다른 방법으로는 대한민국 공개특허공보 10-2008-0073141호(이하 '인용문헌 1'이라 함.) 또는 대한민국 실용신안공개공보 20-2011-003946호(이하 '인용문헌 2'라 함.)에서 기재된 바와 같이, 배수구를 통해 투입하여 머리카락이 쌓여 있는 유튜브까지 밀어넣어 머리카락을 잡아서 제거하는 방법이 있으나, 배수관이 막힌 후에 이러한 도구를 이용하여 제거하기가 불편하며, 또한 그 도구에 엉킨 머리카락을 제거할 때 머리카락을 손으로 잡아서 도구로부터 분리하여야 하는 불편함과 불쾌감이 있다.
일반적으로 욕조 또는 세면대 등에 설치된 배수구는 마개를 포함하여 욕조 또는 세면대에 물을 받아서 사용할 수 있는 구조로 되어 있다.
또한, 마개를 포함하는 배수구는 마개가 배수구로부터 완전히 분리되는 분리 마개형 배수구과, 마개가 배수구에 대해 상하로 승강하며 배수구를 개폐하는 팝업 마개형 배수구가 있다.
대한민국 특허공개공보 10-2009-0099454호(이하 '인용문헌 3'이라 함.)에는 분리 마개형 배수구에 사용되는 것으로 쉽고 간편하면서 손을 대지 않고 머리카락을 제거하는 거름망이 기재되어 있다.
그러나, 인용문헌 3의 기술은 거름망을 배수구에 투입하여야 하므로 마개 일체형 배수구에는 사용할 수 없으며, 제품의 포장 작업시 거름부로부터 도출된 파지부에 의해 제품들이 서로 얽혀 포장에 소요되는 시간이 증가되며 또한 쉽게 구부러져 수율이 낮아지는 단점이 있다.
또한, 인용문헌 1 또는 인용문헌 2에 기술된 청소도구는 팝업 마개형 배수구에 사용하여 배수관에 쌓인 머리카락을 제거할 수는 있으나, 플라스틱 사출기술 등으로 제작되어 배수구에 거치해둔 상태로는 마개가 배수구를 밀폐하기 어렵기 때문에 물을 받아 사용할 수 없으며, 배수구에 거치해 두었을 때 청소도구가 배수관으로 빠질 수 있는 문제점이 있다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 종래기술에 의한 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로,
본 발명의 목적은 배수구에 거치하여 두고 사용할 수 있는 머리카락 거름망을 제공하기 위한 것이다.
본 발명의 다른 목적은 팝업 마개형 배수구에 사용할 때에도 배수구 마개의 기능을 해치지 않는 머리카락 거름망을 제공하기 위한 것이다.
본 발명의 다른 목적은 제품의 포장 소요시간을 단축하고, 제품의 수율을 향상시킬 수 있는 머리카락 거름망을 제공하기 위한 것이다.
본 발명의 다른 목적은 배수구로 유입되는 머리카락을 제거할 때 머리카락에 손을 대지 않고 쉽게 제거할 수 있는 머리카락 거름망을 제공하기 위한 것이다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 배수구용 머리카락 거름망은, 외주연에 형성되는 외주 창살, 상기 외주연의 내측에 형성되는 내주 창살, 및 상기 외주 창살과 상기 내주 창살을 연결하는 연결 창살을 포함하고, 상기 외주 창살, 상기 내주 창살 및 상기 연결 창살에 의해 구획되는 거름부 관통홀을 포함하는 머리카락 거름부; 상기 내주 창살로부터 연장되며, 상기 내주 창살과 함께 중앙 관통홀을 구획하는 손잡이 창살, 상기 손잡이 창살로부터 상기 중앙 관통홀로부터 멀어지는 방향으로 연장되는 손잡이 축을 포함하는 손잡이부; 및 상기 손잡이부를 상기 머리카락 거름부에 대해 접었을 때, 상기 중앙 관통홀이 상기 머리카락 거름부의 외부와 연결되는 삽입용 이격부;를 포함하며, 상기 머리카락 거름부와 상기 손잡이부는 동일한 필름에 일체형으로 형성된다.
