本实用新型提供一种LED防火灯具,其包括LED线路板、LED透镜,设有侧壁的灯环,LED线路板上设有LED灯,所述LED线路板、LED灯、LED透镜置于灯环内,所述LED线路板后方设有散热器,在该LED线路板的前方和/或侧方设有防火膨胀材料。采用本实用新型的灯具结构,在遇到火灾发生时,防火膨胀材料会膨胀覆盖LED线路板表面及其周围缝隙,防止LED线路板被烧熔破坏,并能阻止火苗从灯具缝隙蹿出,有效阻止火势蔓延。此外,防火膨胀材料还能起到保温隔热的作用,在平时灯具使用时,灯泡发热积聚高温,设置在LED线路板前方和/或侧方的防火膨胀材料可以有效的阻止热量影响LED线路板。
该防火膨胀材料的设置可以采用多种不同的方案。
优选的,该防火膨胀材料为设置在该LED线路板前方的多块防火膨胀材料,遇高温或发生火灾时,该多块防火膨胀材料预热膨胀并连结一起形成严密的保温隔热防火的保护层。
优选的,该防火膨胀材料为设置在该LED线路板前方的片状防火膨胀材料,其上对应LED灯的位置设有开孔,LED灯的光源可通过该开孔发射出去。遇高温或发生火灾时,该防火膨胀材料预热膨胀并填充开孔以及周边缝隙,形成严密的保温隔热防火的保护层。另外,该片状防火膨胀材料还具有加工简单、安装方便的特点。
优选的,该防火膨胀材料为设置在该LED线路板侧方的多块防火膨胀材料,可有效阻止高温从线路板侧面的缝隙影响线路板,遇高温或发生火灾时,该防火膨胀材料预热膨胀并覆盖LED线路板前方、侧方以及周边缝隙,形成严密的保温隔热防火的保护层。
优选的,该防火膨胀材料为设置在该LED线路板侧方的环形防火膨胀材料,该环形防火膨胀材料同样可有效阻止高温从线路板侧面的缝隙影响线路板,遇高温或发生火灾时,该防火膨胀材料预热膨胀并覆盖LED线路板前方、侧方以及周边缝隙,形成严密的保温隔热防火的保护层。另外,该环形防火膨胀材料还具有加工简单、安装方便的特点。
优选的,该防火膨胀材料同时设置在该LED线路板的前方和侧方,设置的形式可以采用上述形式的任意组合。
该LED灯及线路板周围可形成有凹腔,该凹腔可由灯环侧壁延而形成,该防火膨胀材料还可以设置在该凹腔的内壁,同样也是设置在LED线路板的前方和/或侧方。
进一步的,该LED防火灯具还包括有面环,该面环和灯环的侧壁上分别设有相配合的凸起和弹片,该面环和灯环通过所述凸起和弹片装配在一起。凸起在外力作用下克服弹片阻力,从而将面环安装在灯环上,而弹片的弹力可牢固的夹持面环将其固定。该结构可实现面环的快速安装。
该面环和灯环的快速安装结构还可以采用另一方式,该灯环的侧壁上设有向内突出的刺片,该面环侧壁上设有相对应的凹坑与突出的刺片相配合,该面环侧壁具有一定弹性,可使面环装入灯环内,另外,该面环的侧壁末端还设有导引斜面,方便面环的快速安装。
作为面环安装的结构还可以有其他实施方式,该面环上设有弹片,该灯环侧壁的截面是在灯环开口处口径较小的倒梯形,该面环和灯环通过所述弹片和倒梯形灯环侧壁相配合组装,装配好的面环的弹片被稳固的限定在倒梯形的灯环侧壁内,从而保持面环安装的稳定性。该结构可实现面环的快速安装。
对比现有技术,本实用新型具有以下优点:
本实用新型灯具结构,在遇到火灾发生时,防火膨胀材料会膨胀覆盖LED线路板表面及其周围缝隙,防止LED线路板被烧熔破坏,并能阻止火苗从灯具缝隙蹿出,有效阻止火势蔓延。此外,防火膨胀材料还能起到保温隔热的作用,在平时灯具使用时,灯泡发热积聚高温,设置在LED线路板前方和/或侧方的防火膨胀材料可以有效的阻止热量影响LED线路板。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1~图6,本实用新型LED防火灯具,其包括LED线路板1、LED透镜2,设有侧壁的灯环3、面环7,LED线路板上设有LED灯4,所述LED线路板1、LED灯4、LED透镜2置于灯环3内,面环7固定在灯环3外侧,所述LED线路板1后方设有散热器5,在该LED线路板1的前方和/或侧方设有防火膨胀材料6,整个LED防火灯具通过安装支架8安装在天花板上。采用本实用新型的灯具结构,在遇到火灾发生时,防火膨胀材料会膨胀覆盖LED线路板表面及其周围缝隙,防止LED线路板被烧熔破坏,并能阻止火苗从灯具缝隙蹿出,有效阻止火势蔓延。此外,防火膨胀材料还能起到保温隔热的作用,在平时灯具使用时,灯泡发热积聚高温,设置在LED线路板前方和/或侧方的防火膨胀材料可以有效的阻止热量影响LED线路板。
该防火膨胀材料的设置可以采用多种不同的方案。该防火膨胀材料可以设置多块或一整块,可以设置在LED线路板的前方或侧方。
如图1和图4所示的实施例一,该防火膨胀材料为设置在该LED线路板1前方的片状防火膨胀材料6,其上对应LED灯4的位置设有开孔61,LED灯的光源可通过该开孔发射出去。遇高温或发生火灾时,该防火膨胀材料预热膨胀并填充开孔以及周边缝隙,形成严密的保温隔热防火的保护层。另外,该片状防火膨胀材料还具有加工简单、安装方便的特点。
