Abstract

본 발명은 종래 헤드폰 착용시, 그 스피커 커버가 인체 피부로부터 자연적으로 분비되는 피지와 땀 성분 등으로 인해 오염되는 것을 방지하고, 또 그 오염된 커버로부터 전염될 수 있는 각종 세균성 혹은 바이러스성 전염병을 예방할 수 있도록 하기 위한 스피커 위생커버(위생덮개, 덧덮개, 덧커버)에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 대표적 구성은 종래 헤드폰 스피커 본체 커버(001) 위에 착탈되는 일정 형태의 신축성 밴드(003)에, 피지와 땀 흡수가 잘 되고 통기성이 좋게 가공처리하여 형성된 종이타올커버(005)가 결합된 기능성 위생커버로 구성된다. 또한, 상기 신축성 밴드(003)에 찍찍이(006)가 여러 군데 형성되고, 이에 일정 형태의 섬유(종이나 종이타올 및 합성섬유 등)커버(007)가 착탈되는 기능성 위생커버로도 구성된다. 이렇게 하여, 각 개인이 사용할 때는 더러워질 때 수시로 교체할 수 있도록 하고, 대중이용은 일회용으로만 제한적으로 사용할 수 있도록 한다. 이로써, 개인위생은 물론 공중위생에도 효과적일 뿐만아니라, 헤드폰을 그 스피커 자체의 기계적 수명이 다할 때까지 거의 항상 새 것처럼 유쾌한 기분으로 사용할 수 있는 등의 여러 다양한 효과가 있도록 한 것이다.

피지와 땀 성분에 의한 오염 방지 및 전염병 예방을 위한 헤드폰 스피커 위생커버
본 발명은 종래 헤드폰 착용시, 그 스피커 커버가 인체 피부에서 자연적으로 분비되는 피지와 땀 성분 등으로 오염되는 것을 방지함은 물론, 그 오염된 커버를 날마다 반복적으로 착용시, 또는 공공시설 헤드폰 착용시 우려는 각종 전염병을 예방하기 위한 헤드폰 스피커 위생커버(위생덮개, 덧커버, 덧덮개) 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
종래 헤드폰 스피커에는 방진과 제품 보호 및 외관 등을 좋게 하기 위해, 또는 착용감을 좋게 하기 위해, 대부분의 경우 일정 형태의 스폰지 커버나, 또는 그 표면에 합성비닐수지 등이 코팅된 커버가 탈부착되도록 덮혀 씌워져 있다. 이렇게 하여 착용시 그 커버가 귀를 덮어 피부에 자연히 밀착-접촉되게 함으로써, 가능한 주변 소음을 차단하면서 보다 더 양질의 음향을 청취할 수 있도록 구성되어 있다.
그런데, 처음 구입하여 사용할 때는 아무런 문제를 느끼지 못하지만, 장기간 여러 달 사용하다 보면, 그 스피커를 감싸고 있는 커버 겉 표면(표피)에, 인체 피부에서 자연적으로 분비되는 피지와 땀 성분 등의 분비물이 조금씩 누적-오염되어 점차 얼룩이 지기 시작하며, 닦아도 잘 제거되지 않는다. 이런 현상은 밝은 색상의 커버일수록 더욱 더 심하다.
이런 문제를 해결하기 위해 각 헤드폰 제조사들은 대부분 가능한 어두운 색상의 커버를 부착하여 그 얼룩이 잘 보이지 않게 하는데, 그런다고 해서 오염된 커버의 그 불결한 느낌마저 완전히 다 가릴 수 있는 건 아니다. 이는 단순한 미봉책에 불과하며, 또 비위생적이므로 근본적인 문제해결의 방법이라고 볼 수가 없다.