또한, 상기 배수구용 머리카락 거름망에 있어서, 상기 내주 창살과 상기 손잡이 창살이 연결되어 상기 손잡이부를 상기 머리카락 거름부에 대해 접히는 부분을 접이부라고 할 때, 상기 접이부의 반대 방향의 상기 손잡이의 말단에서 상기 접이부까지의 거리는 상기 머리카락 거름부의 외주연에 대한 반경보다 크거나 같고, 상기 머리카락 거름부의 외주연에 대한 직경보다 작거나 같은 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 상기 배수구용 머리카락 거름망에 있어서, 상기 손잡이부가 상기 머리카락 거름부의 외주연에 대해 외부로 도출되되, 상기 머리카락 거름부의 외주연에 대한 반경보다 상기 머리카락 거름부의 외주연으로부터 도출된 상기 손잡이부 영역의 길이가 작거나 같은 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 상기 배수구용 머리카락 거름망에 있어서, 상기 손잡이부;와 상기 내주 창살 또는 상기 연결 창살; 사이에 형성되는 손잡이부 이격용 슬릿을 더 포함하는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 상기 배수구용 머리카락 거름망에 있어서, 상기 외주 창살로부터 연장되어 상기 손잡이부와 연결되는 미세 연결부를 더 포함하는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 상기 배수구용 머리카락 거름망에 있어서, 상기 손잡이 축에 형성된 손잡이 격벽 삽입홀; 상기 손잡이 격벽 삽입홀에 대해 상기 머리카락 거름부의 중심을 기준으로 반대편에 형성되는 거름부 격벽 제1 삽입홀; 및 상기 손잡이 격벽 삽입홀과 상기 거름부 격벽 제1 삽입홀을 연결하는 가상의 직선에 수직한 방향으로 형성되는 한 쌍의 거름부 격벽 제2 삽입홀;을 더 포함하는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 상기 배수구용 머리카락 거름망에 있어서, 상기 거름부 격벽 제1 삽입홀, 상기 손잡이 격벽 삽입홀 및 상기 중앙 관통홀은 상호 연결되어 있는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 배수구용 머리카락 거름망은, 외주연에 형성되는 외주 창살, 상기 외주연의 내측에 형성되는 내주 창살, 및 상기 외주 창살과 상기 내주 창살을 연결하는 연결 창살을 포함하고, 상기 외주 창살, 상기 내주 창살 및 상기 연결 창살에 의해 구획되는 거름부 관통홀 및 상기 내주 창살에 의해 구획되는 중앙 관통홀을 포함하는 머리카락 거름부; 상기 머리카락 거름부의 중앙으로부터 멀어지는 방향으로 상기 내주 창살로부터 연장되는 손잡이 축을 포함하는 손잡이부; 및 상기 손잡이부를 상기 머리카락 거름부에 대해 접었을 때, 상기 중앙 관통홀이 상기 머리카락 거름부의 외부와 연결되는 삽입용 이격부;를 포함하며, 상기 머리카락 거름부와 상기 손잡이부는 동일한 필름에 일체형으로 형성된다.
또한, 상기 배수구용 머리카락 거름망에 있어서, 상기 손잡이부;와 상기 내주 창살 또는 상기 연결 창살; 사이에 형성되는 손잡이부 이격용 슬릿을 더 포함하는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 상기 배수구용 머리카락 거름망에 있어서, 상기 외주 창살로부터 연장되어 상기 손잡이부와 연결되는 미세 연결부를 더 포함하는 것이 바람직하다.
