为实现上述目的, 本发明采用的技术方案为 :
一种新型燃煤器给氧装置, 包括设置在炉膛下的炉排, 其特征在于: 炉排 两侧设置有风箱, 风箱与设置在炉排上的鼓风机连接, 风箱的风箱道之间为风 室, 风室内设置有多个风斗, 风斗之间通过风管连通。

4、 均匀受氧使炉排的中部及两边的煤能够充分受氧, 充分燃烧, 保持同 样的燃烧效果, 使炉膛中部和侧部温度趋于一致, 可以通过调节路炉排的转速 和鼓风机的鼓风量调节炉温。

本发明燃烧器给氧设备主要包括炉排前端煤斗, 设置于炉排中间的风室, 风室内的两个或多个风斗, 风箱, 设置于炉排前端或后端的鼓风机以及其他连 接部件。 参见图 1和图 2, 包括设置在炉膛 10下的炉排 6, 炉排 6两侧设置有 风箱 9, 风箱 9一端与鼓风机 4连接, 另外一端与设置在炉排 6中部的风管 8 相连, 鼓风机 4设置在炉排 6前端或后端, 风箱 9的风箱道之间为风室 2, 风 室 2带有风室风门 3, 风室 2内设置风斗 7, 风斗 7为两个或两个以上, 风斗 7 的底面与四周形成封闭空间, 上端开口朝向炉排 6, 风、斗 7 的一个侧面开口与 风管 8连通, 风管 8上设置有调节阀 5, 炉膛 10内还可设置有引风机构。
实际工作时, 炉排 6匀速从煤斗 1处 (前端) 向后端运行, 设置于炉排 1 前端或后端的鼓风机 4将新鲜空气 (氧气) 鼓入风箱 9中, 带压空气通过风箱 9到达风室 2, 通过设置于风室 2内的风管 8进入并充满每个风斗 7, 风斗 7底 部和四周为封闭空间, 空气会从风斗 7上端开口处, 通过炉排 6的缝隙到达煤 层进入炉膛 10燃烧。