더욱이 한 여름 무더위가 기승을 부릴 때, 합성비닐수지 등이 코팅된 커버가 부착된 헤드폰을 착용할 경우에는, 통풍이 잘 되지 않기 때문에 표면이 번들거리며 심지어 끈적거리기까지 하는 등의 여러 불편을 초래하게 된다. 이같은 현상은 특히 지성 피부인 사람이 착용할 경우 더욱 심해져서 갑갑한 느낌을 주게 되므로, 대부분 착용을 포기하게 되는 경우가 많다. 그래서 듣고 싶은 음악이나 영화를 생생한 원음 그대로 감상하고 싶어도, 대부분 이어폰으로 대체하고, 사용하던 헤드폰은 한 여름 몇달간 그대로 방치할 수도 있게 되는데, 이럴 경우 이미 누적된 피지와 땀 성분에 의해 점차 그 겉 표면에 각종 곰팡이가 슬기도 한다.
그래서 커버의 청결을 위해 그 표면을 닦아내는 상황이 장기간 반복되다 보면, 그 표면이 조금씩 마모되기도 한다. 이와 함께 해가 거듭될수록 피지와 땀 성분 등의 산성 분비물로 인한 상승작용으로 커버 표피는 자연히 변질되기 시작하면서, 문제는 더욱 심각한 지경에 이르게 된다. 커버 표면에 미세한 구멍이 나거나 서서히 벗겨지기도 하면서, 인체 분비물이 다공질성 스폰지 내부로 점점 깊숙히 스며들기 때문이다. 이때부터는 커버 표피 뿐만아니라 스폰지 내에 인체에 유해한 각종 세균이나 곰팡이 등이 서식하는 온상이 될 수도 있게 된다. 때문에 개인 위생에도 그리 썩 바람직하지 못한 상태가 되며, 특히 아토피성 피부질환이 있는 경우에는 피부 건강에 상당히 좋지 않은 영향을 끼칠 수도 있게 된다.
때문에 커버에 때가 묻어 불결해 보일 때, 그 오염된 커버를 새 것으로 교체해야 하는데, 대부분의 제품들은, 일반인들이 누구나 손쉽게 스피커 본체로부터 그 커버를 수시로 탈부착하기에는 좀 불편하고 어려운 점이 많다.
또한, 헤드폰 커버의 크기와 모양이 각 제조회사나 기종에 따라 각기 다르기 때문에, 외관을 본 모습 그대로 유지하기 위해서는, 커버 구입시 그 제품에 꼭 맞는 것을 구입해야 하다. 그런데, 규정된 커버만을 별도로 구입하기 위해서는, 각 제조회사의 서비스센터에 직접 문의하거나 일일이 방문하여 주문신청을 해서 몇주 또는 몇달을 기다려야 하는 등의 번거로움도 있다.
또한, 수시로 교체하기 위해서는 대량으로 구입해야 하는데, 헤드폰의 가격이 비쌀수록 그 구입 단가 역시 비례하여 터무니없이 너무 비싼 경우가 많다. 소비자의 입장에서는 단지 이같은 커버 하나만의 문제점으로 상기의 여러 불편함을 감수해야 할 수밖에 없는 것이 현 실정이다.

시청각 교실이나 방송국 부스 및 음반 판매 부스 등 공공시설에서 사용되는 헤드폰의 경우에는, 하나의 헤드폰에 여러 사람의 손이 거치기 때문에, 남이 사용하던 것을 다시 착용하기에는 좀 불결하고 꺼림직한 기분이 들 때가 있다. 하지만, 어쩔 수 없이 그냥 감수하고 사용하는 경우가 많다. 각종 세균성 혹은 바이러스성 전염병이 난무하는 시대에, 여러 사람의 손을 거친 헤드폰을 아무런 위생처리 하나 없이 그대로 사용한다는 것은 공중위생에도 그리 썩 바람직하지 못하다고 볼 수가 있다.
결론적으로, 종래 헤드폰 스피커 커버는 착용시 구조적으로 인체 피부에 자연적으로 밀착되기 때문에, 전술한 바의 여러 문제점들에 직면하게 마련이다.