본 발명에 의하면, 배수구에 거치하여 두고 사용할 수 있으며, 머리카락이 배수관으로 유입되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 의하면, 배수구로 유입되는 머리카락을 제거할 때 머리카락에 손을 대지 않고 쉽게 제거할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 의하면, 팝업 마개형 배수구에 사용할 때에도 배수구 마개의 기능을 크게 해치지 않을 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 의하면, 마개 분리형 배수구 및 팝업 마개형 배수구에 모두 사용할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 의하면, 제품의 포장 소요시간을 단축하고, 제품의 수율을 향상시킬 수 있다.

본 발명은 다양한 변경을 가할 수 있고 여러 가지 실시예를 가질 수 있는 바, 특정 실시예들을 도면에 예시하고 상세한 설명에 상세하게 설명하고자 한다.
그러나, 이는 본 발명을 특정한 실시 형태에 대해 한정하려는 것이 아니며, 본 발명의 사상 및 기술 범위에 포함되는 모든 변경, 균등물 내지 대체물을 포함하는 것으로 이해되어야 한다. 각 도면을 설명하면서 유사한 참조부호를 유사한 구성요소에 대해 사용하였다.
일반적으로 욕실 등에서 물을 받아 사용하고, 사용후 배수하기 위한 배수구가 형성된 수조로는 크게 욕조와 세면대가 있다.
도 1 내지 도 3은 이러한 수조에 사용되는 배수구 및 마개의 유형을 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
욕조 또는 세면대와 같은 수조에 사용되는 배수구는 수조에 물을 받기 위하여 마개를 포함하고 있으며, 마개의 유형에 따라 도 1에 도시한 바와 같이 마개(12)가 배수구(11)로부터 분리되는 마개 분리형 배수구(10)가 있으며, 또한 도 2에 도시한 바와 같이 마개(22)가 배수구(21)에 대해 상하로 승강하며 개폐하는 팝업 마개형 배수구(20)이 있다.
또한, 팝업 마개형 배수구(20)에 사용되는 마개(22)는 도 3에 도시한 바와 같이 다양한 형태가 있다.
도 3의 (A)는 마개부(23)의 하단에 마개축(24)을 기준으로 격벽(26)으로 구획되어진 격벽형 마개이며, (B)는 격벽을 구비하지 않고 마개부(23)와 마개축(24)으로만 구성된 마개이고, (C)는 마개축(24)의 하부에 이물질 거름부(25)가 포함된 것이다.
특히, 도 3의 (C)는 배수구(21)로부터 분리될 수 있어, 사용자가 이물질 거름부(25)에 이물질이 쌓인 경우 마개부(23)를 잡고 들어 올려서 거름부에 쌓인 이물질을 손으로 제거할 수 있도록 되어 있다.
상술한 바와 같이 다양한 배수구 및 마개의 유형에 대응하는 본 발명의 머리카락 거름망에 대한 다양한 실시예를 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 발명에 의한 머리카락 거름망은 필름형태로 제작되는 것이 바람직하며, 그 재료로는 물의 침투에 의해 그 형상이 변형되거나, 강도가 약해지지 않는 재료를 사용하는 것이 바람직하며, 특히 PS(polystyrene), PE(polyethylene), PVC(polyvinyl chloride), 또는 PET(polyethylene terephthalate)등의 폴리머를 사용하는 것이 더욱 바람직하다.
또한, 본 발명에 의한 머리카락 거름망은 그 재료로 내부에 종이등의 수분이 침투하는 재질을 사용하되 외부를 코팅하여 수분이 내부 재질로 침투하는 것을 방지하는 필름형태도 가능하다.
