以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施方式, 应当指出, 对于本领域普通技术人员而言, 在不脱离本发明的原理前提下, 还可以对本发明作出多种改进和变型, 比如本实施例的 棕榈保健鞋中的皮革层可用布层替代, 又比如可以将鞋面设计成皮革层或布层, 而鞋帮 的局部或整体釆用棕榈编织物, 此外, 棕榈保健鞋也并不局限于本实施例给出的这种款 式, 比如鞋子可以设计成无鞋带的款式, 还可以做成运动鞋而不局限于休闲类皮鞋。 还 有鞋垫的面层和底层还可以采用其他编织方式, 又比如在面层和底层之间还可增设一个 用棕榈编织而成的中间夹层, 所有这些均被视为本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims
1、 一种棕榈保健鞋, 包括鞋底 (1)、 鞋帮 (2)及拼接在鞋帮 (2)上的鞋面 (3), 其特征在 于- 所述鞋帮 (2)和鞋面 (3)中至少有一个采用棕榈编织物。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的棕榈保健鞋, 其特征在于: 所述的鞋面 (3)采用棕榈编织 物, 所述的鞋帮 (2)采用皮革层或布层。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的棕榈保健鞋, 其特征在于: 所述的鞋帮 (2)采用棕榈编织 物, 所述的鞋面 (3)釆用皮革层或布层。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的棕榈保健鞋, 其特征在于: 所述的鞋面 (3)和鞋帮 (2)均采 用棕榈编织物。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的棕榈保健鞋, 其特征在于: 所述的鞋面 (3)采用棕榈编织 物, 所述鞋帮前半截 (21)采用皮革层或布层, 鞋帮后半截 (22)采用棕榈编织物。
6、根据权利要求 5所述的棕榈保健鞋, 其特征在于: 所述鞋帮后半截 (22)的上端部 分采用皮革层或布层, 鞋帮后半截 (22)的下端部分采用棕榈编织物。
7、 根据权利要求 1至 6中任意一项所述的棕榈保健鞋, 其特征在于: 该棕榈保健 鞋还配有棕榈鞋垫 (4)。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的棕榈保健鞋, 其特征在于: 所述的棕榈鞋垫 (4)采用面层 (41)与底层 (42)相复合的双层结构, 且面层 (41)和底层的周边缝有包边 (43)。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的棕榈保健鞋, 其特征在于: 所述的底层 (42)呈起按摩效果 的凹凸状结构, 所述的面层 (41)呈平面状结构。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的棕榈保健鞋, 其特征在于: 构成底层 (42)和面层 (41)的 棕榈均呈交叉网格状编织。
11、根据权利要求 1至 6任意一项所述的棕榈保健鞋, 其特征在于: 所述的棕榈编 织物是采用原生棕榈片经清洗、 软化、 染色、 干燥后用绣花机按所需棕片板样绣织出纹 线或花型后制成。
