (3), la garniture bidimensionnelle textile présentant une épaisseur de couche allant de 0,2 à 8 mm et le corps de base de plaque (2) une épaisseur allant de 6 à 10 mm.