본 발명에 의한 머리카락 거름망은 배수시 또는 수도꼭지에서 낙하하는 물의 충격 또는 물의 흐름에 의해 쉽게 휘어지지 않는 두께로 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 본 발명에 의한 머리카락 거름망을 배수구 마개와 배수구 사이에 거치하여 사용할 경우, 배수구 마개가 배수구를 닫았을 때 쉽게 휘어지거나 구부러질 수 있는 정도의 두께로 형성되는 것이 바람직하며, 머리카락 거름망에 의해 마개의 기능, 즉 욕조 또는 세면대에 물을 담아두는 기능을 크게 해치지 않을 정도의 두께로 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 본 발명에 의한 머리카락 거름망은 머리카락을 걸러낸 후 배수구로부터 분리 배출할 때, 끊어지지 않을 정도의 두께로 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
상술한 조건을 고려하여 본 발명에서 머리카락 거름망의 재질은 PET, PVC, PS인 것이 더욱 바람직하고, 두께는 1mm이하인 것이 바람직하며, 0.5mm이하이고 0.01mm이상인 것이 더욱 바람직하며, 본 발명에서는 일 실시예로 약 0.25mm 두께의 PET를 사용하였다.
또한, 본 발명의 머리카락 거름망은 배수구에 설치되어 사용할 때 사용자에게 가시성을 제공하기 위하여 PET, PVC, PS 필름을 제작할 때 파란색, 녹색, 붉은색 등의 유색 염료를 사용하거나, 필름에 인쇄를 하는 것이 바람직하다.
본 발명의 머리카락 거름망에 대해 이하 도면을 참조하여 상세하게 설명한다.
도 4는 본 발명의 제1실시예에 따른 머리카락 거름망의 평면도를 도시한 것이며, 도 5는 제1실시예의 머리카락 거름망의 설명을 용이하게 하기 위하여 머리카락 거름부와 손잡이부로 구획하여 도시한 것이다.
본 발명에 의한 머리카락 거름망(100)은 크게 머리카락 거름부(110)와 손잡이부(120)로 구분되며, 머리카락 거름부(110)와 손잡이부(120)는 하나의 필름으로 형성된 일체형이며, 다만 그 기능적 또는 구조적으로 설명하기 위하여 구분한 것이다.
머리카락 거름부(110)와 손잡이부(120)가 연결된 부분은 접이부(112)에 의해 연결되며, 이후 도 6 및 도 8에서 설명하는 바와 같이 손잡이부(120)를 머리카락 거름부(110)에 대해 접었을 때 접히는 부분이 접이부(112)가 된다.
접이부(112)를 기준으로 손잡이부(120)의 방향으로 머리카락 거름부(110)의 외주연까지의 거리를 'L1'이라고 하고, 접이부(112)를 기준으로 손잡이부(120)의 끝단까지의 거리를 'L2'라고 할 때, 사용자가 쉽게 손잡이부(120)를 파지하여 머리카락 거름부(110)에 대해 구부릴 수 있고, 또한, 배수구에 투입하여 설치하여 사용하는 도중 뒤집힘을 방지하기 위하여 'L2'는 'L1'보다 크거나 같은 것이 바람직하고, 'L2'가 'L1'보다 크거나 같으며, 'L2'가 'L1'의 두 배보다 작거나 같은 것이 더욱 바람직하다.
또한, 머리카락 거름부(110)의 외주연에 대한 관점에서 고찰하면, 'L2'는 머리카락 거름부(110)의 외주연에 대한 반경보다 크거나 같고, 머리카락 거름부(110)의 외주연에 대한 직경보다 작거나 같은 것이 더욱 바람직하다.
'L2'가 'L1'의 두 배보다 작거나 같은 것, 또는 'L2'가 머리카락 거름부(110)의 외주연에 대한 직경보다 작거나 같은 것이 바람직한 이유는 L2가 외부로 너무 많이 도출되는 경우 불필요한 필름 원단의 소모가 증가되는 문제가 있기 때문이다.
즉, 다른 측면에서 살펴보면, 머리카락 거름부(110)의 외주연에 대해 손잡이부(120)가 도출되되, 머리카락 거름부(110)의 외주연에 대한 반경보다 머리카락 거름부(110)의 외주연으로부터 도출된 손잡이부(120) 영역의 길이가 작거나 같은 것이 바람직하다.
