Description

안구건조 방지 기능을 갖는 단말기 및 그의 제어 방법
본 발명은 안구건조 방지 기능을 갖는 단말기에 관한 것으로, 특히 안구가 건조해지지 않도록 유도하는 안구건조 방지 기능을 갖는 단말기 및 그의 제어 방법에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 전자통신 기술의 발전을 통해 다양한 전자기기들이 만들어지고 있으며, 노트북 컴퓨터, 넷북 컴퓨터, 태블릿 PC, 스마트폰 등 다양한 기기들이 널리 보급되고 있다.
한편, 요즈음 컴퓨터 작업, 컨택트 렌즈 사용 등이 늘면서 눈을 깜빡이는 횟수가 급격히 줄어든 탓에 안구건조증 등의 질환을 호소하는 사람들이 늘고 있다.
과거에는 나이가 들면서 눈물 분비량이 줄어 장년층에서 안구건조증이 많이 발견됐지만 요즘엔 컴퓨터와 건조한 환경에 많이 노출되어 있는 젊은 직장인과 어린 학생들이 안구건조증으로 병원을 많이 찾고 있다.
안구 건조증은 눈물 생성이 부족하거나 눈물층의 이상으로 눈물이 과다 건조돼 생기는 질환이다. 눈을 깜빡이는 것조차 잊고 컴퓨터 앞에서 오랫동안 작업하거나 게임에 돌입할 경우 안구 건조증이 쉽게 찾아올 수 있다.
이러한 연유로 표시장치에는 안구 건조를 방지할 수 있는 기능이 필요한 실정이다.
본 발명이 이루고자 하는 기술적 과제는 안구가 건조해지지 않도록 눈을 깜빡이도록 유도하는 안구건조 방지 기능을 갖는 단말기 및 그의 제어 방법을 제공하는 것이다.
이러한 과제를 해결하기 위한 본 발명의 특징에 따른 단말기는,
단말기의 표시정보 및 눈깜빡임을 유도하도록 하는 유도정보를 표시하는 표시부;
상기 표시부에 상기 단말기의 표시정보를 표시하도록 제어하고, 상기 표시 정보를 표시하는 동안 사용자의 눈깜빡임을 유도하기 위한 상기 유도정보를 상기 표시부에 소정 부분에 표시하도록 제어하는 제어부를 포함한다.
상기 제어부는, 상기 표시부에 표시정보가 표시된후 소정 시간후에 상기 표시부의 소정 부분에 유도 정보를 표시하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 제어부는 상기 표시부에 정보를 표시된후 상기 유도 정보를 표시하되, 시간의 흐름에 따라 상기 유도 정보를 표시하는 주기를 짧게 하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

본 발명의 실시예의 단말기는 노트북 컴퓨터, 넷북 컴퓨터, 태블릿 PC, 스마트폰, TV 등 다양한 표시기기들이 될 수 있으며, 경우에 따라서는 이들 컴퓨터 본체와 결합되는 모니터 형태일 수도 있다.

도 1을 참조하면, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 단말기는, 제어부(110), 표시부(120), 오디오부(140), 저장부(150), 입력부(160), 타이머(170)를 포함한다.
저장부(150)는 데이터나 각종 정보를 저장하며, 제어프로그램을 저장할 수도 있다.
입력부(160)는 키보드, 키패드, 마우스, 리모콘 등의 입력 장치일 수 있다.
표시부(120)는 입력부(160)의 선택에 따라 제어부(110)의 제어에 의해 표시되는 각종 표시정보를 표시한다. 예를 들면 업무정보나 게임정보 등의 표시정보를 표시할 수 있다. 그리고, 표시부(120)는 테두리 또는 일부 부분에 눈깜빡임을 유도하도록 하는 유도정보를 표시할 수 있다. 또한, 이러한 유도 정보는 3~5초 단위로 깜빡이도록 하고, 눈을 그 주기에 맞추어 깜빡이면 자연스러운 상태에서의 눈깜빡임 주기와 일치하게 되어 안구가 건조해지지 않게 된다.

    상기 제어부는 상기 유도 정보를 표시해야할 때, 사용자의 눈깜빡임을 유도하기 위한 유도음성을 상기 오디오부를 통해 출력하도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단말기.
  5. 제어부에 제어에 의해 표시부가 표시정보를 표시하는 단계;
    상기 제어부의 제어에 따라 사용자의 눈깜빡임을 유도하는 유도정보를 상기 표시부의 소정 부분에 표시하는 단계를 포함하는 단말기의 제어방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서,
    상기 유도정보를 표시부에 표시하는 단계는,
    상기 제어부가 상기 표시부에 정보가 표시된후 소정시간후에 상기 유도 정보를 표시하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단말기의 제어방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서,
    상기 유도정보를 표시부에 표시하는 단계는, 상기 제어부가 상기 표시부에 상기 표시정보가 표시된후 상기 유도 정보를 표시하되, 시간의 흐름에 따라 상기 유도 정보를 표시하는 주기를 짧게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단말기의 제어방법.
