本发明的实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图 1 ~图 4 所示,本发明实施例提供的一种翻身床,包括床身部件 100 和支撑架 200 ,床身部件 100 上设置有床板(图 1 中未示出)。所述支撑架 200 设置于所述床身部件 100 上,所述支撑架 200 上转动设置有转动轴 310 ,所述转动轴 310 设置有二根且相互平行设置于所述床身部件 100 上方两侧处。所述转动轴 310 由电机 320 驱动,二根转动轴 310 可以在各电机 320 的驱动下独立地正转或反转。所述转动轴 310 上固定设置有绕线盘 330 ,所述绕线盘 330 上绕设有吊带 340 ,当所述床身部件 100 上铺设有用于承托使用者的吊垫 350 ,病人躺在吊垫 350 上。所述吊垫 350 的两侧连接于所述吊带 340 的下端。所述吊带 340 上设置有用于调整吊带 340 长度的调节扣 390 ,以便于调节吊带 340 的长短。转动轴 310 正转时,绕线盘 330 可与转动轴 310 同步转动,绕线盘 330 相当于绞盘并不断地将吊带 340 缠绕于绕线盘 330 上,从而提升吊垫 350 ;转动轴 310 反转时,吊带 340 可从绕线盘 330 上释放,吊垫 350 将下降。当两根转动轴 310 同时正转时,吊垫 350 两侧的吊带 340 同时缠绕于绕线盘 330 上,使吊垫 350 及躺在吊垫 350 上的病人平稳升起。当病人左侧的转动轴 310 转动且右侧的转动轴 310 静止时,病人左侧的吊带 340 缠绕于相应的绕线盘 330 上,使病人的左侧提升,从而达到使病人向右侧翻身的设计目的,或者将吊垫 350 及躺在吊垫 350 上的病人平稳升起后,使病人右侧的转动轴 310 反转,吊垫 350 的右侧将下降,也可实现使病人向右侧翻身的设计目的。同理,当病人右侧的转动轴 310 旋转时,病人右侧的吊带 340 缠绕于相应的绕线盘 330 上,使病人的右侧提升,从而达到使病人向左侧翻身的设计目的。通过这样的设置,护理人员无需抱动病人使病人翻身,护理人员只需控制病人左右两侧的转动轴 310 正转或反转便可使病人身体部分升起或全身升起并呈悬挂状态、左翻身、右翻身等,避免病人长时间保持一个姿势而导致血液循环不良,防止病人患褥疮等疾病,而且整个操作过程简单易行,护理人员只需操作控制器按钮便可调整病人的体位,大大降低了护理人员的工作强度,对护理人员的护理技能要求较低,病人家属及病情较轻的病人也能操作控制器按钮实现升降和翻身的动作,而且不会出现操作不当而导致病人痛苦加重的情况,设计十分人性化。
优选地,如图 1 ~图 4 所示,吊垫 350 可采用帆布等透气性佳且强度好的材料制成。吊垫 350 由至少二块垫子组成,可分为三段或两段等,以分别抬高不同的部位,均属于本发明的保护范围。
具体地,所述吊带 340 通过挂钩连接于所述吊垫 350 ,以便于拆洗、更换吊垫 350 。所述吊带 340 上设置有用于调整吊带 340 长度的调节扣 390 ,以便于调节吊带 340 的长短,从而适应不同情况的使用需求。
具体地,如图 1 ~图 4 所示,所述支撑架 200 包括四根立柱 210 ,所述四根立柱 210 的下端固定于床身部件 100 上且位于床身部件 100 四角处,所述立柱 210 的上端连接有连接杆 220 ,连接杆 220 之间还设置有横梁 230 ,结构牢固,满足了不同体重的病人的使用需求。所述转动轴 310 转动设置于所述连接杆 220 的下方,所述绕线盘 330 固定于所述转动轴 310 上,所述绕线盘 330 设置有多个,相应地吊带 340 也设置有多条,承重量大。所述电机 320 设置有二个且分别位于所述二根转动轴 310 的一端处,以分别独立控制二根转动轴 310 ,无需设置复杂的传动机构,结构可靠。所述翻身床还包括用于控制所述电机 320 正转或反转的控制器(图中未示出)。控制器可采用有线或无线的方式控制电机 320 。本实施例中,控制器通过弹性螺旋线连接于控制模块,控制器可放置于床头位置,便于护理人员、病人家属或有一定自理能力的病人操作控制器。