머리카락 거름망(100)은 물을 통과시키기 위한 복수의 관통홀(140)을 포함하며, 관통홀(140)은 머리카락 거름부(110)의 외주연에 위치하는 외주 창살(111), 머리카락 거름부(110)의 손잡이부(120)에 대한 반대편 내부영역에 위치한 제1 내주 창살(113), 머리카락 거름부(110)의 손잡이부(120)에 대한 방향 내부영역에 위치한 제2 내주 창살(117); 및 외주 창살(111)과 내주 창살(113, 117)을 연결하는 제1 연결 창살(115) 및 제2 연결 창살(119);로 구획되는 거름부 관통홀(141)과 머리카락 거름부(110)의 제1 내주창살(113)과 손잡이부(120)의 손잡이 창살(123)에 의해 구획되는 중앙 관통홀(143)로 구성된다.
특히, 관통홀(140) 중 중앙 관통홀(143)은 도 9 및 도 10을 참조하여 후술되는 팝업 마개(22)의 마개축(24)을 위치시키는 기능을 수행한다.
또한, 손잡이부(120)를 머리카락 거름부(110)에 대해 구부렸을 때 손잡이 축(121)에 대응하는 영역에 의해 머리카락 거름부(110)의 중안 관통홀(143)은 삽입용 이격부(130)에 의해 외부와 연결되게 된다.
삽입용 이격부(130)는 도 9 및 도 10을 참조하여 후술되는 팝업 마개(22)의 마개축(24)을 중앙 관통홀(143)로 위치시키기 위하여 마개축(24)을 이동시키는 통로의 기능을 수행한다.
도 6 및 도 7은 본 발명의 머리카락 거름망을 분리 마개형 배수구에 사용하는 방법을 설명하기 위해 도시한 것으로, 도 6의 (a)에서와 같이 머리카락 거름망(100)의 손잡이부(120)를 머리카락 거름부(110)에 대해 구부리면 도 6의 (b)에서와 같이 머리카락 거름부(110)에 대해 손잡이부(120)가 일정 각도를 유지하도록 세워 놓을 수 있다.
사용자는 도 6에서와 같이 머리카락 거름부(110)에 대해 손잡이부(120)를 구부려 세운 후, 손잡이부(120)를 파지하여 마개(12)를 분리한 배수구(11)에 투입한다.
목욕 또는 머리를 감은 후 손잡이부(120)를 파지하여, 머리카락 등의 이물질이 걸려있는 머리카락 거름망(100)을 배수구(11)로부터 분리하여 배출할 수 있다.
이렇게 함으로써, 사용자는 머리카락 등의 이물질에 손을 대지 않고도 간편하고 청결하게 배수구(11)로부터 머리카락 등의 이물질을 제거할 수 있다.
도 8 및 도 9는 본 발명의 머리카락 거름망을 팝업 마개형 배수구에 사용하는 방법을 설명하기 위해 도시한 것으로, 도 8의 (a)에서와 같이 머리카락 거름망(100)의 손잡이부(120)를 머리카락 거름부(110)에 대해 구부리면 도 8의 (b)에서와 같이 머리카락 거름부(110)에 대해 손잡이부(120)가 원래 방향의 반대 방향으로 접힐 수 있다.
사용자는 머리카락 거름부(110)에 대해 손잡이부(120)를 구부려 접은 후, 도 9의 (a)에서와 같이 머리카락 거름망(100)의 삽입용 이격부(130)에 마개축(24)을 삽입하여 이동함으로써, 마개축(24)을 중앙 관통홀(143)에 위치시킬 수 있다.
마개축(24)이 중앙 관통홀(143)에 위치되면 사용자는 도 9의 (b)에서와 같이 머리카락 거름망(100)을 놓아, 머리카락 거름망(100)을 마개축(24) 하부에 위치하는 이물질 거름부(25), 또는 비록 도시하지는 않았으나 마개축(24)을 지지하는 지 지부재 상에 위치시킨다.
이때, 접이부(112)는 필름을 접은 것이므로 필름의 복원력에 의해 손잡이부(120)는 머리카락 거름부(110)에 대해 약간 세워질 수 있다.
