Abstract

본 발명은, 크랭크실에 배치된 사판에 결합되어 왕복 운동하는 복수 개의 피스톤들을 이용하여, 흡입실로부터 흡입된 냉매를 가압한 후, 토출실로 토출하는 압축기에 사용되는 압축기용 제어밸브에 있어서, 내부 공간이 형성된 밸브본체, 밸브본체의 내부 공간에서 왕복 이동이 가능하도록 구비되는 작동부, 밸브본체 내부 공간에 구비되어 외부로부터 인가되는 전류에 따라 작동부를 왕복 이동시키는 구동부; 내부에 추기밸브실이 형성되고, 밸브본체의 내벽과의 사이에 크랭크실과 토출실을 서로 연통하는 급기유로와, 밸브본체의 내벽과의 사이에 크랭크실과 흡입실을 서로 연통하는 제1추기유로와, 추기밸브실을 통해 축방향을 따라 형성되어 제1추기유로와 연통하는 제2추기유로를 각각 형성하며, 작동부와 연동하여 왕복 이동하도록 작동부와 결합하여 급기유로와 제1추기유로를 선택적으로 개폐하는 급기밸브부 및 급기밸브부의 내부에 구비되며, 흡입실의 압력에 따라 제2추기유로를 개폐하는 추기밸브부를 포함하는 압축기용 제어밸브를 제공한다. 따라서 크랭크압에 대한 영향을 최소화하여 안정적으로 작동을 수행할 수 있다.
