首先给该烙铁头清洁装置安装上电源,如图4所示,把烙铁头放置于清洁单元2上并稍施加一点压力, 此时滑动板7的一边将向下沉,进而推动微动开关3闭合接通电源,电源通过微动开关3给电机5供电,这时 电机5得电工作,带动偏心轮6转动,通过偏心轮6轮轴带动滑动板7横向来回高速移动,由于清洁单元2卡 放在滑动板7上面,滑动板7的移动也将l司时推动清洁单元2横向来回高速移动对烙铁头进行清洁,又由于 烙铁头对于清洁单元2施加了压力,促使摩擦力增大了,将进一步提高清洁效率。清洁完后将烙铁头从清 洁单元2上移开,此时由于微动开关3的弹性作用使得滑动板7自动向上回位,所以使用极为方便。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种烙铁头清洁装置,其特征在于:包括底座(1)、装置于所述底座(1)上的用于摩擦 清洁烙铁头的清洁单元(2)及驱动所述清洁单元(2)横向来回移动的驱动机构,所述清洁 单元(2)在驱动机构的作用下横向来回移动而实现对放置于清洁单元(2)上的烙铁头的清 洁。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的烙铁头清洁装置,其特征在于:上述驱动机构包括电机(5)、与 所述电机(5)连接的偏心轮(6)、与该偏心轮(6)连接的滑动板(7)及与所述电机(5) 电连接的电源控制开关,上述清洁单元(2)装置于所述滑动板(7)上,所述滑动板(7) 在所述电机(5)和偏心轮(6)的驱动下带动所述清洁单元(2)在所述底座(1)上作横向 来回移动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的烙铁头清洁装置,其特征在于:上述滑动板(7)的上表面设置有 用于卡放定位上述清洁单元(2)的卡柱(71),其底面设有带竖向长轴孔的柱体(72),上 述偏心轮(6)固定于电机(5)的转动轴上,上述偏心轮(6)上的轮轴间隙配合地插置在 上述滑动板(7)下方柱体(72)的长轴孔中。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的烙铁头清洁装置,其特征在于:上述滑动板(7)的上表面设置有 用于卡放定位上述清洁单元(2)的卡柱(71),其底面设有可与上述偏心轮(6)的轮轴连 接并可在偏心轮(6)轮轴的驱动下带动上述滑动板(7)作横向来回移动的弹性连接件。
  5. 根据权利要求2或3或4所述的烙铁头清洁装置,其特征在于:上述清洁单元(2)为表 面粗糙的片状材料做成的清洁片,上述底座(1)的顶板上对应所述清洁片的位置相应地开 有显露窗口(11)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的烙铁头清洁装置,其特征在于:上述显露窗口(11)为可供烙铁 头放入清洁、并可方便将上述清洁片取出更换的槽口,上述清洁片通过所述显露窗口(11) 可拆装地装置于上述滑动板(7)上。
  7. 根据权利要求2或3或4所述的烙铁头清洁装置,其特征在于:上述电源控制开关为设 置于所述滑动板(7)下面的微动开关(3),所述底座(1)内还设有电池盒,所述微动开关 (3)通过电线串联于电机(5)与电池盒之间,上述滑动板(7)在烙铁头放置于上述清洁 单元(2)上进行清洁时下移而使微动开关(3)闭合接通电源。
  8. 根据权利要1所述的烙铁头清洁装置,其特征在于:上述底座(1)上还设有可供烙铁 放置的金属架(8)。
  9. 根据权利要求1或8所述的烙铁头清洁装置,其特征在于:上述底座(1)上还设有用于 放置助焊材料的凹槽(9)。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的烙铁头清洁装置,其特征在于:上述底座(1)包括上壳体、底 板(4)及设置于底板(4)上的用于固定驱动机构的支架。