도 10은 본 발명의 머리카락 거름망을 팝업 마개형 배수구에 사용하는 다른 실시예를 설명하기 위해 도시한 것으로, 머리카락 거름부(110)의 외주 창살(111)로 정의되는 머리카락 거름부(110)의 외경이 배수구(21)의 배수관 내경보다 큰 경우에 사용이 가능하다.
사용자는 머리카락 거름부(110)에 대해 손잡이부(120)를 구부려 접은 후, 도 10의 (a)에서와 같이 머리카락 거름망(100)의 삽입용 이격부(130)에 마개축(24)을 삽입하여 이동함으로써, 도 10의 (b)에서와 같이 마개축(24)을 중앙 관통홀(143)에 위치시킬 수 있다.
마개축(24)이 중앙 관통홀(143)에 위치되면, 사용자는 머리카락 거름망(100)을 놓아, 도 10의 (c)에서와 같이 머리카락 거름망(100)을 배수구(21)와 배수구의 마개부(23) 사이에 위치시킨다.
머리카락 등의 이물질이 배수구로 투입되려 할 때, 머리카락 등은 머리카락 거름부(110)에 걸리게 되며, 사용자는 손잡이부(120)를 파지하여, 머리카락 등의 이물질이 걸려있는 머리카락 거름망(100)을 배수구(11)로부터 분리하여 배출할 수 있다.
이렇게 함으로써, 사용자는 머리카락 등의 이물질에 손을 대지 않고도 간편하고 청결하게 배수구(11)로부터 머리카락 등의 이물질을 제거할 수 있다.
이하 본 발명의 다양한 실시예에 따른 머리카락 거름망의 실시예를 기술함에 있어, 앞서 설명한 제1실시예에 따른 머리카락 거름망(100)과 중복되는 설명 및 지시번호는 생략하고 차이점만을 중심으로 설명한다.
도 11은 본 발명의 제2실시예에 따른 머리카락 거름망(200)을 도시한 것이다.
앞서 설명한 제1실시예에 따른 머리카락 거름망(100)은 손잡이부 이격용 슬릿(150)에 의해 머리카락 거름망(100)들이 서로 얽히는 현상이 발생될 수 있으며, 이로인하여 포장 작업시 얽혀 있는 머리카락 거름망(100) 들을 분리하는 시간이 소요되며, 또한 이렇게 분리한 과정에서 손잡이부(120)가 구부러지거나, 접이부(112) 등이 찢어지는 문제가 발생될 수 있다.
따라서 제2실시예에 따른 머리카락 거름망(200)은 손잡이부 이격용 슬릿(150)이 머리카락 거름망(200)의 외부와 연결되는 것을 막되, 사용자가 사용할 사용할 때는 쉽게 뜯어 질 수 있도록 머리카락 거름부의 외주연을 연장하여 손잡이부(220)와 약하게 연결시킨 미세 연결부(260)를 더 포함한다.
미세 연결부(260)의 폭은 필름의 재료에 따라 상이하지만 1mm이하로 형성하는 것이 바람직하다.
도 12는 본 발명의 제3실시예에 따른 머리카락 거름망(300)을 도시한 것으로, 손잡이 말단(325)이 머리카락 거름부의 외주 창살(311)의 원호 반경에 포함되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이에 따라 머리카락 거름부의 외주 창살(311)은 제1실시예의 외주 창살(111)과 그 형상이 다소 상이하게 구성될 수 있다.
도 13은 본 발명의 제4실시예에 따른 머리카락 거름망(400) 도시한 것으로 손부의 손잡이 축(421)을 머리카락 거름부의 내주 창살(413)에 직접 연결한 것으로, 제1실시예에 따른 머리카락 거름망(100)의 손잡이 창살(123)을 생략한 것이다.
이에 따라 제4실시예에 따른 머리카락 거름망(400)의 중앙 관통홀은 내주 창살(413)에 의해 구획된다.