具体地,如图 1 ~图 4 所示,转动轴 310 外侧还设置有保护罩 360 ,一方面防止异物卡入绕线盘 330 ,另一方面可使翻身床美观大方。
具体地,所述吊垫 350 上开设有多个透气孔(图中未示出),透气性好,可进一步防止病人长褥疮。
具体地,如图 1 ~图 8 所示,所述床身部件 100 包括床体 110 和轮椅 120 ,所述轮椅 120 包括坐板 121 、铰接于所述坐板 121 一端且可调节至与坐板 121 平齐的靠背 122 和铰接于所述坐板 121 另一端且可调节至与坐板 121 平齐的脚踏部 123 ,所述坐板 121 的高度与床体 110 的高度平齐,所述坐板 121 的下端设置有脚轮 124 ,所述床体 110 的一端设置有供所述轮椅 120 进出的出入口 111 。当将轮椅 120 推入出入口 111 处,并将靠背 122 和脚踏部 123 均调整到水平状态时,其与床体 110 组合可形成一张床。躺在床上的病人,其背部正好位于靠背 122 上,臀部位于坐板 121 上,小腿正好位于脚踏部 123 上。当需将病人推至户外活动时,可将吊垫 350 两侧的吊带 340 解开,然后将靠背 122 旋转升起,同时,将脚踏部 123 放下,靠背 122 、坐板 121 和脚踏部 123 组合形成一个轮椅,病人恰好坐于轮椅上,无需搬动病人便可使病人由床上坐至轮椅上,一方面避免搬动病人而使病人受到伤害,另一方面大大降低了护理人员的工作强度,操作十分便捷。
如图 9 所示,靠背 122 升起后,可调节靠背 122 背后的调节杆 126 调整靠背 122 的角度,使用十分方便。
更具体地,如图 1 ~图 8 所示,所述坐板 121 的两侧铰接有可调节翻转至坐板 121 两侧或翻转至水平状态的扶手构件 125 。当将轮椅 120 作为轮椅使用时,可将扶手构件 125 翻转至坐板 121 两侧上方,避免病人从坐板 121 两侧摔倒。在使用过程中,也可将扶手构件 125 翻转至水平,此时扶手构件 125 相当于一个托盘,可在扶手构件 125 上放置水杯等物品。当将轮椅 120 放倒作为床身的一部分使用时,可将扶手构件 125 翻转至坐板 121 两侧下方,以便于将轮椅 120 推入出入口 111 处。扶手构件 125 与坐板 121 之间设置有可调节锁紧组件,以将扶手构件 125 调整并锁紧于相应的位置。具体应用中,坐板 121 上固定设置有套筒(图中未示出),扶手构件 125 上固定设置有与套筒相匹配的套管(图中未示出),套筒的端部上设置有出入口 111 配合部,套管上设置有与出入口 111 配合部相对应的凸起部,套筒与套管之间设置有弹簧(图中未示出)。当向后推动扶手构件 125 以压缩压簧,再转动扶手构件 125 至合适位置,在弹簧的复位作用下,凸起部可重新卡入相应的出入口 111 配合部,使扶手构件 125 保持相应的角度。另外地,也可以通过设置插销等合适结构以调整扶手构件 125 的角度,均属于本发明的保护范围。
更具体地,如图 1 ~图 8 所示,所述坐板 121 的中央处开设有通孔(图中未示出),所述通孔处设置有一可开启或封闭所述通孔的挡板(图中未示出),所述通孔下方设置有一用于承托尿盘(图中未示出)的托架(图中未示出)。以便于无大小便自理能力的病人使用。若无需使用此功能,只需将挡板封堵于通孔处即可。
具体地,如图 1 ~图 8 所示,所述轮椅 120 与床体 110 之间设置有锁扣部件 130 。以防止轮椅 120 与床体 110 之间随意分离,结构可靠性高。
更具体地,如图 1 ~图 8 所示,所述靠背 122 与坐板 121 之间设置有用于调节靠背 122 与坐板 121 之间角度的锁止结构(图中未示出),所述锁止结构包括按压解锁杆,所述按压解锁杆设置于所述靠背 122 的背面,当按压所述按压解锁杆时,靠背 122 可相对坐板 121 自由转动,当松开按压解锁杆,靠背 122 可呈一定角度锁止于坐板 121 上。靠背 122 后方设置有支撑杆 129 。所述床身部件 100 下部设置有用于推动所述靠背 122 的伸缩杆 140 ,伸缩杆 140 可由相应的动力部件驱动,动力部件可为电机或油缸等,本实施例中,伸缩杆 140 由电机驱动,该电机可由控制器控制,操作十分方便。所述伸缩杆 140 的前端固定连接有一可抵压于所述按压解锁杆的压紧块 141 。当伸缩杆 140 将靠背 122 推起到设定的位置时,靠背 122 将锁紧于坐板 121 ,锁扣部件 130 松开,同时,可通过手动的方式将脚踏部 123 放下,轮椅 120 可以从出入口 111 处推出,伸缩杆 140 复位。当将轮椅 120 推入床体 110 时,其上的锁紧块 128 将锁紧于床体 110 ,结构可靠性高。