따라서, 종래 헤드폰 스피커 커버를 인체의 분비물로부터 오염되는 것을 방지함은 물론, 그 오염된 커버로부터의 각종 전염병을 예방하기 위해서, 또한 수시로 탈부착하기가 훨씬 더 용이하고 값싸게 대량 구입이 가능하도록 하기 위해서는, 종래 커버 위에 덧씌울 수 있는 또 다른 제2의 커버가 반드시 꼭 필요한 실정이다.
따라서 본 발명은 종래 일정 형태의 헤드폰(귀걸이형 헤드폰 등도 포함) 스피커 본체에 탈부착되는 커버 위에, 또 다른 제2의 커버를 종래보다 훨씬 더 간편하게 덧씌울 수 있도록 형성하고자 한다.
스피커 본체에 직접 탈부착되는 종래 커버(001)는 그대로 둔 채, 그 커버 위에 본 발명에 따른 위생커버(002)를 가볍게 덮어씌우기만 하면 되므로, 누구나 훨씬 더 손쉽게 수시로 교체하기가 매우 편리하다.
덧씌우더라도 두께가 얇고 다공질성으로 공기 투과성이 좋으므로 소리도 원음 그대로 통과하기 때문에, 스피커 본래 음향에 전혀 영향을 주지 않는다. 게다가, 두께가 종래 커버보다 훨씬 더 얇으므로, 착용시 전혀 압박감이 없이 편안하게 원래의 착용 상태를 그대로 유지할 수가 있다.
피부 접촉시 땀과 피지 성분 등을 스피커 본체 커버로부터 일차적으로 차단할 수가 있어, 커버 표면이 오염되어 얼룩지는 것을 방지할 수가 있기 때문에 매우 위생적이다.

우선 종래 헤드폰 스피커 커버의 오염 방지 및 전염병 예방의 의미에서, 상기 제2의 커버를 위생커버(또는 위생덮개)로 명명 정의한다. 또 버선 위에 덧신는 덧버선이나, 방풍을 위해 문짝 겉쪽에 덧단 덧문과 같이, 종래 커버 위에 덧씌운다는 의미에서 상기 위생커버를 덧커버(또는 덧덮개)로도 명명한다.
본 발명에 따른 상기 위생커버의 구성 재료는, 소리가 잘 전달되도록 통기성이 좋게 가공 처리된 소재로서, 종래 스피커 커버의 구성 재료로 흔히 사용되는 스폰지나, 펄프(pulp)로부터 화학적으로 합성된 섬유나 종이, 또는 나일론 합성섬유 등을 그 구성 소재로 이용한다. 특히, 종이를 이용할 때는 땀과 피지 흡수가 잘 되면서도 물에 젖어도 잘 찢어지지 않는 종이(천연펄프의 화학적 합성으로 조성된 종이타올 등)를 사용한다.
본 발명에 따른 위생커버는 상기 구성 재료에 따라 아래 여러 방식으로 구분하여 형성될 수가 있다.
첫째, 종래 스폰지 커버와 같은 재료로 된 위생커버의 제조방법은, 종래 일정 형태의 커버(001) 각각의 그 모양과 크기에 맞춰 일정한 몰드(mold)를 제작한 다음, 스폰지 제조 원료로 도2(C)과 같이 종래 커버보다 두께가 훨씬 더 얇게 성형한다.
둘째, 섬유나 종이(또는 종이타올)로 된 위생커버는, 종래 커버에 맞춰 일정한 모양과 크기로 재단한 다음, 도2(B)와 같이, 마이크 커버처럼 그 테두리 끝에 신축성 밴드(003, 신축성 합성섬유나 고무밴드 등)를 결합하여 형성한다. 크기는 종래 커버 크기에 맞춰 대, 중, 소형으로 구분 형성한다. 이렇게 하면, 종래 둥근 원형에서부터 타원형 심지어 네모난 형태의 커버들도 모두 간편히 덧씌울 수가 있게 된다. 색상은 각 개인 취향에 따라 선택적으로 사용할 수 있도록 다채로운 색상에 여러 다양한 무늬를 넣을 수도 있다.