도 14는 본 발명의 제5실시예에 따른 머리카락 거름망(500)을 도시한 것이다.
앞서 설명한 제1실시예 내지 제5실시예에 따른 머리카락 거름망(100,200,300,400)은 도 3의 (A)에 도시한 마개 구조에는 사용이 불가능하다.
도 3의 (A)에 도시한 마개는 마개축(24)을 기준으로 격벽(26)이 형성되어 있어, 머리카락 거름부의 중앙 관통홀 만으로는 격벽을 수납할 수 없게 된다.
이에 따라 본 발명의 제5실시예에 따른 머리카락 거름망(500)은 머리카락 거름부의 외주연에 형성되는 외주 창살(511), 손잡이부에 대한 반대편 내부영역에 위치한 제1 내주 창살(513), 손잡이부에 대한 방향 내부영역에 위치한 제2 내주 창살(517)이 형성되며, 외주 창살(511)과 제1 내주 창살(513) 사이 또는 외주 창살(511)과 제2 내주 창살(517) 사이에 제3 내주 창살(518)이 더 형성될 수 있다.
외주 창살(511) 및 각각의 내주 창살(517, 518)을 연결 창살이 연결하며, 이러한 창살 들로 관통홀이 구획된다.
또한, 관통홀은 팝업 마개(22)의 격벽(26)을 수납하기 위한 격벽 삽입홀을 더 포함하며, 손잡이부의 손잡이 축(521)에 형성된 손잡이 격벽 삽입홀(529); 손잡이 격벽 삽입홀(529)에 대해 머리카락 거름부의 중심을 기준으로 반대편에 형성되는 거름부 격벽 제1 삽입홀(545); 상기 손잡이 격벽 삽입홀(529)과 상기 거름부 격벽 제1 삽입홀(545)을 연결하는 가상의 직선에 수직한 방향으로 형성되는 한 쌍의 거름부 격벽 제2 삽입홀(547)을 포함한다.
거름부 격벽 제1 삽입홀(545), 손잡이 격벽 삽입홀(529) 및 중앙 관통홀은 상호 연결되어 있다.
제5실시예에 따른 머리카락 거름망(500)은 앞서 설명한 제1실시예에 따른 머리카락 거름망(100)이 사용되는 분리 마개형 배수구 및 격벽(26)을 포함하지 팝업 마개형 배수구에 모두 사용이 가능하며, 더욱이 격벽(26)을 포함하는 팝업 마개형 배수구에도 사용이 가능하다.
제5실시예에 따른 머리카락 거름망(500)은 제1실시예에 따른 머리카락 거름망(100)이 사용가능한 배수구에는 그 사용방법이 동일하며, 격벽(26)을 포함하는 팝업 마개형 배수구에서는 격벽(26)을 상기 격벽 삽입홀에 삽입함으로써 사용할 수 있다.
상술한 바와 같이 본 발명의 다양한 실시예에 따른 머리카락 거름망은 분리 마개형 배수구 및 팝업 마개형 배수구에 사용이 가능하며, 머리카락 거름부로부터 돌출된 손잡이부의 길이가 머리카락 거름부의 반경보다 작기 때문에 포장시 서로 머리카락 거름망이 서로 얽히는 정도가 낮아지며, 또한 손잡이부가 구부러지거나 찢어지는 등의 불량이 발생할 가능성이 낮아짐에 따라 제품 수율이 향상되는 효과가 있다.