具体地,如图 1 ~图 9 所示,所述用于推动轮椅靠背 122 的 伸缩杆 140 由动力部件驱动,所述床身部件 100 下部设置有由所述轮椅 120 触发的行程开关(图中未示出),所述行程开关连接于所述动力部件。当将轮椅 120 推入出入口 111 处时,锁扣部件 130 将锁紧于轮椅 120 ,轮椅 120 不能推出,同时,轮椅 120 将触发行程开关,伸缩杆 140 将开始工作,伸缩杆 140 首先向前伸出并压紧按压解锁杆,使靠背 122 与坐板 121 间解除锁定状态,由于此时伸缩杆 140 已抵顶于靠背 122 的背面,故靠背 122 不会突然放倒至水平,此时伸缩杆 140 在相应电机 320 的驱动下缓慢收缩,从而使靠背 122 缓慢放倒至与床板平齐,避免靠背 122 突然放倒而使病人感到不适;然后再将脚踏部 123 手动抬起至与床板平齐,病人便可由坐在轮椅上调整为躺在床上,整个过程无需抱动病人,一方面避免搬动病人而使病人受到伤害,另一方面大大降低了护理人员的工作强度,操作十分便捷。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换或改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种翻身床,其特征在于,包括床身部件和支撑架,所述支撑架设置于所述床身部件上,所述支撑架上转动设置有转动轴,所述转动轴设置有二根且相互平行设置于所述床身部件上方两侧处,所述转动轴由电机驱动,所述转动轴上固定设置有绕线盘,所述绕线盘上绕设有吊带,所述床身部件上铺设有用于承托使用者的吊垫,所述吊垫的两侧连接于所述吊带。
  2. 如权利要求 1 所述的一种翻身床,其特征在于,所述支撑架包括四根立柱,所述四根立柱的下端固定于床身部件上且位于床身部件四角处,所述立柱的上端连接有连接杆,所述转动轴转动设置于所述连接杆的下方,所述绕线盘固定于所述转动轴上,所述绕线盘设置有多个,所述电机设置有二个且分别位于所述二根转动轴的一端处,所述翻身床还包括用于控制所述电机正转或反转的控制器。
  3. 如权利要求 1 所述的一种翻身床,其特征在于,所述吊带通过挂钩连接于所述吊垫,所述吊带上设置有用于调整吊带长度的调节扣。
  4. 如权利要求 1 至 3 中任一项所述的一种翻身床,其特征在于,所述床身部件包括床体和轮椅,所述轮椅包括坐板、铰接于所述坐板一端且可调节至与坐板平齐的靠背和铰接于所述坐板另一端且可调节至与坐板平齐的脚踏部,所述坐板的高度与床体的高度平齐,所述坐板的下端设置有脚轮,所述床体的一端设置有供所述轮椅进出的出入口。
  5. 如权利要求 4 所述的一种翻身床,其特征在于,所述坐板的两侧铰接有可调节翻转至坐板两侧或翻转至水平状态的扶手构件。
  6. 如权利要求 4 所述的一种翻身床,其特征在于,所述坐板的中央处开设有通孔,所述通孔处设置有一可开启或封闭所述通孔的挡板,所述通孔下方设置有一用于承托尿盘的托架。
  7. 如权利要求 4 所述的一种翻身床,其特征在于,所述轮椅与床体之间设置有锁扣部件。
  8. 如权利要求 4 所述的一种翻身床,其特征在于,所述靠背与坐板之间设置有用于调节靠背与坐板之间角度的锁止结构,所述锁止结构包括按压解锁杆,所述按压解锁杆设置于所述靠背的背面,所述床身部件下部设置有用于推动所述靠背的伸缩杆,所述伸缩杆的前端固定连接有一可抵压于所述按压解锁杆的压紧块。
  9. 如权利要求 8 所述的一种翻身床,其特征在于,所述用于推动轮椅靠背的伸缩杆由动力部件驱动,所述床身部件下部设置有由所述轮椅触发的行程开关,所述行程开关连接于所述动力部件。