如图2和图5所示的实施例二,该防火膨胀材料6为设置在该LED线路板侧方的环形防火膨胀材料,优选的,该环形防火膨胀材料可以贴在该灯环的侧壁内侧。该环形防火膨胀材料的安装结构同样可有效阻止高温从线路板侧面的缝隙影响线路板,遇高温或发生火灾时,该防火膨胀材料预热膨胀并覆盖LED线路板前方、侧方以及周边缝隙,形成严密的保温隔热防火的保护层。另外,该环形防火膨胀材料还具有加工简单、安装方便的特点。
请参阅图3,实施例三是在LED线路板1前方和侧方均设有防火膨胀材料6,这样,该防火膨胀材料于到达180度左右的时候已高温膨胀,并连接形成整体的饼状防火层,起到很好的隔热防火作用,即使灯具其他元件在高温大概600度左右开始烧熔,也不受影响。
请参阅图7,该灯环可与LED线路板平齐,该防火膨胀材料设置在LED线路板前表面。另外,如图8所示,该灯环侧壁可在LED灯及线路板周围形成有凹腔,该防火膨胀材料还可以设置在该凹腔的内壁。所述结构同样也是设置在LED线路板的前方和/或侧方。
请参阅图9,作为更佳实施例,该面环7和灯环3的侧壁上分别设有相配合的弹片71和凸起31,该面环和灯环通过所述凸起和弹片装配在一起。凸起在外力作用下克服弹片阻力,从而将面环安装在灯环上,而弹片的弹力可牢固的夹持面环将其固定。该结构可实现面环的快速安装。
请参阅图10,该面环7和灯环3的快速安装结构还可以采用图10所示的方式,该灯环3的侧壁上设有向内突出的刺片32,该面环7侧壁上设有相对应的凹坑73与突出的刺片32相配合,该面环7侧壁具有一定弹性,可使面环7装入灯环3内,另外,该面环7的侧壁末端还设有导引斜面74,方便面环的快速安装。
作为面环安装的结构还可以有其他实施方式,该面环上设有弹片,该灯环侧壁的截面是在灯环开口处口径较小的倒梯形,图未示,该面环和灯环通过所述弹片和倒梯形灯环侧壁相配合组装,装配好的面环的弹片被稳固的限定在倒梯形的灯环侧壁内,从而保持面环安装的稳定性。
以上所述仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例,本实用新型的保护范围并不局限于此,任何基于本实用新型技术方案上的等效变换均属于本实用新型保护范围之内。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种LED防火灯具,其包括LED线路板、LED透镜,设有侧壁的灯环,LED线路板上设有LED灯,所述LED线路板、LED灯、LED透镜置于灯环内,所述LED线路板后方设有散热器,其特征在于,在该LED线路板的前方和/或侧方设有防火膨胀材料。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的LED防火灯具,其特征在于,该防火膨胀材料为设置在该LED线路板前方的多块防火膨胀材料。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的LED防火灯具,其特征在于,该防火膨胀材料为设置在该LED线路板前方的片状防火膨胀材料,其上对应LED灯的位置设有开孔。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的LED防火灯具,其特征在于,该防火膨胀材料为设置在该LED线路板侧方的多块防火膨胀材料。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的LED防火灯具,其特征在于,该防火膨胀材料为设置在该LED线路板侧方的环形防火膨胀材料。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的LED防火灯具,其特征在于,其进一步包括面环,该面环和灯环的侧壁上分别设有相配合的凸起和弹片,该面环和灯环通过所述凸起和弹片装配在一起。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的LED防火灯具,其特征在于,其进一步包括面环,该面环上设有弹片,该灯环侧壁的截面是在灯环开口处口径较小的倒梯形,该面环和灯环通过所述弹片和倒梯形灯环侧壁相配合组装。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的LED防火灯具,其特征在于,其进一步包括面环,该灯环的侧壁上设有向内突出的刺片,该面环侧壁上设有相对应的凹坑与突出的刺片相配合,该灯环和面环通过所述刺片和凹坑相配合组装。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的LED防火灯具,其特征在于,该面环的侧壁末端还设有导引斜面。