Claims (10)

  1. 외주연에 형성되는 외주 창살, 상기 외주연의 내측에 형성되는 내주 창살, 및 상기 외주 창살과 상기 내주 창살을 연결하는 연결 창살을 포함하고, 상기 외주 창살, 상기 내주 창살 및 상기 연결 창살에 의해 구획되는 거름부 관통홀을 포함하는 머리카락 거름부;
    상기 내주 창살로부터 연장되며, 상기 내주 창살과 함께 중앙 관통홀을 구획하는 손잡이 창살, 상기 손잡이 창살로부터 상기 중앙 관통홀로부터 멀어지는 방향으로 연장되는 손잡이 축을 포함하는 손잡이부; 및
    상기 손잡이부를 상기 머리카락 거름부에 대해 접었을 때, 상기 중앙 관통홀이 상기 머리카락 거름부의 외부와 연결되는 삽입용 이격부;를 포함하며,
    상기 머리카락 거름부와 상기 손잡이부는 동일한 필름에 일체형으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 배수구용 머리카락 거름망.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 내주 창살과 상기 손잡이 창살이 연결되어 상기 손잡이부를 상기 머리카락 거름부에 대해 접히는 부분을 접이부라고 할 때, 상기 접이부의 반대 방향의 상기 손잡이의 말단에서 상기 접이부까지의 거리는 상기 머리카락 거름부의 외주연에 대한 반경보다 크거나 같고, 상기 머리카락 거름부의 외주연에 대한 직경보다 작거나 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 배수구용 머리카락 거름망.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 손잡이부가 상기 머리카락 거름부의 외주연에 대해 외부로 도출되되, 상기 머리카락 거름부의 외주연에 대한 반경보다 상기 머리카락 거름부의 외주연으로부터 도출된 상기 손잡이부 영역의 길이가 작거나 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 배수구용 머리카락 거름망.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 손잡이부;와 상기 내주 창살 또는 상기 연결 창살; 사이에 형성되는 손잡이부 이격용 슬릿을 더 포함하는 배수구용 머리카락 거름망.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 외주 창살로부터 연장되어 상기 손잡이부와 연결되는 미세 연결부를 더 포함하는 배수구용 머리카락 거름망.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 손잡이 축에 형성된 손잡이 격벽 삽입홀;
    상기 손잡이 격벽 삽입홀에 대해 상기 머리카락 거름부의 중심을 기준으로 반대편에 형성되는 거름부 격벽 제1 삽입홀; 및
    상기 손잡이 격벽 삽입홀과 상기 거름부 격벽 제1 삽입홀을 연결하는 가상의 직선에 수직한 방향으로 형성되는 한 쌍의 거름부 격벽 제2 삽입홀;을 더 포함하는 배수구용 머리카락 거름망.
  7. 제6항에 있어서,
    상기 거름부 격벽 제1 삽입홀, 상기 손잡이 격벽 삽입홀 및 상기 중앙 관통홀은 상호 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 머리카락 거름망.
  8. 외주연에 형성되는 외주 창살, 상기 외주연의 내측에 형성되는 내주 창살, 및 상기 외주 창살과 상기 내주 창살을 연결하는 연결 창살을 포함하고, 상기 외주 창살, 상기 내주 창살 및 상기 연결 창살에 의해 구획되는 거름부 관통홀 및 상기 내주 창살에 의해 구획되는 중앙 관통홀을 포함하는 머리카락 거름부;
    상기 머리카락 거름부의 중앙으로부터 멀어지는 방향으로 상기 내주 창살로부터 연장되는 손잡이 축을 포함하는 손잡이부; 및
    상기 손잡이부를 상기 머리카락 거름부에 대해 접었을 때, 상기 중앙 관통홀이 상기 머리카락 거름부의 외부와 연결되는 삽입용 이격부;를 포함하며,
    상기 머리카락 거름부와 상기 손잡이부는 동일한 필름에 일체형으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 배수구용 머리카락 거름망.
  9. 제8항에 있어서,
    상기 손잡이부;와 상기 내주 창살 또는 상기 연결 창살; 사이에 형성되는 손잡이부 이격용 슬릿을 더 포함하는 배수구용 머리카락 거름망.
  10. 제8항에 있어서,
    상기 외주 창살로부터 연장되어 상기 손잡이부와 연결되는 미세 연결부를 더 포함하는 배수구용 머리카락 거름망.
