Abstract

본 발명은, 크랭크실 포트와, 토출포트와, 흡입포트가 형성되어 있고, 내부로 크랭크실 포트와 토출포트가 서로 연통되게 형성된 제어유로와, 크랭크실 포트와 흡입포트가 서로 연통되게 형성된 제1추기유로가 형성된 밸브본체, 밸브본체의 내부에 구비되고 중앙부에서 측면으로 연통되는 제2추기유로가 형성된 작동부, 밸브본체의 내부에 구비되고 작동부와 연결되어 외부로부터 인가되는 전류에 따라 작동부를 왕복 이동시키는 구동부를 포함하여, 정상상태일 때는 제어유로는 개방되고 제1추기유로와 제2추기유로는 패쇄 되어, 토출실의 냉매가 제어유로를 유동하여 상기 크랭크실로 유입되고, 추기상태일 때는 작동부가 이동하여 제어유로는 패쇄 되고 제1추기유로와 상기 제2추기유로는 서로 연통되면서 개방되어, 크랭크실의 냉매가 제1추기유로와 제2추기유로를 유동하여 흡입실로 유입되어 크랭크실의 압력이 강하되도록 하는 가변 용량형 압축기용 제어밸브를 제공한다. 따라서, 액냉매에 의한 작동 지연현상을 해소하여 장시간 방치 후에도 초기 기동시의 작동성을 향상시킴으로써 압축기의 성능을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 비자성체를 용이하고 견고하게 고정할 수 있어 대량생산이 용이하므로 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