셋째, 도2(D, Da, Db, C)와 같이, 또 다른 종이(또는 종이타올)로 된 위생커버의 제조 방법은, 우선 종래 커버에 맞춰 제작된 일정한 몰드(주형)에 종이 원료를 넣어, 일정 형태의 종이타올커버(005)를 형성한다. 다음 나일론 합성섬유나 스폰지 등의 신축성 밴드(003) 끝단 테두리에 상기 종이타올커버를 접착한다.
덧붙여, 상기 종이(또는 종이타올)형 위생커버는 한겹 또는 2~4겹으로 형성할 수도 있으며, 도2(A, Aa, Ab)와 같이 종이타올커버(005)의 두께를 더 얇게 내피(010)와 외피(011)로 따로 구분 성형하여, 그 사이에 피지 흡수지(009)가 결합된 기능성 위생커버도 형성될 수가 있다.
또한, 도1(A, Aa, Ab)와 같이 상기 신축성 밴드(003) 테두리 끝에 작은 찍찍이(벨크로, 006)를 여러 군데 형성하여, 이 찍찍이에 찍찍이착탈부(008)가 형성된 일정 형태의 섬유(종이나 종이타올 및 합성섬유 등)커버(007)가 착탈되는 기능성 위생커버의 구성도 얼마든지 가능함을 아울러 명시하고자 한다.
또 통기성이 좋지 않은 폴리비닐 수지 등이 코팅된 소재로 위생커버를 형성할 경우, 소리가 잘 통할 수 있도록 한 가운데에 일정 수의 작은 구멍을 형성할 수도 있다.
생산방법은 일정한 도구를 사용하여 가내수공업 형태로 생산할 수도 있으며, 자동화 시스템을 구축하여 대량생산 체재로 형성할 수도 있다.
각 개인의 사용은, 헤드폰 스피커 커버에 맞는 위생커버를 선택하여 덧씌워서 사용하고, 필요할 때 수시로 교체할 수 있도록 한다. 또 더러워진 것은 물세척 후 여러번 재활용할 수 있게 한다.
종래 커버 위에 찍찍이가 형성된 신축성 찍찍이밴드를 부착할 때는, 찍찍이가 형성된 밴드 테두리를 안쪽(헤드폰의 중심 쪽)으로 향하게 한 다음, 종이(또는 섬유)커버를 찍찍이밴드에 씌워 가볍게 눌러서 이탈되지 않도록 한다.
또한, 대중이용 헤드폰의 경우는, 위생커버를 일회용으로만 제한적으로 사용하고, 한번 쓴 것은 일정한 수거함에 모아서 위생적으로 세탁후 재활용할 수 있도록 한다.
헤드폰 스피커 커버가 인체 피부에서 자연적으로 분비되는 피지와 땀 성분 등으로 오염되는 것을 방지하는 위생커버에 관한 것으로 산업상 이용가능성이 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 헤드폰 스피커 커버 위에, 각기 그 모양과 크기에 맞춰 덧씌울 수 있게 형성된 위생커버(위생덮개, 덧덮개, 덧커버)에 있어서,
    스피커 커버 위에 착탈되는, 일정 형태의 신축성 밴드(003)에, 피지와 땀 흡수가 잘 되고 물에 젖어도 잘 찢어지지 않으며 통기성이 좋게 가공처리하여 형성된 일정 형태의 종이타올커버(005)가 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 헤드폰 스피커 위생커버.
  2. 헤드폰 스피커 커버 위에 착탈되는 일정 형태의 신축성 밴드(003) 테두리에 작은 찍찍이(006)를 여러 군데 형성하고, 이 찍찍이에 스피커 커버에 맞춰 일정 형태로 가공처리하여 형성된 섬유(종이나 종이타올 및 합성섬유 등)커버(007)가 착탈되는 것을 특징으로 하는 헤드폰 스피커 위생커버.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 종이커버(007) 또는 종이타올커버(005)가 2겹~4겹으로 결합되고, 그 사이에 피지 흡수지가 결합된 헤드폰 스피커 위생커버.
